11/28/2656- Settlement On Thrandis Nue Has Removes Pirate Forces
"Today, the town of Nasderi, a large agricultural settlement on Thrandis Nue's southern continent, fought in open revolt against the pirates who control the planet. The conflict began due to a local farmer's son striking a pirate while she was taking a large portion of his family's crops as "taxes". The boy was put in front of a pirate firing squad early today for his actions, but the execution was stopped by a two thousand strong mob in the town center, killing or capturing the dozen pirates in the settlement. The population have now armed themselves with civilian and makeshift weaponry in order to defend themselves against the expected pirate reprisal."
