Hey, so this was the second chapter my friend created with me. She seems to be on a roll and loves the support so far! She's taken the criticism of using Tsukune's name too often to heart! I'm a bit blown away by the people who've favourite this so far. Was expecting things to remain under 10 if I was being honest. Now forewarning, Moka's mother will not be a part of anything to do with Moka herself. No intertwined soul or anything like that. Too complicated emotionally for us and…it's weird. Well anyways, enjoy the chapter! The next update is Fate/Clover though Legend of the Straw Hats might squeeze in before it. Arcane Craftsman is well underway, just finalizing some discrepancies that I've noticed. As my longest-running story, it's been quite some time since I started it, and there's bound to be stuff I've forgotten that I want to make sure I include.

Enjoy!

Supernatural Love Chapter 2:

Week 2 of Yokai Academy.

-Tsukune's P.O.V-

I had heard that humans were an adaptable species. That we could, in theory, adapt to numerous environments and stimuli if needed. That was never truer than now. Because in this supernatural school of monsters and magic…

I was learning math.

"Excellent work Sylva, our tutoring sessions have gone splendidly. Now class, please refer to chapter 12 page 34. We'll be working on-".

I sighed, rubbing my eyes tiredly. I wasn't tired, not really. After the second sleepless night of me not dying in my bed, I must have relaxed enough to get sleep. This was the second week I'd been here but, in all honesty, this was more like the first day of school for me.I Kind of drifted between classes the previous week. I blushed at bit at the math teacher Ms. Kagome. She was, in one word, a fetish.

I mean come on. She was a walking sex dream for anyone with a student-teacher fetish. The worst part was I couldn't even enjoy it. After all, she was a monster of some kind. This had nothing to do with her true form. According to Moka, the human transformation that so many Yokai used was so complete that even their D.N.A. would appear human. How that worked I had no idea. But for the most part, their human state was as human as you could get. It depended on the species though. As Moka explained it to me, certain species were more malleable than others. Vampires could polymorph into other entities but how they appeared aesthetically was outside their control. That meant Moka was all natural. Others, like that weird slug guy I met in the halls every now and then, could fully morph and twist their appearance to suit their needs. Made me think why the teacher chose to appear the way she did. Was she hunting me!?

….I was being paranoid again.

Still though, regardless of appearance, she was a phenomenal teacher. The way she explained all these concepts in a way that even I understood it was…well it was ironic. My previous teachers all felt like monsters for various reasons. Yet, it was the actual monster teacher that did her job well. Go figure?

The entire school seemed…so normal on the surface. I had literature, math, phys. Ed, and science. Literature was just history mixed with language but that was the only odd thing. I turned around and smiled at Moka as she was blitzing through the math. Her eyes were wide, her brain seemingly firing on all cylinders. It wouldn't surprise me if part of the reason that she was bullied in her old schools was that she was so smart.

Moka smiled happily as she put her work down, locking eyes with me. She tilted her head as she blinked.

"Everything all right Tsukune?"

"Yea, everything's all right. Just bored. Finished the math, you?"

"Same! You must be smart to be done already!"

I shrugged. Truth of the matter was that this type of math was already covered previously in my middle school. That wasn't to say Japanese schools were better….well actually that was what I was saying. If this was going to be the way math was going then this subject would be a cinch…I jinxed myself, didn't I? God, who knows maybe jinxes have power here?

"So" smiled Moka "did you pick your elective yet?"

Ah, that. The one thing that really made this school a monster school. The electives. A set of courses that students had two weeks to select. Why there was such a period I couldn't figure out, but considering the hype around it, it seemed to be common knowledge for these monster students.

"I…don't really know. I mean you said you wanted to come with me to whatever elective I pick but come on, we already have the other classes together. You sure you don't want to get a class of your own?"

Moka smiled sweetly at me and softly shook her head. I sighed. The girl was protective but not in a way that turned me off. She had her first friend and besides, it wasn't like she handpicked all these classes to be with me. She had been a stalwart protector…though I admit somewhere deep it irritated the hell out of me. I wanted to scream that I could take care of myself…but the truth was always a bitter pill to swallow.

"How about you pick?" I asked, "I'll go wherever you go."

She deserved to pick.

"You sure?"

"Why not, not like I know half of what these classes actually are."

Moka giggled a bit. Before I could respond a ruler smacked me in the skull, rattling my brains. I hissed and looked at Ms. Kagome.

"The hell?"

"I suggest you pay attention Mr. Aono."

"I already finished?"

"And? You are not to bother other students simply because you are finished early!"

I stared at her blankly, my own annoyance palpable. She was a stickler this one. But, considering that she had been helpful and not useless like my other teachers, I relented. I turned around in my seat and proceeded to stare into space. Besides, gave Moka some time to pick our elective. I had zero experience as to what any of these electives even did. The courses I saw were all weird things like

-Alchemy and you!

-Magic and Seals, oh my!

-The understanding of the Manticore relationship and what it means for you?

I'm pretty sure the last one there was for shits and giggles. There was easily over thirty of these and none of them gave away even an inkling of what to expect. Some of them were just numbers…like what? I'd leave it to the expert to pick a class that wasn't going to kill me. I could trust Moka. The bell didn't come quick enough though. The entire class today was glaring at me for talking to Moka but I didn't understand what their problem was. I mean, Moka was gorgeous, an absolute stunner. But she was a person to. If you were too cowardly to even talk to the girl than that was your problem, not mine. I was still shoved around as we exited the class though.

"Assholes."

"Tsukune, you ready for lunch?"

I smiled back at Moka.

"Of course. Just have to make a stop at the human world class."

Moka pouted.

"I can't believe you forgot her syllabus."

"Hey, wasn't exactly at my best yesterday."

Moka smiled "I'll come with you…just in case. Don't need another Desmond incident."

Ah, that. So apparently there has been a rather…gross misunderstanding. Between me and Moka, we knew that she had utterly demolished Saizo the other day. How the douche survived being kicked into the stratosphere I could never figure out, but he did. Yet somehow the entire school thought I was the one to defeat him. Maybe his pride couldn't handle being beaten by a girl but…I think there was more to it than that. Ever since I've gotten a few challenges. Rejecting them wasn't all that bad…it was the persistent ones that got terrifying. Yesterday I had to avoid the hallways because of one minotaur student. Thankfully he disappeared…or rather Moka had strangled him into unconsciousness and the man hasn't been seen since.

As adorable as Moka was, she was terrifying. The worst part of it? Her inner self was even scarier.

It was due to these events that Moka followed me wherever I went…I appreciated it. Immensely. But I always struggled trying to show it. I told her all the time how much our friendship was beginning to mean to me, but actions spoke louder than words. I didn't want Moka thinking that the only reason I spent time with her was because she could protect me. Three days staring at the ceiling unable to sleep left a man with nothing but his thoughts. For me, I realized quickly that Moka was nothing but a good time. She was kind, strong, and fiercely intelligent. Witty too from some of the comebacks she's fired at me. It was too bad about her inner self. I always felt bad that me and Moka were enjoying our time together but that there was this sealed part of her that could never come out, locked away.

Rude as all hell but no one deserved that. Lately I've been thinking of ways to include the girl. She said she was aware…maybe that anime thing was a better idea than I thought? Still needed to get permission for using my technology. Apparently, you needed school permission to use the outlets…should be hearing back soon though. Rude as all hell but no one deserved that.

Why? I don't know. But the second it was on I was using the Pc and fleximoniter me and John packed. God knows I needed an escape from this reality. Moka suddenly bumped her shoulder into mine, her eyes shimmering at me.

"So" smiled Moka "I was thinking about taking a-"

She stilled, looking around in confusion.

"You alright?"

"Yea just…I thought I sensed something?"

I smirked at her.

"I'm not the only one getting paranoid it seems."

Moka pouted at me and shoved me lightly…well for her. Me? I was sent flying down the hall.

"I'M SORRY!"

I slid through the halls on my back for the fourth time. At this point I was considering it a means for travel…actually, I'm shocked I haven't gotten hurt yet. As I slid through the halls, bypassing many students, my eyes caught onto a young woman with purplish hair. She seemed distraught. Before I could even do anything though my trip continued as I slowed to a near crawl just inches away from the female washroom. I sighed as the door opened the moment I slid there. The girl that opened the door stared down at me. Of course, my eyes were closed at this point.

"Moka?" asked the girl.

"Yup."

"Figures. Hey! Stop throwing your boyfriend around! Here."

She helped me up and I opened my eyes, staring at a familiar brunette. Her name was Silva, the smartest in my math class.

"Thanks Silva."

The girl rolled her eyes.

"Honestly if I didn't see it for myself the first time I'd be wondering what kinky stuff you two were into."

"I don't blame you" I sighed, remembering the eerily perverted shenanigans we've gotten up to. Damn, the skirts were short and the wind absurdly convenient. But I wasn't a creep damnit. Memories of beating that perverted Issei kid echoed in my skull. I would never stoop to such behaviour.

"He's not! I mean! Stop insinuating Silva!"

Well, that and this situation was just funny. The brown haired girl kept grinning away as Moka became a blubbering mess. I smiled at Silva.

"Do you have to do that?"

"What? It's fine teasing her. Anyways, I'll see you guys in class later."

Silva walked away with a strange swing in her step. She was supposedly some kind of satyr creature, which might explain the oddly sensual gait.

"She's nice" I smirked.

Moka, still blushing glared at me.

"You could refute her too you know!"

"Why? I miss out on teasing you?"

"When I wanted a friend, I didn't think it would be like this!"

I shrugged helplessly.

"You could always tease back. Oh, but wait".

I laughed as Moka blushed even more, the memory of a failed teasing attempt going awry in her mind. I was adorable and made me like her even more. To be honest I've found that I've come to really enjoy Moka as a person.

Was this a crush?

Most likely. Wasn't too sure what to do about it though. Dating just seemed…wrong. Too quick, too much. I knew that I liked her…but like that? Oh who the fuck was I kidding? I would date Moka in a second if that was, what she wanted. The issue wasn't desire. Even if Moka would say yes, it felt wrong. Even if Inner Moka consented to a possible relationship with Outer Moka I'd still feel that I would be taking advantage of her. The nature, the principle was the problem. Inner Moka may see me as a gnat but that didn't mean that their shared body was not her own as well. She was my friend…a great friend even. She made me laugh and…be at ease even in the midst of this absurd reality. I…I wanted more. That was true…but Moka was more than just attractive to me. Perhaps I wanted so much more with her but there was no denying that I was also content…happy.

I sighed, ignoring the look that Moka gave me. Only time would tell if my feelings would become more. I was content with the way things were but if my feelings continued…than I would tackle it head on. Living with John gave me…perspective on the whole dating scene.

There was also the issue of origin. After all, how much of my feelings were genuine versus grateful? I enjoyed my time with her…so I guess that's all that mattered. Though the fantasy of her lips on mine would always be a tantalizing one. Moka grabbed my hand and began dragging me to the cafeteria…or at least I thought she was. Alone in a small hallway, Moka looked at me with a blush.

"….Tsukune can I?"

I sighed, tilting my head. Moka blushed deeply and grabbed me close. She was more careful than before, her bite barely hurting me. A few gulps in and she was, seemingly, satisfied. Though the odd…caressing on my spine was a new touch.

"Thanks" sighed Moka, lingering in the embrace, "the blood packets and tomato juice don't fill me as much as your blood does."

"Really?"

Moka nodded, a somewhat serious expression on her face.

"It's odd how delicious and filling your blood is Tsukune. I want to ask my family about it but…in all honesty, I'd rather avoid them."

It wasn't my place to ask…but that didn't mean I couldn't offer support. Wordlessly I put my hand on her shoulder. I rubbed at my wound and began to seriously consider that maybe there was something different about me. As much as my fantasy of somehow developing superpowers was playing around in my head, I knew logically that there was something. Maybe I was magically delicious? I watched Moka drain one of the deer that run around the forest and she outright killed it. The deer was big too, easily having far more blood than me. Yet, a few gulps of mine and she was satisfied.

Something was afoot…and possibly the reason that I was brought to this place.

-Principals office-

"So, did you ever figure out why that kid's blood is so filling?"

Mikogami shrugged, filling his friend's glass with another shot of…something.

"Seriously?"

"I'm a Dark Lord, not God" muttered the priest "I didn't design the kid that way."

-Back with Tsukune and Moka -

It was something that I would investigate as time went on. Didn't have much to go on at the moment. Yokai Academy was weird anyways so who knows what would fall into my lap. But for now, food. There was many a reason to enjoy the cafeteria this school has to offer. For me, it was definitely the service. I grinned at the lunch lady. Her crimson hair and generous assets were nothing to her bubbly personality. She was always cheerful and didn't seem to care much about power and what not. As such she always greeted me like I was her nephew or something.

"Oh you sweet heart, here you are. Don't tell anyone I saved you some."

I bowed a little as she handed me my order.

"Thank you. I know it couldn't have been easy."

The lunch lady just gave me a…rather odd grin actually, different than before. But I thought nothing of it. I wanted to the side as Moka got served her…whatever that red stuff was. She was in a bit of a huff though.

"What?"

"…do you have to flirt with everyone?" she asked.

"Flirt? I'm not flirting Moka. Besides that, lady is a lot older than I am…isn't that just weird?"

Moka blinked and tilted her head.

"Is it?"

I blinked. Then it hit me.

"Right!" I smiled "Vampires are immortal right?"

Moka nodded, though she seemed to think about it.

"It depends. I'm a true vampire or a higher vampire if you want to be accurate. The lesser vampiric species are not immortal like I am…or so human looking."

"Wait, what?"

"There are other vampiric monsters but they're more like animals than Yokai. There are also the weaker vampire clans. They live for a while but still age."

"….so Yokai are monsters with human intelligence?"

"Yup!"

"Wait, going back, so you're immortal? Like you'll never die?"

"I can be killed" whispered Moka "but no…I'll never age."

"…that must be interesting. I can't even imagine a life like that." Moka smiled, a shy blush spreading on her cheeks.

"I can say the same you know. The idea that I could grow old is…foreign to me."

"I bet."

"What's that like…knowing you'll for sure die one day?"

It was a heavy question, that was for sure. But she asked out of curiosity so I felt obliged to answer the best I could.

"It's…just something you get used to. Every now and again I feel that existential crisis. But then I just…ignore it."

"….really?"

"Don't know how else to describe it really. It's just not something I focus on."

Speaking of focusing. That girl…it was only a flash but I remember a girl with purple hair talking with a teacher. Her expression seemed conflicted…if oddly pleased? Odd enough that it stuck with me.

"Do you know a purple-haired girl by any chance?" asked Tsukune "wears leggings?"

"…why do you ask?" whispered Moka.

"I noticed her in the hallways."

Crunch. I looked around, wondering where the noise came from. Shrugging after I couldn't find it I turned to Moka's smiling expression…weird was the table always bent that way? Not that unusual considering all the fights that happened here.

"Anyway, she seemed distraught over something. I didn't really get a good look when I was blasted through the hallways but…it's something that's been bugging me."

"You're…concerned?"

"…maybe. It was only for a second really. Maybe I'm just seeing things."

"But you want to make sure" smiled Moka.

"…I do… then again that girl's probably strong enough to not let things happen to her…right?"

Moka grimaced. The image of that ogre douchebag or whatever he was kept replaying in my head.

"Are all…yokai like that?" I asked.

I didn't want to come off as Racist asking that, but I needed to know.

"No. Not all…but the idea of the strong over the weak is central across many species. A large majority would look at what he tried and laugh."

"At you!?"

"At him. The idea is that the strong naturally attract others. That he had to force himself on another is laughable and pathetic. But there are…other ways to coerce Yokai. If you're worried about this girl then so am I. I'll keep a lookout at the female dorms…maybe I could talk to her. Make sure she's all right."

"That would take a load off my mind Moka…I just really hope I'm overreacting."

"Did you recognize the man she was with?"

"He looked older. Like a teacher. I'm sure I'll be able to spot him out once I see him."

Moka nodded, finishing the last of her food. As Moka cleaned up I threw out the garbage. I jumped as I felt her lips give my neck a peck. I turned to her and watched as she walked away, a bit of her tongue sticking out at me. My face must have been flushed because I could feel the heat.

"Cheeky minx" I smirked.

Moka blushed and scowled. As if I'd let her have the last word. Now I had a free period while Moka went to human culture class. For whatever reason I was exempted from the class due to living in the human world for so long. I wasn't the only one, as many students roaming the halls attested to. It seemed that anyone that lived in the human world for more than two years without issue had a free period throughout the day. Technically I had two, but that second period would be eaten up once Moka selected our elective. Then there were the clubs. Jeez, I was going to be busy. The halls grew quiet as I neared the central area. But that wasn't important. An aroma like no other wafted to my senses. It was…intoxicating. Like…like…
"help me."

It was a quiet whisper, but one that broke me from the spell. I turned down the hall and noticed a girl was crumpled to the floor, holding her left arm. I looked around, wondering why no one else was helping her…but only found an empty hallway.

"...I've seen enough movies to know where this is going," I muttered.

As if I'd fall for that. Then she looked up and my common sense died. She was stunning, just as beautiful as Moka. They were vastly different though and her beauty spoke to me on a more…carnal level. After all…she was fucking stacked! Like god damn! She was so-

SMACK!

The girl flinched at the sound of me hitting myself in the face…but it had to be done. It was one thing to appreciate a beautiful woman…but this? Mama didn't raise no bitch; I'll tell you what. Something was going on here…but the girl was bleeding from her arm. She needed genuine help, not a horn dog idiot.

"Are you alright?" I asked, my eyes looking to her injury. She pushed her chest out as she grimaced. She opened her hand, showing a rather large cut. It was odd to me that it wasn't bleeding a bit more, but she seemed to be in a great deal of pain.
"Wait," I thought "if she's in such pain…was she poisoned!? This place is filled with all sorts of Yokai!"

"Can you walk?" I asked.

The girl blinked.

"Um…no. But some, EEP!"

I lifted her without a second thought. If she was poisoned than she needed a doctor, NOW. I could feel her breasts press into my chest, but all my willpower went to ignore it. It was like I was holding the most pleasant being in the world…but that needed to be put to the side. My focus needed to be elsewhere.

"I'm taking you to the infirmary. If you're in this much pain and unable to move with a cut on your arm, there's no telling what could happen. I'll make sure you get you where you need to go…damnit where is everybody!? Does no one care that someone's hurt?"

-Narrator's P.O.V-

The girl in Tsukune's arms was no average woman. Nay, she was a succubus. A creature of such sexual power that even the strongest of men would bend to her whims. While all monsters vocally demean the succubi for their demeanour…none could ever deny them. They were sought after, coveted, and were the sexual pinnacle of all Yokai…at least that is what Kurumu's mother said. They were the hunters, the seducers! But…well…

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

She found herself at a loss. Kurumu was lifted off her feet by the man she was trying to seduce. He was like everyone else, twisted around her little finger, charmed. It was exactly like she planned! He would fall for her charms and in doing so reveal that it was she, Kurumu, that was the most beautiful woman in this school.

Then the lunatic punched himself in the face. Doted over her as if she was a helpless woman, and then proceeded to lift her without a problem. While her wings and tail were hidden in her transformation that didn't mean she wasn't heavy for human form Yokai. Yet, this man whose power she could barely sense lifted her without a problem. He moved quickly, reassuring her that she would be ok. That whatever was hurting her would be dealt with.

As Tsukune climbed the stairs none the wiser, Kurumu was covering her face in embarrassment. It wasn't supposed to end up this way! She was supposed to be leading him on, trapping him in her flow. Instead, the guy was breaking through every seduction technique that she was putting out. There was one good thing to come from this though. A sly smile spread on Kurumu's face as she looked at Tsukune's focused expression. For all his focus the man was deeply, DEEPLY, attracted to her. She could sense his attraction to her, his lust. Yet, this was the first time she had seen someone…well…to her senses, it was like Tsukune had taken his sexual desires and was now beating the living shit out of it with his mental control.

It was impressive as it was annoying…though it made her blush.

"Could he…could he be the one?"

Such thoughts were for later as Kurumu blinked, realizing that once they reached the infirmary…well then her story was blown.

"I'm feeling better" smiled Kurumu awkwardly.

The intense eyes that bore down on her made her wet almost instantly.

"…you sure?"

Kurumu moved her legs to show that she was fine. She was blushing hard but as a succubus, her blush was visible on a different part of her body.

"Thank you" smiled Kurumu, laying on the charm "I…I think I overreacted."

"If you don't mind me asking, what happened?"

Kurrumu blushed horribly.

"Oh it was the most awkward accident" she whimpered, her eyes swirling as she started just rambling on, "A friend of mine asked me to help her with her spines and…well they can be poisonous if launched. She cut my arm by accident. She ran to her room to get me the antidote. She must have been sidetracked."

It was the most bullshit excuse Kurumu could think of. She was a horrible liar. Any Yokai would know immediately that such a thing was impossible when in a full human transformation. Besides who would help someone with their poisonous spines in the middle of the hallway?

Only an absolute idiot-

"I see. I understand."

"….what?"

"I…said I understand? Is there something wrong?"

"Of course not!" smiled Kurumu, realizing his sincerity. She narrowed her eyes a bit, wondering why someone was rolling with this? Did he know? Oh god how embarrassing would that be!? She was a succubus! She was the seducer!

She blushed horribly at Tsukune's calm smile. She could still feel his raging attraction but she had never met someone who…restrained it so much.

Was that healthy? The average Yokai were free with their emotions and desires. This…was unusual.

"Anyways" said Tsukune "If you're alright I'll head out."

Kurumu simply blushed a little more and watched him leave. With a wave of her hand her cut disappeared, an illusion and nothing more. She bit her lip. She had to admit that she was more annoyed than she expected. How could someone just…accept that!? Honestly it was the biggest ass pull she'd ever done and no one would have accepted it. No Yokai worth their salt would…wait?

Kurumu knew it wasn't possible. Out of all the creatures in this world, the Succubi were the most sensitive when it came to Yokai, the energy that permeated monsters. Everything had Yokai to some extent but monsters such as hers were active, their energy moving and twisting in accordance to their mental state. It was where the catch-all term "Yokai" came from for the Japanese monsters. It was why Kurumu and other Succubi were such natural when it came to emotional and sexual pursuits. They were quite literally attuned to the emotional aspects of the world…save for one singular species. The one that had for since the dawn of time been their antithesis, the one species that couldn't be read easily or at all really.

Humans.

Their emotions and state of mind could be read. You could feel them. But the nature, the extent, the specifics if you will, were never clear. For a species that could read others so readily…it was vexing. It was why legends of succubi seducing humans were so abundant around the world.

They did it to prove they could.

Kurumu never met a human. She had watched them from her mother's casino but she had never actually interacted with one face to face…but from what she could feel from a distance their energy was similar to this Tsukune person. Though his was…unusually potent. Not powerful, no, but it had a…musk to it. A sweet aroma-

"STOP!" thought Kurumu, her thoughts steaming out of her head "You're just curious, that's all" she muttered, "yea just curious. You got this…he'll be under your thumb!"

After all…a human in this school? Absurd. Besides, taking this man under her wing was just ripe for opportunities. Nothing would hurt Moka more than seducing her meal ticket. A small smile spread of Kurumu's face as she decided to continue pursuing this. What went ignored was the rampant blush that accompanied that smile.

-With Tsukune, 20 minutes later."

When Tsukune returned to Moka he expected a laugh, maybe a hug, perhaps even a joke. Instead, he was met with a twisted expression on her face.

"You sure you're alright?" he asked as the two left the guidance office.

"I'm fine" she stated curtly.

"Moka, seriously. I can't apologize if you don't explain. What did I do wrong."

Moka blushed horribly as she turned to the side.

"You're being ridiculous," stated Inner Moka.

"Don't you start! You've been more awake lately than ever."

"I'm usually dormant yes, but your consumption of that lesser's blood has given me more energy to maintain my awareness. Even got me conversing with you."

"His name is Tsukune!"

"…you're too attached to that lesser. Leave him be."

"What?"

"Just because he has the scent of another female on him doesn't mean anything to us. He's free to pursue whoever he wishes."

"…really."

"What?"

In reality Moka's expression turned blank, her dead expression telling to all that she was done with something.

"What" demanded Inner Moka.

"We're literally the same. One person with a split personality due to the seal. Two pieces of a singular whole."

"And?"

"Who I'm attracted to is inversely who you're attracted to. We're not opposites."

"THAT IS RIDICULOUS!"

"Oh? Than explain why I feel more jealous than usual? Because I know for a fact that it isn't just me. I've felt your rage and this has you written all over it!"

"How dare you!?"

"OH SHUT UP!"

"Moka…are you alright?"

Moka turned to Tsukune and blushed horribly. The man's hand was on her head. She stilled as she realized she felt another emotion. Indignation, a haughty feeling of forced disgust…one that broke apart the second Tsukune stared at her Rosary. He blinked, staring at the eye that was now looking at him.

"Is that Inner Moka? Cool."

Outer Moka smiled as she felt her inner self reel back as if she was struck. She felt it all in that moment, the flash of heat that echoed through her body as her stomach did butterflys.

"It's a new trick I've noticed" smiled Outer Moka, "since we've started drinking your blood my power has begun developing more. Inner Moka can see through my eyes but this rosary lets her hear everything."

Moka's voice was like velvet, hiding her unease flawlessly.

"Damn that's a relief" smiled Tsukune "I was worried she'd be left out."

Outer Moka's smile grew as she felt another flash of heat echo through her body, her emotional state intertwining with Inner Moka's. Until the seal forcibly split them apart again, the burden of her power too great to be unsealed fully.

"…Do not talk to me lesser" sputtered Inner Moka.

Tsukune blinked.

"…Why do I hear Inner Moka talking to me?"

Both Outer and Inner Moka stopped in their tracks. At this moment Outer Moka's steaming expression matched Inner Moka's.

"Did…did you hear out entire conversation?"

"You were having a conversation? No all I heard was Inner Moka calling me a lessar."

"Oh thank the blood" thought Outer Moka, though a spike of annoyance was fired at her "inner" self.

"I…"

Moka's friend smiled, moving fludily to assure Moka, even interrupting Inner Moka before she could utter another word.

"I know I can be a little uncomfortable sometimes. I want you to know that I won't touch Moka like that again."

Moka blinked, her heart squeezing at the thought. Though…it wasn't just her it seemed.

"Wait I-"

Inner Moka realized the trap that she had sprung as she felt Outer Moka grinning slyly at her.

"Anyways" smiled Tsukune, putting his hands in his pocket "you free this afternoon you two?"

Inner Moka's entire thought process stalled. Outer Moka's smile just grew. Seems that Tsukune still didn't understand that they were less a "we" and more an "I" but that was ok. It was the thought that counted.

"We are yes!"

Still, better to roll with his current understanding. Made it easier.

"Great, cause I got some human shows and stuff to watch, if you're interested."

"Human shows?"

"A few yea."

"How did you smuggle that in here?" whispered Moka.

"What do you mean? It's on my computer."

The vampire's eyes widened.

"On your computer! Don't you need a T.V and a receiver of some kind?"

Tsukune blinked and than grinned.

"Oh you're gonna love this."

Tsukune jumped as he and Moka rounded the corner and he bumped into a familiar face. He blinked as he smiled serenely at Kurumu.

"Kurumu! How's that arm of yours?"

Moka blinked as she felt an unbridled jealousy seep from her rosary. She gave her rosary a small smirk. The embarrassment must have been too much for her, as her inner personality forcibly went dormant, leaving outer Moka to her thoughts. Without Inner Moka, Outer was much calmer. Jealousy wouldn't be the right words to describe her but rather…cautious.

"Hello!" smiled Kurumu brightly, her charm blasting at full. Moka scowled but was pleasantly surprised to find Tsukune seemingly shaking off the effects…though she did smell something familiar off him. He smelled fantastic as always, almost arou….sing…

"Oh my god" thought Moka, her cheeks crimson "am I smelling his pheromones!?"

Contrary to popular belief, vampires and succubus do not go "full horny mode" when in the presence of pheromones. Rather their ability to smell such things had the opposite purpose. Due to the nature of creatures such as vampires and succubi, their ability to sense pheromones was more a warning that such things were being used against them…or that their current hunting tactics were working in their favour. Moka had been wondering what the smell was for the last few times she had been hanging out with Tsukune, as she had never been in contact with such a scent all her life.

It was a pleasant smell, kind of musky…like pine. Like a calming forest. That wasn't as important though. He was attracted to her! Moka felt both elated and downtrodden. What kind of man would be interested in the monster that hunted his kind? Kurumu however had no such emotional compunctions. Tsukune's face became shadowed by thick darkness as the lines of his face became rougher as Kurumu launched herself into his arms, hugging him tightly. Her breast pushed into his chest and Tsukune's will was pushed to the brink. The issue wasn't the horny problem. The issue was that he felt he was becoming uncontrollable. Something was wrong but it felt so damn right!?

It was vexing. Like something was curling around his mind and squeezing it. He "pushed" agaisnt the feeling, not noticing Kurumu's surprised expression.

"I'm…I…".

Moka scowled and with a blast of her energy she dispelled Kurumu's charm. The normal human relaxed as he felt that odd compulsion disperse and was instead replaced by a familiar if lacking feeling. He felt Moka's energy blanket him, a pleasant thrum over his spine. It wasn't as potent as inner Moka, but it was enough to invoke a familiar sense of dread. How sad was it that Tsukune was getting used to it now?

"Oh thank god" muttered Tsukune "so something was screwing with me."

He looked down at Kurumu's innocent expression.

"Sorry about that" smiled Kurumu "Most Yokai can shrug off simple charms like that one."

"…what?"

"Leave him alone" scowled Moka "He's not a toy to play with."

"No…he's just something to snack on, isn't he? Like a human snack? Why bother with this vampire when you be with a woman like me? Hmm."

Tsukune's face went blank. His thoughts spiralled out of control at the idea that he had been discovered so readily.

"Uuuuhhh."

"Oh, don't bother hiding it" smiled Kurumu, her eye's glowing a savage kind of pink "Yokai this weak? He might as well be human, but don't worry. I'll treat you- ERK!"

There was no warning. One second Moka was still, the next she had her hand wrapped around Kurumu's throat. Kurumu's was lifted off the ground by Moka, back cracking the wall with a loud thud. Moka's face was blank, the veins bulging on her neck as what bit of energy she could muster was now pouring out...no it was like a torrent. Her rosary's eye was wide open, staring at Kurumu as well.

"WOAH!" yelled Tsukune, as a bit of her black energy leaked out around her. He watched as Moka's fangs grew larger, a flash of silver echoing through her pink hair.

The succubus looked at Moka, her eyes wide and bleary, caught off guard by the sudden pressure.

"Why are you!?"

Moka threw Kurumu against the other wall, her eyes glowing a vicious red. The ends of her hair was turning white as inner and outer acted as one.

"YOU DARE?"

Tsukune touched his chest.

"Is this what it's like being the damsel? Never before have I felt so vindicated…and defeated…I really hope this doesn't become a pattern."

As Tsukune's pride died a slow death, Moka's teeth were bared, her fangs growing as the seal leaked. The seal was designed with Moka's personality in mind, such anger and jealousy from outer and inner allowed a small portion of her power to leak out. Though small for Moka was a different scale for beings like Kurumu.

"I DIDN'T KNOW" grunted Kurumu "I was just insulting him!? What's the problem it's not like he's actually…wait He's ACTUALLY MMMHPHH!?"

Moka's hand wrapped around Kurumu's mouth instead. Moka's rage increased as she realized what happened. Tsukune was looking down the hallways. Kurumu tried to scream but Moka's hand began glowing with a dark crimson energy. Her eyes bore into the succubus.

"SHUT UP."

The succubus went silent and the two looked down the hall, noticing that other students were beginning to make their way into the hallways before guidance. Moka growled, the sound akin to a lion.

"Come with us".

Tsukune blinked.

"Wait what?"

Moka grabbed Tsukune and hauled him over her shoulder. The man sighed, wondering when his life became like this. The poor girl was dragged by her face as Moka jumped out the window, the two in tow.

-eight minutes later-

By habit Tsukune was pouring some tea, the cups being placed in front of Moka and Kurumu.
"Here you are" smiled Tsukune to Moka.

He hesitantly gave a cup to Kurumu, whose face was red with finger marks. She took the tea, humming in appreciation at the taste.

"This is actually good!"

"Um…thank you?" smiled Tsukune.

He was once sitting between them, but Moka had decided to sit right beside him, closer to Kurumu.

"Are you alright?" asked Moka, looking at Tsukune.

"I'm good. I promise. What about you? You went absolute dark lord on her ass. That isn't like you?"

Moka blushed slightly, but her anger was apparent.

"She called you food…I don't think of you that way."

"I mean it's not like it's entirely wrong though?" said Tsukune "I know I'm not just something you snack on but was it worth losing your shit, awesome as it was?"

It was awesome to Tsukune. It was like watching someone go super sayian in real life.

"You don't…you don't get it" scowled Moka.

"Then help me understand," said Tsukune.

Moka shifted slightly and looked at Tsukune. Her eyes softened and she nodded.

"In…in our culture we have different terms for how people are related to us."

He nodded along.

"To call you food" whispered Moka "is to refer to as something lesser."

"Isn't that what inner Moka calls me?"

Moka gave him a droll stare. A sliver of shame rippled through Moka. Inner was listening.

"It's not the same thing. It puts you in the same space as cattle. It's not entirely pleasant. A lessar could be a servant, a maid. Someone further down the social ladder."

"Like a statement of fact."

"Exactly" smiled Moka, "but food…it's not a pleasant thing Tsukune. There's a reason I've never drank human blood from the source till you."

"Than what am I?" asked Tsukune.

"We're on bloodsucking terms!" smiled Moka, her blush wide and bright.
"I'm sorry but what? Is that not the same thing?"

"Well…sharing blood and feeding on it are entirely different" blushed Moka, fiddling with her skirt "it implies a different sort of relationship…one that's built on respect."

"Uh huh."

"I mean it" said Moka, staring at Tsukune with a strength he'd never seen before. "For us, blood sucking terms means that we don't take your blood…you offer it and that…it means something. At least to me."

"…I see. Since we're on the subject what are the other terminologies, you got?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean like a coven. Those are a thing right? Is that like a family?"

Moka smiled brightly, happy to share such concepts.

"A coven is like a chosen family" explained Moka, "It is usually made up of a vampire's lovers though but not always."

"…lovers?"

Moka tilted her head.

"Well…yes. Most vampires have multiple partners."

"Wait seriously?"

In a twisted sort of way Tsukune did get it. If you're immortal, the concept of being with one person and one person alone was entirely different compared to a human's life span.

"Is it…like expected?" asked Tsukune "like how my family expects me to get married and have a kid?"

"No", smiled Moka, happy that her friend wasn't judging her, "it depends on the individual."

A part of Tsukune wanted to ask for more specifics…but he wasn't ready to hear it. He needed to think on it and make sure that he was ready to accept either answer without bias. It was fucking weird…but who was he to judge?

"It's not that unusual is it?" asked Kurumu "I mean don't humans usually dream about having harems?"

Tsukune rolled his eyes.

"Immature kids do sure. They don't understand that a relationship is different from sex."

Kurumu blinked. She then smiled, pushing her breasts forward. Tsukune turned to the left, his poor face crimson.

"I'm not falling for whatever you were doing to me" scowled Tsukune "Cough it up, what are you after?"

Kurumu scowled at Moka.

"This one has been intruding on my hunting grounds."

"I'm sorry what?"

Moka rose an eyebrow…but than she finally sighed in irritation.

"Are you kidding me? Over that?"

"Over what?"

"She's talking about…well…how the others…"

It clicked for Tsukune, causing the young man to laugh.

"What is she talking about how everyone follows you like a lost puppy?"

Moka blushed horribly as Tsukune laughed. Kurumu just grinned, the red markings on her face disappearing.

"What? You're not jealous?"
Tsukune laughed as he wiped a tear.

"Of what? That those idiots can't hold a conversation to save their life? No Moka is free to make any friend she likes. It's not my place to say who she can hang out with or not. But what's that have to do with you?"

"She's a succubus?"

"Ok? Aren't they like sex demons? No offence."

Kurumu stared at him, her expression blank and disappointed.

"Only a human would state something that oblivious. How is it here right now?"

"Hey, it has a name!"

Kurumu giggled as her tail tickled Tsukune's face. Moka scowled as she glared at Kurumu.

"I don't care about anything else right now. But you'll stay quiet about Tsukune."

"Or what?"

Moka's blood lust echoed through the room like a raging bear. There wasn't even a build up to it. It just released itself, curling around Kurumu with a deadly promise. It made Tsukune almost fall to the floor on his back. For a vampire, killing wasn't something that was difficult. They were born predators, the apex of the apex. Even as sweet and kind as Moka was…she was willing to kill and easily at that. Kurumu shivered as Moka's cold eyes bore down at her. Her rosary wasn't helping either, the creepy red eye glaring at her ominously.

"Moka" whispered Kurumu, pointing at Tsukune.

Moka blinked and turned to her friend, her expression turning ashen. Tsukune was heaving as the heavy atmosphere dissipated.

"The hell was that!?" grunted Tsukune.

Moka blushed as she stared at the ground.

"A form of blood magic."

Tsukune stared at Moka and couldn't help but feel his heart ache. The way her eyes were down trodden…the way she looked…

"Damn it me…you really are a sucker for a pretty face."

The man smiled, heartfelt and true.

"Damn. You really didn't need me for shit with Saizo. I should have ran when you told me, huh?"

Moka blinked, staring as Tsukune sat himself up, rubbing his chest tenderly as his heart slowed down.

"You…"

It was his smile that did it. Kurumu's tail stiffened as she felt it, a connection. She cooed as she squirmed in place, feeling the fledgling bonds that existed between this human boy and vampire.

"Oh, come on!" she grunted, "why can't I find something like that!?"

Moka blushed horribly as Tsukune blinked. Kurumu smirked even more as she locked eyes with Moka, making the vampire blush heavily.

"What?"

Moka smiled slightly, talking a bit faster and completely ignoring Tsukune's question.

"Kurumu's hunting grounds is typical succubus behaviour. They seduce a given area and select their partners carefully from that pool of people. Than they feed on the emotional energy they all give off."

"Kind of bland but she gets it" smiled Kurumu "now, you're human?"

"Uh…that's right?"

"But how?"

"Well…."

-Fifteen Minutes later-

"That is by far the most ridiculous story I've ever heard" grunted Kurumu "and sad as it is probably the truth. Your life sucks."

"Thanks."

"Like seriously" sighed Kurumu, looking at her nails, "You've had got to have the worse luck…fine, I'll stay quiet."

"Really?" asked Moka, her eyes raised. Kurumu smirked.

"I don't have to worry anymore…besides I'm interested in how you resisted my charms."

"Uh…ok" muttered Tsukune.

"Let's be friends" grinned Kurumu.

Tsukune blinked.

"…what?"

Moka however was…actually quite tame.

"Why?" she asked.

"I'm interested in humans. Besides, the emotional energy of humans has always been top notch stuff. The by product of your emotions that I've already absorbed have kept me sated for a while."

Tsukune sighed.

"So I'm food."

Kurumu snorted.

"Of course not. What I'm talking about isn't just sustenance it's more…development. I am absorbing everything in the school, not just from you…not like her."

Moka gripped her fists tightly as Kurumu stuck her tongue out at her. Tsukune scowled.

"Don't bring that up. I'm fine with what's happening; besides, Moka's my friend. If you want to be friends then fine but don't think for a second that means you can walk over Moka…besides she'd kick your ass anyways."

Moka grinned savagely, her shining teeth making Kurumu's throat ache.

"Now, unless you're into television me and Moka got shows to watch!"

Tsukune was freaking out. Anime was an escape, at least for a bit.

"Wait shows?" whispered Kurumu, "you can't have shows? There's no TV's here."

Tsukune just grinned and showed his set up. A personally built PC with a 40 inch screen, packaged personally by Johnathan past his mother.

"Managed to sneak this in from the human world. Saved on it are a bunch of shows that I've watched over the years."

"…you're kidding?"

"Nope."

-Eighteen Minutes later-

Kurumu giggled slightly as Moka watched a few animes, totally engrossed in the shows. Tsukune even noticed the eye of Moka's rosary was opened in a searing red.

"Man you really like anime."

Moka shushed him and Tsukune just chuckled.

"Vampires don't get out much" smirked Kurumu, "so this is probably the first time that she's seen anything like this?"

"That makes literally zero sense. She went to a human school?"

"Teleportation is a thing" muttered Kurumu, "wouldn't surprise me if that was something her family had for her. I mean, would you send your kid to live on their own?"

"…teleportation?"

Kurumu nodded, absently fixing her collar, enjoying the way Tsukune's eyes remained locked on hers. She would break his little "gentleman" stare so help her god. She was hot damn it!

"Yup! Been around for a long time though it's not something that can be used often. I know my mother has one for her hometown…though it takes a lot of emotional energy to function."

"See, still not understanding that" muttered Tsukune, "the whole, emotional energy thing."

Kurumu smirked, trailing her finger down Tsukune's neck and curling it into his collar.

"I'm more than happy to teach you?"

"I'm sure you are" smiled Tsukune, "still though. Think I'll pass. I'll learn as time goes on."

"I was serious you know" said Kurumu, sensing Tsukune's emotions, "about being your friend. It wasn't a lie or a trick."

"….are you?"

"Yes. Sensing emotions is not difficult. The problem comes in understanding it…if that makes sense."

"Not at all but continue."

"I want to get to know you as I hunt around…I have a feeling about you."

"If this is some kind of trap-"

"It's not" said Moka, her attention still on the screen, "she's not the only one who can sense emotions. She's being honest."

Kurumu's hair frizzeled like a cat's as she hissed at Moka.

"Hey!"
Moka glared at Kurumu.

"If you're going to read Tsukune like that than I'll do the same."

Kurumu grumbled as she turned away and Tsukune was left confused. Moka, as always, saved him.

"Sensing emotions like Kurumu does isn't something that's usually possible. Most Yokai hid their energy precisely so that species like Succubi can't manipulate them."

"Wait what?"

Kurumu pouted.

"It's not manipulation. I just…wanted to show my sincerity."

"….In a way I get it." Muttered Tsukune.

"Really?"

"Not at all. But I'm already rolling with a vampire, what's a succubus to that mix."

Kurumu grinned.

"Already building your little human harem?"

"Damnit woman that wasn't what I was talking about, and you know it."

Kurumu giggled and suddenly gripped Tsukune's arm. She held it between her breasts. Her tongue flickered out as she "tasted" the emotional wavelength. She chuckled as Tsukune rolled his eyes, smiling at her all the same.

"You ever cool down?" asked Tsukune.

Kurumu smirked, one filled with allure.

"Never" she whispered.

With that Kurumu left the room. Quite quickly too. Tsukune blinked, wondering what the rush was but left it be. Who was he to guess at it. Moka however was smirking. The reason?

"Stupid stupid stupid stupid" muttered Kurumu, smashing her head into the wall just outside Tsukune's room…a room that was entirely alone on a floor to himself? What was up with that?

"You had to be the femme fatale!" cried Kurumu, "I can barely flirt with him as is!?"

Kurumu's face went full blast, her own heart barely kept within her chest. The more she sat with him, the more Tsukune's thoughts and feelings became apparent, the more that Kurumu felt a connection. One that was formed almost instantly.

This wasn't love. Nay…Kurumu knew exactly what this was. Infatuation…deep and hot as they come. It was funny in a way. A creature of love falling so helplessly within the grasp of infatuation.

"Hunting grounds" cried Kurumu, "How can I hunt like this!? Damn that stupid…stupid.."

Tsukune's worried expression filtered in. That honest…filled with emotion…expression. Kurumu's face exploded in a shower of red, her eyes glowing an odd purple as her energy danced erratically.

"KYAA! Why did he have to be so adorable!?"
