Sorry for the delay. I ended up with writer's block, as well as going through more spiritual stuff. Now, that I've figured it out, let's continue with the story. :)
The Lower Dimensions was an empty space. Deep in the heart of Everything, the Lower Dimensions proved to be the denser realm. Not only was the air denser, but it also proved to be a place where darkness reigned. Or so it seemed here in these denser dimensions, where the vibrations were lower, while the Dimensions above had lighter air.
This was where God would do his next task, this next creation: bringing up the Universes, with their Galaxies and their Planets, allowing these Worlds to collide and create new worlds with their so lustful desire to make new worlds afoot, even at the most inconspicuous time.
The moment God entered the Lower Dimensions, He turned his attention towards the High Heavens. It was here Archangel Michael came swooping down, holding Satan prisoner. The Fallen Angels joined God, Michael, and Satan, much to Satan's chagrin. God smiled at this large first group of Fallen Angels. God looked up at the Middle Heavens, guiding the rest of the Fallen Angels there, so they could await orders, given by God when they least expected it.
"What do we do now?" one Fallen Angel asked from the Middle Heavens.
"Build your home here in the Middle Heavens. Wait for my orders, and I will send the next group down to the Lower Dimensions when it is time. Understood?" God asked, hoping the rest of the Fallen Angels would listen to Him.
"At once, my Lord! At once!" the rest of the Fallen Angels said in unison, including the Fallen Angel that spoke up first to God. God watched these Fallen Angels make their home in the Middle Heavens, while He returned to the Lower Dimensions to begin his work.

Satan waited a good couple of minutes for God to show up. The last thing he expected was God was already present next to him. Satan just didn't realize God was there. And even if Satan did notice God was there, Satan would for sure have something on his mind to rebel about!
That wouldn't stop God from treating Satan like he was an Angel, an Archangel! Fallen, it was true, but Satan was still one of the Archangels. Or so he thought, as God pondered his next move.
"What is it, Lord?!" Satan grieved, causing God to shush him. Satan retaliated, "Well, I don't believe we're here for a reason! Why are you doing this? I'm a god here, Lord!"
"Quiet Satan!" God told him, backfiring.
Satan was appalled. "Am I not still Lucifer Morningstar? Or is that name forgotten?"
God sighed. "Look Satan, Lucifer is still in you. I know he is, but you have to not let this job get to you. You've become Satan, Lucifer. And until you make do with what you have and learn what you need to learn, only then can you be allowed back in the High Heavens. But I doubt you'll like this role you're taking, my Deceiver. If there is any chance for redemption, I would gladly love to see that. Until that time comes, remain here in the Lower Dimensions."
Satan sighed. That was it? Stay here in the Lower Dimensions? Just what was he to do now? "What would you have me do? Make a home here?!" He spoke, quieter, "You know I can't do that. It's impossible."
God smirked. "Only you would know that, my reckless Fallen Archangel." He sighed, taking a look around the empty space. "My work begins now. I have something special planned for you. But you won't like it."
Satan groveled in pain and agony. Whatever God had in mind it would not be good.
"Dragons, come out!" God spoke aloud for all to hear.
At first, Satan and the first group of Fallen Angels had no idea what was happening. Then, they parted single file until a wide aisle was created. It was enough to present four dragon kings, each with a different shade of color splattered on their wings, heads, bodies, and tails, each carrying a single orb representing the Elements.
God smiled at these Four Dragon Kings, who steadily flew towards God and bowed before Him. "My Lord," the Four Dragon Kings presented themselves in unison. Satan could hardly stand them.
"What are they doing here?" Satan asked, smacking his forehead.
"We are the Four Dragon Kings," the Four Dragon Kings announced, presenting themselves before God Almighty. "If you will have us, we will be most gracious with helping you create the Worlds, the Universes, and the Galaxies."
God bowed before the Four Dragon Kings, impressed, "And it will be done, my Kings. Indeed, you have come here most splendidly. Now please, let us get to work on building these Worlds. But not before I present the Five Siblings, who will share in the Creation of these Worlds. Oh, Five Siblings, come out!"
Satan turned his gaze towards the setting Sun, now approaching the Lower Dimensions. As the Sun set, an entire group of Authors, Scientists, Engineers, Builders, and at last, the Force, made their approach down to the Lower Dimensions, heading straight to God. Satan was forced to get out of the way as the Five Siblings approached God.
Already, Satan felt like an outcast.
And yet, God smiled at the Five Siblings, introducing them to the Four Dragon Kings. It was in this meeting where it was established the First Great Meeting of the Lower Dimensions. And it was a long meeting, with each sharing tales from the High Heavens, and each bringing a new warmth, the likes of which no one could have foreseen.
Only God could foresee this future, and it was good. At least, for now.

Satan turned away from God to look at the empty space in the Lower Dimensions. Not only could he see much of this place was denser and far drearier than one could imagine, Satan didn't lose sight of the Chaos brewing in the distance.
The Chaos played in the Lower Dimensions, newly created and filled with ever so much hectic behaviors. Satan laughed, willing to play with the Chaos that spurred.
Satan turned his gaze upon God, at which God stated, "Would you like to live here, for a time? You'd wreak havoc upon these Lower Heavens, and with Chaos around, you'd have plenty to keep you occupied."
"Live here? You're serious?" Satan asked, appalled. "Am I not going back to the High Heavens?"
God chuckled. "No. Not for the task I have upon you. Remember your job. Your life begins here and now, but you will occupy it in the Real-World Realms. The Fictional-World Realms require something else, and for that, I will need Melkor."
Satan shrugged. "Melkor has already joined Eru Ilúvatar."
"Has he?" God nodded, smirking. "Good. Very good. Then I know just what to do with him, but he won't like it. And neither will you, once you stay and live upon these Real-World Realms."
Satan shook his head. "No, no. Don't tell me—you're not—"
"I've already made my plans. You didn't hear them," God stated.
Satan stared at God, quizzical, "You haven't even told me your Plan! Not all of it! What more do I have to do?"
God chided with him, "My work is finished in the High Heavens, but this job isn't done. You have your own task to do. I will speak to you in good time. Then we will begin my work, as promised." He walked away, readying his work to make the Real Worlds and the Fictional Worlds come into existence.
But something else needed to be done. And God knew it:
"Hmm. The Real Worlds and the Fictional Worlds are still mingling." God shook His head, watching the real beings and creatures mingled with their fictional counterparts. God sighed. He knew what to do, "I will create separate Universes for them. They must not be reunited until the Time is right for them to flourish. In that notion, Divide."
A mighty blast sounded in the Lower Dimensions. Only the High Heavens would have Reality and Fictional combined, or so God wanted. But in the Lower Dimensions, Chaos took hold! She lived and loved this Great Divide between the real beings and creatures, and fictional beings and creatures. It was her destiny to cause chaos, to show them what she could do.
Many wept.
With that, Eru came down from the High Heavens to create the Music of the Worlds, with Melkor wreaking havoc upon the songs, newly created by Eru and the other Valar.

God watched in wonder at His Creations. Altogether, they and God began to create the first Universes: real and fictional. God knew then, for now, things between reality and fiction would stay in their occupied realms, never to rest until the time was right when they would become joined again.
It was then, God spoke with Eru. God wanted to help Eru create a new world: a world where the fictional would have a place of their own, which was good.
That world would have one name: the First World.
