I do not own, nor do I make profit off of Twilight. It's all belong to it's author Stephanie Meyer.
Reviews:
Buba1999- Hey there! Thank you so much for you're kind words and review! It was sooo sweet and I can't thank you enough for taking the time out of your day to do it. I've always had a soft spot for Rose and Think she would make an amazing mother, so I wanted to show off my interpretation of it just a little and I'm so happy that you like it! Thank you for being so nice and leaving such an amazing review!
Fanfict22-THANK YOU sooooo much for your forgiveness. I felt really bad that I couldn't get it out on time, but I'm happy that all is forgiven and you liked it! I really wanted to involve the Voultri now, since they were kind of blindsided with Bella in the book and wanted to play into that at some point. Thank you so much for reading and reviewing, it honestly really makes my day reading your thoughtful words! I really hope you like this chapter and thank you again for your kindness and review!
Guest-I know I'm so sorry! Don't worry she'll get a much deserved break soon...okay that was a lie, but she'll get one eventually!

Gosh you really know how to just send my spiraling don't you! I bow to you! I also have to bow to you for automatically knowing how Rose felt, I've really been struggling to show to relationship between the two and the fact that you already knew Rose's emotions makes me feel a little bit better! Thank you so much for the amazing and kind review, I honestly never deserve your words and can't thank you enough! PLease know I am so appreciative of your kindness!

QueenSherica14- I'll tell you Mare is going THROUGHT IT! Thank you so much for reading and leaving such an interactive review! I love that you completely understood the assignment and bow to you queen! Carlisle is forever that parent that's prepared for any and all situations! and Esme is definitely "never question me, because I always know best"...and it turns out she does. Fun Fact I though there was actually a doctor Grady in the Twilight books...but theirs not...I swear I hallucinated the whole thing, so thats the story of George Grady! Aro is 1000000000% going to be the absolute weirdest and creepiest guy that Mare is going to meet in the Twilight vs and I honestly can't wait for it! Rose...welllll I'm sorry that will be Next chapter, so please I hope you stick around just a bit longer! Thank you for being so sweet and leaving the best review! I really really appreciate you!
xoxoxo8123- Welcome back friend! YOU ARE TOOOO SWEET! I was really worried about how long this chapter was, so that fact that you read it twice?! TranquillitysSecret210- You are soo right, she really doesn't lol! I'm soo glad you loved this chapter honestly that meant the world for me to read! I've honestly had this chapter in my head for months now and just couldn't wait to write it! I don't really know where the idea came from it just popped in my head over night so the fact that you liked it really made my night! I have actually always had a really soft spot for Rose and wanted to showcase her motherly nature here while throwing in some drama and it seems thats my favorite thing these days. I would love to tell you what happens with Rose but I honestly just hope you keep reading lol as all will be revealed at some point! I'm serious when I say just take the plunge my luv, I think you'll be surprised how many people find your writing to be good and want to read more of it...honestly I'm surprised everyday and encourage you to find the confidence to one day post, so that I may read and review your lovely works! I hope you have the best week and thank you again i really am soooo appreciative!
Ooshnish- I was wondering where you were! I felt so bad not getting that chapter out on time that I was really hoping you got to read it before I posted tonight! You are very right in your observation that Carlisle being with Mare instead of Edward would have been a mch bigger comfort but I feel like maybe people might be getting tired of my Carlisle and Mare hurt/comfort in almost ever chapter so I took him out just this once, don't worry it will be back very soon;) Honestly I feel like I read somewhere that almost all the Cullens have studied some sort of medicine in college but just didn't get far because they had to move and restart high-school, but I'm not too sure. One of the main reasons I had her go to the hospital each time is just because she is currently living with the Cullens as a "foster kid" and they're for any injury would have to be recorded and proven for records. In my heart I just feel like Carlisle would just want to have all his ducks in a row so he went that way instead of having one of the kids fix her up, or just monitor her at home. I hope that makes sense, but sometimes honestly I just get carried away lol! I am so happy I'm forgiven it really did eat me up not having that chapter ready right way so i feel a bit better now. YOU have got to stop being so mice to me, I honestly can't take the kindness of your words, it always leaves me smiling like a goofy idiot and I honestly love you for it! Thank you Ooshnish for being my friend and for being the absolute kindness human being that has ever graced this earth!
Weekend Fun Redo
"Blue to the sky, orange for the thigh." Dr. Grady explains, holding the practice Epi-pen out, "Make sense?"
"For the third time, yes." I sigh,
"Well, you're not very good at listening so I thought I would tell you again." Dr. Grady smiles dropping the practice pen into his pocket,
"Is your bedside manner always like this?" He shrugs,
"Only for those I like." I smirk,
"Hate to be your wife or kids."
"Jokes on you, I don't have any. This time I'm not going to tell you to come back maybe you'll listen." He turns to Edward, "Good seeing you again Ed, hit the call button when you're ready and Nurse Gordon will come and get you." He pats him on the shoulder before heading out the door. I wait till it shuts to say anything,
"Kind of a funny doctor."
"It's only cause you're Carlisle's, he has a more professional tone when need be." My heart flutters at his statement,
"You're Carlisle's"
He steps closer holding out a small carry-on,
"He wasn't lying when he said he likes you, thinks you're funny." I grab the bag setting it on my lap to grab the clothes inside. Somehow Edward was able to sneak out early this morning and go back to the house to grab some new clothes to change into while also packing mine. From the way his eyes gleamed a brighter gold when he got back, I'm assuming he stopped to feed. Staying here with me last night must have been hard and I keep the comment about it to myself.
"Why's their three changes of clothes and a pair of pajamas in here?" I ask raising an eyebrow. Edwards grabbed two pairs of jeans, both I've worn before and found to be extremely comfortable, and a pair of black yoga pants. A North Face hoody, a cardigan and tank top, a plaid pullover, and a soft pair of flannel pajama pants and a white cotton t-shirt, along with a few pairs of underwear and sports bras.
"Options," Edward answers smoothly, I pull out my toothbrush and hold it up.
"Try again."
"It's a surprise." I grab one of the pairs of jeans and the hoody, before throwing the carry on, on the floor,
"No."
"No?" Edward raises an eyebrow.
"I can't handle any more surprises this weekend." I stare at him waiting for him to walk out so I can change, instead he just turns around. Fine be that way. I get to my feet and throw the hospital gown on the floor and quickly start getting dressed,
"If I tell you something do you promise not to get upset?" Edward finally says after a second. I pull the jeans and tank top on before throwing the hoody over my head and struggle to find the arm holes,
"No." Edward sighs turning around and walking over to help me pull my arms threw. The hives are still there, but way lighter compared to the harsh red they were yesterday and my face has cleared the most, but this morning after formally introducing herself, Cody's mom told me they could linger a bit, but not to be too worried about them. Edward adjusts my hood before finding my eyes,
"We think it would be best if you and I stay away from the house until Sunday." I furrow my brows,
"Why?" Edward's face doesn't change and then it hits me. I step back until the back of my thighs hit the hospital bed and then collapse onto it, "Is Rose upset?" Edward takes a breath,
"A bit."
"She is upset at me." Rose only just started liking me, I don't want things to go back to the way they were. I didn't know how much I needed Rose until now when I feel like I don't have her,
"No Mare." Edward's voice is soft as if speaking to an injured animal, "She's upset with herself." He comes to sit next to me,
"She doesn't want to see me does she?"
"Mare, she's scared to see you." He admits,
"It was my fault!" I turn towards him so fast that if not for Edwards' hand grabbing my bicep to steady me, I would be flat on the ground.
"It wasn't anyone's fault, do you understand?" He bites out harshly, "I know it's hard for you to get this through your thick skull, but what happened, happened? We can't go back and change it. The important thing is now we know and it won't happen again, alright?" I turn away pulling out of his grasp,
"You sound like you've had this chat already." Edward sighs loudly,
"You, Rose, and Alice have a way of constantly blaming yourselves for every little thing."
"Oh, my god Alice-" I jump and once again Edward reaches out to steady me,
"It doesn't seem like she's seen it, but Carlisle and Esme haven't told her everything." I take a breath suddenly feeling exhausted, Edward reaches around my shoulders pulling me into his side. I take a breath and rest my head on him
"I bring trouble don't I?"
"You know, Rose never cooks, every time Esme cooks for one of the hospital potlucks, Rose wants nothing to do with it, but she cooked for you. Emmett, hasn't built a snowman since being turned, it was something he used to do with his sister when he was human. Jasper stays far away from humans in fear of hurting them, but one of his new favorite things is playing chess with you after school, and Esme..." Goosebumps prickle along my skin, "Esme never thought she would be able to open her heart up to another child, but...Mare what I'm trying to say, is you don't bring trouble, okay?" He squeezes me a bit harder forcing the emphasis on his words.
"And you?" I say after a moment of silence. I'm not looking for praise...his words were enough, instead, I'm looking to make him uncomfortable. When he bristles I know I've done my job correctly.
"And I hate making people feel better and here I am, telling you for the thirteenth time this month that you're loved and wanted, you little gremlin." He lets go standing up and holding out his hand, "Ready to go?"
"Is Rose going to be okay?" I ask staring at his open palm,
"She'll be fine, she just needs another day, I promise." I lift a brow,
"Where are we going?" He smiles,
"It's a surprise."
"Say that one more time and I'm going to cut off all your hair." He chuffs reaching behind me to press the call button,
"Now I'm not telling you."
…
"Seattle?" I practically shout,
"Surprise." Edward smiles from the driver's side. We've been driving for the last three and a half hours, I've slept on and off, waking only to ask if we were there yet only to be met with a "not yet" and fall right back asleep.
"You don't want us at the house so we came to Seattle?"
"It's a beautiful 51 degrees, with no snow and cloudy. Perfect place for us." I turn towards him and yawn,
"I like the sun." He smirks. I turn towards the window, I've never been out of New York, and Forks is all trees and small shops. I miss the city, the hustle and bustle, maybe Seattle wasn't such a bad idea, I find myself smiling.
"See, it was a good idea."
"Since we can't be at the house,"
"It's not that you can't be-"
"Ya ya." I get so wrapped up in the sites before me. With the matching buildings, the skyline, and the city atmosphere, I didn't realize how much I missed the city. I get so wrapped up in my thoughts I don't even realize that Edwards pulled in front of a large brick and mirror building. A man stands outside dressed in a suit. Edward gets out and motions for me to do the same. Before I can even move, two men are already in the trunk grabbing the carry-on Edward packed me and another small bag, I'm guessing Edward packed himself.
"Cullen," Edward tells the man, handing his keys over,
"Thank you, Mr. Cullen, your luggage will be brought to the front desk for check-in." Edward nods, coming over to place his arm around my shoulder and pull me along,
"Mr." I sneer,
"Shut it." Check-in is quick and before I can even take a minute to gawk at the lobby, Edward's pulling me along to the elevator and pushing a button to the 10th floor.
"Are you going to be okay here?" Edward chuckles pulling me along as soon as the doors open,
"Don't worry about me." He stops in front of a large white door, taps a white card against a sensor, and pushes it open. I freeze and Edward has to push me in,
"You said we were going home tomorrow?" I turn towards Edward, who's taking his jacket off,
"I did."
"Then why the hell did you get a suite?!"
"Language."
"You know we really could have gotten a motel."
"Don't ever say that in front of the others." I roll my eyes turning to survey the room. Right in front of me is a large living room area, complete with a large white sectional and matching flat-screen TV right in the middle with a modern black electric fireplace underneath it. Two windows go from floor to ceiling on both sides of the TV and a coffee table is right in the middle. Behind me across from the living room, is a beautiful white and chrome kitchen with a full-size fridge and espresso machine. On both the left and right side of the room are two doors, which I'm assuming lead to two different rooms probably with their own bathrooms.
"One for you, one for me," Edward answers clearly reading my mind,
"Why do you need a room?"
"I do like privacy."
"To mas-"
"Shut. It."
…
"Would you like another surprise?" Edward asks gently shaking me awake. I didn't get much sleep at the hospital last night, so it only took 10 minutes after getting into the hotel room for me to pick a room and pass out. The bed is almost an exact copy of the one I already sleep on, and the pillows and bedding are made up the same way Esme does it and I feel right at home, falling asleep when my head hits the pillows. I don't know how long I've slept for, but the sky outside looks the same, gray.
"I told you no more." He smirks, letting go of my arm and sitting back on the bed,
"You'll like this one."
"What time is it?" I sit up rubbing the sleep from my eyes,
"3 O'clock, are you hungry?" I shake my head. My stomach's been pretty up and down since yesterday, the only real thing I've managed to want to eat is the prepackaged jello on the breakfast tray this morning, everything else... I didn't want to.
"Come one, you'll probably find your appetite after what I have in mind." I sigh,
"This bed's really comfortable." Edward stands up,
"You sleep now, you won't sleep tonight. The only reason I let you nap is because you tossed and turned last night." I roll my eyes, but throw the covers off and reluctantly crawl out and get to my feet. I never bothered to change out of my clothes so I'm ready now, and unlike Alice, Edward just looks me up and down and nods,
"Alright, let's go."
…
"Are you serious?" I smile turning to Edward to look at the building in front of us up and down,
"I read online that this was the best bookstore in Seattle," he turns to look down at me, "I thought it would be a good surprise, ya?" My cheeks hurt, my smile is so big, but I don't care. I grab Edwards hand and pull him into the bookstore.
Elliott Bay Book Company is heaven, completely decorated in a deep brown wood, with bookshelves from floor to ceiling, my eyes roam over everything before Edward lightly pushes us in to allow for people behind us.
"You know the drill, I'll be in the history section," He lifts his arm, checking the time on his watch, "You have two hours, I told Esme we'd be here and she says if she comes home and you don't have at least one more shelf filled, you'll be punished." I furrow my brows,
"She didn't say that." He nods,
"She didn't, but she said you and Alice will have to go winter coat shopping."
"I already have a winter coat." He lifts a brow an awful smile on his face,
"Esme said you could use another one if-" I don't bother hearing him out, I'm already running.
...
"Where do you want to eat?" Three hours later and Edward and I are on our way back to the hotel bags in hand.
"You spent too much." Edward rolls his eyes.
"Let it go." I take a breath but keep my mouth shut. I was more careful this time, not just picking up any book that looked good to me to put in a pile like last time, but Edward must have been reading my mind anyway because every book I looked at was at the register when we went to check out.
"I better not have to go shopping now." Edward laughs,
"I'll put in a good word for you, now where do you want to eat?"
"Not hungry."
"You have to eat, what do you feel like." I swallow roughly, feeling my throat closing...no..no, I'm fine. I haven't eaten anything to cause that. Suddenly Edward stops and grabs my arm,
"Are you scared to eat?" I bite my cheeks and smile,
"That's stupid, of course not." Edward doesn't by it and immediately places the bags down and places both hands on my shoulder
"Mare, yesterday you went into anaphylaxis shock, your throat closed and you couldn't breathe, being afraid after something like that is normal." I shrug him off,
"Well it may be, but I'm not scared, my stomach's kinda jumbled." Edward stares hard into my eyes,
"Mare-"
"I don't want to eat out!" I shout without meaning to and immediately regret it. "I'm sorry." I step back,
"No," Edward says carefully, "It's alright." He studies me before speaking again, "How about we stop at the city market, we can get some soup."
"Campbell?" I say quickly, I've had Campbells before, it's safe. Edwards nods, places a hand around my shoulders, and walks us on,
"Whatever you want."
