A.N: This is for the Harry-Werewolf test chapter, like I've said before these chapters are not meant to be quality or even good chapters, they're teasers if anything. There is only a few days left before the vote ends, if you want to change your mind then do it quickly. Katie Bell frowned deepley as she watched the other Gryffindor's in her year and all of the other years sit away from Harry Potter.

The story of Harry Potter was a weird one, or at least it was in Katie's opinion. It all started when Katie was about two years old, the most famous dark lord of all time, Lord Voldemort - though nobody actually spoke his name, they were all too afraid to do so, everyone simply referred to him as he-who-must-not-be-named or you-know-who. Katie, being two years old at the time, didn't know much about you-know-who, just that everyone was terrified of him, including her parents. Something that she remembered quite clearly was the celeberations after you-know-who had been defeated. They lasted for weeks, Katie didn't think that she would ever see her parents that happy again.

Apparently he had been defeated when he attacked the Potter family, he had killed the Potter parents, James and Lily Potter nee Evans, before aiming his wand at one year old Harry Potter. He had cast the killing curse at him, an unblockable and unbeatable spell that results in instant death, but then something amazing apparently happened. Harry Potter had survived the killing curse, making him the first person ever to do so and the magical backlash destroyed you-know-who.

Harry Potter had been hailed as the boy-who-lived, the saviour of the wizarding world, he had been loved and treated as a national symbol. And almost everyone had been ecstatic when they realised that Harry Potter would be coming to Hogwarts, everyone had been excited to meet the saviour of the wizarding world...or at least they had been.

It was a few months before the start of Katie's second year at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry that the entire wizarding world learnt one thing, one very important thing. Harry James Potter - the boy-who-lived, defeater of the dark lord, saviour of the wizarding world - was in fact a werewolf!

Werewolves are generally regarded with fear and disgust by wizarding society. People seem to think even when in human form, the werewolf may pose a danger. It is not uncommon for people known to be werewolves to be shunned by society and discriminated against within the wizarding world. It is very difficult for a werewolf to get a job in the wizarding community, let alone live happily in the wizarding world. For many people it was a great and terrible shock to learn that their beloved hero had become what many people considered to be a filfthy, dangerous, violent and out of control beast.

When Harry had arrived he wasn't treated with love and respect like he would have been a few months ago, no...everyone did their best to keep their distance from him, and that was when they weren't whispering about him. Even when Harry had been sorted into Gryffindor, she remembered watching as Harry moved forwards and sat down at the gryffindor table, only for anyone nearby to move away from him. Harry didn't look to bothered by it, he looked like he barely had noticed, though if Katie had to guess she would say that he was pretending.

Today when Katie went to the great hall she had heard that Harry Potter hadn't slept in the first years boy's room with the other first years Gryffindor's, he had apparently slept on one of the sofas in the common room.

"What are you looking at?" One of Katie's fellow Gryffindor's asked.

"Harry Potter," Katie said, she was still frowning. "I don't think it's fair how everyone is treating him."

"Well...he is a werewolf." She said in a soft voice.

"That's no excuse to treat him like an outcast!" Katie hissed as she looked at her friend with disbelief.

"Katie, people are afraid of him." She responded, almost sounding counfused as to why Katie was not getting it.

"So much for the house of the brave." Katie snorted as she stood up.

"What are you doing?" Katie's fellow yearmate blinked.

"You all might be afraid of him, but I'm not." Katie said before she turned and walked over to where Harry was sitting, she stoped in front of him, now that she was close she could actually take a good look at him. He was rather skinny for a boy of his age, he had raven black coloured hair that looked extremely messy, giving off a look that made it look like Harry had just been in the wind. He had bright emerald green eyes that in Katie's opinion looked like they would glow in the dark, there was a small hint of another colour in there but Katie didn't think that she could properly work out what that colour was without looking closer. "Um...hello." Katie said as Harry finally looked up at her.

"Um...hello." Harry returned as he looked at the brown eyed, brown haired girl in front of him. She was a Gryffindor as well, as evidenced by her school uniform, she looked like a second year though Harry thought it could also be possible for her to be a first year like himself.

"It's nice to meet you," She said with a smile as she extended her hand to him. "I'm Katie, Katie Bell." Harry blinked at her, he was suprised that she was willing to talk to him, let alone shake hands with him. Everyone he had met so far seemed afraid and terrified of his wolf self, he had no idea why, his wolf was the best thing that had ever happened to him.

"I'm Harry," Harry said as he shook her hand, he knew he needed no introduction but decided to so anyway. "Harry Potter."
