Plot: Harry Potter/Guardians of the Galaxy crossover - Harry finds himself in a new world, not to mention a new planet. He had only been there for about an hour before he ended up being taken to space jail along with one guy, a giant tree, a very pretty green woman and a racoon that is apparently not a racoon.

Scene 1:

"Gamora," Corpsman Dey read out as Gamora appeared behind the screen and faced towards himself and his fellow Nova Corp officer. Gamora was a pretty green skinned alien with black hair and red tips. "surgically modified and trained as a living weapon, the adopted daughter of the mad titan, 'Thanos'. Recently Thanos allowed Ronan to borrow her and her sister, Nebula, leading us to believe that they are all working together." He said, a moment later Gamora was taken away so the next prisoner could come in.

"What the hell is that?" The nova corp officer asked upon seeing what looked like a racoon in an orange jumpsuit.

"That would be subject 89P13," Dey answered. "calls himself 'Rocket'. He is the result of some very illegal genetic and crybernetic experiments on lower life forms."

"Okay, what about that one?" He asked as the next prisoner came in, this prisoner being a giant walking humanoid plant that was currently regrowing his arms.

"That would be subject 89P13's personal house plant and muscle, he calls himself 'Groot'." Dey answered before the next prisoner came in, this one being relatively normal looking, a brown haired human with a red jacket. "This is Peter Jason Quill from Tera AKA Earth, raised from youth by a band of mercenaries called the 'Ravengers', lead by none other than Yondu."

"What a bunch of A-holes." The officer sniffed just as the next person came in. "Who is this?" He asked as he looked at the dark haired man with bright greene yes.

"We're not entirely sure," Corpsman Dey admitted. "he was found fighting with the other prisoners. The only things we know about him is his name is apparently Harry Potter and that he is from Tera as well. The only thing we found on his person that is worth noting is that the only thing he has apart from his clothes is a wooden stick that he is apparently attatched to. He also repeatedly called us 'prats' and 'gits'."

"Right...what do those words mean?"

"Honestly? Not a clue."

"So, this is...lovely." Harry drawled as he walked alongside the odd group that he had been captured with. Honestly, try and help a few people out and you get arrested. Now he found himself in hand cuffs, walking in front of a large humanoid tree that apparently was called Groot, a normal looking guy called Quill, a racoon that was called Rocket. Walking right in front of him was a beautiful green skinned woman, Harry's last memory of her was her straddling him while pressing a blade against his neck. 'I shouldn't like that, kind of do a bit.' He thought to himself.

"It's a prison," Rocket shrugged. "if I'm being honest, it's cleaner than the last ten prison's I've been to."

"Of course it is." Harry muttured under his breath. "You know anything about here?" Harry asked.

"Oh yeah," Rocket chuckled. "for example, most of the Nova Corp try their best to be all good and heroic, the ones here though...corrupt as they come."

"And my day just keeps getting better." Harry sighed.

"Not my problem, I ain't going to be here long." Rocket grinned. "I escaped twenty-two prisons, this one..."

"Only twenty-two?" Harry asked casually.

"Oh yeah, what have you escaped from?" Rocket asked challengingly.

"I've escaped from trolls, dragons, soul sucking demons and an army of people who have wanted to kill me since birth, just to name a few." Harry answered.

"You've had an army trying to kill you?" Peter blinked. "You've had trolls and dragons trying to kill you?"

"If it is something that can kill, it probably has tried to kill me." Harry shrugged.

"Well...we haven't tried to kill you yet." Rocket pointed out.

"Yeah, but 'yet' is the key word here." Harry replied.

"I am Groot." Groot responded.

"You've said that already," Peter said in an exasperated voice. "what is with him?" He asked Rocket.

"He hasn't really mastered talking," Rocket began answering. "he is rather unfortunatly limited to the words 'I' and 'Am' and 'Groot', only in that order."

"I am Groot." Groot said, directing his words to Harry.

"Prove it." Harry replied after a few moments of silence.

"Wait, you can understand him?" Peter asked.

"No," Harry shook his head. "I just wanted to say something." He admitted before turning to Gamora. "You're not much of a talker, are you?" He asked.

"I have no words for you." She said in a quiet voice, keeping her gaze straight ahead.

"Fair enough, but I've got quite a few for you." Harry replied. "First of all, what is up with that orb you lot were fighting over? What's so special about it?"

"Yeah, what's special about it?" Peter asked.

"I don't answer to an honourless thief." Gamora replied to Peter.

"Then answer to me." Harry replied. "What was the story with the orb?"

Scene 3:

"You're a wizard?" Peter blinked, looking at Harry with shock. "Like 'pull a rabbit out of a hat' wizard?"

"I have never pulled a rabbit out of a hat." Harry said, sounding like he wasn't sure exactly how offended he should be.

"Why would he pull a rabbit out of a hat?" Rocket asked in a confused voice.

"Who put the rabbit in the hat?" Drax asked. "Was it you?" He asked Harry who shook his head.

"I am Groot." Groot responded.

"He's right, why doesn't it just climb out?" Gamora agreed.

"I...never mind." Peter shook his head.
