Same Day: Equestria
Pinkamena just took the Orb from Twilight and Sunset and ran away from them. Sunset quickly takes something out of her jacket pocket, clicks the activate button, and throws it towards a running Pinkamena. It opens up to be a magnetic rope. The red-glowing magnetic rope wraps around Pinkamena's legs, tripping her forward. Pinkamena lets go of the Orb and turns around, sitting up to get the rope off her legs.
Twilight and Sunset run quickly to Pinkamena. Twilight jumps forward, but Pinkamena leans back. She kicks both feet up and kicks Twilight in the stomach, making her fall down to her left. Sunset goes to grab the Orb, but Pinkamena kicks Sunset's feet from under her, making Sunset fall to her right side.
Pinkamena punches Twilight twice in the face, then turns to Sunset, who sits up. Sunset swings her leg up and hits her shoulder, making her fall back down. Pinkamena punches her in the face, then turns back to Twilight and goes to punch her with her left fist, but she grabs it with her left hand. She then goes to punch Pinkamena with her right fist, but she grabs it and pushes it up away from her. She punches Twilight in the stomach with her other hand.
Sunset punches Pinkamena in the face twice and goes to punch again, but Pinkamena grabs her wrist with her left hand and punches Sunset in the stomach, then punches her in the face. Twilight goes to sit up, but Pinkamena hits her chest, making her fall back down. She swings her leg up and kicks Twilight in the face. She goes to sit up again, and she kicks her back down.
Sunset rolls over closer as Pinkamena sits up. Sunset grabs her tanbo attached to her belt, just as Twilight grabs her gun, but Pinkamena stops them both as she places a foot on each of their hands. She grabs two knives from the back of her belt.
Pinkamena tells them, "This wasn't the plan." She holds the knives up to strike down the two, but Rainbow suddenly tackles her down, "Ah!"
Rainbow quickly tries to hold Pinkamena down and shouts to Fluttershy, referring to Twilight and Sunset, "Put them in the bag. Put them in the bag!" Fluttershy holds a large bag that is fit for two people. Tree vines extend out from her back, and Sunset and Twilight look at them in shock and confusion. Fluttershy extends her tree vines towards Pinkamena, who tries standing up as Rainbow has her in a chokehold, "No! Not her, them!" Fluttershy wraps her vines around Pinkamena, "Learn genders, dude." Pinkamena moves around frantically to get Rainbow off her. She screams in anger as Rainbow puts her hand on her mouth to make her stop screaming, but she bites her. Rainbow immediately pulls her hand away and shakes the pain away as she says, "Biting? That's not fair!" As Rainbow fights Pinkamena, Twilight uses the opportunity to roll to her stomach and push herself up quickly. She grabs Sunset, helping her stand up. Twilight steps forward and grabs the Orb, and they both run off, sprinting down the sidewalk and passing people. Rainbow tells Pinkamena as she struggles to hold on to her, "Take it easy!" Pinkamena screams angrily and breaks free from Fluttershy's vines with her strength. She headbutts Rainbow away, grabs Rainbow by the neck, and sends her flying over the balcony as she hits a glass booth, crashing through it. Pinkamena then picks up her fallen knives.
Sunset and Twilight continue to run. Pinkamena aims and throws a knife at Twilight's hand, making her drop the Orb. She shakes her hand from the pain as the knife falls. Sunset tries to catch the Orb, but it rolls away and falls off the balcony, landing on the ground.
Pinkamena grabs her weapon, The Godslayer, which extends out into a sword. She turns to Fluttershy and hits her arm with it before running forward, stepping on a chair to a table to the balcony railing, and jumping down below.
Pinkamena lands on the ground on one knee. She closes her sword and puts it back on her belt as she looks and finds the Orb that's a few feet from her. She stands straight and immediately starts running towards it, grabbing it from the ground as she continues to run.
Sunset looks down the balcony and sees Pinkamena running. She runs down the side of the balcony a bit as Twilight bends down and grabs her right boot rocket-thruster. Sunset grabs the side railing with one hand and pushes herself over it. She falls down and lands on top of Pinkamena, tackling her down.
Pinkamena quickly flips Sunset to her back and Pinkamena places her right knee on her neck to keep her down. Pinkamena glares at Sunset, "Fool. You should have learned."
Twilight jumps down from the balcony behind Pinkamena, hearing Pinkamena, and says, "I don't learn." Pinkamena looks back at Twilight, and Sunset smiles, "One of my issues." Sunset uses this distraction and grabs the Orb from Pinkamena's hand, making her look at Sunset. Twilight quickly steps forward and attaches her small rocket thruster to Pinkamena's back. She clicks the button on her remote that's on her pants, and the rocket sets off.
Pinkamena flew away from the couple, over towards a fountain pool. She grazed above it before hitting the concrete pool wall, and the crowd on the sidewalk gasped. Twilight grabbed Sunset's hand and helped her stand up. They looked towards where Pinkamena went with a proud smile, thinking they were in the clear. Sunset looked down at the Orb in her hand. She tosses it up and catches it in the same hand.
Suddenly, Fluttershy approaches them and places the large bag over Twilight's and Sunset's heads. Both scream, confused, "What the?" Fluttershy covers their whole bodies, grabbing the open end and pulling it up, making the two fall on each other and the ground. Fluttershy sways the bag up, and she carries Twilight and Sunset in the bag over her shoulder.
Rainbow walks backwards, looking at a smiling Fluttershy, "Quit smiling, you idiot. You're supposed to be a professional." She then looks forward and stops abruptly, gasping in shock, "You gotta be kidding me." Pinkamena runs forward with her sword out. She dropkicks Rainbow in the chest, knocking her to the ground. Pinkamena slices the bag from Fluttershy's hands, making her drop the bag. Pinkamena screams angrily as she swings her sword forward, hitting her arms.
Fluttershy backs away from Pinkamena, frightened, as Pinkamena keeps hitting and cutting her arms. She steps forward and swings down, cutting off Fluttershy's right arm, making the crowd flinch and gasp. Pinkamena swings her sword up, hitting Fluttershy's left arm twice. She swings again horizontally and cuts off her left arm. She quickly spins around, swinging her sword, and hits Fluttershy in the stomach as she looks forward.
Pinkamena roughly takes her sword from Fluttershy's stomach, quickly closing it as she puts it back on her belt. She walks forward, bends down and opens the bag. Suddenly, Twilight, who's on top of Sunset, holds up her gun and shoots at Pinkamena, electrocuting her. She groans in pain as she falls on her back. Twilight quickly shoves the bag off of her and Sunset. She grabs Sunset's hands with one hand and helps her up. Sunset steps out of the bag, both running as Twilight kicks the bag off her feet.
Rainbow gets out her gun from behind her back. It extends out as she says casually, "I live for the simple things." She aims her weapon at Twilight and Sunset, "Like how much this is gonna hurt." She shoots her gun at Twilight and Sunset, and the small ball of electricity hits them both in the back, making them stop and scream in pain from the electric shock. Rainbow laughs. Twilight and Sunset fall down, still buzzing with electricity, "Yeah. Writhe, little girls." She looks at Fluttershy, who is whimpering and looking down sadly at her severed arms, nudging one with her foot. Rainbow lowers her weapon and tells Fluttershy, "It'll grow back, you d'ast idiot. Quit whining."
Suddenly, Rainbow and Fluttershy are lifted up by a yellow beam from 5 Nova Corps ships, which are yellow and blue with red lights and surround them in the air. A male Nova arresting pilot voice says in the PA, "Subject 89P13, drop your weapon."
Rainbow looks down, "Oh, crap." She reluctantly drops her weapon.
Inside: Nova Corps Ship
The male Nova arresting pilot looks forward with a straight face, speaking professionally in his PA, "By the authority of the Nova Corps, you are under arrest-"
Outside
4 Corps officers are arresting Twilight and Sunset. Twilight and Sunset's hands are cuffed behind their backs, and 2 Corps officers help them stand up.
One of the Corps officers, named Starlight Glimmer, says to Twilight as she helps her stand up, holding her left arm, "Alright. Come on up."
The male Nova arresting pilot voice continues speaking on the PA, "-for endangerment to life and the destruction of property."
Starlight Glimmer recognizes Twilight, "Hey!" Twilight looks and smiles at her, "If it isn't Star-Princess."
Twilight looks away, annoyed, as she corrects Starlight, "Star-Lord."
Starlight Glimmer sarcastically tells Twilight as she corrects herself, "Oh, sorry. 'Lord'." She looks over at Sunset as she's being pushed forward by two officers, "Hey!" Sunset looks over at Starlight, confused, "Silver Rider." Sunset raises her eyebrows, surprised, and looks at Twilight smugly as Starlight remembered her name properly and not hers. Twilight rolls her eyes in annoyance. Starlight tells her partner as they guide Twilight forward, "I picked these two up a while back for petty theft. They got code names." The other Corps officer scoffs as he smiles sarcastically.
Twilight looks at the other officer, annoyed, and she continues to get pushed forward. Twilight complainins, "Come on, man. It's a... It's outlaw names."
Starlight Glimmer tells Twilight calmly as she pats her shoulder, "Just relax, pal. It's cool to have a code name. It's not that weird."
Rainbow mutters as she refers to the Nova Corps, "Fascists." Just then, an unconscious Pinkamena gets lifted up by the yellow beam beside Fluttershy, and they all get arrested.
NOVA HEADQUARTERS: EQUESTRIA'S ARMED FORCES
Inside: Building
A woman named Cadence stands before a white glass-curved table and is on call with the Crystal Ambassador, "Sombra is destroying Equestrian outposts throughout the galaxy. I should think that would call for some slight response on the part of the Crystal Empire."
On the screen, the Crystal Ambassador stands with his hands professionally behind his back, "We signed your peace treaty, Captain Cadence. What more do you want?"
Cadence exclaims, "At least a statement from the Crystal Empire saying that they condemn his actions. He is slaughtering children. Families."
On the screen, the Crystal Ambassador voice says professionally but still rudely, "That is your business. Now, I have other matters to attend to." He holds his left hand up and shuts his fingers down to his thumb in one motion as he ends the call.
Cadence mutters in frustration, "Prick."
A woman named Trixie Lulamoon holds a tablet in her hand. She faces Cadence as another woman stands in front of her on her left. She tells Cadence, "Well, some good news. It looks like we've apprehended one of Sombra's compatriots."
