A.N: Not making a new story, just wanted to write a test chapter.

Plot: Harry Potter finds himself in an alternate universe where he becomes a power range and member of the mystic force.

Scene 1:

"So, this is what a music store looks like," Harry quietly hummed as he walked into the store. There were what looked like hundreds of CDs, vinyls, cassettes and every other way of storing music. There were a few customers and about five employees currently around, judging by the matching purple jackets they wore. Catching his reflection in a nearby mirror, Harry had to pause as he looked at himself, he was no longer the scrawny teenager he once was, standing at a decent height with a fair amount of muscle for his age. He wore black shoes, blue jeans, a white shirt and a black jacket. He shook his head before moving forward, only to be stopped by one of the employees, a young man with ginger hair.

"Hello, just browsing?" The guy asked, his employee jacket had a level that said 'Chip', an odd name but Harry wasn't one to judge.

"Uh...yeah, well...no,"

"Which is it?" Chip asked, sounding somewhat confused.

"Um...I'm actually looking for someone," Harry revealed.

"Nice accent," Chip commented gently. "Hey, Xander," He said, calling over a taller person with black hair. "You guys sound similar," He said matter-of-factly.

"We do?" Harry blinked.

"Chip, he's British, I'm Australian," Xander sighed before looking apologetically at Harry. "Sorry about my colleague, he spends too much time reading comic books."

"Hey!" Chip protested.

"Anyway, I'm the supervisor here," Xander smiled.

"Self-appointed supervisor," Another employee corrected as he started sorting some nearby CDs, this person was shorter with tanned skin and spiky hair. His nametag said 'Nick' on it.

"You new around here?" Xander asked Harry, ignoring Nick. "Name's Xander, this is Chip and that's Nick, the other two over there are Vida and Maddy." He pointed out to two girls at the back by a DJ station. One had black hair in a ponytail while the other had short hair with some dyed a white colour. "We're who you come to if you need anything, our boss is in the office. So, how can I help you?"

"I'm looking for someone who is supposed to live around here," Harry said. "Um...do any of you perhaps know a woman named Udonna?" He asked, he watched as every single one of them froze. Even the girls at the back had stopped to look at them.

"Udonn...um...never heard of her," Chip said unconvincingly.

"Right," Harry said slowly. "Well, in that case, I suppose I'll be off, thanks." He said, turning around and walking out of the store.

"We're going to follow him, right?" Chip said to the two other boys.

"Yep," Xander confirmed with a nod.

"Back in a bit," Nick called out to Vida and Maddy before the three of them rushed out of the store. "Where is he?" Nick wondered.

"There!" Xander pointed down the street where they saw Harry turn a corner.

"Quick!" Nick said and the three rushed after him, as soon as they turned the corner they blinked when they couldn't see any sign of him.

"Where is he?" Chip blurted out.

"He can't have just vanished!" Xander protested.

"Come on," Nick sighed. "We got to ask Udonna about this," He said, the three of them walked back to the stores with frowns on their faces. If they had just looked up then they would have seen Harry standing on top of the building, staring down at them.

"Interesting," Harry whispered to himself.

Scene 2:

"You fought well," Koragg said as he advanced on the downed mystic warriors, all of them groaning and in pain. He couldn't be sure why, but he knew he didn't want to hurt these warriors. They had fought hard and with honour, he respected that, but unfortunately, the will of the Master supersedes all. "You shall die with dignity and honour," He told them as he raised his sword, deciding to deal with the red one first.

"Been dead, done that." A new voice called, Koragg turned around in time to be blasted several feet away, slamming into a nearby tree. He grunted as he got to his feet, raising his sword and shield. He saw who another warrior, a young one standing a short distance away.

"Who are you?" Koragg asked calmly, ready for battle.

"Name's Harry, Harry Potter," Harry said politely.

"It's that guy from the store," The red ranger whispered to the others.

"What business do you have here, warrior?" Koragg asked. "Are you with them?" He gestured to the downed rangers.

"Depends on how the test drive goes," Harry said, holding up his right arm to reveal a wristband that shifted into a black and gold morpher. "Magical source," He stepped forward. "Mystic Force," He finished before becoming covered in a bright glow, a second later he stood in a ranger costume. "Power of the Thestral, black mystic ranger!"

"Whoa! A black ranger!" The pink ranger gasped as they rangers got to their feet.

"Hmm, this feels good," Harry rolled his shoulders before pulling out a silver spear, he spun it a few times before aiming it towards Koragg.

"A new ranger," Koragg huffed. "It matters not, I will defeat you as well," He said before charging forward.

"Take your shot," Harry told him before the top of his spear glowed and shot out a red spell which crashed into Koragg, sending him backwards, minus his sword and shield. "Expelliarmus is always a solid,"

Alternative story:

Plot: Harry Potter finds himself born into a new world filled with monsters, he must now journey to defeat the Dai Shi, and he won't be doing this alone. Harry Potter meets Power Rangers, Jungle Fury. Harry/Lily.

Scene 1:

"The lunch rush is over at least," Casey, the red ranger huffed to his fellow rangers, Theo and Lily, the blue and yellow rangers.

"You said it," Theo sighed as he looked around the store which was thankfully quiet now with only a couple of customers.

"It wasn't that bad," Lily shrugged.

"You would say that even if Dai Shi and his Rin-shi came in and ordered a family meal," Theo huffed, earning a small glare from Lily. She opened her mouth to respond when the door to the shop opened and a man walked in. Lily looked at the new arrival, a man with green eyes and black hair, quite handsome in her opinion.

"Hello, welcome to 'Jungle Karma Pizza'," She smiled at him. "Table for one?" She offered, holding up a menu for him.

"Um...no, thank you," He said, politely refusing.

"Nice accent," She commented. "British?" She asked.

"Since birth," He said with a nod.

"Nice to meet you," She replied warmly. "I'm Lily, that's Casey and Theo."

"Pleasure to meet you all," He replied. "I'm Harry, Harry Potter. I moved in to the city a few weeks ago, um...I saw a job ad and I was wondering if you guys were still hiring?"

"Sure! I'll take you to meet RJ, he's our boss," She said with a smile as she led him to the back, walking quite close to him. "So, have you been enjoying your stay here?" She asked just before the two of them walked into the kitchen.

"Great, a new guy, that'll make our jobs easier at least," Casey said with a relieved sigh, more people meant he had more time to train.

"Yeah, sure," Theo said doubtfully, not entirely sure he liked the guy.

Scene 2:

"You ready?" Lily asked, holding up her training staff.

"Are you?" Harry asked, holding up his two Escrima sticks. Both of them took fighting stances as they stared each other down, at the moment they were the only two up in the loft. The others were all down working, so the two had decided to spend some time training.

"I was born ready," Lily said before taking a swing at Harry who leapt back, narrowly avoiding the attack, she tried to rush in and jab him in the chest but he leapt to the side and swung his sticks at her, she narrowly blocked his attack and then tried to go back on the offensive. The two continued trading blows, as the fight went on, Lily started getting more frustrated at her lack of results. She could tell that Harry was going easy on her, and that was not something she liked. The problem was that she was outclassed at the moment, Harry was staying purely on the defensive and she was starting to get tired.

A few minutes later, she swung her staff, intending to hit him in the head, but he stepped forward and grabbed her, throwing her on the ground. She tried to get up when he kicked the staff out of her hand and then pressed one of his sticks against her face.

"So, that's my third win," Harry stated matter-of-factly.

"You haven't won yet," Lily said, red faced and covered in sweat.

"Oh yeah, how do you figure..." Harry yelped as Lily quickly took him down, a second later he found himself on his back with Lily on top of him, pinning his arms to the ground.

"There! I win!" She said victoriously.

"Hey guys," Theo said as he walked in. "I was wondering if..." He trailed off as he saw Lily on top of Harry. "...Guys?" He said blankly.

"Huh?" Lily looked up, only to scream as Harry flipped her off and quickly pinned her to the ground.

"So...that's still three," Harry grinned.
