The sun was rising out in jasper Nevada and it was the start of a new day for the Autobots on earth. Taking a walk to the main center of the base was Miko and Hound, the two having finished up some chores.
Miko was chilling on hounds shoulder as she looked at her guardian."All right,chores are done. Now how about some weapon testing?" Asked miko ,who really wants see hound test out some new weapons that Cayde and Ratchet made for the big bot.
Hound smiled a bit." Read my mind kid, but maybe we should invite Cayde along? I'm sure you'd love that, right?" Asked Hound with a small chuckle, messing with Miko a bit about her crush on a certain tech smart guy.
This caused miko to blush a bit and then pout." Not cool hound." Said Miko, looking away from hound in slight anger at being teased like that.
The feelings from being teased ended when Ratchet spoke up, having found something." Optimus, I'm receiving a signal on a restricted band, it's coming from a starship and a second one? Both are currently in this solar system." Said Ratchet, gaining everyone's attention.
Grimlock stared at the screen, crossing his arms a bit." Autobots? Or Decepticons?" Asked Grimlock, wanting to know if the signals are possible friend or foe.
Ratchet checks and sees that the signals are indeed autobot signals." Autobots." Said Ratchet, letting everyone know that it's an autobot signal.
The humans were a bit surprised by this, it's been awhile since someone news has come around." How many autobots are out there?" Asked Cayde, looking at the autobots for any one of them to answer.
Arcee decided to speak up." No one knows, a lot of ships made it off cybertron before it fell. But, this could be a Decepticon trap." Said Arcee, throwing out there the possibility of the beacons being a con trap.
Not wanting to risk that possibility, Prime decided to see who are the one's piloting those starships."Unknown Vessels, this is Autobot outpost omega one, identify yourselfs." Ordered Optimus prime, now awaiting for the vessels to identify themselves.
The first vessel responds first." Wow, I already feel welcomed to this side of the solar system Mr leader of the free galaxy." Joked the voice on the other end of the channel.
Half the team recognized that voice." Crosshairs? Your alive? And here I thought you'd bite the bullet by now." Said Hound with a smirk as he steps forward.
The one now identified as Crosshairs for the first vessel, just chuckled a bit." Nice to hear you two hound. Anyway, what's with all the security?" Asked Crosshairs, wanting to know what's the deal.
Before anyone could say anything, the second ship came through and someone spoke." Hey! What about us?! Where's our warm and fuzzy welcome?" Asked a voice followed by a few other voices as well. Seems like the second starfighter has more than one passenger aboard.
This time, it was Grimlock who recognized the voice." Whirl? That you? Who else is with you?" Asked Grimlock. The LSDF and the Wreckers got to work together some times and got to know one and other, so that's why Grimlock recognized whirls voice, but not the other ones since they all were a bit Jumbled up.
Whirl was surprised to hear Grimlocks voice since the big guy has been gone so long, but the one eyed ex-wrecker is glad to hear that Grimlock is indeed alive."Grimlock? Hey, you're alive! Looks like crosshairs owes me some Energon! Thanks for being alive for our little bet. Oh And as for who here's, theres the old timer Que. Mr style bot, Jazz. And Mr weapon specialist, Ironhide." Said Whirl, telling everyone who's aboard the second starship with him.
Optimus was surprised by this a bit, but relieved to hear that there are more Autobots survivors." Have you found any others?" Asked Optimus, curious to know if they have found any more Autobots.
Ironhide spoke up first." Optimus, it's good to hear from you again but you're the only ones we've managed to find thanks to your message." Said Ironhide. They have been flying through space for quite some time now, searching for Friends and terminating enemies.
Next to speak up was Jazz."But hey, at least we found you boss. Maybe the others will find your message as well?" Suggested Jazz, trying to bring some good vibes.
Que didn't say a word since he was too busy working on an invention of his. Plus he can always talk to the others once they all land and get to the earth autobot base.
Optimus hopes that jazz is right, hoping that a certain someone who he misses greatly each day is out there and alive."Perhaps, but we must make do with what we got. We will send landing Coordinates for both ships, how soon can you arrive?" Asked Optimus, wanting to know the exact time for the Autobots to arrive to hopefully avoid the cons.
Crosshairs spoke up again." I should be there around tomorrow, the others as well, though they might be a couple minutes late." Said Crosshairs before shutting off the channels. The second ship doing the same thing.
Once the channels closed, Cayde spoke up." Seems like this place is about to get more bots, hopefully they learn to watch there where they step quickly around here and not step on someone's prototype blaster...right Skyquake?" Asked Cayde with a small smile.
Skyquakes first week with the Autobots before the scraplet infestation was good till he almost accidentally stepped on Cayde and ended up crushing one of Caydes prototypes. Hearing Cayde mention that caused Skyquake to sigh and most of the others to chuckle a bit at this." How long will you keep bringing that up?" Asked Skyquake, wanting to know how long Cayde plans to hold this kinda grudge.
"Oh just until you get me the parts I need to make a new one." Said Cayde as he goes over to the couch and then takes off his new prosthetic leg. This one still needs some adjustments since it was a rush job.
Everyone kinda just walked away to go and do their own thing. Skyquake and Bee went to the training room to train. Skyquake is helping Bee out to become a true warrior.
Hound sets miko down next to Cayde and then heads off to his quarters to grab some of the weapons to test out.
Grimlock and Arcee left as well to train a bit themselves with one and other, or are they?...no, they are just Training and nothing else...yet.
While nearly everyone went to go and do their own thing, they were unaware that the private call was becoming the Opposite, thanks to a certain communications officer.
On the Decepticon warship, the nemesis, Soundwave was replaying the whole conversation the Autobots had with the reinforcements to Starscream." More Autobots arriving, the Autobot crosshairs will be arriving alone." Said Soundwave, attempting to help out starscream try to be a somewhat okay leader by trying to give him an idea with this information.
Starscream didn't like the sound of this at first, but then had an idea." We can use this to our advantage. Makeshift! Time to put your skills to the test!" Said Starscream as the one called makeshift walked over from the shadows and over Soundwave.
A tentacle came out of the side of Soundwave and connected to makeshift, slowly transforming him into a complete copy of crosshairs." Once you get in and blend it, quickly gain the location of the Autobot base so that we can once and for all, destroy the Autobots." Said Starcream as he then started to evil chuckle.
The next day rolls in rather quickly and the time for crosshair and the others arrival was drawing near. Mostly Everyone had gathered in the center of the base, tracking the ships approaching the coordinates." The ships are approaching the coordinates, but seems crosshairs ship will be arriving a bit earlier than the others." Pointed out Arcee as she stared at the screen.
Cayde looked up at the screen before turning to the other." So, think the cons managed to track there ships yet?" Asked Cayde, having a feeling the cons might be tracking the ships now or are about to.
Just as Cayde said that, multiple enemy signals appeared, going right towards crosshairs ship. Everyone was a tad surprised by the coincidence of Cayde guessing this." Can you tell the future or something kid?" Joked Hound.
Cayde rolled his eyes a bit and then saw on the screen that crosshairs ship went down." You guys might wanna hurry up. I don't think whirl and the others are gonna make it in time to help him out." Said Cayde, staring at the screen and spotted the second ship signal, but it was far away from crosshairs.
Ratchet saw this and quickly activated the groundbridge, but it was still not working exactly so it glitched out for a bit. So Ratchet banged his fist on the controls, getting it to work again." Blasted scraplets, things were finally working properly and then they showed up." Ratchet said as he activated the groundbridge again but this time it worked.
The Groundbridge opens up and then Arcee, bee, and hound ran through it, hopefully making it in time before anything could happen to crosshairs. But when they arrived, they all saw crosshairs shoot and kill the last con. Crosshairs then looked at hound and the others." Just gonna stand there and watch me? Or are you gonna welcome me in?" Asked Crosshairs as he puts his guns away.
Arcee shook her head." Not till the others arrive." Said Arcee. Hopefully the cons take their time coming back with reinforcements, well, assuming they are send more troops.
Just as Arcee said that, the second starship arrived and touched down next to the damaged ship. The bay doors open and out comes Jazz, Ironhide, Que, and Whirl." Oh come on! You didn't leave any cons for the rest of us!" Said Whirl, being dramatic and pretending to be hurt by this.
Jazz just rolled his eyes under his visor as he walked past whirl." So, we ready to roll? Cause I for one am ready." Said Jazz.
Arcee nodded a bit and then rushed back to the Groundbridge with the others running behind her. They all made it through just as the Groundbridge controls short circuited and then the Groundbridge turns off.
Ratchet frowns at this." Just great." Said Ratchet as he immediately got to work on trying to debug and fix up the controls to the Groundbridge.
The new arrivals had a look around, all looking at the humans once they laid on eyes on them.whirl bring his head near the trio of humans." What the heck are you freaks of nature?" Asked Whirl.
Everyone remained silent, waiting to see what the humans do.
Raf didn't really know what to say or do with that sentence, so he remained silent.
Miko gasped a bit and then flipped him off." We are Human beings!" Said Miko with a grin, Cayde slowly pushed her finger back down.
Mostly everyone laughed a bit at this.
Cayde had a smile on his face at Milo's actions." Like she said, we're humans. But we're more dangerous than we look, wanna see?" Asked Cayde as he leans on the rails with a smirk.
Whirl just stared at them before chuckling a bit." I like you two." Said whirl, speaking his mind. Seems like the two have become friends with the one eyed ex-wrecker.
With that out of the way, Ironhide turns to Optimus." Optimus, it's good to see you again." Said Ironhide as he shakes hands with the prime.
Optimus nodded a bit." Likewise old friend. The same goes to the rest of you as well." Said Optimus, looking at the other new arrivals.
Ironhide, Jazz, whirl, Que and Crosshairs nodded a bit. But then the ground shook slightly, heavy footsteps could be heard. This cause all of them turn around as spot Grimlock walking in with dreadwing." So, you all arrived? About time." Said Grimlock, staring down at them.
They all were too shocked by Grimlocks new look to saying or ask anything about dreadwing, well, crosshairs wasn't shocked...but scared." The hell happen to you? You look...badass!" Said Whirl, thinking this new look for the big guy was awesome.
Grimlock chuckled slightly under his battle mask." That long story. But for now...its party time." Said Grimlock as he brought out the lob ball, which cause some grins to appear of the Autobot faces.
The Autobots wasted no time partying after getting some things set up first, though Optimus didn't stick around and went for a drive instead.
Hound, Ironhide, Crosshairs, and dreadwing were lobbing. The four warriors chucking a ball of smashed up metal at one and other.
While they did that, miko was playing with music, Jamming out. Near her was Cayde and Raf. Cayde nodded his head, enjoying her music. Miko saw this and it made her happy." Nice to see you have good taste in music Cayde." Said Miko.
Cayde nodded a bit." Well I like all music, but I like yours a bit more." Said Cayde with a small blush.
Hearing that caused miko to blush a bit as well. Miko quickly looked over at Raf and quickly thought of something to try and get her mind off caydes words." Why are you just standing around Raf? Show us some moves!" Miko said, trying to encourage raf a bit.
Raf pushed up his glasses a bit." I only know one move." Said Raf as he just stood there for a bit before busting it down with the robot move.
Cayde chuckled a bit at his friend's choice in dance moves, of course Raf did that. But seeing Raf dance the robot caught the eye of Bee and Jazz, the two then start to copy Raf." Man this planets style and musics sure are groovy." Said Jazz.
Ratchet just rolled his optics a bit as he and Que worked on the Groundbridge controls, having no time for parties or care for them. Well Que liked parties but preferred science and inventing stuff over parties.
Watching the lobbing was Arcee since she didn't really wanna participate, but her attention went away from that and Over to Grimlock and Whirl, who were talking about something.
"So can I?" Asked Whirl, looking up at the big guy.
Grimlock is silent for a bit before nodding." Welcome to my squad." Said Grimlock. Turns out that whirl was asking the big guy to join his new team that so far only has one member, well now two.
Whirl would be grinning if he could." Sweet, can't wait to rub it in Magnus face, well if he's still alive out there." Said Whirl, not really liking the commander since it was him who kicked whirl out from the wreckers.
Grimlock growls slightly at the name. Grimclok and ultra Magnus never liked one and other or respected each other. Grimlock was pretty sure Magnus was jealous of him or something." Be sure to do that if he's alive." Said Grimlock as he then walked away from whirl and went by Arcee.
Arcee looked up at the big guy as he sat down next to her." So, got yourself a new member?" Asked Arcee with a small smile.
Grimlock nodded a bit as he watched the lobbing before looking at Arcee." Yeah. The more the merrier or whatever the hell the saying is." Said Grimlock, not caring for the correct saying.
Arcee nods a bit and thought about asking him something, but before she could even open her mouth, she got interrupted by Ratchet yelling. Apparently, Crosshairs missed the catch and the lob ended up hitting next to the Groundbridge controls, almost destroying them." We are working with delicate equipment here!" Said Ratchet, on the brink of just taking them all apart just so he can work.
Que tried to calm things down." Easy Ratchet, the lads are just a bit excited, plus, nothing broke." Said Que, attempting to ease the Doctor and his murderous thoughts.
Crosshairs smirked a bit as he picked up the lob." Sorry doc, like Que said, we're charged up...say, when will this thing be done? I wanna get back out there and taking down some cons." Said Crosshairs, casually asking in a none suspicious way.
Ratchet didn't think of this as suspicious at all, neither did Que." A few hours at most, better to be safe than cause any permanent damage." Said Ratchet, not wanting that to happen.
Crosshairs nodded a bit as he walked away to continue lobbing. After a while though, they all got tired of Lobbing and wanted to do something else. So they all decided to tell past battle stories." So Me and Crosshairs decided to help out the wreckers on a mission, worst mistake ever. We're low on ammo and Energon, and what does he do? Well tell them Crosshairs." Said Hound, gesturing towards crosshairs to tell everyone what he did on that mission.
Everyone looked at crosshairs, waiting for him to say what he did, but crosshairs didn't, in fact he was staring at the groundbridge, spacing out a bit. Crosshairs got tapped on the head by whirl." Huh, what?" Asked Crosshairs, having not been paying attention.
Hound, Whirl, Grimlock were getting this odd feeling in their guts, telling them that not everything is what it seems with crosshair." I was just telling them the time we blew up that con base with a couple hundred grenades. Remember that mission?"asked Hound, lying to try to test crosshairs.
"Oh yeah, that was uh one hell of a mission." Said Crosshairs, unaware that he just failed the test.
"Yeah it was...except for the fact we only used one and threw it right into the core of the base!" Said Hound, revealing the truth on what happened at the mission.
Mostly Everyone was surprised by this, but the one more surprised was crosshairs who is actually makeshift in disguise, seems like the one cover is blown.
Miko was confused." Wait what? But then why wou-" Miko didn't get to finish her sentence as makeshift goes to grab her, But luckily for her, Cayde knocked her out of the way and got grabbed instead.
Makshift held out Cayde before lightly squeezing him, causing Cayde pain." No one moves or the flesh bag gets crushed into paste!" Threatened Makeshift with a smirk.
Everyone glared at the con spy while backing away from makeshift, wanting to tear him apart, Miko wanted to make the con suffer. While glaring at the con, Miko spotted one of caydes larger weapon inventions out of the corner of her eye and slowly goes to grab it.
Cayde glares at makeshift, that being the only thing Cayde could do at the moment." You are making the biggest mistake of your life. You will not leave this place alive." Said Cayde, who was trying to stall so the others can try to come up with a plan.
Makeshift laughed a bit as he sets the coordinates for the groundbridge and then opens it." Oh really? And who's gonna kill me? You?" Asked Makeshift, laughing a bit at the thought of being killed by a fleshbag, thinking he was gonna walk out of here alive.
"No! Me!" Everyone looked down and saw that Miko was aiming a heavy looking weapon at makeshift." You have five seconds to set him down nice and easy before I blast your spark into dust!" Threatens Miko as the weapon she had started to charge up. A red dot appears on the center chest of makeshift.
The weapon looked like it wasn't ready yet and had wires sticking out. It glowed red while charging. Makeshift thought it was just a bunch of junk smashed together to look like a weapon and a red light. So he just chuckled at this." Like I'm gonna fall for that." Said Maskeshift as he started to walk backwards towards the groundbridge.
Everyone slowly backed up a bit and got ready to cover there optics, having a feeling that what's about to happen is gonna bright and dangerous.
Miko glares at makeshift for not taking her seriously." Fuck this." Said Miko as she then just pulled the trigger to fire the laser gun and ends up making a laser beam that goes right through makeshifts chest and through the groundbridge as well.
After a couple of seconds, the laser stops and sparked a bit, which made miko drop it. After that, she looked at what she had down and saw a huge hole in the center of makeshifts chests." Woah." Said Miko as she stared at the big hole.
Makeshift looked down at the hole in his chest before look at the Autobots and then says a single word." Scrap." After that he drops dead, Cayde landed safely and got out of makeshifts hands.
Cayde dusted himself off as he walked away from makeshifts corpse."Man, I am really glad that prototype held and didn't expl-" Cayde suddenly got tackled to the ground by miko, hugging him tightly.
Miko was scared that Cayde was gonna get squeezed to death and that she would never get to tell him how she felt." Cayde! I'm so glad you're safe!" Miko said while a few tears rolled down her face.
Cayde hugs miko back immediately, he was a bit scared about getting squeezed to death himself and that he wouldn't get to finish or make new tech, well and that he would never get the chance to tell miko his feelings towards her." So am I." Said Cayde with a small smile.
Miko pulled away and looked Cayde in the eyes." Cayde...I'm in lo-" Before Miko could finish what she was about to tell Cayde, The real crosshairs comes running in.
"Close the dame bridge or do I gotta do everything myself today?!" Asked Crosshairs as he jumped over makeshifts corpse. Yep, that was the real crosshairs alright.
Ratchet quickly turned off the groundbridge before any cons could come through but the coordinations were still in the controls." That was close." Said Ratchet as he sighed a bit.
Crosshairs looked at his double, noticing the huge ass hole in the chest. He then looked at everyone." So, who killed my strangely handsome copy?" Asked Crosshairs.
Grimlock gladly pointed over at miko." She did it. As much as we all wanted to tear the copy apart, she beat us to punch." Said Grimlock, feeling like a proud dad at what miko did.
Crosshairs looked at the miko and Cayde for a bit before looking back at the others." You're pulling my leg right?" Asked Crosshairs. There's no way a small flesh bag killed his copy.
Miko was frowning at crosshairs ever since he got here." I did and I'll do it again if you keep dissing me." Said Miko, not letting this disrespect slide.
This actually surprised crosshairs a bit before smiling." You got some guts kid, I'd tip my hat but I ain't got one." Said Crosshairs. Liking miko and her attitude already.
Seems like everything is all good, but except for one last thing." What are we gonna do with this?" Asked Whirl as he poked makshifts corpse in the eye for a bit.
Hound had an idea. He pulled out a grenade and then stuck it to makeshift." Why don't we send the cons a gift?" Suggested Hound.
Everyone was on board with this idea, but just as ratchet was about to open the ground bridge, Miko spoke up." Wait! I want a souvenir for my first ever kill!" Said Miko, wanting to have something to remember this day.
"What do you want?" Asked Grimlock, wanting to know before he throws makeshift through the ground bridge.
Miko thought for a moment before smiling a bit, having an idea on what she wants...
Meanwhile, on the Nemesis, Starscream was staring at his defeated forces in anger." How could you have allowed him to escape?!" Demanded Starscream, putting the blame on of this on them.
The ones that were still alive didn't get to say a word, because a ground bridge opened up on the Nemesis. Before starscream could give the order to go through, Makeshifts body came flying out and crashed into starscream. The groundbridge closed once makeshift was on starscream." Makeshift! Get off m- ahhhh!" Starscream screams out, seeing that makeshift was headless.
Starscream shoved the body off and got a good look at it. There was a big hole in makeshifts chest, but it was filled with a grenade." Grenade!" Starscream yelled as he ran off and then transforms and flew away as quickly as he could.
The grenade goes off and takes out the rest of the cons. Another plan bites the dust.
Back to the Autobot base, Grimlock placed the head of makeshift near a pile of stuff with a sign near it that said Mikos souvenirs." You know kid, one day your gonna have a lot of theses." Said Grimlock.
Miko smiled a bit." I can't wait!" Said Miko. She's excited about that, but crosshairs was staring at the head for a long time.
This might have been a bad idea." Ugh, that's gonna keep me awake for weeks." Said Crosshairs, a slight shiver went down his metal spine.
Today was rather hectic, but at least a lot of good came out of it. New Autobots for team prime and one new bot for team Grimlock.

It's been a week or two since the trouble with the con spy. After that whole thing, lots more stuff happened. Project DNGS, The Energon Harvester, and a race bumblebee decided to enter in. Today's mission will be quite interesting.
A strange undefined object streaks through the Solar System and all the way down to planet earth, it crashes in a remote part of the world, where it's just forest land for miles and miles. Once the object crash landed and eventually stopped, it was revealed to be a ship.
Neither autobot nor Con picked up its signal, but it will be the Autobots who stumble upon it.
At the Autobot base, Arcee and Grimlock were preparing to go out on a recon mission. This will be like the hundredth mission they went on together, alone.
Everyone who was at the base just stared at the two from the sidelines, no one saying a single word. Eventually, Grimlock and Arcee noticed this." What? Why are you all staring at us?" Asked Arcee as she puts a hand on her hip, wanting to know what's with the looks.
The very first one to open their mouth immediately with zero hesitation is miko." Are you two dating?!" Asked Miko with a smile, wanting to know if they are.
Whirl immediately added to what she said." Yeah, are you two Conjunx endura?"asked Whirl, also wanting to know.
The two in question were surprised by these questions. Arcee blushing a tad at this." What?! Where the scrap did you get that idea from?!" Asked Arcee, not knowing how any of them could think this.
Everyone just looked at one and other before hound spoke up." Well you two go out on a lot of missions together, you're constantly together, and you two look at each other secretly while the other isn't looking." Said Hound, calling them out on what they do.
Grimlock just a growls a bit, towering them all and looking down as he stares at them." No. More. Talking." Ordered Grimlock, or was it a threat? No could tell but they all listened either way. Optimus wasn't in the room at the moment so Grimlock had the higher authority at the moment.
Arcee appreciated that, glad that they all stopped talking about the subject of couple stuff." We better get going before we have to listen to anything else they want to say." Said Arcee as she started to walk towards the groundbridge as Ratchet activated it.
Grimlock doesn't say a word as he follows her through, the moment they were gone and then groundbridge closed, Whirl looked at Skyquake."How much you wanna bet they become Conjunx Endura after this recon mission?" Asked Whirl.
Skyquake just stared at him for a bit before giving his answer." Nothing, that is a loosing bet." He said as he then walked away, as did everyone else mostly.
After having gotten out of the groundbridge, the two got to work on the recon mission. The whole time however, they are both quiet, neither saying a word to the other. This is strange cause the two usually talk on these duo missions. Arcee got tired of all this silence and just stops walking, which caused Grimlock to stop as well. She then turns around and looked up at the big guy." We need to have a talk. About what they all said back at the base." Said Arcee, wanting to talk about that.
Grimlock isn't usually one for feelings, he's mostly all rage and anger, but being on this planet with the autobots has changed Grimlock a bit so maybe he will talk about this stuff." What about it? If you're worried about them talking about us again, me Grimlock will shut them all up." Said Grimlock as he smashed his fists together.
Arcee shook her head a bit, smiling a bit. Arcee enjoys and likes Grimlocks caring and violent personality." No, it's not that. We need to talk about us. I think they're right...we obviously like each other." Said Arcee, knowing that the big guy likes her a lot, just like how she likes him a lot.
Grimlock nodded a bit, agreeing with her. But the big guy had no idea about love or relationships. Grimlock has never been with anyone before, romantically or any other way." Arcee, I'm not good with that kind of stuff. I'm just a fighter, not lover."Said Grimlock as he stared down at his hands a bit, thinking back to most of his life. Grimlock mostly fought and fought his entire life.
Arcee reached out and placed her hand on his." That's where you're wrong, you're more than just a fighter, I know you can be more than that ." Said Arcee, being sincere and truthful.
Grimlock is silent as he processes Arcee's words. Maybe it's time to be more than just a fighter." Arcee, I want to be wi- huh?" Grimlock stopped what he was about to say when he spotted something just a bit away from them.
Arcee turns around and also saw what grimlock saw, it looked like a crashed ship." It's a ship, and it looks like it crashed recently." Said Arcee as she started to walk towards it, her hands turning into blasters.
With the moment and the chance to try and establish an official relationship now ruined for the time being, Grimlock brings out his sword as he followed Arcee." Con or Bot?" Asked Grimlock, not seeing any signs on the ship to help figure that out.
Arcee couldn't see anything either." No clue, but maybe the inside will help us figure that out." Said Arcee as she got closer to it, Keeping her guard up incase of something happening.
Grimlock stayed close to Arcee, following her to the back of the ship. Once there, they both spotted an opening, it was just the right size for Arcee but the wrong size for Grimlock." Scrap, it's to small." Said Grimlock.
Arcee stared into the ship for a bit before looking at Grimlock." I'll check out the inside, watch my back from here. I'll holler if I need your help." Said Arcee as she slowly walked in, going deeper into the ship while Grimlock awaits outside.
Grimlock remains on guard, awaiting the return of Arcee. After a minute or two, Arcee slowly walked out of the ship, a look of horror on her face." Arcee? What happened? Are you okay?" Asked Grimlock, checking to see what's the matter.
Arcee was lost in her mind a bit, having flashbacks to a certain day of her life and the death of a father figure. She eventually snapped out of it." I...i know who this ship belongs to. It belongs to a con named Airachnid." Said Arcee, telling grimlock of her discovery and saying the name Airchnid with so much hate in her voice.
It was the exact same way Grimlock does when he says shockwaves name. Grimlock picked up on this immediately." She's the one who killed Brawn right?" Asked Grimlock, knowing the name of the bot who was once a father figure to Arcee thanks to one of there many talks when there alone.
Arcee nodded a bit." Yes, and now she's here, in these woods somewhere. We need to get you out of here." Said Arcee, now getting scared, allowing fear to cloud her mind and mess with logic.
Grimlock growls a bit at this. This isn't like Arcee, she's allowing fear to control her. Well not on Grimlocks watch." Arcee, we not running away, we will find her and tear her apart." Said Grimlock. Telling her exactly what they are gonna do instead of running off.
Arcee shook her head." No! She's to dangerous! She's gonna take you away from me!" Said Arcee, starting to lose it a bit while having a mild panic attack.
Grimlock grabs arcee by the shoulders and shook her a bit." Arcee snap out of it! You know me Grimlock! She will not kill me! I promise!" Said Grimlock as his battle mask drops and his visor goes up, revealing his face to Arcee for the first time.
This caused Arcee to stare for a bit as she regained herself a bit." You're right...this is you we're talking about here. I can't believe I let myself think you'd be killed so easily by her." Said Arcee, can't believing how foolish she was.
Grimlock lets go of her and his mask and visor comes back on." Feel better?" Asked Grimlock, wanting to make sure she's stable enough to continue.
Taking a moment to fully recollect herself, Arcee soon enough nodded a bit." Much better, now then, let's go hunt down a spider." Said Arcee with a determined look. She then headed off into the forest.
Grimlock nodded a bit he followed after Arcee." Got a plan?"asked the big guy, knocking down trees as he walked through the forest.
Arcee nodded a bit." Yeah, but you're not gonna like it...we split up, I'll be able to draw her out." Said Arcee, thinking that this plan of hers might be the best one for the moment.
Grimlock remained silent for a bit before speaking." You're right, I don't like it...but it's all we got." Said Grimlick, not on board with this plan of Arcee's, but is willing to go along with it for the time being.
"Good. Well, see you soon...partner." Said Arcee as she transformed and drove off to get some distance.
Grimlock waited a bit before walking after her, Hoping that arcee knows what she's doing with this idea of hers.
Once Arcee gotten enough distance she transformed back and started to walk around, Remaining on guard. But, It didn't take long for a certain spider to spot the two wheeler and then the spider makes her move, firing some web at Arcee, sticking her to a rock." Arcee, what a pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting to run into you after all this time. Tell me, do you still hold the grudge for what i did to...oh what was his name again? I can't seem to remember." Said Airachnid with a vile smirk, toying with Arcee, trying to get into her head.
Arcee glared at Airachnid with anger." His name was Brawn you slagging bitch!" Yelled out Arcee as she tried to break free so she can choke the life out of the purple spider bitch.
Airachnid simply smiled as she appeared in regular mode." Oh right, Brawn. Speaking of a dead loved one, I heard about pipes. Honestly Arcee, can you keep anyone ali-" Airchnid didn't get to finish what she was about to say due to a huge tree crashing into her, sending crashing a bit away from Arcee.
The tree was thrown At Airchnid by none other than Grimlock. The big guy arrived just at the right time." You alright?" Asked Grimlock as he tears the webbing off Arcee with ease.
Arcee nodded a bit." Yeah I'm alright." Said Arcee as she looked up at the big guy with a smile on her face.
Airachnid managed to recover quick enough to see who dared to throw that tree at her." I'll tear out your !...spark...for that..." Her anger was replaced with genuine Fear for the very first time in her horrible life." You! It's you! The destroyer!" Airachnid pointed at grimlock in fear.
Arcee and Grimlock both look at each other, confused as hell on what the spider is going on about. But neither care enough to try and find out, So they immediately both go after Airachnid.
Airachnid chooses to flee with her life." We will meet again Arcee! And next time the destroyer will not be there to save you!" Said the spider as she quickly drills down into the earth.
The two stare down the hole the before walking away, Arcee frowning a bit as they make their way back to the spider bitchs ship, Grimlock noticed this." Arcee, there will be a next time to scrap her." Said Grimlock.
Arcee sighs a bit, knowing that he's right." I know, but I want my revenge sooner rather than later." She said as they got the ship. Arcee spotted a Energon leak coming from the ship and had an idea. Arcee's hand turns into a blaster and then she blasted at the Energon, causing it and the whole ship to go boom.
Grimlock watched this alongside Arcee before Comming back to base. Soon enough, a Groundbridge opens up." Come on, time to head back." Said Grimlock, started to walk towards the Groundbridge, but then stopped when he felt Arcee grab his hand.
"Grimlock, remember what you were about to say to me before we saw the ship?" Asked Arcee, surprisingly she remembered that and decided to bring it up.
Grimlock is silent for a bit before nodded. He then figures that Arcee will probably want him to tell her what he wanted to say earlier. So Grimlock gets down one a knee to be on a better level with Arcee. His battle goes down and his visor goes up." Arcee...I am in lo-" Once again, Grimlock was interrupted, but in a good way.
Arcee knew what he was gonna say, so she decided to just go ahead act. She warps her arms around his neck and kisses Grimlock on his lips filled with passion. This of course surprised Grimlock, but he goes with it, Kissing her back deeply.
After a minute or two of the kissing, the two separated, looking into each other's eyes." I love you Grimlock." Said Arcee, placing a hand on his face.
Grimlock does the same with Arcee." Me…I love you too Arcee." Said Grimlock. The two then started to lean in, about to kiss again, but then a flash went off,getting both of their attention.
The two looked over at the Groundbridge and saw whirl with miko and Cayde his shoulders, both humans with their phones out." Congratulations you two…now excuse us while we go and share these photos with everyone back at the base." Said Whirl while he laughed a bit as he heads on back through the Groundbridge.
Grimlock growls slightly at whirl and the teens actions but gets over it quickly. Grimlock then gets up and his mask and visor come back on." We better head back." Said Grimlock as he started to head through with Arcee by his side.
What an interesting day this has been. It's had its ups and downs, but in the end, something good happened at least.
