Starts at the end of Book 3, Episode 10: Day of the Black Sun and follows the TV series to the end from Zuko's perspective. I've always felt like Aang's firebending training was rushed and cut too short. We also don't get any of the inner turmoil Zuko must be going through with leaving everything behind, so this is my retelling of the second half of season 3.

After the war, after the peace has been established and the last fighting died down, Zuko undertakes a journey to retread his steps, one that takes him back into his past, to places he's been and people he's wronged. It is time to fix his mistakes. Jinko in the last chapter, but the other ones can be read entirely standalone if you want to.
