More than a dozen people were seated in front of a large table. Each of them was wearing a unique set of clothing, ranging from a red suit with golden streaks going through them, golden blue armor with a cape on her shoulders, etc…

It was a meeting between the many members of the famed Justice League in their HQ, the Watchtower.

"That takes care of everything for now." Superman smiled to himself as some members of the league sagged back into their seats after the meeting.

Flash stood up, attracting many of the member's attention as he grinned at them. "Alrigh-" Before he could get any further with what he wanted to say, their sensors went off, the loud beeping causing them to stand up in alert.

"Flash!" Batman's voice rang out urgently.

The Scarlet Speedster instantly understood. "On it!" Not even a second later, a red blur streaked out the room. The members waited anxiously for what felt like minutes, while in reality, it had only been one second before a voice rang in their earpieces.

"The sensors are picking something floating out there."

They all tensed upon hearing those words. "Do you have a visual on what it is?" Green Lantern asked his fellow league member.

"Give me a minute." The league members set off to ready themselves for a fight in case the intrusion was hostile, while Batman stayed behind with some in the meeting room for Flash to send them a visual. They didn't have to wait long before Flash's voice reached them again. "I got it!" Not a second later, a small device flickered on the table they were at before a 3D visual appeared in front of them.

"He looks human…." Black Canary instantly pointed out, though her tone somewhat sounded unsure of the statement as the Kryptonian in the room seemed complete human. But they all knew he wasn't even close to being one.

They zoomed in on the person, his features now becoming clearer, showing a person around the age of what they assumed to be seventeen to eighteen with blonde hair. He seemed like an ordinary American citizen, though what bothered them was the fact that he was floating in space, completely unharmed.

Wonder Woman shook her head. "A human cannot survive in space." She stated the obvious. "Flash, can you get any more on him?"

They could hear clicking through their headpieces, understanding that their friend was already working on trying to get more information. "Huh," They all waited for him to elaborate after hearing what he said but didn't get anything.

"Flash, what did you find out?" Superman's voice apparently broke the speedster out of his funk as they heard him clear his throat.

"His vitals are completely fine. Nothing abnormal." He paused briefly as they heard some more clicking. "But there is some sort of force field surrounding him. I guess that's what's protecting him from dying out there."

"A force field?" Clark raised an eyebrow in intrigue.

"Yeah. It's weird because he's definitely unconscious, but somehow, he is able to surround himself with a force field. I think it's Magic, guys!" Batman looked over at one of their present magic users in the room.

Shazam blinked once all eyes were on him. "Uh, don't look at me. I'm still new to all of this stuff." He admitted, his tone conveying his shame in unable to help them at the moment.

Batman turned to look at what he considered his best friend. "Superman, can you bring him inside while we get in contact with Dr. Fate." Batman requested of him. The Kryptonian did not deny the request, flying out of their HQ as he floated towards the unconscious blonde.

Definitely Magical. Clark thought as he felt the aura that was protecting the blonde when he took hold of him. Having gotten his target, he floated back to the ship. The doors were opened quickly as he made his way over to one of the rooms that were prepared by the others. "Did you get in contact with him?" He asked once he laid down the unconscious blonde on the bed.

Wonder Woman stepped forward, her eyes landing on the person on the bed for a brief second before they trekked back to her Kryptonian friend. "Yes, he should be here any minute now." Clark nodded his head in relief as Diana moved closer to the mysterious person. Now that she came close to him, she was completely surprised by what her senses picked up.

As a warrior who had trained for thousands of years and fought against many powerful beings in her life, her senses had honed to quite a powerful level, and she could pick up on a person's power level and what not very easily. What she sensed from the blonde was not something she had seen coming at all.

"He is-"

"I know." Clark cut in. Her surprise must have been evident on her face as Superman had picked up on it. "I sensed it too. It's not as much as some of the others we've fought before, but for his age, It's a lot." The man said, his tone conveying his surprise.

Wonder Woman turned back toward the blonde. She hoped the young adult wasn't hostile as they had only just recovered from an invasion not too long ago. Having to deal with something powerful so soon after was not something they wanted to deal with. Even as a warrior who wanted to fight against powerful people, she didn't want to do it if it meant that there would be a chance any of her friends here or innocents on the earth would be in danger.

The door to the room opening caught their attention, their heads turning to see a man with a golden helmet walking inside. "Clark, Diana." Dr. Fate greeted them with a nod. They greeted him in return.

"I assume you've already been briefed?" Clark asked, seeing the urgency the man was working with.

Outside the room stood two very good friends in Flash and Green Lantern. "Fifty bucks says he's a bad guy."

Flash grinned at him. "I'll take you up on that. Fifty for him not being one." They were about to shake hands on their bet but froze when they heard the voice of another member.

"Are you two seriously betting on something like this?" Shayera gave them both a dubious look as she put a hand on her hip.

Green Lantern rolled his eyes at her and shrugged his shoulders. "It's not like there is anything else we can do right now." Shayera shook her head and looked at Barry.

"Is that seriously your best friend?" She ignored the hey coming from Hal as she tried to keep her amused look from her face at his reaction.

Barry chuckled sheepishly. "It's not that bad. I really do think he won't be a bad guy or anything. I just got a good feeling about him." The Scarlet Speedster said, moving on from their topic back to the blonde resting in the other room.

His breathing came out labored, blood trickling down his face after his plan had failed spectacularly. He knew it was a gamble, a very stupid one at that. His friend had even said that if it failed, it would most likely mean his death, but he still had to take the chance.

"Don't think too much of it now. Just try to focus on trying to recuperate right now." Kurama advised him, the other tailed beast coming to support their fellow tailed beast's words.

"I know." Naruto looked grim as he observed their situation. His plan to use the reverse harem Jutsu had backfired, and Kaguya was now looming over them. His eyes glanced to the right to see his recently returned rival standing next to him. He wasn't faring much better than him at the moment. A bit further to his right stood Obito alongside his teacher Kakashi and his last teammate, Sakura.

His moment of observation was taken advantage of by their enemy, who moved way too quickly for them even to take notice of her as she came upon the group of Obito, Sakura, and Kakashi. They stood no chance at all against the Rabbit Goddess.

Before they could move in to help, Obito was cut the first one to fall, his body getting cut in half. The other two were thankfully saved by Naruto and Sasuke as they were picked up by them before Kaguya could get her hands on them.

"Damn it!" There went another person that could help them against her ability to change dimensions. The sound of someone chuckling caught their attention as they looked over at Kaguya's left arm to see Black Zetsu.

"The little traitor is finally dead, huh," The words caused Kakashi to hang his head low in sadness at his friend dying. His students stayed focused, making sure they weren't caught off guard as they stood ready.

"Mother, don't give them any more time. We need to finish them quickly and take their chakra." He urged the Otsutsuki. She agreed, which she showed by changing their surrounding using her ability to warp dimensions. They were now in a new domain, and before they could react, they were forced to the ground as gravity held them in place.

This allowed Kaguya to bring out her all-killing ash bones to finish them off, the bones floating in front of her before they were shot at high speeds, moving toward the ninjas that were stuck. Their path was blocked, though, when multiple clones of Naruto appeared in their tracks, stopping the bones from hitting them.

Kaguya's eyes narrowed when she saw the black-haired one use his Rinnegan to take them out of her dimension. "So he can use the eye to escape from here." She mused in interest. It was for naught, though, when she simply went through her multiple dimensions before eventually finding them a minute later in the desert dimension.

She looked around for a second, only spotting the Uchiha, not seeing the others anywhere. "Where are your friends," She asked with narrowed eyes before pausing and shaking her head. "No matter, I'll take care of you and your pesty eye powers right now." Sasuke clicked his tongue when he was pushed back by her. A big fight ensued after that, with the Uchiha doing his best to lead the Otsutsuki on somewhere, though the latter didn't realize it.

"Now!" Sasuke called out suddenly as thousands of Naruto's suddenly appeared, transforming from the rocks they were hiding as in the desert, barraging Kaguya to keep her busy. While she was distracted, the two boys used the opportunity to get close to her and try to seal her.

She was unable to do anything when they made contact with her, her eyes becoming hollow once the realization set in. Rage filled her as she exerted all her power within her and called out a Chibaku Tensei, pouring all of her power into it.

Sasuke gritted his teeth as an idea came to his mind. He clasped his hands together, creating his own version that also went up. Though, it didn't work out the same way he thought it would as it merged within the one that Kaguya created.

"No, you don't!" He heard Naruto shout out and punch Kaguya when she tried to escape using her warping ability. The lapse in her concentration after the attack caused her to lose control of everything, the Chibaku Tensei growing bigger by the second as it started absorbing everything it could, getting faster by the seconds.

Sasuke's eyes widened. He instantly turned to Naruto, making his way over him and taking hold of the blonde, and running away. He could see the blonde demanding an explanation and shook his head. "That thing is becoming unstable and is gonna turn into a black hole very soon. We have to get out of here."

Naruto's heart dropped hearing those words. It was obvious what would happen to them if it indeed became a black hole, and it wasn't something he wanted to experience. He was now running alongside his friend as they tried to get away further.

"We have to get Sakura and Kakashi-sensei, and you have to teleport us out of here." He was confused when the Uchiha shook his head.

"I can't," Sasuke replied with gritted teeth. "I was only able to do it one time, and it took almost everything out of me."

Before the blonde could even think or reply to those words, they were stopped in place for a second before they were suddenly getting sucked backward. It instantly dawned on them, and they didn't have to look back to know that it had already become a black hole.

They tried, tried their absolute best to get away from being caught in the black hole, but it was futile as it grew stronger and stronger as each second passed by. Both of them were panicking now. It was obvious to them that their teacher and last teammate were most likely already dead, and they were the only ones left.

Naruto used all his energy to try and fly away, but it was of no use. A second later, he was the only one left when Sasuke was caught in it too.

"... Hold… we… to…" Jumbled words filled his mind as he tried to escape. He knew the voices came from the tailed beasts inside him, trying to contact him, but he could not hear them at all. "Damn it!" He cursed with gritted teeth, pushing it further and further, his chances of escape decreasing.

He knew he was on the verge of losing consciousness because of the strain his body was going through. His vision was hazy already, the world too blurry for him to make out anything. No matter how futile it was, he persevered through the end, fighting back against the pull of the black hole before his body gave out and his eyes shut close.

xxxxxxxxxx

His blue eyes snapped wide open, his body shooting up to a sitting position as he tried to calm himself down. Instantly, he noticed he wasn't in the same place as he was when he lost consciousness but in a room that looked completely normal. I should be dead. How? He asked himself.

"Calm down." He turned to look at the voice from his left, a man with a golden mask to his left, a woman in gold and blue armor, and another man in a blue suit standing there, looking at him with a somewhat concerned look, but it was obvious they were warier of him by the fact that they were in a position ready to fight.

"Where…" Naruto started to say but stopped when pain racked his head, causing him to clutch it as he grunted and fell back to his bed. The memory he had been viewing seconds ago was coming back to him, rushing quickly as he tried to make sense of everything.

"Are you alright?" The muscled man with the red and yellow S on his chest asked the blonde, who opened his eyes once more to glance at him.

"I think so," Naruto responded out of habit. The language they were speaking was one he had never heard of, and yet, he understood them perfectly. Weirdly enough, he knew he had responded with the same language as theirs, but it was unknown to him how he did so.

Kurama? Naruto called out but got no response. Sitting up with another grunt, he ignored the people in the room for a second to try and figure out what had happened after he fell unconscious. Kurama?

There was no response from the fox. Closing his eyes, Naruto tried to get into contact with him, reaching his chakra for his but found zero traces of his chakra. Confusion quickly filled him after that when his eyes opened again. Now seeing the golden-masked person sitting in front of him waving his hand to try and get the blonde's attention.

"What?" Naruto managed to get out, though it wasn't in response to the man trying to get his attention but rather to the fact that he didn't feel any of his chakra. Instead, there was another foreign energy he sensed within himself. It was as if his chakra had been replaced by that new foreign energy.

I am alive. He thought to himself, clenching his hands a couple of times. There was no mistaking it at all. He was definitely alive and fully healthy. The question was, how had he survived getting caught up in a black hole of all things.

Dr. Fate, Superman, and Wonder Woman watched as the blonde ignored them for now and seemed to be debating with himself about something. They didn't know what it was, but it was easy to pick up that he seemed confused.

They stayed silent for a minute, letting Naruto get his bearings as it definitely looked like he needed to before they could proceed to start questioning him. And it worked, too, since Naruto himself seemed to calm somewhat and turned to look at them. They seem less on guard now as opposed to a minute ago. He deduced quickly.

"You must have a lot of questions." Dr. Fate got his attention by stating the obvious. Naruto slowly nodded his head. There were more than a dozen questions running through his head, but the most important one he wanted to know was a simple one.

"Where am I?"

xxxxxxxxx

An hour had passed since the blonde woke up. It was obvious to them that he was very confused as to where he was, and it had taken some time before he calmed down and finally started talking with them.

They had learned that he wasn't from the same world as them. It wasn't anything new to the league members. People appearing from other universes was something they had experienced once before, but they turned out to be enemies. Though, this time, the blonde's world was actually destroyed by what they learned was supposedly the progenitor of the energy they used to fight.

The boy had apparently lost the ability to use that energy. Dr. Fate had informed him that he was, in fact, a magician now and one that had quite the potential. It wasn't said, but they knew that the young adult had practically lost everything in his life, and they had left him alone after that. The members were now back in their meeting spot, discussing what they should do.

"We should help him as much as we can," Superman argued after a minute of silence. As someone who had also lost every one of his home world. He could relate to him and wanted to help him as much as he could. The other members of the league knew that too.

"I agree. He is a good person from what we see." Diana argued in favor of the blonde too. The small conversation they had with him had given them enough information as to what kind of person they were dealing with here. A bad one, he was certainly not.

Batman nodded. He was of the same mind and knew everyone else was too. "The question is, how do we tackle this?"

"We can just have him stay here for a week or two while we set everything up for him on Earth," Barry suggested with a shrug. "I can even go first to start giving him a rundown of everything he should know about the world if need be."

"Do we even know he's willing to stay here on earth?" Black Canary questioned with a raised brow.

"He has not said anything about it yet, but there is nowhere else for him to go," Diana answered her fellow female's question.

Their discussion continued onward, with multiple other members giving their opinion on the matter. Eventually, they all agreed with what Flash had suggested as they went to relay all of it to Naruto, whose name they had learned during their talk with him.

New York City, 2nd of December, 2022.

8:45 PM Local time.

Naruto hummed to himself as he looked to check the time and see that it was nearing closing time. A couple of months, nine months to be precise, had passed since he had ended up floating in space and picked up by the Justice League. They had been a massive help for him after he ended up in this new world. It was difficult having come to terms with the fact that your entire world was gone, and you ended up in the new one.

Not only that, but during the time that they had kept him in the Watchtower, he had gotten to know most of the members well and became good friends with them. A chuckle left his mouth when he thought of some of the moments that had transpired during his stay at the HQ. Though it wasn't the same with every member of the League as Batman had been suspicious of him for a while but eventually came around and even helped him by finding him his current place.

He had turned the place into a coffee shop, with his house being on the second floor of the building. His thoughts came to an end when the bell of his door rang, indicating a customer was entering.

"Barry?" Naruto asked, slightly surprised by the entry of one of the friends he had just been thinking about. The timing. He thought idly.

"Yo, man." Barry greeted him, walking up to his friend with a friendly grin on his face. "It's been a while since I last came here. You're not closing, are you?"

"In a bit, but I still got a little bit of time left before that." Naruto raised an eyebrow. "Why, you needed something right now?" His friend did not usually come at this time to get anything if he wanted to buy a drink or two, so it was weird to see him suddenly come here at this time.

Barry sighed and sagged into a seat on one of the tables as Naruto sat in front of him. "Yeah, I know it's surprising for me to come at this time, but Iris' weird pregnancy cravings are happening right now, and she requested that I get her some coffee, and we're all out at home." Naruto winced at the man's tone tired tone. "Yeah, you can figure the rest out." He finished with a tired groan.

"I got you. The same as usual?" Naruto asked, getting a nod before he snapped his fingers and let his magic do the work for him while he continued talking with his new best friend in this world. "How is she, by the way?" Naruto asked, referring to Barry's wife.

"She's doing well. Everything is going fine so far apart from me suffering from her mood swings and whatnot." Barry replied. He looked over to the machines working on their own before raising an eyebrow at Naruto. "You know, I'm still surprised that you just show your powers so freely out there."

Naruto chuckled. "I don't really care about a secret identity or anything. People seeing my magic attracts more customers, and that means more money for him." He explained with a shrug. Barry nodded in understanding. Naruto did have quite a lot of customers every time he visited. The only reason there wasn't anyone here right now was since his friend was closing in mere minutes.

"So, can you finally tell me about the Rucker?" Barry questioned his good friend, who, upon hearing the question, turned to give his fellow blonde an unamused look.

"Are you serious?" Naruto shook his head instantly after. "Nevermind, man, I'm not gonna speak about the Rucker," Naruto responded with a final tone. The Uzumaki proceeded to ignore his fellow blonde for the next minute before the latter eventually gave up when his drink was placed in front of him.

Barry gave him a cheeky hopeful look. "Can I at least get the discount?"

"No." Naruto plainly refused as Barry sighed in disappointment.

"When did you become this cruel?." Naruto offered him a slightly amused smirk at his plight.

Taking the appropriate amount of money handed over to him by his friend, Naruto shrugged. "I have to make a living someway, you know."

Barry rolled his eyes at him before switching topics. "Speaking of wives." His grin returned as he leaned forward slightly. "Have you finally found someone yourself?"

Naruto snapped his fingers, causing the money in his hands to disappear. Where it went off to, Barry did not know, but it always fascinated him seeing Naruto's magic. "I haven't." Leaning back into his chair, Naruto got himself a bit more comfortable as he continued speaking. "It's only been a few months since I moved here, and traveling or looking for a girlfriend hasn't been a priority of mine. I've been trying to get as much money as I can, is all."

Barry looked confused. "You still haven't really explored anywhere yet?" The shake of his friend's head caused him to be surprised. "Seriously? That's it. Tomorrow, you and I are going out with some of the others coming along with us. You can't be cooped up here all the time."

Naruto shrugged. He didn't see anything wrong with it. His friend was right. He had forgotten to live his life a bit, his mind having been too occupied with his job. "Alright, but you better get going, you've been here for 10 minutes, and Iris knows it doesn't take that long for you to get coffee." Naruto didn't have to explain any further why the speedster had to leave.

Barry looked over at the clock to see it was only five minutes before it turned nine pm. He winced slightly, knowing how much Iris would complain about him taking too long. "Yeah, you're right. I'll see you tomorrow." He instantly ran out of the place but came back a second later with a sheepish look on his face. "Forgot the coffee." He admitted before going away.

Naruto shook his head with a chuckle at his friend's situation.

Standing up from his seat, Naruto went to close the store for the day.

The harsh cold winds of winter caused a shiver to rack through her body. She wrapped her cloak around herself, trying to shield herself from the chill as she walked alongside the streets. It was already very dark since the sun had gone down a few hours ago. Only the street lamps illuminated the streets as the sounds of a few cars passing by reached her ears.

Raven let out a tired breath as she gripped her cloak. It had been only a few days since she had shown up on this new planet from her home after its destruction. The reminder caused her heart to ache in pain. Mother. Though, in the end, all of it had led to her father's demise, and they had gotten rid of him, she had lost pretty much everything else.

The only thing she had left was her life, which had been saved by her mother. She took a calming breath, shaking off the negative thoughts in order to focus back on getting to find a temporary home for herself.

Looking around the area, she thought of what she could do. She had no money on her, and she doubted people would openly give her a job if she tried searching for her. The moment they would see her skin tone, they'd immediately get scared off. She knew that would be the case since an alien had recently invaded the planet. She knew they wouldn't trust her at all during these times.

Her options were limited, very much so as she continued to wander through the oddly quiet streets. It was busy a couple of hours ago. She had gone through this area only hours ago when she was making her way to the library to read up on some books there. All the people were chattering as usual, but interestingly enough, the topic they were talking about most was a magician making delicious food and drinks for them.

A part of her wanted to see for herself what everyone was talking about, to act just like everyone else and live a normal life, but she had held herself back at the last moment.

"Are you alright?" She was jolted out of her thoughts when someone asked her the question. The eighteen-year-old girl turned in the direction the voice came from and saw a blue-eyed blonde the same age as her giving her a curious look. Raven brought down her hood further to conceal her face and looked away.

"I'm fine." She murmured a response, preparing to walk further, but the blonde continued speaking.

"You know it's pretty clear that you're lost. Your emotions give it away easily." Raven came to a complete stop when she heard those words. It wasn't that difficult for anyone to see with their eyes that she was indeed lost but hearing the man say her emotions gave it away was not something she thought anyone would say. Turning around, her eyes looked the young adult up and down once.

"You're the magician people were talking about." It wasn't a question but a statement. Naruto nodded with a smile on his face.

"I am." Quirking an eyebrow at sensing her emotions change multiple times, Naruto held up his hands. "You don't have to worry so much. I'm not trying to hurt you or anything. I was just curious when I felt another magical energy outside and decided to check it out."

Raven tensed up slightly upon hearing he could sense her energy. Naruto seemed to notice it too. "Yeah, a lot of people get surprised when they find out I can sense their emotions and whatnot." An amused smile settled on his face. "It's actually pretty funny seeing some people's reactions most of the time."

His joke worked somewhat to alleviate the tense air around them as the young woman was seemingly debating something with herself. Naruto coughed to get her attention once more and was going to continue talking but was beaten to it.

"Do you know any cheap place where I can stay?" Raven asked quietly as Naruto's mouth clicked shut.

Naruto hummed for a second, placing a hand on his chin. "There are a couple of hotels nearby, but I wouldn't really call them cheap." He inwardly winced at the disappointed feeling he sensed from her at his answer. There was an air of desperation around her, and Naruto picked up on it quite easily. His empathy powers weren't even needed to see she was in need of help.

Before anything else could be said, a growling noise broke through the silence around them, much to Raven's embarrassment. Hungry, lost, and confused. Naruto thought to himself, nodding his head, seemingly coming to a decision.

"Why don't we talk further back in there, and I can cook you something to eat," Naruto suggested, pointing to the building to his right, causing Rachel to look at the place. She quickly looked back at Naruto and knew he was being sincere with his offer.

"That sounds good." She nodded, a small smile on her face as she followed the blonde into the building, the door closing behind them with a small chime of the bell.

xxxxxxxxxx

Rachel was happy she had taken Naruto's offer as the food she had presented with was delicious. She had eaten some of the dishes Earth had to offer, and so far, this one was the best she had tasted by a mile. The daughter of Trigon had watched her fellow magic user use his powers actually to make the food. It was quite impressive to see the control the blonde had over his powers.

Gulping down her drink, she placed down the glass as she wiped her mouth clean before her attention was turned to the same blonde that had brought her here sitting down in front of her.

"I guess you liked the food then," Naruto stated in amusement at how fast she had eaten all of it.

Rachel's cheeks flushed slightly before she coughed to get her bearings. "It was delicious." She gave him a small grateful smile. "Thank you for that, by the way."

Naruto returned her smile. "It's nothing. I'm glad you liked it. You looked like you needed that." Taking a sip of his own drink for a brief second, Naruto set it down before continuing. "Speaking of that…"

He didn't have to elaborate for Raven to understand where he was going with this. She took in a breath as she toyed with the cup in her hands. "As you already know, I am not from Earth." Naruto nodded. It was easy to pick up on that fact as her gray skin tone wasn't something humans from Earth had. "My home planet, it… it got destroyed because of someone." She explained vaguely.

That's… Naruto could easily pick up on the similarities between her story and his. It was almost identical, really, and he understood why she didn't explain it in detail. He had done the same with the Justice League, only coming forth with more details after months of interacting with them and gaining their trust.

"I see," Naruto said with a nod. "And you ended up here after all that, right?"

Rachel nodded. "I've been here for less than a week, and I had met an old couple who allowed me to live with them for a couple of days, but I didn't want to take advantage of them and decided to leave."

Naruto hummed. "And that was today, right?"

"Yes."

Leaning back into his chair, Naruto mused inwardly about the fact that their stories were almost a copy of each other. He looked at her for a second to see her fidgeting in her place at his stare, which inwardly amused him, but he gave her a comforting smile. "This might sound a bit surprising to you, but I know how you feel."

Rachel looked slightly surprised by his words. "You do?" She asked slowly.

Naruto nodded. "Yeah, long story short, my home world was also destroyed by a vengeful woman, and it got me here. That was nearly a year ago." Raven could feel that the blonde was stating the truth thanks to her empathy. There were more emotions she could sense from the blonde, but it was obvious to her that he had come to peace with what had happened to him.

"I got lucky that I was picked up by the Justice League." A small nostalgic smile settled on Naruto's face as memories of his time in the watchtower resurfaced. "If it wasn't for them, I'm not sure where I would be right now."

Raven could clearly feel his emotions, and she was slightly jealous of the man. She envied what he was feeling right now but quickly shook her head inwardly. It wouldn't do for her emotions to get riled up. It never ended well.

"That's why I also want to ask you if you want to stay here?"

Rachel blinked in surprise, doing a double-take for a quick second. "You're asking me to stay here?"

"Mhm," Naruto nodded. "You can stay as long as you want and leave anytime you want. It would be nice to have company around here before I open up and after I close. It does tend to get rather lonely when the others don't visit."

Raven stayed silent as she looked at him in slight surprise while the blonde continued on, not really paying attention to her. "You know, I haven't even explored the outside world all that much, even after being here for so long." A grin grew on his face. "I guess both of us have a whole new world to discover, huh."

Rachel cracked her a smile too at his joke, even letting out a giggle of her own. "I think I would like that." She responded finally, much to Naruto's happiness.

"Great, come on. I'll show you the upstairs area and your room." Before she could react, Naruto had already taken hold of her hand and was dragging her up the stairs to the house on the second floor.

And there we have it. Chapter 1. Not really sure how it turned out since I was just writing shit and didn't outline or anything. This won't be that long of a fic, like five chapters at most. Depends on how everything will turn out as I write the interactions between those two.

Anyway, hope yall enjoyed it and let me know what you guys thought.
