Shinji was inside a small Hut as he looks outside a window.
"This might take longer than expected." Shinji said.
He then noticed Hapie Girl peeking out a window. "Are you spying on me?"
"Sorry but you're really good looking." Harpie Girl said blushing.
"Let me guess, trying to see if I marry you." Shinji said.
"Yes." She said nodding.
"Look, love is not something that can be forced on." He then ducks as the Harpie Lady sisters fly by.
"I know but I want it and marry you." Harpie Girl said pouting.
"How are you going to make love you?" He asked.
"Be showing you around for the start." Harpie Girl said smiling.
"I see. Did your mother say what do I have to do to help them?" Shinji said.
"Not yet." Harpie Girl said. "Why don't you want to marry us?"
"I barely know you and I can't stay here." Shinji said.
"Why not?" She asks.
"I have a little sister back home and a little girl i'm looking after too." Shinji said.
"Then we will accept them here." Harpie Girl said.
"Are you kidding me?" He said.
"Why? Your family will be our family." Harpie girl said.
"Look, I have important work to do back home and theres someone I like there." Shinji admitted.
"Then she can join us." Harpie Girl said.
"Okay, now your trying too hard. And I said I have work to do back home, i'm trying to become a hero." He said.
"A hero?" Harpie Girl asks.
"Yes, someone that many can look up to." Shinji told her.
"That's a good goal. Another reason why you will make a good husband." Harpie Girl said blushing a bit.
He facepalms. "I'm going out." Shinji leaves the hut.
"Wait for me." Harpie Girl said as she follows him.
The two went around and she hugs his arm.
"Now your being clingy." He said.
"But if I don't the others will take you before I have a chance." Harpie Girl said.
They saw pink cloud come foward and they cover they're noses.
Perfumer was putting on a special perfume.
"Oh no. Perfumer is trying to use her scent to get you." Harpie Girl said pouting.
"Just cover the nose." He holds it as they went away.
Suddenly they heard a dragon's roar.
They saw they're pet dragon and Shinji said: "A dragon?"
"Yes." Harpie Girl said.
"How did you get something like that?" He asked.
"We raised him from an egg." Harpie Girl said.
"I see." He understood.
The dragon looks at him Shinji stared at it and rubs its head.
"He likes you." Harpie Girl said smiling as the Dragon purrs.
"Yes, well you can go now boy." Shinji said.
The dragon roars gently before leaving.
The duo went foward and Oracle was watching them.
"He is an interesting one." Oracle said as she holds one of her hands to her face.
Shinji noticed more and said: "What happened to those sisters?"
"They're hunting right now." Harpie Girl said.
"Good, they're the ones that are the ones that are trying to get me the most." He sighs.
"They're really eager to get married and have children." Harpie Girl said sheepishly.
"But why me? I'm just a normal human." Shinji said.
"We can sense there is something more in you." Harpie Girl said before blushing. "Plus the fact you are really handsome helps."
He raises an eyebrow. "Are you really going to go all out just to marry me?"
"You don't get it. Our race is a mainly female one meaning that males if any are rarely born." Harpie Girl said.
"Without a suitible male our tribe and race could go extinct." Harpie Girl said.
"I understand, but wouldn't it mean, I would get kids from all of you with how your mother the Queen wanted." He said.
"It's fine. Magic exists here so there is a way for you to be with us all I think." Harpie Girl said with a thoughtful look.
"What?! Do you intend to keep me young for a long time."
"That and many other things." She said.
His eyes widen hearing that. "I'm going to see your mother." He walks to where the Queen is.
Harpie Girl was thinking about following him but realizes she needs to do something right now.
He noticed she's not following him. "What's wrong?"
"I got a task to do. Every Harpie once they reach a certain age needs to do what they can to help our Tribe. We also take turns on them unless they are tasks only we can do." Harpie Girl explains.
"What kind of tasks?" He asked.
"It varies. Bringing water to the village, checking on the garden and do what need to be done there, making sure our homes are all ok, hunting for meat, and some others. Though since there is no children right now one task will remain out of place." Harpie Girl explains with a frown.
He raises an eyebrow. "Do you mean... Feed them."
"That's a part of it. we feed our children like you do with human children so we have to mash the food up for them but that takes place around the same time human children start eating mashed up food." Harpie Girl said.
"Oh I see." He didn't expect that.
"Another part is teaching them when their mothers are busy or need a break or if they want lovely-dovely time with their husbands. But unfortunately, there is no children right now." Harpie Girl said looking down.
"I understand, well bye." He goes away.
Harpie Girl watches him go before she went off to do her task.
Shinji arrived at the Queen's Hut. "Hello?"
"Ah Shinji what do you need?" Harpie Queen asks.
"I came to see if you needed something for me to do." He said.
"Hmm are you interested in mating with me?" Harpie Queen asks with a lustful look.
"Not gonna happen." He narrows his eyes.
"You will eventually. After all everyone has a limit to how long they can resist." Harpie Queen said with a shrug.
"But how about you go out and deal with a threat." She offered.
"Would this get me the training you promised?" He asked.
"Yes." Harpie Quenn nods.
"Okay, where do I need to go?" He said.
"Follow me. You should use your armor before we go." Harpie Queen said.
He transforms into Hercus like he said and follows her.
"The threat we must deal with is called Birdface." Harpie Queen starts.
"Birdface?" Hercus said.
Then a flying creature comes out moving around circles.
"That's him." Harpie Queen said scowling at Birdface.
It screeches at them and Hercus goes foward. "I'll take care of it."
"Be careful." Harpie Queen said. Birdface swoops at Hercus.
He dodges and throws a punch at it.
It hits Birdface's face causing it to screech in pain.
The bird glares at him and shoots feathers making Hercus grunt.
Harpie Queen was a bit worried but she didn't need to be.
He looks at it. "Clock up."
CLOCK UP!
He goes fast and strikes at it many times before kicking it away.
CLOCK OVER!
"So fast!" Harpie Queen said in surprise.
"With Clock Up, I can surpass the speed of light." He said.
"Impressive." Harpie Queen said.
Birdface came back and Hercus got ready.
It skydives at Hercus but Hercus kicks it upwards.
He hits the bird away and charges up a attack. "Rider beat!"
RIDER BEAT!
He strikes at the bird making it explode.
"You defeated it." Harpie Queen said smiling.
"Well I dealt with worse." Hercus said.
"Maybe you can tell us those battles later?" Harpie Queen suggests.
"Well okay." He shrugs.
"Now should we head back to the village?" Harpie Queen suggests.
He nodded and they went back together.
Once they arrived he asked: "So what's the first training lesson?"
"First you mut learn the wind." Harpie Queen said.
"What?" Hercues said.
"To fly we Harpies must make sure the wind conditions are good. If they are bad, we could risk breaking limbs or worse." Harpie Queen explains.
"I see, but my main problem is... I can't fly on my own!" He reminded her.
"Just because you can't fly doesn't mean learning the wind is useless. You can tell the basics of the wind but there is subtleties to it." Harpie Queen said.
"Like how?" He said.
"Start by smelling the air. Can you detect anything from the smell? Is it dry or is there some wetness to it?" Harpie Queen asks.
He tries it. "I think it might Rain."
"Correct." Harpie Queen said. "Now can you tell if it will be a light one or a heavy one?"
"Light." He said.
"Good." Harpie Queen said. "In flying and in battle the conditions of the weather can help or impede you."
"I see." He understood.
"Learning the wind is art that all Harpies learn when they are young before they start to learn how to fly." Harpie Queen explains.
He nodded at her words. "Now I just need to find wings."
"If I am right there is a magic to create temporally wings." Harpie Queen said with a thoughtful look.
"Maybe I can make a device to merge that with my suits." He said.
"Maybe or maybe you don't need to. It is magic." Harpie Queen said with a shrug.
"Well first I need to find it." He said.
"Oracle might know it." Harpie Queen said.
"Well maybe another time, since she's also interested in me." He said.
"Don't worry. Oracle will be more focus on teaching you. When we had hatchlings in the village she was the one who eager volunteered to teach them. She loves teaching." Harpie Queen said giving a sad smile.
"Is there something wrong?" He noticed her expression.
"A long time there was a curse on our tribe that prevented most of our eggs from hatching." Harpie Queen said.
"What?! Who did that?!" Hercus was shocked.
"Gorlag." Harpie Queen said with venom.
"Gorlag?" He said.
"A powerful demon of fire." Harpie Queen said.
"I see, what did he do exactly?" Hercus asked.
"The Curse he did killed our hatchlings before they have a chance to hatch. Luckily, I had my daughter before the curse, but several Harpies lost their eggs. It hurt them and put them in a deep depression that only a few came out alive. To make matters worst it was nearly impossible to have eggs again. Only recently did the Curse expired so that is why we are extremely eager to get married." Harpie Queen said.
Hercus felt bad about them.
"Is he still around?" Hercus wanted to know.
"Yes though he is not at full strength." Harpie Queen said.
"Then I will hunt him down and bring him to justice." Hercus told her.
"Thank you but first you should learn some of our training first." Harpie Queen said not wanting to lose her Tribe's future husband.
"Very well, but if he were to appear I do ask to let me fight him." He said.
"I will if you promise to be careful." Harpie Queen said.
He nodded. "What do I need to do to make it safer, like if I beat him I would marry everyone here... Wait."
"That works. Hope you ready for our married night and honeymoon." Harpie Queen said with a lustful grin.
"Me and my big fat mouth." He grunts.
"Now let's head back to the village." Harpie Queen said.
He follows her and he saw her smiling at him. I'm going to have to be with them, at least it wasn't my first.
