Chapter 13 A ride home
Morning soon came and the snow storm had stopped allowing Loona and the others to continue on there way to Little Prideford as they all ran down a snowy hill and crossed the road, but as the group did there was a loud horn sound casing Loona to gasp in alarm and worry the same with Collin, they knew that sound anywhere! Martha and her car was coming "Come kids get going come on" she commanded as Stolizo and Oliver helped guided all the kids along with Collin across the road quickly. Once safely across Loona ran over and broke off a branch and swept the road to cover there tracks to make it look like they had gone in seperate directions. Seeing the car getting closer she quickly dropped the branch and ran off in time to meet with her husband, brother, nephew and the pups.
Soon Marthas car slowed down as she came to a stop where Loona had swept the road to clean the tracks as she hummed, being a ex hunters had her instincts and was a excellent tracker and saw tracks near the branch going in one direction as she cruely smirked "Well, well what's this? *Sees the other tracks* hahahaha those animals think they can outwit Martha Eh? haahahah she laughed as she saw Burnie and Emberlyn driving pass as she honked her horn loudly as it got there attention who were nearby as she yelled at them "Burnie! Emberlyn!" She yelled as soon the minions truck arrived stopping near their bosses car as she pointed at the tracks "Their tracks are heading to the village!" She barked as the imp and sinner studied them "Well…what do you know?" Said Burnie "Guess hellhounds are smarter then they let on" said Emberlyn as Martha studied the tracks heading to Little Prideford "Listen up you lot, work your way up to the side roads, I'll take the main one I'll see you two in little Prideford" she said as she got her car starting again as she went down the main road as Burnie and Emberlyn took the side ones.
The hellhounds are gonna need a miracle to escape these monsters now!
Soon the hellhounds arrived at the little town of Prideford and sure enough a Owl demon named Eda and a non binary fox sinner named Rain were waiting for Loona and Collins group to arrive "I'm glad you're all safe, me and my partner have a ride for you all" said Eda as that made Loona happy "A ride home? Collin did you hear that?" Asked Loona "I did and you mean for all of us?" Asked Collin happy that the hellhounds wouldn't walk anymore miles now and could avoid Martha and her goons the sneaky way! "Sweet does that mean we dont have to talk any more?" Asked Vespa hoping she and her siblings dont have to walk anymore "If we can manage it, come on now hurry" said Rain as they and Eda rushed off to a abandoned house nearby "Kids we got a ride home! Come on!" Said Collin as he, his children, the pups, Loona, Stolizo, Oliver followed Eda and Raine to the house. Once inside the house Eda and Rain pointed to a van as there back is opened down the street.
"See that delivery van? Our husband said they will take you guys to Pridedon, he is getting it repaired before going to Pridon, there is enough room for all of you" said Eda as Loona and Collin smiled happily for a moment it appeared that all their troubles were over…unfortunately a familiar evil car appears seemingly dashing all hopes at once "Loona there is Martha!" Said Collin as the sinner was approaching in her card as the hellhounds and there freinds ducked in time to avoid being seen by her as the women looked around as she passed by as Collin peeked out the window and looked concerned as a familiar truck stopped nearby to allow two familiar goons to come out and poe around "Oh this is bad its Burnie and Emberlyn again" said Collin "Not good as long as they are out there we cant go out without being seen!" Said Oliver which was true "Oh Loona how will we get out to the van?" Said Collin worried if they tried to make a break for it Martha and or her goons would see them! "Not sure Collin but we got to get on that van somehow" she said she needs to find a way to sneak pass those villains without being seen and before Stanly gets impatient and leaves but how? "Mama Papa!" Yelled Tilla as Loona and Stolas turned and to there surprise they saw Tilla and Joseph rushing to them all covered in ash "Joseph pushed me in the fireplace!" Said Tilla "No way you pushed me first!" Yelled Joseph as they tried to play the blame game as Till stuck out her toughen as Collin sighed "Children please dont fight we dont have time for this" he said as Loona got an idea "Hang on I got an idea" she said as to everyones surprise the hellhound jumped into the ash rolling herself in it as she now looked like a pure black hellhound "What in the name of god" said Collin surprised "Geese Sis I thought you were old enough to not do that" said Stolizo as Loona gave a look "You did that as a kid plus look I am a black wolf! Lets all roll into the ash! *to Eda* you have some Goitia blood can you use magic on those who have features of birds or other hellborns?" Asked Loona as Eda hummed "Hang on I see where you are gong to and I know a few illusion spells" said Eda "Loona that is brilliant! Martha is looking for a certain bunch of hellhound and hellhound hybrids! She wont be looking for black hellhound wolves!" Said Collin "Children come on roll around in the ash! Eda will use her magic to make you look like full hell hounds "What you want us to get dirty?" Said Gabriel surprised his father would never allow him and the other pups to get dirty that would mean a bath! But was grinning big "Hay Remiel, do you hear that? Papa wants us to get Dirty!" Said Gabriel "Oh Papa should we?" She asked liking the idea of getting covered in ash as well as getting dirty sounded fun right now as Collin sighed, he didnt like the idea but there was no other way to get by Martha.
"Do as your mother said" he said as the pups all excitedly used to the dirt "Wooo this is gonna be fun!" Said Vesta "I always wanted to get down and dirty" said Tilla as soon the pups rolled around in the ash to disguise themselves to avoid being recognized as the kids were enjoying this "good the blacker the better" said Loona "I'm ready!" Said Marry rushing out as Eda used her magic to hide some of the hybrids features as the little sheep cherubs were now wolf cubs "Same here" said Gabriel "Lets see, we got a good group ready" said Oliver, disguised as a black owl as they came to a hole in a pair of nearby doors "I'll tell Stan and go one at a time not all at once" said Raine "You herd them, not to many at a time *Sees Vestra was only half done! Hold on now your only half done" she said
Soon the first batch of pups were with Rain and Eda who waited until the coast was clear, Stolizo went up to Stan who said he can ride on the front "Ok stay close with me" said Eda as the group waited until Martha passed by in the car "Oh yeah were going to fool the ugly old mean lady" said Remiel. Once she was gone the Owl goitia and fox sinner helped the kids out of the house to the truck "Loona I'm worried" he said as they and Oliver watched as Burnie and Emberlyn were nearby still searching "Lets just hope those two are dumb enough to fall for the trick" said Oliver worried for his cousins and the other pups as Emberlyn turned and glanced at the pups who kept on Running as she got an idea "Hay Burnie sun? Do you think those hellhounds disguised themselves?" Asked Emberlyn "Oh yeah sure maybe that's what they did *Punches her cheek* please hellhounds cant change there species or colors" said Burnie as Eda and Raine quickly helped the children get into the back of the van as the villains kept on with there's search.
"Looks like everything turn out fine, Collin quick get dirty and I'll take the next batch with Oliver" said Loona as Collin nodded as Loona and Oliver left as Collin yelped and ducked to avoid being seen by Martha who looked through the window again as Collin got into the ash and became a black sheep, there was no time to waste. Loona, Oliver and the pups watched from outside as Emberlyn and Burnie went to the window and peeked in as the hellhounds hoped that the goons weren't suspicious enough and take a look inside the place.
Luckily Martha drove up to Burnie and Emberlyn distracting them "Emberlyn! Burnie!" She yelled as the two goons stopped looking through the window as they went up to the bosses car "Please tell me you lot founded them!" She barked "Aww come on see reason Martha!" Said Burnie "We're frozen up to our bones!" Said Emberlyn annoyed being cold stiff. Unknown to them, Loona, Oliver and the next batch of pups snuck behind Marthas car to get into the truck "We've been looking night and day and we didnt get bite to eat yet!" Said Emberlyn "They're in this village somewhere and we will find them! Now get going!" The caniable sinner said as she started her car up again as they took off.
Eda and Raine got the kittens in the back as the evil group waked passed Loona and her group "Eda, Raine do you think they've seen us?" Asked Loona as they yelped as some smoke came out of the exhaust pipe as the van was ready to go "No but we're running out of time, we need to get the last group into the van" said Raine "Alright time to try again just about to go" said Stan as a signal as Loona quickly rushed out to Collin who left the house with the next batch of pups "Collin hurry the van is about to leave" said Loona as Collins group reached the van as Edam Raine and Oliver helped the pups in as they saw Burnie and emberlyn across the street still searching getting dangerously close "Come on hurry hurry!" Said Eda as Collin rushed to get the last batch of pups as Loona left the house with the next batch.
By this time Martha turned her car around to do another search as Stan and the repairer did double check under the hood to get the engine fixed as she was puzzled as she saw the disguised pups rushing across the road. By the time the evil sinner got to the back part the little ones were in the van as Oliver gotten on and hid himself in time along with Eda, Raine and the remaining pups who were not in the van just in time as she drove off.
Collins group soon left the house with the next batch of pups taking them to the truck as Loona ran by her husbands side "I'll get the rest" said Loona as she hurried to get the rest just as Stan close down the hood "Hurry get on" said Eda as he and the pups quickly got into the back of the truck there is no time to waste. Loona rushed to the hole in the door but gasped as she saw Burnie and Emberlyn near it as the later saw the footprints coming from the hole and pointed to it "Hay Burnie-kun!" She yelped as Loona looked horrified as the duo were trying to force the door open as inside the remaining pups rushed way as Remiel fell down whimpering I fear "Emberlyn to the back!" Barked Burnie as the two crooks rushed around the house to get into the building by the back door "We'll get our hands on those hellhounds!" Yelled Burnie as Loona knew there was no time to waste as she rushed into the house as Burnie and Emberlyn were heading to the door.
"Kids hurry!" She yelled as she and the last batch of pups rushed out of the hole but stopped as Marthas car was coming, the vehicle stopped in time but it almost hit them!. Martha took a look outside her window as Loona and the pups got out from the front of the road and hurried to the van "Come on kids run on ahead hurry" she commanded as Martha looked at the ash-covered hellhound pups in suspicious "Mama she's watching us" said Gabriel "Come on keep going keep going" said Loona as the pups rushed on some water dripped onto them much to Loona shock it was removing the ash on them as Loona looked up and saw that the water was coming from the icicle hanging above as Martha noticed "No way it cant be *Looks in her rearview mirror* impossible!" She said
Stan was starting to take off as Eda and Raine helped the last of there group into the moving van much to Marthas further suspicion to make matters worst the pups still behind ran faster as some of the snow fell from love right into Remiel removing all her ash and disturbing the illusion "Run for it kids!" Yelled Loona realizing the ruse was over as she grabbed Remiel out of the snow and rushed the now ash-free pup to the truck as Martha realized what was going on "BURNIE! EMBERLYN!" She yelled honking her horn as that got there attention as they looked around inside the now abandoned house "BURNIE!" Yelled Martha as the duo quickly crashed through the doors breaking them and sending them right into Martha in the process as the evil women peeked out of the broken doors at the two angrily and crossed.
Collin, Eda and Raine and Oliver had gotten the last of the pups so far to the van as Loona ran as fast as she could to get Remiel and herself to the truck as well but she kept slipping and sliding a bit due to the ice. "There they go! In the van after them! Aster them!" Yelled Martha as Burnie and Emberlyn charged after the van but Eda and Raine quickly attacked the goons knocking them both to the snowy ground as the distraction gave Loona a chance to run to the van and get in it with Remiel as the poor mother fell out as she put her daughter into the vehicle as she managed to climb in there.
As the van continued on its way Loona and Collin checked there kids and the pups who hid in the furniture in the back as the illusion dropped. Meanwhile Burnie and Emberlyn got into there truck and gave chase with Martha's car following as the two crooks vehicle went in one direction as the evil women went down the path that the van was taking! "Oh no Loona its Martha!" Said Collin as he, Loona and Oliver saw Marthas car approaching as Stolizo saw in the rearview mirror as the car was coming very fast as the kids yelped and hid in the furniture " there is a crazy women trying to attack us!" Said Sotlizo as Stan saw I the mirror "Hang on kid! Its gonna get bumpy" he said as Martha drove to the other side trying to knock the van off the road not caring about the driver as Stan tried to get the vehicle away as some of the pups in the back struggled to avoid falling off.
The evil woman looked up ahead and gasped as she saw a bridge with her car heading to a construction site sign near it and a gap! Martha didn't stop in time as her car ended up going through the sign and going down the hill to the bottom of the gap, landing in a snow bank below. As the van went across the bridge however, Martha madly began to drive her car in reverse and then she insanely drove up the other side of the gap, crashing through a sign and breaking through some trees whole jumping over them. Her vehicle got partly destroyed in the process but Martha was too mad and purely insane to consider that as she kept on with the chase!
"Holy seraphim! Loona look!" Yelled Collin as Loona looked upward to the road above seeing Burnie and Emberlyns truck was driving down it "AHH Burnie sun!" Yelled Emberlyn as she hanged onto her husband as the truck was fast approaching approaching the crossroads up ahead as Loona, Collin, Oliver and even Stolizo and Stan gasped in horror as Marthas car, a pure wreck of its former self was approaching fast and madly, that evil caniable sinner was showing in her pure insanity face of hers as the pups screamed "Holy satan!/Holy in my father!" Yelled Stan and Stolizo.
Soon the car crashed into the back of the van as the bump nearly got the poor pups out of there hiding places for a moment as Marthas car caused the van to shake around like mad threatening to knock it off the cliff as poor Tilla was about to fly out the vehicle but Collin grabbed her by the tail in time "Collin look out!" Yelled Loona as the sheep yelped seen a huge drop at the bottom bellow. Stan tried to shake Martha loose while approaching a crossroad up ahead…but so was Burnie and Emberlyns truck that was coming from the other road! "BURNIE DO SOMETHING!" Yelled Emberlyn as she panicked grabbing the steering wheel from Burnie causing it to break off "EMBERLYN!" Yelled Burnie panicing as the truck began to go out of control like mad as Stan saw the truck with the 2 crooks as he was about to hit it but thankfully he moved out of the way as the truck and Marthas truck collided and fell into the ditch as they were all alive shaken but alive as Martha was sitting in her broken car crying loosing the hellhound pups "You idiots! You imbeciles!" She cried off as the sound of police sirens were heard as there were witnesses who saw her attacking.
The van drove off as the Hellhound pups barked happily! Happy to see they were heading home and happy they are safe from the horrible caniable women!
Authors note: hurray for the heros! Loona and Collin and the pups are all safe and Martha is going to jail where she belongs!
Next chapter is the finale as the family is united as Blitzo with his song popular and the cash rolling in decided to start a plantatiation foundation for the orphan hellhound pups and hybrids to find them a home
