Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle

This story is going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
With this chapter it's jumping over the mission to Ernest's research station, before returning to earth now, and ending up back on the base now. Said now looking exactly like the Enterprise D, in every way, shape or form. And just without the technical problems, as the tunneling between their base and White Rock Research Station. There is a set of jeffries tubes going horizontally that way, rather then vertically.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration here. Also with this chapter Daniel is telling the public, the SGA has reactivated now, and with it.
That he's working trade to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 25: The Heliopolis And The Birth Of The SGA I
"Results done right, and that's just the beginning, Pyrus said they're all worth that same number, but the SGC/NID ops are taking short cuts. "Exactly, we had to work hard to secure the drugs and technology we bring back, the SGC are taking short cuts. And with them the NID ops, we worked hard to secure these things, because without them. Another Motaba could kill us, that's you and me, if we never took that vaccine, and with that."
"As this is the sample, and you never got around to examining these yet, but as I'm the only one that knows the effects, my leg muscles are so exhausted. I need to be in bed, so one week bedrest, and then I get right on it now, the Doctor. He is a good man, he's no older then you, so to him, I'm cub, with me being the right age to be his. Your, son, you and dad now and I took that as an honorary role with dad at the time."

"I get it kiddo and I appreciate that opinion son, but with what we're doing here is, now, working hard saves the soul. "To put this bluntly is Netu is the Delmak system, the moon itself, is like Deimos, as the damn things started created the tower of Babel. Sokar's Jaffa are all carrying the symbol of the baphomet, inverted pentagram, which is the symbol. And of outright evil, as such, is rather then hell, the NID got sentenced to eternal. In damnations, and that is living an eternity in sin, lust being the said." he said to him and they nodded.
"Couldn't happen to a nicer group of people, after the amount of lives they destroyed, and one of them is a hebrew. And he brought this upon himself now, by anger and lust, at the moment." Hammond said and Jack went white. "Well that's what happens when the lord makes an example of a person, and his advanced angels. They decide to help it along, as I said, we let the ancients deal with them." Daniel said and he smiled.
"The latest one took on the persona of the devil, wherever he's camped out at, could be like Terror right now, which is right above an intergalactic hell itself. Mars, Phobos and Deimos, directly translated is War, Fear and Terror, so a case of Love and War." he said and Hammond nodded. "Nice wording there, if that's not convincing and nothing is and you're on vacation from war, to find love." Matheson said and with a bemused smile.
And Landry started laughing at that. "And to say this again, all's fair in love and war, and you're about to demonstrate that. And because as the medical department, compassion is love, our job is do no harm. That attitude of her's is why she is in so much hot water, may have been 25 years. But she never changed at all and James can explain it to you, because she barely killed him, by permanent amnesia here."
"Said which we're trying to prevent, by transferring him to you, but they're scared, because of two things, 1), they have no idea, how many planets belong to the queen. And 2), they're still convinced he's a traitor, when we told him to get as much as possible on Hathor, and go get that GDO back." he said and Landry nodded. "Yeah it's crazed jealousy, they sound like all the psychotics after Neve." he said and Jack paled.
"Nice field test General you did it, it worked, look kiddo I know this is going to take time, I understand how much it hurts, we'll get you through this. First your family and now Sha're." Dixon said gently and he nodded, before the man pulled him into a hug, and he tightened his arms around him, as 30 more people walked in then. And as the guards, had their guns put into the arrest position, to prevent them from trying anything at that remark then.
"Thank you Sir." he said and Dixon smiled. "Hey Colonel, I'm Andy Dixon, nice to meet you." Dixon said and Daniel smiled and shook his hand. "You can call me Danny, you being 10 years older, Andy." he said and he nodded in affection, at the admittance. "Danny it's okay, been a while, that was a test, the SGC is nothing, but trouble in truth. In fact, I was doing that test on said platform on purpose here, I'm working the civil services."
"If O'neill fired on Chulak, we get every other system lord Jaffa ready to exact vengeance, just Apophis is more then enough." Bert said and he smiled. "You too Bert, and thanks for the demo there." he said gently to him. "Time, that's what happened, as Teal'C said, our reality, is the only reality of consequence. You knew, fire on Chulak, we got the others ready to kill, even if Drey'Auc and Ry'ac aren't there right now."
"They're going to kill the NID for bombing their planet, you took a guess and guessed right, in why everyone of our doubles were dead." Hammond said to that and he nodded. "Yeah that's exactly what happened and Teal'C shot and killed Jack for killing his entire family, I tried to warn them this was a bad idea. But no, they wouldn't listen right now, till I realized I ended up in the wrong reality." he said and Hammond nodded.
"Daniel, this is Jason Adams, he's like us, and said chosen Doctor for the team, is a young one, no older then a Dr. Rodney Mckay, named Jenny Keller." he said and Daniel nodded, smiling gently. "So you're my new team, that's fine, hopefully better results with you, then them now, with them biased. And simply because I resisted her, in where they didn't." he said and Dixon nodded gently in understanding then, sternly then.
"It will be, I maybe a soldier, but I'm up for an anthropology lesson here, I can adapt right now, but if we have to combine commands together, and you get sick. Heads are going to roll if you get struck in the appendix, and it's infected right now. You're my responsibility, that's why I came along, you're my subordinate now. Frasier and Carter belong to O'neill." he said and Jack went white, realizing he took his claim on Daniel then.
"You abused your authority in his case, he deserves a newer, better commander then a black ops with 60 screws loose right now, but he wasn't kidding. I am Frank's next in command right now, before he died 8 months ago." he said and Jack went white as a ghost. "You just keep your hands off him, touch him, if you did, at all like that again, I'll cut it off, and shove it down your throat." he said and Sam went green in revulsion.
"Charming." Vala said, bemused and Cam closed his eyes as he tried to keep from laughing at that. "Alright first we're dealing with the duo, the Tok'ra and Tollan and then we check Camelot, we score two more hits, we're on the right track now here. But this story portion of the story ends, after we return to Earth, through the Enterprise now." he said and they nodded. "Daniel!" they heard gently as a beautiful woman appeared in white gown and he looked into her eyes.
"Master!" he asked smiling and she nodded gently. "Well I think I know where my color partner got her personality from, it's you, guide in the right direction." Jackson said and she nodded in affection. "Your series focused on your characters with the lightsaber, draws heavily on catholic religion, and the sins being a one way ticket to the infernal regions, Samuel. That a lightsaber, with him not carrying our powers yet, is the best weapon, keeper of peace, not a soldier."

But our evil side are called the Ori, they became a heretic, but they study what you call demonology here."

"And I you, my apprentice, stay safe, but remember the ways to enlightenment, maybe shrouded be temptation, return to the beginning. And refocus on what you found all these years, I will come back, and finish the conversion, but nothing is gained by bloodshed and ignorance, but of wisdom, charity and prudence now."
"You chose the right path, but that which you seek, is already in your hands, return to the beginning and retrace your steps, and the path to all will be revealed." she said and he nodded smiling. "So everything done under Jack is wrong, it's damaging my soul, but everything my way, General Landry's is okay with you, you, the Nox and Asgard, the Tollan?" he asked and she nodded. "Indeed, that's the way of it, violence is not the answer." she said and he smiled then.
"So now what you idiots, my decisions save lives, she agrees with, as do the Nox, Tollan, Asgard." he said and they started shaking in fear. "That if you're not going to listen and to quote you now, I'm not saying don't debate this, we will. When we're alone, but you never do, and you don't even see that's a problem, and in the end it's you're the arrogant ones. Refusing to get off your high horse, as Simmons said, I'm not putting up with it forever." he said and Jack paled.
"So what looks like 2 options are really 3, Master in next year's missions, I find I quite like the effect, if he says it will be when hell freezes over, and there are two cities called hell on earth. Very well, then hell freezes over, as I return to the ship, your outpost, again and again, and again?" he asked and she nodded. "Master, do I have it correct, my mission is to find the device, your link back to your home galaxy and destroy it?" he asked and she nodded. "The only way to prevent origin from coming here is by finding the communication device, as I have not been back. And to see where we left it, in many years now, it follows the manner of your game on Catholicism. Your atheist marine and his best friend, experimenting on that device, you let them in." he said and Vala nodded.
"Free will, start screwing around with it, it's people don't see the light, it's a bloodbath waiting to happen, if they're that good at screwing with genetics. It's enough they can create demons, lost souls, demons and zombies, and the coup de gras, is Satan, after he turned into the devil. Though hopefully they don't have the power to create the entire damn zoo in the underworld. Or Earth is going to be over run, before they do everyone in the galaxy." he said and Vala nodded.
"What are we going to do?" she said to him and he nodded sternly. "Find the damn thing, we find that treasure trove, we find that device, and destroy it, it's like the gates. And on the video game now, only a true Catholic understands this, and you and I just took the position. Of the game narrator and his best friend, who was an Atheist, before she started fighting it. In every eternal damned monster they have in the infernal regions." he said and she nodded sternly.

And the 3 teams paled at that. "If that's not passing judgement, on you and nothing ever is, but that's code for, you are primitives, you do not deserve our technology. And you will not get it, so don't bother', you been judged by an angel, the lord's angels now. Billions of years old, ancient is code for angel, the lord has passed judgement on you, and condemned you. For trying to kill Danny and all your ridicule, because you're weak!" Hammond said and they went white at that.
"The lord passed judgement on your cruel act two years ago, during Hathor, by going to what Colonel Maybourne decided. As anything, as you say, goes: your soul, your virginity, your friends family, for a way to protect the United States, rather then Earth. "The lord passed judgement on us, by Shyla's kingdom, no wait a minute, reverse it, change us back please, change us back, we take it back!" Jack said, shaking in fear and she shook her head sternly. "So you see that what you did, sexual assault, attempted murder 3 times, doesn't deserve this punishment for years to come Colonels?" she asked and they started shaking violently in fear, as they saw the entirety of the military brass and Hammond cross their arms.
"You did this to yourselves gentlemen, now he gets the last laugh, there is no cure albeit one, the sarcophagus itself, so you three are stuck like this, for life." Rosen said and they swallowed, "Your cruel acts can not be undone, gentlemen, just like the effects of the elixir can not be, you are half earthling now, for all eternity, Colonels." she said and they started shaking in fear, now realizing Daniel was her chosen, for the next human angel, and they been struck down.

You've murdered countless people to gather technology, you're nothing, but a murderer, and as we all know. And the reason he'd become this bad in 4 years, was he became Moses as teenager. "So you see it now do you, why do the gods torment me with such, reckless, blasphemous sons, that's you to a T."

"Master is the Harcesis knowledge meant to be ancient knowledge, it's a gift from you, like the outpost you left us, only someone like me can use it wisely?" he asked her and she nodded. "Yes, your command is the right stage, but SGC, not yet." she said and Jack paled at that.
"So in the hands of the SGA, we do what I would in the alternate reality Carter ended up in, being as we're changing everything back, aside from switching new system lords. As we get Egeria back and we get them on a cure to go without symbiotes. But everything else stays the same, our new ownership is the new gods now and with that now." Landry said sternly to this and Sam paled, realizing this was her acting like a communist in the eyes then finally at that.
And of the rest of the community, that their command was about to create, but to her, she saw things as fine the way they were, just like the NID did. "The SGC has become everyone's Moses to their Hebrews, but your only targets are the ones that challenged you. Not the majority, the majority and their planets deserve to live in peace, so time reversal now. Before the galaxy never had knowledge of your Base, as SG teams." she said and Landry nodded sternly then.
"The SGA decided to go with the Starfleet prime directive now, non interference, as they live their lives, if they ever have need of help, we give it. But we're not fighting their wars for them, the ways things are, is keeping to the status quo now. The freedom of the Jaffa, could be some sort of drug, that drug is necessary to change their lives. No symbiote, no chance at death, they just heal the human way now." Picard said and she nodded in approval then, and Jack paled.
"What are you talking about, we're bringing hope to these people by killing their system lords!" Jack said in shock and Daniel crossed his arms. "No you're upsetting the status quo, the way things should be, I only sent that message to Apophis. Not to every system lord out there, I agree with Jacob, oh yeah things certainly gotten better. And since you started killing system lords one by one, let's examine the evidence here, shall we, in every case another one worse."
"Shows up to take their place, there's more chaos then ever before, if Apophis returns and amasses Sokar's army for himself, we're on the brink of never defeating that snake!" he said and they all paled at that. "My idea saves countless lives, your's are killing off our soldiers, faster then we can count right now, you idiots, we lost Charlie. Because you got the attention of that bastard, by killing his brother!" he snapped and Jack started shaking violently in fear then.
"Our war started with Apophis, Ra was an accident, one you created to upset the apple cart young man, we did plenty, by killing Artemis, Hathor, Seth and whoever comes next. But the others never attacked us, so why provoke them exactly?" Landry asked sternly and they started shaking violently in fear, realizing they thought they were acting like prophets. And said which was what had Hanson suffer a nervous breakdown, before he was killed by Connor's captors.
"Have you seen this? It was an Irish village. It was just bombed by American F-302s." Daniel said and he nodded as Hammond glances at the television, but does not seem concerned. "NID catch here, Sir, your reality is the future of the SGA, we just undid all their handiwork. And the president is my commander in VP position, undoing all of the SGC's hard work. In fanaticism, of thinking they're saving lives, instead of destroying them?" he asked and Hammond nodded.
"Yep, the NID are trying to take back control of the program by rioters, that's one of their hotspots, the Vice President. He decided to destroy all areas that are interfering with the peace process, let me guess your reality, the advancements has scared the NID out of their wits. Your knowledge, you went to Pyrus's kingdom, and they're scared of him?" he asked and Daniel nodded. "Yeah that's my one safe haven here." he said and Hammond nodded in understanding.
"At the request of the Irish Prime Minister, that 'village' as you call it was in fact a training camp for terrorists, more accurately NID rebels bent on overthrowing several European governments." he said and Daniel nodded. "You did what we did, and went SGA, and started taking over, you know, I've also been going over several mission reports. You abandoned the Alpha Site and switched to Beta." he said and he nodded and Sam paled, realizing to them this was fine then.
"Yes we did, but in truth, we didn't have a lot of choice, we devoted our full resources to planetary defense here right now. Son, but you saved three realities and just saved us now, by your advanced knowledge, it's just. In truth now, going to take more time then you wish it to, before we send you home." he said and Daniel nodded gently. "Well be thankful you never had this argument with my Carter now, because they see this that the SGA is getting too corrupt."
"Simply here because we're not letting them do what they want here, the way they think it should be done." he said and Hammond nodded. "The SGA was doing this to save earth mankind, all of it, not just this country, but in my reality. In order to prevent me from leaving, after said vision from Sha're via said hand device, I was going to search for the baby. Till the trio realize do that, they have no idea which planets are which now, and in an attempted suicide,"
"Is they tried to kill me, but got caught, with the evidences left behind, and Shyla's apothecary saved my life right now." he said and he nodded, as Lieutenant Evan Lorne crossed his arms and Sam started shaking in fear, realizing how bad this looked. And to the other reality, their version was missing in action, and her's was spilling his secrets to them. "And they were convicted to a mental institution for psyche evaluations, they're of the impression here, they need me."
"In order to prevent them from making fools of themselves." he said and Hammond crossed his arms and she started shaking violently. "Your knowledge of Shyla's kingdom, no you and they no idea who belongs to which member that chose them. Well like your version of me and president, it's not your job to prevent them from making fools of themselves. These rules exist for a reason son, if they would follow the rules, these things would not happen right now, baby."
"As such, the way you talk to me, says son to his father, so let me guess adoptive father?" he asked and Daniel nodded, and he smiled in affection gently. "Them and the SGC rebels huh, understandable, let me guess the Vice President is your boss. In your reality, me, I'm your father." he said and Daniel nodded. "Yeah, just imagine the conversation, after you left everyone to fend for themselves, now that both threats are over." he said and Hammond nodded sternly.
"Yes, the Jaffa can live their lives, without our interference, now that they're free of symbiotes, the Tok'ra went back in time, and saved Egeria, they're saved. And the Tok'ra over ran the galaxy, while the Goa'uld are 3/4's extinct as for the peoples of the galaxy. They're safely under the command of the surviving system lords now, so everything is fine. Now we just have to get everything on earth under control." he said as they ended it at that, and she swallowed hard.
"Shall we, I can stay longer, till we get this under control, you're not the first reality I helped, the president needs me longer, to bring peace and stability that's fine. I stopped the Ori with destroying the device that brought them to our galaxy, my reality. 7 years ago, but being the figure head, giving them hope and peace, like I did till the NID ruined my happiness. When Apophis kidnapped Sha're and turned her into a host." he said and he nodded as they ended it.
"What am I going to do with you, Colonel?" Landry asked her with a bemused smile, as he looked over some classified records. "You could let me go." she said and he shook his head. "I still need you." he said and she said it with annoyance. "For what? My knowledge of phase technology? Or as a prop for public relations?" she asked and he looked at her. "What if I said both?" he asked and she shrugged. "I won't keep my mouth shut." she said and he stood up.
"But that's exactly what you do in your own world: The SGC's still a secret, right?" he asked her and she sighed. "Young lady the idea in my world is and was if we started in 1999, we had to control the conspirators that interrupted the peace process. If you ran into Mitchell, he saw this the way you do and did and decided in not keeping his mouth shut, stirred up trouble. I had no choice, but to let him go and he's stuck in that chair." he said and she went pale at that news.
"I know his exact words to you, how he felt about this, 'after Antarctica, they flew me to Washington. Pinned a medal on my chest.
