Ikuzu often watched and read shotgun weddings through anime, movie, and pulp fiction. Never in his wildest dreams would he be witnessing, let alone, starring in one. What would complete the set were a table filled with Pabst Blue Ribbon beer and the flag representing the proud, good ole' boys.

"You can't be serious, Shio…Ibara?" Izuku said panickedly as he stared at her. "You and I? Married?!"

The determination in her eyes was unwavering as she stood before him. "Izuku Midoriya. My dear husband of God," she declared, "I request your hand in marriage!"

"..."

"You're my husband. God wouldn't lie to me. It's in his will and it'll be in his way." She retorted.

Just then, she snapped her fingers, and the doors swung open dramatically. To his astonishment, in walked Shigaraki, donning the attire of a priest. His usual malevolent aura was somewhat subdued, but the sight was no less unsettling.

"What... What is he doing here?" Izuku stammered, struggling against the restraints.

"He's a personal friend of mine," she commented, which to his surprise made his stomach churned. Why would a prospective Pro Heroine associate herself with a dangerous Villain like him? "And a child of God."

"A child of God that is a freelancer for Satan." Izuku interjected.

Shigaraki touched his chest. "Midoriya, I am stunned. Why question the man above that loves all and hates not one?" He cracked a smile. "Ever heard of the phrase, grace and mercy? A poor sheep is I, lost from the poor shepherd."

"Help! Somebody help—" Izuku cried but his cries were interrupted by the vines wrapping around his mouth. His mouth continued muffling as Ibara stared at her husband with serious intent.

"You're not getting cold feet, are you, husband," she questioned him. "Mommy told me Daddy did the exact same thing. Please, darling, I love with all of my heart. Of course, God loves all through shape and form but do you want to walk with a cane like Daddy?"

Hearing that trouble the teen. Was she that capable and dutiful to please harm him? Seeing his stunned expression lessening caused her to calm down. "There you go, sweetheart. Was it so bad?"

Ibara turned to Shigaraki, her tone commanding. "You will be the one officiating our wedding."

Shigaraki smirked, clearly amused by the absurdity of the situation. "Well, this is a twist I didn't see coming. Let's get this over with."

"No! I don't want this to happen!" Izuku protested, his voice filled with desperation but the vines muffled his voice. "I don't want to get married!"

Ignoring his pleas, Ibara nodded to Shigaraki. "Proceed."

Shigaraki raised his hands, whether to give a blessing or to mock the sanctity of the occasion was unclear. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today..."

Izuku continued to struggle against the restraints, feeling the vines tighten each time he moved. The pressure around his wrists and ankles grew more constricting, and the more he fought, the harder it became to breathe. Despite his efforts, Ibara's control over her vines was unyielding.

Shigaraki's voice echoed through the room, his tone dripping with mockery as he delivered the vows. "Do you, Ibara Shiozaki, take this hero, Izuku Midoriya, to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

Ibara's eyes were locked on Izuku, her face a mixture of determination and desperation. "I do," she said softly, her voice barely above a whisper.

Izuku's heart pounded in his chest. This couldn't be happening. He pulled harder at the vines, his body trembling with the exertion.

Shigaraki's grin widened as he turned to Izuku. "And do you, Izuku Midoriya, take Ibara Shiozaki to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

The green-vined teen managed to release the veins from his mouth to hear her beloved speak. "Husband?"

"I don't!" Izuku shouted, his voice raw with emotion. "I don't want this!"

Shigaraki laughed, the sound cold and cruel. "Well, isn't that unfortunate." He paused, glancing around the room theatrically before continuing. "If there is anyone here who believes these two should not be joined in holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace."

The room fell silent, save for the sound of Izuku's labored breathing. Shigaraki's eyes sparkled with amusement as he looked back at Izuku. "Well, it seems no one is objecting. How delightful." Shigaraki's smirk grew as he looked at Ibara. "Now, exchange the rings," he instructed, his voice filled with a twisted delight.

Tears of joy welled up in Ibara's eyes as she held the ring, her hands trembling with emotion. She approached Izuku, who was still struggling against the ever-tightening vines. Tears of pain and frustration streamed down his face as he realized how helpless he was in this moment.

"Ibara, please," Izuku pleaded, his voice cracking. "Don't do this. Stop this!"

Ibara's resolve hardened as she took his hand, forcing the ring onto his finger despite his resistance. "This is for our future, Izuku," she said, her voice wavering yet resolute. "You're my husband…and no one else's."

Shigaraki clapped his hands together, a mocking glint in his eyes. "And now, by the power vested in me, I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Izuku's heart sank as he saw Ibara lean in, her tears falling onto his cheeks. Just as their lips were about to meet, the doors burst open. His eyes widened when he saw Spinner, Dabi, and Toga. Their presence added a layer of menace and surrealism to the already bizarre situation.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" Dabi drawled, a sinister grin on his face.

Spinner crossed his arms, looking amused. "Looks like we're just in time for the celebration."

Toga's eyes sparkled with a mix of excitement and mischief. "Oh, how adorable! Our little Deku is all grown up and getting married!"

Izuku's desperation intensified. "This isn't a celebration! This is a nightmare!"

Spinner chuckled. "Come on, Izuku. We're all children of God here, right? We're just looking forward to your happiness."

Dabi nodded, his grin widening. "Yeah, think of it as a twisted blessing."

Toga skipped closer, her smile both sweet and sinister. "You should be happy, Izuku! You're not alone. We're here to share in your joy."

Izuku's shock deepened as Toga's words sank in. "Ibara has been spending time 'converting' us to Christianity," she said with a gleeful smile, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "And now we're here to support her as she weds you, Izuku."

The room seemed to spin as Izuku tried to process the revelation. Ibara had been associating with these villains, bringing them into her faith, and now they were all here to witness this twisted ceremony.

"No, this can't be happening," Izuku muttered, his voice filled with disbelief.

Before he could say anything more, Ibara stepped forward, her expression a mixture of determination and desperation. "Izuku, this is for us," she said softly, leaning in closer.

Izuku tried to pull away, but the vines held him fast. "Ibara, no—"

But his protest was cut short as Ibara's lips met his. The kiss was brief but firm, sealing the deal that Izuku had been fighting so hard to prevent.

Shigaraki clapped his hands slowly, a mocking grin on his face. "There we go. The deal is sealed."

Izuku felt a wave of despair wash over him. He had been unable to stop it, unable to fight against the combined forces of Ibara's conviction and the villains' support.

Toga, Spinner, and Dabi looked on with varying degrees of amusement and curiosity. Toga clapped her hands excitedly. "Congratulations, newlyweds!"

Spinner nodded, his arms crossed. "Yeah, what a show."

Dabi simply smirked, a sinister glint in his eyes. "Looks like you're one of us now, Midoriya."

Suddenly, Izuku felt the cold, paralyzing touch of Shigaraki's quirk take hold, and he could do nothing but watch as his limbs betrayed him, freezing in place. His body was locked, but his mind was racing, screaming for an escape that wasn't coming. Ibara gently took his restrained hand in hers, a look of tender determination in her eyes.

"Come on, Izuku," she said softly, leading him forward.

Shigaraki's grip loosened just enough to allow movement, though the threat of his quirk kept Izuku from resisting. With a resigned step, Izuku walked beside Ibara, his mind numb with disbelief.

The other villains lined the exit, grinning and laughing. Toga clapped her hands with childlike glee, tossing handfuls of rice into the air. "Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Midoriya!" she sang out, her voice dripping with twisted delight.

Spinner and Dabi followed suit, throwing rice and adding to the bizarre and nightmarish scene. "Best wishes," Spinner said, his tone sarcastic.

"Enjoy your honeymoon," Dabi added with a smirk, his eyes glinting with malice.

To Izuku, the whole scene felt surreal, like a bad dream he couldn't wake up from. The weight of the situation pressed down on him, making each step heavier than the last. He looked at Ibara, who was beaming through her tears of joy, and felt a pang of sorrow and confusion.

"Ibara," he began, his voice low and filled with despair, "how can you be part of this? How can you think this is right?"

Ibara's smile faltered slightly, but she squeezed his hand, her resolve unwavering. "Ibara looked at Izuku, her expression a mix of sorrow and determination. "Izuku, I know this isn't what you wanted, but it was necessary. You wouldn't like the consequences if you objected."

Izuku's eyes searched hers, looking for any sign of the girl he once knew. "Ibara, this isn't love. This is coercion. How can you think this is right?"

Ibara's gaze softened, but she didn't let go of his hand. "Izuku, I did this because I believe in us. The world is a dark place, and our faith can be a light. Even they," she nodded toward the villains, "can find redemption."

Izuku shook his head, frustration and sadness mixing in his voice. "Ibara, forcing someone into something against their will isn't the way to bring light. It's just creating more darkness. And what makes you think they are not lying to you? They aren't called thieves without reason!"

Ibara's grip tightened slightly, her eyes pleading. "Please, Izuku, give us a chance. We'll find a way to make this right. Together."

Before Izuku could respond, Shigaraki's voice cut through the tension. "Enough of this sentimental nonsense. You two are married now. Time to start your new life."

The villains surrounded them, their presence a constant reminder of the precarious situation Izuku found himself in. As they walked, Izuku's mind raced with possible ways to escape, to find a way out of this nightmare.

To be concluded in the next chapter….

Dabi lounged on the couch, a satisfied smirk playing on his lips, while Toga sat beside him, twirling a lock of hair around her finger and giggling. "I still can't believe we managed to pull this off," she said, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Swaying Ibara into our trap to get Izuku... it was almost too easy."

Dabi chuckled, his gaze distant as he recalled the events that led to their current situation. "It wasn't too hard," he admitted, leaning back comfortably. "Portraying myself as the 'good brother' to Shouto, under the guise of Toya, was the key. I knew Shouto would talk about his classmates, and that's how I learned about Shiozaki's obsession with the Lord."

Toga tilted her head, looking curious. "So, how did you convince her?"

Dabi's smirk widened. "I just played the part. I told her I was trying to make amends with my family, trying to find redemption. I pretended I didn't mind going to her Bible study sessions. It was all about gaining her trust and making her believe I was sincere."

Toga laughed, clapping her hands together. "And she fell for it completely! She never saw through the act."

Dabi nodded. "Yeah, she was so desperate to believe that someone could be saved, she never questioned my intentions. It was all about planting the right seeds and watching them grow."

Toga's expression turned more serious, her playful demeanor dropping for a moment. "But why Izuku? Why go through all this trouble just to get him?"

Dabi's eyes narrowed, a flicker of something darker crossing his face. "Izuku Midoriya is a symbol of everything we despise—the hero society, the false hope, the blind faith in a broken system. By corrupting someone like Shiozaki and using her to trap Izuku, we're striking at the heart of that system. We're showing that even the most righteous can fall."

Toga's smile returned, more sinister this time. "And it's so much fun watching them squirm."

Dabi glanced towards the room where Izuku and Ibara had just walked out. "Now we just need to keep the pressure on. Make sure Izuku knows there's no escape, no happy ending. He'll break eventually."

To be concluded…for real this time!
