What's up? It's been a while! A long while like 3 years wow, I was going through a lot when I was first started this so it was in the backburner. I started watching Thundermans episodes again and I found the motivation to keep going, I think I got a good feeling with the rest of the story. I hope you like it! Since it's been a long time since the show ended. I decided to set it in between "Thunder in Paradise" and "Save the Past Dance." Enjoy!
Back to Normal
Hiddenville High
It's a normal day at Hiddenville High, and Max and Phoebe are back at school after their vacation to Hawaii. Phoebe is stressed and still dealing with everything she did while evil and while Max is trying to ease her worries as they eat Metroburg jelly jams by their lockers. They figured one cheat day won't mess up their Z-force training.
"Max I still feel horrible, I practically almost ruled the world and made every superhero and supervillain powerless, am I even good enough for the Z-force? What if the Hero League finds out? They'll take our capes!" Phoebe asks, feeling guilty.
Max tries to reassure her and puts his hands to her shoulders. "Listen, that wasn't even you. You wouldn't never have ever done all of that if you hadn't had Dark Mayhem's powers to begin with. Me on the other hand, everything I did before I became a hero, was all me. So don't put yourself down, ok?"
Phoebe slowly smiles as she hears her brother's words. "Ok, thanks bro." She is starting to feel better, *Wow, everything's been amazing since Max became a hero, we're closer and we're a great team, I hope it stays that way.* She thinks to herself as she eats her jelly jam. Max continues, "Besides, since you never really went through with Dark Mayhem's plan, the Hero League or the Z-Force has no clue about what even happened, so we're in the clear!"
He's right. As long as the Z-Force or the Hero League have no knowledge of what happened in Hawaii, everything will be fine. Phoebe's worry was slowly going away.
She changes the subject by asking her brother about his love life. "Soooo, have you thought about dating again since you and Allison broke up? Link might be taking a break from protecting Hong Kong soon, and Cherry and Oyster wanna go on a triple date with us."
"Well…" Max is hesitating to answer the question. Oyster and Cherry walk up to them holding hands and Oyster is the first to greet Max, "What up dude?" Oyster just cuts to the chase, "So? It's been 3 months, when you are going to get back out there and start dating again?"
Max turns to Phoebe and gives an annoyed look. "Whoops, haha...Cherry!" Cherry looks at Oyster with a confused look, "Babe, I told you we had to ask Max if Phoebe didn't get an answer."
"Haha my bad!" As Oyster apologizes the 5 minute bell rings for class. "Cherry and I are going to class, Max we'll talk later!" Phoebe and Cherry walk away and gossip as they get to class.
"Yeah, see ya." Max says in a monotone while he walks with Oyster. "Seriously, dude I thought you would be ready to date again after what happened with Allison."
"I don't know man, what Allison and I had was really good, but then she loved the Earth more." Max thought about the relationship as he walked to History class with Oyster. Allison broke him. She was his first real girlfriend after all. He was already not the touchy-feely type of person so it was hard for him to open up to somebody else. He doesn't know if he can do that anytime soon.
Meanwhile on the other side of school, Principal Bradford is giving a tour to a new student, a girl no taller than 5'3, wearing a black leather jacket, red tee, black jeans and black combat boots. "Okay. Well, that's the school. You have any questions? Nope, don't ask me I won't answer, ask somebody else. Here's your schedule, your first class is History." Principal Bradford walks away and leaves the girl, "I hate kids" he mumbles to himself.
"Well, time to find my best friend." The girl says with a sinister smirk on her face.
