Chapter 28 - From Valhalla With Love
With Balder
The stranger who had initially arrived in an attempt to find someone capable of fighting a witch named Morgan. Now found himself flying on top of a massive monstrous looking bird. What made this frustrating wasn't just the fact that Naruto left him alone, but by the fact that he had no idea where to go. The island is quite big and Balder didn't know where to go, let alone where the Fairy Tail guild is or who the members are.
"Those idiots better have matching uniforms or something." Balder said as he stood up.
The bird summons was hovering around the island which didn't help Balder one bit. He felt annoyed and decided to just take his chanced without thinking it over. Like Natsu, he decided to just throw fists with anyone who decided to pick a fight with him.
"Hey turkey!" Balder shouted at the bird summon. He then walked up to the head and said, "Pit stop!" before bashing it right on the head.
The hit was strong enough to cause the bird to lose its balance and trajectory. Within a few minutes, the bird summon aimed towards a random part of the forest. Balder took that as a sign to leave and decided to hop off and landed without injury. Although it did not end without some destruction and the injury of someone else. Namely someone with bad hair and a big ego.
Balder climbed out of the wreckage of trees he caused where he saw a man with glasses and a pompadour stand out.
"Who did that? Who decided to use my poor hairdo as a cushion?" the man asked.
Balder just shook his head, "I think it's an improvement." he said.
"Did you do this? Who even are you? You don't look like one of those fairies." the man said.
"I am no fairy and you have no business asking me anything." Balder said as he walked up to the man.
The man adjusted his hair and looked up at Balder, "Well you made a mistake by deciding to get Rustyrose's way." he said.
Balder looked confused, "What the hell is a Rustyrose? Is that some kind of boy band?" He asked. "You look like you would sing about touching a girl's hand and acting proud of it." he said.
Rustyrose looked annoyed, "The new magical world we're building has no room for you." he said.
"Are those the lyrics for your song?" Balder mocked.
Rustyrose closed his eyes and took a deep breath as he tried to calm himself down. Balder crossed his arms and waited for a reaction before watching Rustyrose extend his arm and transform it into a large claw shaped sword. Rustyrose then swung at Balder, causing him to crash into a tree. With that, the silver haired dark mage thought it was over but was wrong when Balder came running out.
"Now you're speaking my language, pretty boy!" Balder yelled.
Rustyrose tried to hit him again but Blader caught his large arm. The tattooed man gripped the arm tightly before spinning around and slamming Rustyrose onto the ground. Before Rustyrose could catch his breath, Balder grabbed him by the hair and dragged him across the ground before tossing him onto a rock.
"You think a cheap shot like that is going to be enough!?" Balder asked before throwing a punch.
Rustyrose managed to avoid the attack in time without noticing the large dent that Balder made in the rock. He then raised his arm and transformed it into a shield that blocked Balder's next attacks which made him stagger.
"My Arc of Embodiment won't allow me to lose to some angry caveman like you." Rustyrose said arrogantly. "So now you're going to die!" he shouted as the shield grew several sharp spikes.
The spikes pierced through Balder but the man just felt annoyed and proceeded to grab the shield. Balder pulled himself out of the spikes with one arm and then used his other arm to throw Rustyrose deeper into the forest. Balder just shook off the attack that would have killed any normal person.
"You think your fancy because you got some flashy magic? All you are is some blow heart that hates the rules and decided you were something special." Balder said as he stomped towards the forest. "I can see why that Azure Knight hates dark mages. You already gave me a headache and that's saying something because I can't feel pain!" he shouted as he kicked down a tree.
With Mordred
Meredy had lost consciousness from the stress of losing Ultear and having balled her eyes out. This left her with being carried away by Mordred who was following Gray and Juvia. All the while avoiding Hades who thought he could control Mordred after resurrecting her. Speaking of resurrection, Mordred couldn't help but feel hollow. As if every one of her senses was active yet sort of numb.
When she passed by a lake, Mordred couldn't help but look at her reflection and saw that the whites of her eyes had turned black and her skin looked like it was chipped. Mordred wasn't sure what to make of it and for once in her life, she felt absolute fear.
'This is sick. This can't be real.' Mordred tried to tell herself. 'I was just in bed. Baby Sieg was sleeping in his crib, Laxus was doting on him, the old woman was huddled in her corner and... just what the hell is going on?' she wondered.
"Juvia, do you think we can trust her? What if Hades tries controlling her again?" Gray asked in a whispered tone.
Juvia looked impassive, "Mordred-san is the mother of Naruto-sama. Mordred-san is clearly a close member of the guild, even after death." she said.
"And the little kid?" Gray asked.
"Meredy is just a confused child." Juvia said.
Juvia had briefly fought Meredy while Ultear was fighting Gray. During that time, Juvia soon realized that Meredy was just a misguided child. She wasn't some emotionless killing machine that Naruto would have probably preached about. Even now, Meredy showed her humanity when she cried over Ultear's sacrifice. Thinking about it, Gray is still disturbed to see what had happened.
He never personally met Ultear despite her being the true daughter of his master, Ur. Yet, Gray didn't know what to make of it now that a supposed dead woman had taken her place in this world. Gray heard about necromancy, but that was just a myth and something to scare kids in order to keep them away from dangerous magics.
"So is it a good idea that we bring her back to camp?" Gray asked.
"Is Gray unable to make his own decisions?" Juvia asked back.
"Are you still mad?" Gray asked.
"Juvia has given up on Gray." Juvia lied. 'No I haven't, but I have to follow Naruto-sama's suggestion. It hurts but it's working!' she thought.
"I can hear you." Mordred said. "Just because I'm a zombie, it doesn't mean I'm old and deaf." she said.
"And she's pushy." Gray murmured.
"And you're a deviant. Just what the hell kind of wizard are you?" Mordred asked.
Gray was about to say something when Gray realized his pants were already gone. It was one thing with his shirt, but now his pants seemed to have disappeared. It didn't help that Juvia literally stopped, walked backwards and then found his pants.
"Juvia has no respect for perverts." Juvia said coldly.
Gray groaned as he put on his pants. From there, they continued to make their way back to the camp. Lisanna was happy to see Juvia and Gray were fine but looked confused by the new individual behind them. Considering the fact that her sons are practically giants and that her photos are seen in only a few places, it made sense that no one recognized Mordred.
"Who is your companion with the skin problems?" Evergreen asked rudely.
"Watch your tone, you brat." Mordred said but Evergreen scoffed.
Gray being only 3% smarter than Natsu (5% if he feels enlightened), decided to be blunt.
"She's a zombie." Gray said.
A little bit of his bluntness is mixed with his ignorance. Which didn't help as he made it sound worse than it is.
"Wow a zombie? How does that work?" Natsu asked.
"If that is somehow true, it still does not explain who she is." Evergreen said.
"She's also Naruto's mom." Gray said.
Now Evergreen looked scared and she wanted to deny it. Only now, she wasn't sure if it was her fear or she could also somehow sense Naruto within her. Because now Evergreen could suddenly see Naruto suddenly appearing in Mordred's place, covered in blood and looking bloodthirsty.
It would have occurred to Evergreen that this is also the woman who raised Laxus as well, but she was too scared to think straight. Meanwhile Lisanna had other ideas as she recognized the blond hair and green eyes despite how weird they looked. The short stature of didn't help either as Mordred appeared to be the same height as Lucy and herself.
"Why do keep calling him that?" Mordred asked.
"What are you talking about?" Gray asked.
Before Mordred explained herself, Lisanna suddenly grabbed Mordred's hands and pulled her close.
"Hi, my name is Lisanna and I'm the sister of your future daughter-in-law." Lisanna said.
"Eh!? Laxus is getting married already!?" Mordred asked.
"I was talking about Naruto. Not that jerk Laxus." Lisanna said.
Now Mordred looked defensive, "Hey, that's my son you're talking about. He's a sweet boy." she said with a scowl. "Also, why do you all keep calling my younger son by his last name?" she asked.
"Naruto has a last name?" Natsu asked.
"It's just super hard to pronounce." Lucy said.
"Blame Mirajane." Evergreen said while pointing at Mira's body.
As they all gave their excuses, Makarov slowly stirred awake. As his body was still in all sorts of pain. All he could see was an outline of Mordred before watching her just sigh at the modern generation.
"Mordred, my daughter." Makarov said weakly.
Mordred turned her head and looked at Makarov in surprise. She didn't even notice him right away and looked panicked. Mordred bent down beside her adoptive father.
"Old man." Mordred said.
"I'm happy to see you again, Mordred. Your sons have grown but not without difficulty. Even at their worst moments and even when separated, they still have the same brotherly love you left them with." Makarov said.
Mordred smiled as she grabbed Makarov's hand, "I'm happy to hear that." she said.
"I'm saddened though, I saw everyone in my guild as family. Now I have departed on the same land where Master Mavis is buried." Makarov said.
Mordred looked scared, "Old man?" she asked.
"I'll be at peace now that I'll join you in heaven along with Rob." Makarov said weakly.
"Rob died?" Mordred asked with wide eyes. "Old man, don't go! Don't leave!" she pleaded as everyone became silent.
"I'm not going anywhere my child. I'm here in heaven with you right now." Makarov said.
"Eh? Right now?" Mordred asked, sounding confused.
Then Natsu ruined the tender moment, "Hey, if you're Naruto and Laxus' mom, then fight me!" he yelled.
Mordred groaned as she extended her hand outwards and grabbed Natsu by the head as he charged her. Mordred then gripped him tightly and threw him into a bush. This caused Makarov to sit up straight.
"Natsu! You're not supposed to fight in heaven! Did you break in just to start a riot!?" Makarov angrily asked.
Then Morded hit him upside the head, "You're not dead you old fart! You almost scared me!" she yelled.
Makarov winced as he held his head, "I feel pain in heaven?" he asked.
"You're not dead and I'm undead." Mordred said.
Makarov then got a good look at Mordred's appearance.
"Who used necromancy on my daughter!?" Makarov angrily asked.
"I see the master is feeling better already." Lucy said with a smile.
At that moment, Mirajane started to stir awake.
"Where am I?" Mira asked.
"Big sister!" Lisanna cried out as she hugged Mira. "I'm glad you're alright." she said.
"I'm glad too, but what's going on?" Mirajane asked.
"Well… Naruto's back." Lisanna said earning a confused look. "His mom is back too." she said.
Before Mirajane can ask, she suddenly watched Gray crashing into a tree. With Mordred marching up to the ice mage and stomping on his back.
"And you! What kind of example are you setting by getting naked in front of children!?" Mordred asked.
"AHH! She's worse than Erza!" Gray yelled as Mordred pressed her boot too hard. "Hey if you're going to get mad at anyone! Get mad at Mira! She used to bully Naruto when we were kids!" he shouted.
Mirajane winced as she heard a loud bone cracking noise as Mordred's head almost turned 180 degrees to look at her. For some reason, Mirajane could only feel a lot of fear when Mordred looked at her.
"Is this true?" Mordred asked.
Lisanna tried to defend her sister, "My sister is really sorry!" she said.
"I wanna hear it from her!" Mordred yelled as she looked down at Mirajane.
"Are you really Naruto's mom?" Mirajane asked nervously.
Mordred's cold stare was enough of an answer. Mirajane would likely master this technique when she becomes a mother herself. Mordred proved it to be effective as Mirajane practically sang like a canary.
"It's stupid Erza's fault!" Mirajane shouted.
Mordred did not look moved as everyone listened in. Even Levy and Gajeel looked confused and they literally just arrived at the camp.
"What the hell is going on?" Gajeel asked.
"Stupid Erza always got Naruto's attention! I was in the guild much longer than that stupid red head and Naruto only focused on her! Naruto's at fault too! He couldn't look at me the way he looks at her! So it made me angry when he would be all nice to me and my siblings when he couldn't even ask to spend time with me! I couldn't even get something as small as a stupid kiss when Naruto was following Erza around!" Mirajane ranted as her face turned red.
Mordred just sighed, "Of course, a dumb teenager doesn't know when she's in love so she resorts to being petty." She said.
Then Natsu came out of the bush, "You're telling me that you picked fights with Erza because you had a crush on Naruto? Naruto was a dork back then!" he exclaimed.
"Shut your stupid mouth Natsu!" Mirajane shouted defensively.
Mordred just sighed as she walked away from this conversation. She made sure that Meredy was in a comfortable position before picking up the Kiba blades.
"Dad, I know I just came back but I'm heading out." Mordred said.
"What? Where?" Makarov asked.
"Obviously, I'm going to find baby Sieg. I know he's not a baby but that Lisanna girl said he's on the island." Mordred answered.
"Naruto is on the island too!?" Makarov asked.
"I'll be back." Mordred said before running off.
Makarov just sighed, it looks like he was unconscious for far too long. Not only that, his guild was being rowdy as ever. The guild is far from feeling a sense of peace of that point.
"So who was that lady?" Gajeel asked.
"Naruto's mom, she's back from the dead." Happy answered.
Then Gajeel tried to escape, "Run shrimp!" he shouted before collapsing.
"Did someone find the wrong grave?" Levy asked nervously.
With Naruto and Erza

Naruto's mokuton wasn't at Hashirama's level, but at least it was putting a good effort of holding up the tree. He also didn't have time to properly master senjutsu, but knew enough together it without turning into a statue. Still, it wasn't doing a whole lot to keep Azuma out and restore the tree to its glory.
Not that Azuma was going to allow his opponents to stop him. With all the control he still had, he tried to crush Erza and Naruto with the wood from the tree branches. Erza used all her strength to cut through the branch and it gave Naruto and opening.
"Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!" Naruto shouted as he used the water from the rain to form a dragon.
Azuma raised his hand and used the surrounding wood to try and block the attack. Once it was down, he found himself nearly being hit by a wave of swords from Erza.
"We just need to hit him faster. Requip: Flight Armor!" Erza said, changing armors.
Once able to move faster, Erza engages Azuma in close quarters combat. Where she used her increased speed and agility to combat Azuma without hitting or being hit by Shibuki. Azuma started to feel some frustration with Shibuki and while he wanted to put it away and use a regular fighting style. He wasn't in any condition to hang the weapon on his back without dropping it.
However, that made it more tricky as it only disturbed his focus. As he tried blocking Erza's attacks and attempted to send her away flying with an explosion. Azuma found himself being pulled towards another tree branch.
"Bansho Ten'in!" Naruto exclaimed.
Azuma lost his sense of gravity as he was pulled towards Naruto. When he thought he had a good bearing on his position, Azuma extended his hands and tried to use his explosive magic. Only to find a rainstorm of chakra rods nearly piercing him. Azuma called on more wood to defend him but was found open by Erza.
"That's enough of your sorry excuse for swordsmanship!" Erza shouted as she slashed at Azuma's arms.
Azuma gritted his teeth in pain before hitting a tree branch and dropping Shibuki. Naruto quickly created more chakra rods to pierce Azuma's body and hold him down. Where he quickly dived after Shibuki and caught it. Naruto then planned to save himself using his mokuton when Erza arrived in her Blackwing armor and caught him by the waist.
"This time, I will protect you Naruto." Erza said.
"Thank you Erza." Naruto said.
"So don't think about ditching me when you are in a fight." Erza said as they landed on a branch. She then looked up at him with a glare, "I admit that I am not the most sociable even to this day, but that does not mean I do not care! You told me that my heart is weak and maybe it still is but you have to let Mira and I in!" she said.
Naruto slapped his forehead, "Erza, I don't have time for you to be flirting." He said.
"No, this isn't me accidentally being perverted for once." Erza said.
"You admit to being a pervert, but deny your intentions." Naruto said with a sigh.
As they argued, Azuma managed to use his excess magic to control the vines on the tree branches. He used them to rip out the chakra rods that held him down and used his plant manipulation to cover up the massive wounds. Azuma slowly stood up and raised more vines from the great tree. Before Erza and Naruto noticed him, Azuma used his lost magic on them.
"You have proven to be stronger together but this battle ends now!" Azuma said as he trapped them both in various tree vines.
Azuma used all the magic he could muster as Naruto tried using his own Mokuton to get free. Even now, Azuma felt a lot of pain coursing through his body. Not just from the chakra rods that pierced him but from the clones using a mix of senjutsu and the mokuton to try and keep the tree alive and standing.
"Terra Clamare!" Azuma shouted, engulfing the two in a massive explosive blast.
As the massive explosion destroyed a big chunk of the branches that surrounded them. Azuma started to feel some of his strength return as the tree started to fall again. Only to halt in place as he felt a massive shockwave followed by the tree shaking.
"Did their bodies survive and create such a crash?" Azuma asked as the smoke from the explosion didn't clear up.
Azuma thought his strongest attack was enough to defeat the Titania and Azure Knight. Instead, he saw a fully complete Susanoo climbing towards him with Erza riding on the back of it.
"We are not done yet!" Erza shouted as Naruto climbed closer to Azuma.
"Tower Burst!" Azuma shouted.
Erza Requipped to her Adamatine armor to cover herself while Naruto tanked the attack with his Susanoo. When that didn't work, Azuma clasped his hands together and summoned several wooden fists to attack the Susanoo. Naruto countered the incoming attack with a wave of black flames.
"Kagatsuchi!" Naruto shouted, destroying the trees.
Erza Requiped to her clear heart clothing and summoned the Kusanagi to her side. She looked at it and smiled before looking at Naruto who reached a branch that could hold his Susanoo's weight.
"Naruto, forgive my last sin against you. I will have to stain your gift to me with the blood of a dark mage." Erza said.
Naruto stopped and looked at her.
"Erza, if it's to kill a dark mage then you're doing me a favor that I appreciate." Naruto said.
"Oh then that makes things easier." Erza said, losing any deep feeling she had. "Now then, let us kill the dark mage together." She said.
(A/N: If they're killing dark mages together. Does this count as a date? Nobody tell Mirajane anything.)
Azuma took his last stand and used the little power over nature he had left. Erza jumped down and dashed towards Azuma with the intent to kill. Azuma stood on top of a large wooden stump as he fired waves of sharp branches at her.
"Ramus Sica!" Azuma shouted.
As the projectiles came close, Erza suddenly found the black flames heading towards her. However, instead of burning her, the flames latched onto the Kusanagi. Erza used the flames and slashed at the air, creating slashes of fire in the wind. This destroyed Azuma's offense as she came closer.
Azuma tried to move back further but his tree stump and other wooden techniques were destroyed by Naruto's Susanoo's sword. Azuma started to fall and looked at Erza who came close. It was over and Azuma accepted the reality of how this duel would end.
*SLASH*
Feeling only Naruto's support and the love for her guild, Erza slashed through Azuma with the Kusanagi. When she landed on a tree branch, Azuma's body fell down to the earth. Burning and chipping away with every second it was still in the air. By then, Erza felt the tree slowly being shoved back into it's position.
Naruto had summoned more clones and ordered them to repeat the process and help the tree heal. As Naruto powered down from the Susanoo, he saw Erza running up to him. Only to stumble and lose her footing and fall off of the ledge of the branch. Without thinking for more than a second, Naruto jumped down after Erza.
Raising his hand towards Erza who seemed to start spinning wildly in the air. Naruto turned his back towards the aground and used a wind jutsu to speed up his fall. Once he was close enough, Naruto grabbed Erza by the waist before digging a kunai into a branch and halting the fall.
"That was close." Naruto said as he began to sweat.
"I could have used one of my armors." Erza said with a smile. "Or if you really wanted. You could have used your new gravity magic." she said, referring to Bansho Ten'in.
Naruto just sighed and raised Erza up to his chest. Before he said anything, he saw the Kusanagi falling down.
"Erza, you can't hold onto nice things." Naruto said, making her go wide eyed.
"Don't change the subject!" Erza said she said with a glare. "Naruto, I'm starting to think that your heart is weak too. We fought that dark mage together and saved this island's tree and you are still being frustrating" She said.
"I don't have a heart because I gave it to Hisui." Naruto said.
"You are not in love with the princess!" Erza said.
They just stared at each other in silence.
"You've gotten stronger." Naruto said.
Erza sighed, "Naruto, please just…"
Naruto interrupted her by placing his forehead against hers. Erza was calmed down and fell silent by how close they were. Erza smiled as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Ignoring the precarious height where they hanged from.
"Let's get down from here." Naruto said as he pulled his head back. "And also retrieve Kusanagi too." He said.
Naruto let go of the kunai he embedded and started falling with Erza. He then started forming hand seals with one arm, creating a crude wooden bridge to appear and stop their fall.
"I could have used one of my armors." Erza said.
"Then why didn't you?" Naruto asked before adjusting his hold over her.
"Careful! I can walk on my own!" Erza exclaimed.
Naruto chuckled, "No, I can tell you wanted to be carried like a princess." he said before making his way down.
Erza sighed as she wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck. Hanging on tightly as he made his way towards the ground. As they got lower, Erza started to notice that the Great Tree was slowly rising again. She didn't get a good look other than watching it moving upwards and standing tall again. She imagined the clones might have some involvement with helping the tree return to its position.
Erza felt her guild mark feeling lighter and it made her feel happy. At the same time, she felt Naruto's shoulder and it became a bit warmer. She didn't remember, but the spot she was touching is where the mark of the guild was. Erza was going to be in a real surprise when she learns taht Naruto removed the cross on it. Although that may not be relevant to her shortly.
"Please stay." Erza whispered.
"Someone has to finish off the rest of the dark mages on the island." Naruto replied.
"No I mean stay in the guild, permanently." Erza said.
"Cool." Naruto replied casually.
"Naruto, do you understand what I'm saying?" Erza asked.
"Yeah, I was going to tell Filo about it." Naruto answered.
Erza glared at him, "Naruto, take this seriously. I've apologized enough and while I will always regret my actions. The guild is your home and that's where you belong." she said.
"Erza you're such a spaz." Naruto said, surprising her with his tone. "I already made my decision. I'll step down from my duty at the capital. If needed, I'll train a successor or something. I already removed the cross on my guild mark." he explained.
Now Erza was confused, she didn't realize how much Naruto had been through in the past few days while she was gone. From what she understood, the boy she scarred had become a damaged man and now he was properly healing. Erza wanted to say something else but just thought it would only be pointless.
"Don't call me a spaz. It sounds like something Natsu would say." Erza said.
"You know, I used to be a lot like Natsu." Naruto replied.
"No you weren't!" Erza exclaimed.
Naruto snorted, "Oh right, you weren't there for those days." He said, further confusing her.
Being reborn, Siegfried Naruto was more well behaved but with his poor health. He wasn't as energetic as Naruto Uzumaki, even though he only acted out because he didn't have the proper guidance. Unlike Makarov and Porlyusica who have behaved like responsible adults unlike the shinobi of Konoha.
Perhaps that's the reason Sakura and Sasuke wanted him to leave Konoha once his training was complete.
Naruto shook his head of his complex thoughts as he reached the ground. There he saw the Kusanagi stuck on the ground. Naruto smiled before helping Erza to his feet.
"Go get it." Naruto said bluntly.
"You could have picked it up as well." Erza said.
"Erza, in some cultures, giving a woman a sword is the same as a marriage proposal. Why do you think I left it outside the guild for you?" Naruto asked.
Erza looked wide eyed, 'Marriage? Wait, how does that work?' she wondered.
Her mind flashed to Naruto getting on one knee and presenting her with a box holding a sword inside of a scabbard instead of a diamond ring. While Erza isn't empty of femininity and wouldn't mind certain gestures to be big. She also cannot deny that she would like it if her future husband got her a nice sword or some armor. Only now it felt embarrassing because she started imagining herself and Naruto at a chapel on their wedding day.
Erza quickly grabbed her sword and faced away from the Azure Knight. With the hopes of hiding her reddened face.
'No, don't think about that! You can't suddenly find yourself attracted to him now! He should be with Mira and build a life with her!' Erza thought stubbornly.
"You know, Lisanna has been pestering me about getting Mira a gift. I guess she heard about me giving you the sword and the eye scope." Naruto suddenly said.
Erza turned around and looked serious, "That is right, Mira also feels regret but has been working hard to fix things with you. You should buy her lots of gifts. Not just flashy accessories or fine dresses, but something passionate. Something from the heart. She's the mother of your child after all." she rapidly explained.
"I know, you are also Filo's mother. Technically speaking, your her legal adoptive mother since we signed those forms together." Naruto replied.
*THUNDER SOUND EFFECT*
Erza slapped her forehead, 'I made it worse!' she thought.
"Erza are you feeling alright?" Naruto asked
Erza just sighed, "Naruto, I just… Mira likes you. I don't know if you knew that." she said.
"I think I started noticing it when we went to that disaster of a play." Naruto said.
"I'm going to pretend that disaster means amazing." Erza said.
She was quite sensitive about her devotion to the theatre despite being a wimp on stage. With his memories fully returned, Naruto can remember Hinata Hyuga in her younger years when she tried to approach him. Naruto didn't know who was worse between young Hinata or Erza when on stage.
"Erza, just tell me what's wrong." Naruto said.
"Naruto, I've been thinking a lot lately. With what's happened, I feel that you deserve better." Erza said as she looked away. "I know you just said that you want to officially return to the guild. That's a good thing, Filo will see you more often but I feel… how do I put this?" he asked.
"Just be blunt." Naruto said.
"Very well." Erza said, taking a deep breath. "Mira loves you and she's a bit dense to realize it. If you were not going to be a Fairy Tail wizard. You could at least come back for her and Filo." she explained.
Naruto crossed his arms as he listened closely to her words.
"At the very least, you two can form a real family. You and Mira can be the parents, Filo is the baby and obviously Lisanna and Elfman would be the aunt and uncle. Then someday, you can have more children. You both can be happy." Erza said, imagining all that as she holds her chest.
"Erza, just stop." Naruto said.
"Let me finish." Erza said.
"Erza."
"I'm not done yet."
Naruto grabbed Erza by her shoulders and forcefully turned her around. When he saw her, he saw a tear falling down Erza's good eye.
"Erza, you don't have to make things up." Naruto said.
"I'm not! Maybe I got ahead of myself! But Mira waited for you the most!" Erza exclaimed. "She was in denial for so many years. It wasn't until she lost Lisanna that she realized her mistakes. She hid behind her new personality, using the facade to pretend nothing has changed. You know she's subconsciously surprising what she did to you. Now that you came back, her real self is coming out and her heart practically flutters when…"
"Erza enough!" Naruto interrupted.
Erza was stunned into silence.
"Look, I don't know how close your friendship with Mira became but even if at least half of that is true. Don't think I'm so deaf and blind that I don't know half of what you said about Mira is actually about yourself." Naruto said as he poked her in the chest.
"It's all true, this is about Mira…"
"It's about you too." Naruto interrupted again. "Erza, I know you opened your heart but now you have to listen to it. You're just shoving me away because you think you're fixing your problems. When all you are doing is creating more conflict." he explained.
Erza didn't know how to respond to that. At least not without trying to come up with the proper words.
"Erza, I can't be sure what you are going through. Even if I let my sensory pick up on your emotions, it's too chaotic to know what you are feeling." Naruto said.
Erza bit her lip as she gripped her own shoulders.
"The first step is admitting weakness, the second step is understanding the weakness. What is making you so anxious all of a sudden?" Naruto asked.
Erza looked away, "Naruto, I… I can't explain it properly." she said.
"Try me." Naruto said.
Erza sighed, "Look, I care about you. You already know me, instead of being open to others, I decided to dictate aspects of my life. This included my view of others with unreasonable expectations." she explained. "Because of this, I refused to comprehend that you saved me despite being so frail. I hated myself for what I did and when you came back, I hated myself more. You didn't return because you missed home. You returned because of guilt that was not your own." she said.
Naruto noticed Erza began to shiver where she stood.
"I realized I never really knew you. I assumed you were just another Laxus but without the direct insults." Erza admitted to his surprise. "You returned as someone more distant, but I didn't know you either way. I saw the warmth in your heart. Like a flame that I was too afraid to touch." she said.
"Erza…"
"Let me finish, I started wanting to be closer. I knew I could not command you as I do with Natsu and Gray. You were different and your near death made me realize how much you cared for me." Erza explained.
She decided to leave out the part about her snooping through his books. Although Naruto knows about that and would probably call Erza a pervert or something if she mentioned it now.
"As more time passed and your visits were longer. I felt closer to you and Filo's birth only strengthened that bond, but I don't know if it's real." Erza said, looking sad. "Deep down, I feel that this is love but I never felt this way. I can't tell if this is affection or desire or even guilt. Mira has loved you and if you want to restart your life. You should be with her." she explained before turning around again.
Erza looked away, not brave enough to see Naruto's reaction. Going as far as to hope that Naruto would at the very least try to rebuild their friendship. Even if it meant distancing herself just so Naruto can have the life he deserved before he left.
Instead, she found Naruto hugging her from behind.
"You sound like you got it figured out, but at the same time, you made it overly complicated." Naruto said.
"Naruto…"
"You are scared of losing your amor and scared of your feelings. What happened to the brave Titania?" Naruto asked.
"Naruto this isn't a joke! Take this seriously!" Erza exclaimed as the tears fell down her cheeks.
Naruto turned her around and revealed his bright smile. Erza was stunned, she's seen Naruto smile around Filo and others. Yet, it felt like she was looking at someone else. Like seeing an old friend who has been gone for so many years.
"I know you're having a hard time figuring out your feelings, but how about instead of distancing yourself. You pay me back for the cake. Is that okay Erza Erza Scarlet?" Naruto asked.
Erza started to tear up again as she remembered the promise Naruto made. For one slice of strawberry cake, she would have to give Naruto her friendship. That was the one rule of their exchange.
"Fine! Here's your friendship!" Erza said as she hugged him back.
Naruto gently stroked her long red hair as he looked at the calm waves. After a moment, Erza cleared her throat and wiped her tears away.
"Naruto, if it's not desire I feel. What do I owe you?" Erza asked.
"What do you mean?" Naruto asked.
Erza blushed as she laid her head on chest, "One slice of cake for friendship. So what do I give you in exchange for love?" she asked.
Naruto laughed, "If it's real love, then the one thing I ask from any woman is her heart. Just don't carve your own chest if that's the case with you." he said.
Erza snorted as she held him for a few minutes. This would be all the peace she would have until they continued their battle on the island. Knowing that, Erza noticed Naruto was stiffening up like an animal sensing a predator. Erza felt Naruto loosening his hold and raised his head as he felt a presence.
"What is it?" she asked.
Erza saw a stunned look on Naruto's face.
"I don't know. I can't remember when I last felt this." Naruto answered.
Naruto turned his head as he heard loud footsteps coming from the forest behind them. For once, the Azure Knight didn't get into a defensive stance. Almost as if he was too curious and really wanted to know what was coming. Erza looked confused and quickly drew Kusanagi but was confused to see a blond woman with dry skin arriving.
The woman looked as surprised as Erza and Naruto to see them. Appearing as if she had never expected to see human life. However, her attention was focused solely on Naruto as if he were the most interesting creature in existence.
"Sieg?" she asked.
Naruto stiffened, but every part of his body felt so light as the woman stepped closer to him. She looked like a zombie, but Naruto didn't feel threatened or frightened by her appearance. The woman slowly raised her hand and gently stroked Naruto's cheek before tearing up.
"Sieg… my baby!" Mordred said, hugging her younger son.
Naruto started having a hard breathing as this woman held him close. This new but familiar feeling was so comforting that Naruto hugged her back.

"M-Mother?" Naruto asked.
Mordred wiped her tears away as she looked at her son, "It's me Sieg, mama's back." she said.
"How?" Naruto asked.
"I don't know, but I don't care either. I only regret that I didn't see you grow up." Mordred said, happy to see her child.
Even if he wasn't a baby, Mordred was happy to have her son in her arms again.
Naruto also began to break down into tears as he held his mother close to his chest. Almost a bit too close.
"Oh, that's a strong hold. We have a lot catching up to do." Mordred said, grunting loudly. "I can only imagine how big Laxus is." she said.
Naruto let go of Mordred before noticing Erza.
"So, who's your friend? Is she a…"
Mordred stopped and looked at Erza closely. Erza was confused by the reunion and had many questions. However she chose to trust in the strange woman and felt happy for Naruto. Only to notice the look Mordred gave her. It was one that she gave to others many times, eyes of smoldering fury.
"Sieg move!" Mordred yelled as she tossed her son aside.
Erza's instincts quickly returned as she found herself almost missing a head. Erza was confused and thought this was some kind of trap. Without thinking too much about it, Erza summoned a sword to block Mordred's attacks. However, Erza found herself having a tough time as Mordred had a quick but heavy style of fighting.
Erza's saving grace was that she wasn't inexperienced and that Mordred had a bad sword. She didn't recognize the Kiba Blades, but it didn't matter as those weapons weren't anything like Clarent and mostly worked in tandum.
"You have some nerve showing up here!" Mordred yelled.
"Pardon?" Erza asked, sounding confused.
Mordred snarled as she broke Erza's defense and nearly skewered her with the Kiba Blade she had on hand. Erza dodged the attack and slashed at Mordred who ducked. The original Titania then kicked Erza's legs, causing her to fall down.
Erza rolled away as Mordred nearly impaled her with the Kiba blade. She then raised her sword to block against Mordred's heavy blows.
"I am not your enemy, I don't even know you!" Erza said.
"Don't play stupid with me!" Mordred yelled.
Mordred managed to apply enough pressure to break Erza's guard. Luckily the second Titania managed to avoid another slash towards her head. Before Mordred could attack again, she felt herself being pulled back.
"Bansho Ten'in!" Naruto shouted.
Mordred stabbed the Kiba blade into the ground, but remembered she was standing on a beach. Her hold wasn't strong enough and she found herself being held in Naruto's arms. Like a child, Mordred started thrusting around trying to escape her son's hold.
"Sieg, let me go! She's evil!" Mordred yelled.
"Mother, I have no idea why you hate red heads, but Erza isn't a threat." Naruto said.
"Baby, let me go!" Mordred demanded.
"Not until you tell me why you hate her." Naruto responded.
Naruto struggled to hold Mordred as he saw her arms turning dark and metallic. Naruto wondered if this was some kind of transformation but felt his grip being loosened. Realizing it was some kind of strengthening magic, Naruto countered it with his Reinforcement magic which allowed him to hold down his mother.
"Ask her! This psychopath attacked me nearly a year before you were born!" Mordred yelled before finally breaking free.
Erza stood her ground and used her Requip to Black Wing armor as Mordred approached her rapidly.
"Naruto, I am sorry but I will defend myself if I must!" Erza said apologetically.
As Naruto tried to stop Erza and Mordred. The two clashed at a speed that would have blinded an ordinary person. Unlike the Sharingan, the Rinnegan can't see things slowly and pick up on someone else's movements. While it did have other ways to help Naruto see better, he didn't need it to see how the fight happened.
Erza tried her best to disable Mordred without injuring her. However, even with all of her strength, Erza slipped up as Mordred barely avoided her attack and slashed at her chest. Resulting in Erza hitting the sand in a harsh manner as her armor broke down.
"Erza, are your armors becoming more frail lately?" Naruto asked.
"I think I need a new blacksmith. I'm starting to lose the fear and respect I impose on the guild." Erza said.
Once again, Erza shows a nice seemingly tough armor and it's destroyed by someone with great skill. Either Erza's armor is being held together by glue and staples or she really needs to train. Either way, Mordred was able to defeat Erza quickly despite the latter being in fairly good condition.
Mordred then snapped her head towards Erza and prepared to attack her again. When she thrusted the Kiba blades towards Erza, Naruto blocked the blade with Balmung before locking Mordred in place.
"Sieg! Move out of the way!" Mordred demanded.
"Mother, Erza is not your enemy!" Naruto argued.
"Sieg, you don't know what she is! I don't know what happened while I was gone, but she's a threat!" Mordred exclaimed.
"Mother, how would Erza be a threat? She would have been a baby if she attacked you." Naruto pointed out.
"You're not making sense!" Mordred said.
Naruto groaned before pushing his mother back, "Mother, Erza never even approached the guild until nearly seven years ago. I even found her and she was a small child back then." he said.
Mordred glared at Erza who struggled to stand. Her eyes slowly softened as she believed her son. She wasn't some telepath but her experience told her when someone was trying to mess with her.
"Sorry, I just… she just looked like someone I faced all those years ago." Mordred said.
Naruto sighed, "You're forgiven." he said. He then bent down and picked up Erza like a bride, "Now let's return to grandfather and everyone else. He's going to be shocked to see you." he said.
"About that, he woke up and thought he was dead when he saw me." Mordred said, making her son sigh. "Seriously Sieg, what is it with the new generation? You have some hot head demanding fights, a tsundere bully and a freaking exhibitionist." She said.
"I only recognize the hot head and exhibitionist, who else were you referring to?" Naruto asked.
"Never mind." Mordred said.
As the two made their way back to the camp. Mordred started picking up on Erza as she kept a close eye on her. As she studied Erza closely and prepared for some kind of trick. She noticed that Erza was looking slightly flustered.
"Sieg, what is this girl to you?" Mordred asked. "You better not say comrade in arms or some crap. I don't want you to copy what your dad would say." she said.
"She's an important person, as is everyone in the guild. So that makes Erza family." Naruto said.
"Could you be any less specific?" Mordred asked.
Naruto just chuckled, "Just wait until you meet Filo." he said.
At the camp, a while later
Once Naruto and his mother arrived, they saw a disappointed Bickslow and Fried.
"Wait, so you guys don't need saving? What the heck? We came back to help you fight!" Bickslow exclaimed.
"Then you should not have left in the first place!" Lucy angrily replied.
"Who are these losers?" Mordred asked, getting their attention.
The two turned and saw Mordred.
"Who's the chick with the bad skin?" Bickslow asked.
Mordred's eye twitched, "Who are you with the stupid mask and the stupid hair?" she asked.
"My lady! My hair is not stupid! We are two of the three members of the Thunder Tribe!" Fried said.
"Eh?" Mordred asked.
Naruto leaned close to her ear, "They are the Laxus Fanclub. This is their president and mascot." he said.
"Hey, we heard that! We used to be the strongest team until Laxus left!" Biscklow said.
Mordred looked depressed, "No, please don't tell me my son used to hang out with these losers." she said.
"Wait, son?" Fried asked, stopping for a moment.
"You wanna go lady!? You think you can take me and my babies on!?" Bickslow asked before finding himself on the ground with a boot on his face.
Bickslow cried out in pain as he struggled under Mordred's boot. She turned to the rest of the guild who sighed. Including Makarov who recovered enough to stand up without much trouble.
"Wait, Master Makarov, who is this woman?" Fried asked.
"Fried, this is Mordred, my adopted daughter who returned from the afterlife. She is the mother of Naruto and Laxus." Makarov said, shocking Fried.
Gajeel and Evergreen started hiding behind a rock as they didn't want Mordred to get mad at them. They could only imagine Mordred being worse than her younger son.
However, Mordred looked really confused.
"Sieg, why is everyone calling you by your last name?" Mordred asked.
"Ask Mira." Naruto said.
Mira glared at Naruto and turned away, "Your name is still too hard. You should have gotten an easy name." she said.
"She has a crush on you." Mordred pointed out.
Mira gasped but kept her head turned away.
"I know, but I wasn't sure if she fully realized it or just felt guilty." Naruto said.
Mira started to turn red, "Stupid Naruto!" she said.
"And she's reverting to punk Mira again." Lisanna said.
That's when Elfman woke up, "Huh? Ever? Where am I? My body hurts..." he groaned.
"Go back to sleep Elfman. You are still pretty hurt." Lisanna said.
"No, I can do it. I'm a real man! Real men heal quickly... ow!" Elfman complained as he held his ribcage.
Mordred rolled her eyes, "Sieg, you got some odd friends." she said.
That's when Fried grabbed her hands and bowed his head in a respectful manner.
"Lady Mordred! It is with great honor that I meet you! Your son, Laxus, he's the former leader of our group! An amazing mage and I can tell your genes have only further supported his greatness!" Fried exclaimed.
"Yeah, I know I'm a badass. Now let go!" Mordred said as she pulled her hands away. "Anyways, what's the plan? I found Sieg and he already beat some Purgatory loser with this girl's help." she said.
As Mordred spoke, Lucy started jotting down some notes with Levy's help. WIth Mordred's input, it helped her further narrow the amount of threats in the vicinity.
"Okay, from my count added to Naruto and Erza's victory and the little girl being unconscious. We have beaten at least six of the Seven Kin of Purgatory." Lucy said.
"Although we should organize them." Levy suggested.
The present guild members did as Levy suggested. Where they confirmed who was beaten and all that left was Rustyrose who had defeated Elfman and Evergreen. Unknown to them, the silver haired man was getting beaten up by Balder who is no doubt handling the situation without difficulty.
"And that means I avenged Mirajane." Naruto said.
Mira scoffed, "I could have beaten him. I was just too tired and I bet I even slowed him down for you." she said.
"Mira." Lisanna said.
Mira pouted as she continued to look away. Until Naruto kneeled behind her and embraced her.
"Thank you Mira, both you and Erza helped me. You are both important to me." Naruto said.
Mira turned red, "Stop messing with me Naruto!" she said.
Mordred groaned while Erza smiled.
"Naruto, maybe you and Mira should speak alone. Let out your stress and all that." Erza said.
Erza was still not sure if her feelings were truly love. A part of her wanted to say they were. However, she would have to let Naruto figure it out and respect his final decision. That is unless he decides to be stubborn and difficult then say he's in love with Princess Hisui.
"You are right. Let's go Mira." Naruto said as he picked up Mira in his arms.
"Hey put me down! This is embarrassing!" Mira yelled as Naruto carried her away like a bride.
Mira struggled in his grip before giving up as Naruto took her away. All the while Elfman added stress to his body.
"Naruto, where are you going with my sister!? You better not seduce her! Only a real man can be with her and you need to prove yourself first!" Elfman yelled.
"Man! Man! Man! It's always about yelling that word with you!" Evergreen said as she hit him on the head with a fan.
"Ow! Ever!" Eflman yelled.
Evergreen rolled her eyes before Lisanna approached her.
"Can I borrow that?" Lisanna asked.
Evergreen sighed and lended her fan to the youngest Strauss. Who in turn, used it to hit Elfman.
"Lisanna! What the heck!?" Elfman asked.
Lisanna gave him a scary look, "I don't want my sister to be old and alone. She needs a boyfriend in her life and I won't let you scare him away." she said.
Mordred sighed and looked at everyone else, "So anyone have a plan?" she asked.
Most of them stared at her in silence.
"What?" she asked.
"It's hard to take a zombie seriously." Gray said.
Erza glared at Gray, "Gray, that's..."
Morded suddenly hit Gray on the head, "Didn't anyone teach you manners?" she asked.
"Okay, I see why she was called Titania first." Gray said.
Evergreen groaned, 'How come the title only belongs to a ruffian?' she wondered.
With Balder
With a loud thump, Rustyrose hit the ground and lost consciousness while Balder just looked mildly annoyed. He then kicked the silver haired man with enough force to knock over a tree and break his glasses. Balder snorted and went to pick up a large rock and lifted it over his head.
"I don't want that Azure Knight fellow to give me grief on not finishing off a dark wizard or whatever you are called." Balder said.
Just as the invincible man was about to crush Rustyrose to death. He felt this aura that made his spine tingle and his skin grow cold. It was an odd sensation and it confused him.
"What is that? I... felt it." Balder said.
He dropped the rock next to Rustyrose's body and went to investigate the odd aura. It wasn't naturall and his instincts were telling him to run in the other direction. Which only made the man more curious as to follow it further.
"I can feel something." Balder said as he marched through the trees. "I could never feel anything. I need to know what it is." he said.
Balder was fortunate to not feel pain or take damage, but was cursed with being unable to feel the natural pleasures of life. With that, even though his body was finally telling him that danger was close and to run. It only further motivated him to seek out the source and learn about it. When Balder did, he saw a dark haired man in some black outfit with a white sash over his shoulder.
"Oi, what's the fancy stuff you got? You wanna share it?" Balder asked.
The man glared at him, "Are you here for me as well? To seek out some twisted "paradise" with the power I hold?" he asked bitterly.
"Hey, I asked you a question. You don't need to get pissed, fifl." Balder said.
"You are different, but you are a loathsome person." the man said.
"What are you? My therapist? I already dealt with a crybaby today. You aren't anything special." Balder said before feeling another dark aura. Which should have scared him, "That tingly feeling, I never felt any kind of feeling at all." he said as he looked at his hand.
"Leave me." the man said.
Balder then marched up to him, "Hey, you owe me some answers, dunga." he said.
The man glared at Balder and subconsciously sent a wave of magic that killed all of the plant life around him. For several meters, all the beatiful life form the luscious grass to the smallest animal was killed. Balder felt his hands shiver before his instincts kicked in and he found himself slamming the man's head into a nearby wall before punching his head in a few times.
Only to feel another dark wave of magic that made his skin turn completely pale. Balder looked at his body and chuckled, as if he had no mental capacity to react properly.
"Haha, I can feel it. Pain, the air, this cold darkness or whatever you call it." Balder said, confusing the man.
"You accept death?" the man asked.
"I was accepting anything by this point, but I can tell. This is unnatural. That knight is going to be on my ass if I don't kill you now or the other guy before he wakes up." Balder said as he started to stumble.
The man was surprised by Balder's reaction. This wasn't the reaction of a suicidal or stupid man. Balder was not smart, but he did look like someone who lived with no regrets or any kind of concern. It made this dark mage feel curious.
What will be the outcome for a man who could not feel pain when he comes across a man who's aura kills everything in sight. For Zeref, it will be nothing more than a random social experiment he did not ask for.
With Hades
The master of Grimoire Heart just shook his head as he saw Zancrow was alive and barely awake. Only enough to know that Hades was there but barely say anything audible.
"Don't bother Zancrow. You are broken and your training, wasted." Hades said.
Zancrow was not the type to beg like a coward nor was he going to try and bargain. However, he was proud and wanted to convince Hades to let him fight again. Which just meant that Zancrow was too proud to lose, especially when it felt like a dishonor to lose someone he deemed inferior to himself.
"Even if you could speak Zancrow, I do not want to hear anything. Do not concern yourself with fighting any Fairy Tail wizard. Your defeat will not be entirely pointless." Hades said.
Zancrow was confused and just thought he was going to taken to be healed or at least punished in some way for screwing up. However, that's when Zancrow witnessed a plant man coming from the back of Hades as a seal appeared under Zancrow. Before Zancrow could register anything, several vines wrapped around him and restrained his body.
"ACK!" is all Zancrow could say.
"Don't struggle, this will be over and you will have a new purpose." Hades said.
Zancrow let out a few gasps and gagging noises as the plant man made some hand signs.
"Edo Tensei." the plant man said as Zancrow was trapped in a wooden coffin.
The coffin was then raised a new body came out.
"It was unfortunate I could not revive him during the war 30 years ago, but I did manage to find some small scraps of him this time." the voice behind Hades said.
"Welcome back to the world of the living, Monster of Kirigakure. Hades asked the undead man he summoned.
"I have a few reservations about what's going on. I'm not a wild animal like others believe me to be." the man said.
Hades gestured to Samehada as it lied a few steps away. The undead man grinned as he reached for the weapon. Where he felt it come to life as he picked it up.
"Ah, Samehada! Did you miss me?" the man asked.
"When you are finished reacquainting yourself. I need you to destroy the fairies." Hades said.
The man scoffed but found himself compelled to listen to Hades. As the man struggled to fight the control, Hades proved superior. Yet, Kisame did not leave without noticing a familiar figure.
"Do as you are told, Kisame." the voice said.
"Zetsu you bastard! I'll get you back for this you overgrown weed!" Kisame yelled as he ran into the forest with the desire to seek out the guild.
"I think not." Zetsu said.
Zetsu then retracted to Hades' shadow while looking over the horizon. Hades then made his way back to the airship and started thinking of more potential sacrifices. It was already unfortunate that Kain and Zoldeo are both dead as well and he already theorized that Azuma is likely deceased as the island tree is still standing. There was also no way Hades could sacrifice Bluenote Stinger with the important mission he was given.
"I'll have to settle with a low level grunt. No one will notice if any of them went missing." Hades said. "The First Titania somehow managed to break free of her own. Luckily Kisame seems to obey just fine. I can only hope the next few do the same." he added as he left the area.
Some time later, with the group
Naruto returned to the group a while later with Mirajane who wiping her eyes and leaning close to Naruto. They then listened as the group formed a plan to regroup with everyone and form a counterattack against Hades and any remaining dark mages in his airship. With the plan to retake the island and banish them. Although Naruto wouldn't let them leave yet, not without one more thing.
Using his own storage type of magic, Naruto summoned up Mordred's old suit. To Mordred's shock, she didn't expect her son to be carrying it around. Just looking at it brought back a lot of memories. Makarov watched as his adoptive daughter silently approached it as if it were a friend she had not seen in a while.
Everyone else watched in silence as Mordred placed her hands on the armor. Many were confused as to why Mordred approached the armor but were forced to be quiet. Those such as Erza could tell that Mordred was going through many feelings by looking at the armor. Nearly two decades having passed and the armor stood strong and well maintained. Just waiting for their wearer to return and fight in battle again.
"And Clarent?" Mordred asked her son.
"Laxus has it. I gave it to him." Naruto said.
Mordred sighed, "I don't know why you did it, but I just hope Clarent is protecting him right now." she said.
Mordred then smiled at her armor as equipped itself onto her body. With the helmet automatically putting itself on. Naruto then summoned his copy of Clarent and handed it to her.
"It's not the real Clarent, but it's as close as I could have it made. It's purpose was to be a tribute to you." Naruto said.
Mordred chuckled, "You're lucky I'm the Knight of the Fairies, not the Knight of Fashion." she said.
"Wait, I could fix it!" Lucy said.
She then pulled out a ColorS, a small magical tool that changes colors. With a small adjustment, Clarent's Tribute was turned from blue to red.
"It still feels to light, but I won't complain. Anyways, did your girlfriend confess to you or are you friends yet?" Mordred asked as Mira blushed.
Mira then hid behind Naruto as he sighed.
"I'll tell you later." Naruto said, making Mordred nod.
Then Natsu ruined the moment, "Wait, I thought you were in love with that green haired princess." he said.
"Who told you that?" Naruto asked.
"I overheard Mira and Erza talk about it. I didn't pay much attention." Natsu said.
"Natsu!" Mira and Erza angrily yelled.
Mordred groaned, "Don't tell me you have Queen Midori's brat is after you now." she said.
Clearly, there was some history going on with Mordred and the royal family. However, there was no time to be concerned with the past. There was only the present and future to be worried about.

Dark magician, Cube Black Mage ,Vortex of Dark Magic, Dark Fusion, Dark Magician Girl
These are just examples, but it's a good deck for any Duelist to start with, being similar to the Deck full of Goblin monsters that I sent to Goblin Slayer.
Naruto: These are indeed good cards and I remember a bit of the game. Mostly before things with pendulums or whatever they are all called. I like them, but I think the best place to put them is in the graveyard. Win or lose, all that matters is enjoying the game and I enjoy dead dark mages.
