"Alright, Blue you're with Impulse, Beast Boy, Wonder Girl, you're with me."commanded Lagoon Boy, "If you see anything out of the ordinary, then report it to either me or the JLA."
After the team dispersed, they started to look through the rubble and the fallen beams to see if they could find anything about their team's whereabouts. As they searched in silence, Lagoon Boy started to lose hope, until he heard Impulse's voice blast over the comms, "Hey, Blue and I found something,"
"I'm not a thing!"shouted a angry voice.
"Fine, we found someone. Get the JLA. We're over at the northwest part of the building. "
"Impulse stay where you are, we'll be there ASAP."
"What's going on?"asked Beast Boy, who had overheard a little bit of the conversation.
"Blue and Impulse found someone. Wonder Girl get the JLA, and tell them to meet us at the northwest part of the building."
Flying off, Wonder Girl was able to spot Green Arrow. "Hey GA, I just wanted to tell you that, Impulse and Blue found someone in the northwest part of the building."
"Did you tell the rest of the League?"asked Green Arrow
"No, but I'm going to tell them now."
"No need. I'll tell them, you and the others meet us there."commanded Green Arrow.
Flying over to the rest of the team, Wonder Girl and the Justice League saw that the boys were talking to someone that had a red mask that covered his entire head.
"Finally, I thought that you would never come."remarked Impulse
"Who are you? And what's your purpose for being here?"asked Martian Manhunter, in a kind but firm tone to the mysterious figure.
Getting up, the figure was seen with cuts and bruises, "My name is Red Hood. I was sent here to help Batman and the team with the search for a vigilante that was causing them trouble. When I got here, I saw that Nightwing and the others were surrounded by the Talons. The Talons were able to have the jump on me, and before I could do anything they incapacitated me, and left me for dead."explained Red Hood.
"That does seem plausible."said Wonder Woman before turning around to look at the League.
"Martian please scan his mind."asked Superman telepathically.
"Of course." As Martian Manhunter scanned Red Hood's mind, he could sense that futher down Red Hood has walls built up, but otherwise that, Martian Manhunter could see nothing that could raise suspicion. "He's clean. I can't see anything that we should be concerned about."
"Alright Red Hood, we're going to take you the Hall of Justice, and get you checked out. Once we know that you're okay, we'll have a few more questions with you. Are you okay with that?" replied Wonder Woman
"Fine by me."answered Red Hood, who under his mask, had a big smirk on his face.
"Meet us at the Hall."commanded Superman.
"Don't be late."chuckled Flash
Walking through the Zeta tubes, the League and Red Hood was inside the Hall of Justice. While taking him to the infirmary, the League was unaware that Red Hood was memorizing everything he saw. While in the infirmary, Black Canary asked "Don't you want to take off your mask?"
"If you don't mind, I would like to keep it on. I don't exactly trust you yet."
"That's okay. This is Dr. Mid-Nite, he will be taking care of you for now. Don't try any funny business."
"Wouldn't think of it."
