The zombie cybertronians kept rising from the ground, getting close to Optimus and Ratchet.
Ratchet: Megatron has desecrated the resting place of all our fallen ancestors and his own.
Optimus: Not even the dead are free from his war-mongering...
Megatron looks down as his army approaches Ratchet and Optimus, who put on his battle mask.
Megatron: At last, symbiosis... I can feel it! I possess complete control over my army. Destroy them!
The terrorcons continued to walk towards the autobots, when Optimus blasted one with his blaster, and then activated his other blaster and began shooting them with both blasters, while Ratchet walked backwards a little.
Ratchet: Optimus, If our combatants are already deceased, how can we possibly defeat them?
Optimus started shooting at the deceased, corrupted robots while looking at Ratchet.
Optimus: Ratchet, retreat! Bridge yourself back to base.
The doctor, however, refused to leave his friend behind and took his blades out.
Ratchet: No, I shall stand with you, Optimus. You may require a medic when this is over with.
He and Optimus then began to attack the terrorcons and he suddenly sliced a terrorcons arm off which deactivated.
Ratchet: I recommended dissection, the smaller the pieces, the better!
Optimus: Sound advice, old friend!
He switched his weapons from his blasters to his swords, and began to attack the terrorcons with his blades and both he and Ratchet soon stood side by side.
Megatron: I have mastered Dark Energon. When you fall, Optimus, you too, shall join my army.
(Sonic the Hedgehog: Transformers Prime)
Back at the site where the Decepticon Warship, the Decepticons soldiers started shooting at Sonic, Jack, Raf, who fell. Luckily, Bulkhead transformed into his vehicle mode and drove to their spot.
Bulkhead: Get in! Now!
The teenager and the pre-teen got inside, except for Sonic.
Sonic: Take them to safety. I'll hold them off.
Before Bulkhead could stop him, Sonic dashed to the decepticon soldiers and started slicing n' dicing them. While the blue hedgehog was fighting and holding off the 'cons, bulkhead drove away and evaded the enemy fire.
Jack: Thanks, Bulkhead.
Raf: Yeah, thanks.
Bulkhead couldn't believe that they came to the place which his autobot allies were supposed to be.
Bulkhead: What are you guys doing here?!
The boys put their seat belts on while explaining to the former wrecker.
Jack: We were worried about Miko. Have you seen her?
Miko then popped out of the backseat, looking at the two boys.
Miko: What's she look like?
Bulkhead drove behind the boulder, where Jack and Raf got out. However, Miko didn't.
Bulkhead: Everyone out. And this time, please wait here!
He then drove away and found Sonic, who already scrapped the 'cons that was attacking them earlier.
Bulkhead: You did that?
Sonic: Yeah. Look, I know you're trying to keep me and Tails safe, but we can help you and your friends out.
The green mech started to think about this. He didn't want to put his new allies in danger. However, if Sonic (and Tails) have powers and can handle themselves, then he really needs all the help he could get. Besides, with the blue hedgehog's speed, he might get Agent Fowler out of the decepticon warship under three minutes.
Bulkhead: Alright. You can come with me. But, stay close.
Sonic: Got it!
Bulkhead then transformed, and he and Sonic made their way to the Decepticon warship. The cons started shooting at them, as they were getting close to the entrance of the Nemesis. Luckily, Sonic spin-dashed a few of them, while Bulkhead climbed the ledge and activated his mace as he approached a decepticon soldier and punched him hard, causing the con's head to fall off. He picks up the dead soldier and uses him as a shield as he activates his blasters and shots at the Vehicon in front of him, before running towards him and clobbers him. After that, Sonic and Bulkhead looked at each other and smiled, knowing that they made a good team. They then looked down at Jack and Raf, who were hiding behind the rock, but they couldn't see Miko.
Sonic: Um, Bulk. I don't see Miko.
The former wrecker couldn't believe this, as he told the human children to stay behind the rock nine minutes ago.
Bulkhead: Where's Miko?!
That's when Sonic heard knocking of the green mech's chest. He gave Bulk a weird look.
Sonic: Umm, Bulk? Do you think she's…?
Bulkhead then opened his chest, revealing Miko, who had a disgusted look on her face.
Bulkhead: Miko?
Miko: I heaved on your floor mats. Sorry.
She then covered her mouth as she felt herself about to fetch again. He took her out of his chest and placed her on the floor, where Sonic picked her back on her feet.
Miko: Remind me to never do that again.
Sonic: How about I remind you to never go with Bulkhead again?
Before Miko could answer, the decepticon soldier appeared out of nowhere and attacked Bulkhead. However, the wrecker was stronger than the con, who was killed shortly. The other cons tried to grab Miko and Sonic from behind, but the blue hedgehog ran around them in circles, distracting them, and giving Bulkhead enough time to get Miko off the floor and head towards the entrance of the decepticon warship. Sonic then kicks both the deceptions' heads off of them and catches up with Bulkhead and Miko.
Back with the two boys, they were still hiding behind the rock, watching the battle that was happening above. Raf then looked at Jack.
Raf: Think they forgot about us?
That's when the decepticon soldiers found Raf and Jack and grabbed them.
Back with Tails, who was flying his plane, found the decepticon warship, but also found the two boys, who were being taken inside the ship.
Tails: Looks like I got some rescuing to do. Tornado! Transform!
The tornado then transformed into the fighting machine, The Cyclone. He land on the platform of the Nemesis and walked inside of the ship, where the three Autobots watched in amazed and followed the two-tailed fox.
Inside of the ship, Sonic and Bulkhead, who was carrying Miko, were walking when six decepticons started aiming and blasting at them. The blue hedgehog then got an idea and looked at Bulkhead.
Sonic: Bulk, throw me.
Bulkhead didn't like the idea, mostly because he didn't want to hurt him and Miko. Seeing the hesitation on the Autobot's face, Sonic gave him a confident smirk.
Sonic: Trust me.
Despite his uncertainty, Bulkhead picked up Sonic and threw him towards the two Vehicons. In mid-air, he started to charge his fist and threw a wave of wind at them.
Sonic: Sonic… Wind!
They took aim and fired upon the incoming Sonic Wind, but their blasts were useless against it and got blown and destroyed. The other cons started shooting at the wrecker when he slid Miko to the floor to distract them, and crush them with his strength. Miko finally stopped sliding and felt like she was going to throw up… again.
Miko: I'm gonna heave again.
Bulkhead then picked her up and followed Sonic.
On another section of the decepticon warship, the two vehicons were carrying the two humans and talking to each other.
Vehicon #2: Bring them to the Brig. Commander Starscream is keeping the other human there.
That's when they heard someone shout at them from behind. They turned around and saw a two-tailed fox, controlling a machine.
Tails: I suggest you let them go... Now!
One of the decepticon soldiers laughed at the fox.
Vehicon #1: Or else, what?
Before Tails could say or do anything, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, and Arcee drove past and crushed the decepticons for him. Arcee and Bumblebee transformed checked on Jack and Raf while Tails and Cliffjumper, who also transformed, deal with the rest of the 'cons.
Raf: Bumblebee!
Bumblebee: (I'm so glad you're okay, Raf!)
Arcee: Appreciate you clearing the front door for us, but storming the Decepticon warship was not on the activities list.
Jack agreed what Arcee said.
Jack: Tell me about it!
Cliffjumper: Nice battle mech you have, Tails.
Tails: Thanks! Customized it, myself.
After the short reunion, the autobots, the two boys, and the two-tailed fox ran down the corridor. Everyone stayed close to the two-wheeler, who felt that someone else was nearby, so she activated her gun and aim it at the corner, only to find Bulkhead doing the same.
Arcee: Friendly!
Bulkhead: Hello!
Arcee then saw Miko and Sonic, while Bulkhead looks at Jack, Raf, and Tails.
Arcee: Brought the humans, hedgehog, and two-tailed fox, huh?
Bulkhead: You try getting them to stay behind!
Sonic chuckled and looked at Arcee.
Sonic: Optimus did put you in charge, 'Cee.
Arcee gave Sonic an angry look, but before she could say anything, Cliff put his hand on her shoulder.
Cliffjumper: Come on, partner. Let's not play the blame game right now.
Arcee: You're right, Cliff. We need to find Fowler and get these kids out of here.
That's when Jack and Raf got their attention.
Jack and Raf: Uh, he's in the brig.
The second-in-command, Starscream, was still trying to get the info out of Fowler in the brig. He started to walk up to the human as he chuckles darkly.
Starscream: My dear Agent Fowler, you do realize the Autobots have abandoned you. I am the only one you can rely upon now. So, tell me what I want to know or…
He brings out the energon prod again, intending to zap Fowler with it.
Agent Fowler: Please, no more… They're in… secret government base.
Starscream: Go on.
Before Fowler could say more, Starscream turned around when he heard muffled noises, but chooses to ignore them, since he almost got what he needed.
Starscream: Yes?
Agent Fowler: In the old steel mill. Or was it under that carnival fun house?
Starscream, angry that the human had tricked him, zapped him again, leading the agent to be passed out. That's when he heard more sounds coming from behind the room he was in. He looks at the decepticon soldiers.
Starscream: Someone find out what is going on out there!
Back at the corridor, the decepticon soldiers were approaching the humans, Sonic, and Tails, when Bulkhead stood in front of them and activated his blasters and started shooting at the Vehicons, while behind them Arcee and Cliffjumper both ran towards two different Vehicons and jumped towards them, Bumblebee was shooting at the Vehicon between the two-wheeler and the red dodge challenger. Jack grabbed Raf and pulled him from danger, Miko approached them as a Vehicon's head falls off it's body to where they were and they moved out of the way before it crushed them. The body of a Vehicon then fall to the ground, Bulkhead then gets clobbered by a Vehicon, which Bulkhead grabbed and threw across the room and Cliffjumper shot the Vehicon and Bulkhead stomped onto the head of another Vehicon. One of the 'cons tried to grab Miko when Sonic jumped from one wall to another and sliced one of their heads in half with his spin-dash. Tails then did his charged beam attack to blast the rest of the decepticon soldiers.
Sonic: I can do this all day!
Cliffjumper: You're telling me!
Arcee looks at her team.
Arcee: Don't get cocky, boys. We still got to save Fowler.
The others agreed and continued their journey to get to the Brig.
Meanwhile back at the Cybertronian graveyard, Optimus Prime and Ratchet were still battling Megatron's undead army. However, while slice n' dicing them, the doctor/field medic realized that they were getting weaker as they fight, due to the dark energon.
Ratchet: Optimus, this prolonged , exposure to dark energon is sapping our strength.
Optimus, despite hearing his friend's warning, wasn't going down without a fight.
Optimus: We cannot falter now.
However, the rusted cybertronians grabbed Prime and brought him to the ground. Ratchet, who was scrapping the rest, noticed this.
Ratchet: Optimus!
Before the medic could save his friend/leader, he was grabbed and brought down by the deceased cybertronians as well. The decepticon leader, who was watching the battle, smirked. However, when all hope seems lost, Optimus' sword went through one of the undead and scrapped the rest of them. He then went to Ratchet's aid and got him out of the other pile. Despite the twist of turns, Megatron was impressed. He watched as Optimus and Ratchet continue to scarp the undead cyber-bots.
Megatron: After all these years, Optimus, still at the top your game. My legion, finish them!
Back on the Nemesis, Vehicons in the bridge were walking around, when they heard knocking and walked towards the door which opened and the Vehicon that was approaching the door got shot, and Arcee quickly jumped into the room with agility and began shooting at Vehicons. Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, and Bulkhead then shot the other Vehicons in the room.
Arcee: Clear!
Sonic, Tails, and the human kids ran into the room. They then looked at their Autobot guardians.
Arcee: Wait in here.
Bumblebee and the others looked at her in disbelief.
Bumblebee: (Are you sure that's a good idea? The place is crawling with drones!)
Cliffjumper: Yeah. Besides, Sonic and Tails can help us, 'Cee.
Arcee: They're slowing us down, they're easy targets, and we can't risk them getting hurt. Besides, Sonic and Tails can keep them safe, while the four of us can rescue Fowler.
Sonic: But you need our help!
Arcee: No! Now stay put! We'll come back for you once we save Agent Fowler.
Bumblebee and Bulkhead took a head start. Before Arcee could catch up, Cliff stopped her for a moment.
Cliffjumper: Are you sure they'll be okay?
Arcee: They'll be all right...
She then turns at Sonic before walking/transforming away with Cliff.
Arcee: As long as they stay put.
Once the autobots left the room, Sonic was a little ticked off. Not because he was stuck in a ship that with filled with huge drones, but because he had to stay in the room where they are now.
Sonic: Oh, come on! We can't stay here all day! Besides, we need to be there to help them!
Tails: Sonic, let's calm down. They know that you and I can take care of ourselves, but Jack, Raf, and Miko can't. We need to help them right now. Besides, even though we've defeated robots, evil gods, demons, aliens, and evil counterparts, we're up against an enemy we don't yet understand.
Sonic thought and realized that the two-tailed fox was right. He and Tails then looked at Jack, Raf, and Miko.
Sonic: You three okay?
Jack: Y-yeah. Thanks.
Tails: You're welcome.
Miko: That... was... Intense!
The others either gave Miko an angry look or a 'what the heck?' look.
Raf: Was?
Tails: Correction... It Is Intense!
Jack then started arguing with Miko.
Jack: It's your fault that we're stuck here in this intensity. What were you thinking, Miko?
Miko: Did I Ask you to follow me?
Jack: You wanted us to be a band, Doesn't that usually mean playing together?
Miko: Well, maybe I decided to go solo.
Jack: Well, maybe I have some regulars for your safety.
Miko: Oh, I'm sorry. Is your name 'Sonic' or 'Optimus'? You can leave my protection to Bulkhead, thank you very much!
Raf was getting irritated at the argument between Jack and Miko. "
Raf: Stop it! both of you!
He started running towards some steps. Sonic and Tails saw this and decides to comfort him.
Sonic: You okay, kid?
Raf: Not really...
Tails: Hey, it's okay. we're here for you, Raf.
Jack and Miko walked where Sonic, Tails, and Raf were and sat down as well.
Jack: The rest of the bots will come back for us.
Miko: Yeah, they're gonna take us home.
Raf: How do you know?
Jack and Sonic looked around and saw weird math on a monitor above them.
Sonic: Tails, look at this! What do you think of this?
Jack: Hey, Raf, what do you make of that?
Raf and Tails looked up and saw the same thing and jumped off the step and walked towards the monitor.
Raf: It's important...
Tails: Really important.
Starscream and a single Vehicon looked at the door, still hearing the sounds of blaster fire. However, they were drawing nearer from each passing moment. The seeker then turned his gaze to the knocked-out form of Agent Fowler.
Starscream: Wake up you pathetic lump of flesh!
Agent Fowler: Ugh… grandma… is it cookie time?
Fowler then fell back to sleep. Starscream narrowed his eyes and snarled in response to the human's incoherent babbling. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. The sliding panels opened up, showing a Vehicon standing there still.
Starscream: Well?!
Unexpectedly, the Vehicon fell over dead, revealing the hulky, green form of Bulkhead with his blasters drawn. In a quick motion, Bulkhead fired at the other Vehicon's chest, causing it to fall over dead. Bumblebee stepped out from behind the corner and, along with Bulkhead, trained their weapons on Starscream. In response, Starscream swiftly deployed his right Energon cannon and pointed it straight towards Fowler.
Starscream: Not so fast!
That's when Cliffjumper ran inside the room, while using a dead vehicon as a shield. Dropping the vehicon, he aimed his blasters and smirked at the seeker, who was surprised and shocked to see the autobot alive and unharmed after the explosion where Cliffjumper and the deceased Prowl battled the 'cons.
Cliffjumper: Scream. It's been awhile.
Starscream: C-Cliffjumper?!
While getting distracted and without warning, 'Scream felt something tap against his helm. With his blaster still trained on Fowler, he looked up to see Arcee above him in the tube that supplied light to the room, her gun directed straight at his face.
Arcee: I wouldn't.
Starscream then gave her an evil smirk.
Starscream: Oh, but I might.
Back where Sonic, Tails, and the kids were, Raf looked at the others.
Raf: We got to get this to Optimus.
Miko: How do you know it isn't just a recipe for space nachos?
Raf: I know math, when I see it, and that is one serious equation.
Sonic was trying to think for a moment.
Sonic: You and Tails can download this, right?
Raf opened his backpack and showed them his flash drive.
Raf: I got a flash drive.
Tails: Great.
Tails then remembered something.
Tails: Wait! This is alien tech. It doesn't have a USB port like regular computers do.
That's when the doors slid open as six Vehicons stepped into the room. Upon entering, they stopped as soon as they noticed a few dead troopers scattered across the room. They looked from right-to-left and paused when they spotted Sonic, Tails, and the kids. They then aimed their blasters at them while Sonic got to his defense stance and Tails jumped onto his battle mech.
Sonic: You guys take cover! Tails and I will handle them.
The kids went to somewhere to hide, while Sonic and Tails battled the vehicons.
An ominous silence filled the room. Each side had their weapons aimed directly at their target, neither faction ready to back down. The Autobots shot Starscream deadly glares whilst 'Screamer simply smiled sadistically. A few moments passed before the seeker decided to break muteness.
Starscream: Now, Agent Fowler and I will take our leave.
Agent Fowler: Eh… dooma say… yeah...
Fowler's garbled words had provided a perfect distraction for Starscream. The Autobots immediately took their opportunity and fired upon the seeker, making sure to aim well away from Fowler. The silver seeker yelped as he dodged Bulkhead, Cliffjumper, and Bumblebee's blaster fire. He then skidded to the side as Arcee fired down from above. Seeing no other option, Starscream transformed into his jet mode and rocketed out of the room.
Back in the room, there were now five remaining Vehicons attacking Sonic and Tails. The drones surrounded them and aimed their blasters at them.
Vehicon #3: Stand down, now!
Vehicon #4: You're outnumbered, freaks!
Sonic and Tails only smirked at them.
Tails: So what?
Sonic: Yeah, we've always been outnumbered. It never stops us!
That's when Sonic and Tails join hands as they each use the Sonic Spin. As the two circle around each other, they form a combined Spin Dash resembling a yin-yang formation, but with much greater power and size than a regular Spin Dash. They then rammed the vehicons, destroying two of them. While watching the fight, Raf tried to get his backpack. However, one of the drones saw the pre-teen and started to walk towards him while the other drone tried to shoot Sonic and Tails. Jack then got an idea after he saved Raf from the vehicon.
Jack: Miko, take a picture!
Miko: Good idea!
Miko ran up to the vehicon, who was getting closer to Raf and Jack.
Miko: Hey, you!
The vehicon turned around and and looked at Miko, who took a picture of him. Jack gave her a look and pointed at the monitor.
Jack: Not of that! Of that!
Miko looked at the direction where Jack was pointing.
Miko: Ohhhh!
Once she took the picture, she, Jack, and Raf ran out of the room, with the vehicon still following them. Before the drone could grab one of them, Tails shot its spark. That's when Arcee and the Autobots drove where the kids, Sonic, and Tails are. The group got inside the Autobot's respective vehicle modes.
Arcee: I told you to stay put!
Sonic: I was never really good at following orders. Besides, you told us to stay where the drones were.
Arcee rolled her optics at the blue hedgehog, who got inside of Cliffjumper's vehicle mode. With their human and mobian friends secured, the Autobots stormed down the corridor, heading towards the nearest exit out of the Nemesis.
Optimus and Ratchet finally defeated Megatron's undead.
Megatron: Bravo, Optimus. Though this but a prelude. You may wish to save your strength for the main event.
Optimus deactivated his blades and began climbing the cliff to get close to Megatron, who knelled down to look at Prime.
Optimus: You will not prevail, Megatron... Not while energon still flows through my veins.
Megatron: Fitting, for it is Dark Energon which flows through mine.
The decepticon leader then transformed, while dodging every shot that Optimus shot at him. Prime and Ratchet then looked at each other as they know one thing... This wasn't Megatron's endgame.
Back in the Autobot Base, Sonic, Tails, and the human kids watched Optimus finished welding the final touches on Ratchet's arm brace. They were all surprised to see Optimus and Ratchet come back with various scares and dents and nearly exhausted. Nevertheless, Ratchet assured everyone their injuries were superficial and would heal quickly.
Laying on a gurney was the unconscious form of Agent Fowler, recovering from his interrogation by the hands of Starscream. Tails used his healing device to most of his injuries. He then looked at the field medic/doctor.
Tails: So, what happen to you two?
Ratchet: We engaged an army of undead Cybertronian warriors.
Everyone's eyes widen in shock and surprise, especially Miko's. Sonic also was impressed and stepped closer to the railing with awe present in his green eyes.
Miko: You fought Zombies and I missed it?!
Sonic: Zombies? Is it wrong if I think that's awesome?
Optimus then looked at Bulkhead.
Optimus: Bulkhead. You exercised poor judgment in allowing the humans, Sonic, and Tails to accompany you.
Bulk glanced between Optimus and the others before he looked back.
Bulkhead: I-It won't happen again Optimus… I promise.
Sonic and Miko didn't like this. Bulkhead didn't do anything wrong.
Miko: But, it wasn't Bulkhead's fault.
Sonic: Yeah.
Bulkhead: Miko, Sonic, please!
However, despite the former wrecker's pleas, the blue hedgehog continued to defend him.
Sonic: Besides, It was Arcee's fault for putting him in charge when you told her that she was in charge while you were gone. Miko also went with Bulkhead and we tried to stopped her.
Optimus listened to every word Sonic said, nodding in understanding. However, Arcee gave the blue hedgehog a look. But, before she could say or do anything, Tails beat her to the punch.
Tails: If it makes you less angry, Optimus Prime, Sonic and I protected Jack, Raf, and Miko from the 'Cons, while fighting them ourselves.
Optimus looked at the Arcee, Bee, Bulk, and Cliff to know if Tails was telling the truth. All of them looked at each other and nodded in agreement.
Arcee: It's true... They performed well out there on the field.
Bumblebee: (You can say that again).
Cliffjumper: Sonic and Tails scrapped more 'Cons than I did.
Miko then remembered about the photo she took, and hastily pulled out her phone, and brought up the photo on the screen.
Miko: And check it out. Recon.
Optimus stepped toward her and hunched forward to zoom in on the image.
Optimus: Hmm…Ratchet, take a look. It could be of importance to Megatron.
Jack: Whoa, Megatron's back?! That's bad news, right?
Ratchet stepped forward and narrowed his optics as he scrutinized the photo.
Ratchet: Hmm... It does look important. I'll need time to look and analyze it, though.
Sonic then stretch his legs and walked towards the hallway exit.
Sonic: Well, I'm going on a jog. Tails, wanna come?
Tails: Sure.
The duo went to the exit. That's when Jack and Miko started arguing again about recent events and dangers. So, Jack decided to leave the team, while keeping the Autobot secret. Cliff then decided to look for Sonic and Tails. Arcee went along as well.
Later...
Sonic and Tails were at their workshop at the near area where Cliff and his deceased partner battled the 'Cons. Tails was getting things ready so they can return back to their world. Sonic then started walking back and forth, waiting for the two-tailed fox to get ready. That's when Tails got into a problem while setting up the Chaos Emeralds in the bi-plane.
Tails: Sonic, I don't think the emeralds have enough power.
Sonic was confused when Tails spoke like that. That's when he remembered.
Sonic: I forgot! We need both sets of any kind of Emeralds to charge a massive Chaos Control.
Tails: Yeah...
That's when they heard footsteps, turned around, and saw Cliffjumper and Arcee.
Sonic: Hey, Cliff! Hi, Arcee.
Tails: Hey, guys.
Arcee: Hey. You two weren't half bad at the field.
Cliffjumper: Yeah. You guys know what it takes to take down the 'Cons no matter what.
Sonic and Tails smiled at them.
Sonic: Thanks... And Arcee, sorry for blaming you back in the base.
Arcee: It's fine.
Cliffjumper smirks and laughs.
Cliffjumper: Spark would loved to meet you two... If he was alive.
Sonic and Tails gave Cliff a sad look. However, before they could ask, Cliff changed the subject.
Cliffjumper: Okay, guys. Let's head back to base.
Arcee: You guys go ahead. I'll catch up later.
The others nodded as Sonic and Tails got inside of Cliff's vehicle mode. Cliff then drove off, heading back to base.
High above the outer edge of Earth's atmosphere, the Nemesis flew around the blue world. Inside the bridge, the sounds of metal on metal and yelps of pain could be heard.
"Please, Lord Megatron… I meant no…" Starscream was unable to finish as Megatron slammed a fist into the seeker's face.
The greyish-silver mech staggered backwards, touching his facial components and felt a stinging sensation. Soundwave and the Vehicon troopers in the background watched as the SIC received a mighty beating from their leader. As Starscream stood up wobbly, the towering form of Megatron stepped in front of him.
"I ordered you to await my command!" Megaton yelled as he backhanded 'Screamer in the chassis.
The seeker shrieked as the forceful blow sent him bouncing along the metal floors. He came to a stop, front side up. He felt an enormous amount of pain course through his circuits. Sparks could be seen sparkling out from his elbow joints as he struggled to turn over. Megatron proceeded towards his fallen position, in no hurry at all.
"Instead, your mindless agenda resulted in the disabling of my ship, the loss of many of my drones and the delay of my plans!" Megatron roared.
Seeing how close he was, Starscream yelped as he turned over and began to crawl away, obvious fear evident on his facial plate.
"M-my intentions were pure master," Starscream implied. "I only wanted you to be rid of Optimus".
Suddenly, Megatron's slammed his right foot on Starscream's body.
"Nobody rids me of Optimus Prime but me. Do you understand?! Do you!?" snarled Megatron.
Starscream strained to use his voice box, but the massive heel of Megatron pressing hard against his body was making it difficult. "I will make things right, Lord Megatron. I swear! I know how to set your plans back on course".
Starscream felt relief as Megatron lifted his heel off of the seeker, but only to be grabbed by the throat. The warlord brought his SIC to optic level, staring at him with a dangerous gaze.
"Explain Starscream…quickly," He hissed at the latter word.
Inside the main ops centre, Ratchet continues to type away at the terminal. Searching for any explanation to the equation Miko had photographed while on the Nemesis. It took an hour, but after inputting the right variables, Ratchet came to a shocking conclusion.
Ratchet: It can't be... Optimus!
He could hear the rumbling footsteps of his leader stepping towards him. Ratchet turned to face him.
Ratchet: These are engineering specs for a space-time vortex generator.
Optimus: Megatron is building a spacebridge… if he hasn't already.
Bulkhead: Great, the sooner he leaves the better.
Optimus: Bulkhead, a spacebridge runs in two directions. Megatron may not be using it to leave Earth, but to bring through his conquering army.
Ratchet: The main event that Megatron referred to. But… the only place that Megatron could possibly recruit that many fallen warriors…
A grave mien took hold on Ratchet's face as he realized Megatron plan.
Optimus: Precisely... Cybertron.
I hope you guys love this chapter. You can see that I made some changes in this one. I wanted Sonic and Arcee to butt heads a bit. Cliffjumper also told Sonic and Tails about his deceased partner, Spark. Spark is my Oc and you'll find out what happen to him.
