Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy were running as fast as they could. Detecting an emerald nearby was a shock to them.

"We're getting close." Tails stated.

"Then let's hurry!" Knuckles said.

However, two unknown shadow appear from the air and landed on the ground.

"Who are you? Amy asked, demanding who they are. The two unknown shadows showed themselves... They were Metal Sonic and Metal Knuckles!

"Metal Knuckles?!" Knuckles was shocked to see his old foe once again. So was Sonic, since he could see Metal Sonic as well.

"Metal Sonic?! What are you doing here?"

"Sonic... Your time has come to an end." Metal Sonic said in his robotic, metallic voice.

"You always say that, Metal. And yet, I always beat you."

"Not this time." Metal Knuckles stated. "Silver Sonic, come out already with the prisoner."

"Prisoner?" Tails asked in shock. "You kidnapped an innocent bystander?!"

Metal Sonic laughed. "You're half right on that statement, Fox-Mutant."

Silver Sonic was walking towards them while holding a defeated Cream the Rabbit by the long bunny ears. Sonic and the others were furious, especially Tails!

"LET CREAM GO, YOU MONSTERS!"

"We'll be happy to... If this rabbit ha-"

"Wait, Silver Sonic." Metal Sonic said, interrupting his comrade. The blue lookalike scanned the area, sensing chaos energy. He then realized that Sonic has the chaos emerald. "So, the rest of the six Chaos Emeralds landed on this world as well." He then gave a death glare to his organic-rival. "Hand over the chaos emerald, and this rabbit won't be harmed."

The blue hedgehog didn't want to give these 'Eggman drones' the silver emerald. However, he didn't want to endanger his friend.

"Okay, metal head... You win." Sonic seemingly said in defeat. He walked towards his robotic rival, proceeding to hand over the emerald. However, it was a trick as Sonic smirked and threw the grey emerald at the sky and kicked Metal Sonic towards Silver Sonic, thus getting Cream the Rabbit out of their grasp.

"Thank you, Mr. Sonic!" The young rabbit said, hugging the blue hedgehog.

"No problem, kid." Sonic said, petting her head.

The two-tailed fox then flew to the air to get the emerald, but a shadowy figure got the emerald before he could. "Huh?!" Before he could even find out who, he was attacked by Metal Tails. Luckily, Tails dodged his metal counterpart's attacks.

"Metal Tails!" Tails shouted, hitting him with his twin-tails.

The two teams started fighting each other. Sonic vs Metal Sonic, Knuckles vs Metal Knuckles, Amy and Cream vs Silver Sonic, and Tails vs Metal Tails. However, while they were fighting each other, an unknown police car was watching and scanning them.

"Woah... It seems that the rumors are true." The police car said. "There are other aliens and machines on this world... At least, not for long, anyway."

The battle between Team Sonic/Team Rose and Team Metal was equally matched. Knuckles and Metal Knuckles were bashing each other with their fists, Sonic and M.S. were head-to-head on their own battle race, Tails was fly-fighting against Metal Tails, and Cream and Amy were holding up against Silver Sonic.

The unknown police car decided to interfere, now that it finished scanning them. The police car drove towards the battle and started shooting Metal Sonic's team.

"What's happening?!" Metal Knuckles asked, blocking the bullets that were hitting him with his fists.

Everyone saw the police car coming at them. Silver Sonic then shot a missile at it, but for some reason, the car remained intact and shot Metal Tails, destroying him permanently.

"Orders, sir?" Silver Sonic looked at his leader.

"Retreat."

"What about the emerald? and Metal Tails?" Metal Knuckles asked.

"Metal Tails will be repaired and the emerald will be ours again, but for now, we must retreat."

M.S., M.K., and Silver Sonic flew out of the area, leaving Team Sonic/Team Rose the winners of the battle.

Sonic chuckled. "Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm glad that Fowler called the cops."

"Too bad he went too late to the scene." Knuckles stated.

"Hey, the police did a good job helping us." Cream insisted. "Besides, this is a good cop." She then walked up to the police car and started patting its hood. That was when it started chuckling evilly. "Huh?!" Cream got scared and ran back to the others.

"I'm not a good cop," He said, before guns came out from the doors. "I'm the worst!" Before he could start shooting them, a yellow car rammed towards him!

"Bumblebee!" Tails shouted in happiness, seeing the yellow scout ramming the decepticon scout at another location.

"Bumblebee?" Cream said in confusion.

"We'll explain later." Amy said. "Come on, we got to catch up with them.

At another location

After a few minutes, both of them transformed into their robot modes and stared at each other. Bumblebee was in shock and in rage, as he was face-to-face with one of his rivals... Barricade!

"Well, well, well... Bumblebee. Such a small universe." Barricade said.

"Too small, Barricade." 'Bee beeped in anger.

The two then started circling each other.

"Did you really think I died during the War for Cybertron? You were sent here by Megatron, weren't you?"

"You catch on quick, as expected. After all, You and I both know where we come from." Barricade said.

Bumblebee knew what his arch-rival was talking about. During the time in Tyger Pax on Cybertron, he and Cliffjumper were fighting Barricade. After defeating him, 'Bee and Cliff went to separate directions and Megatron ripped out his voice box and 'killed' him.

"Indeed we do, barricade."

"However, you're half right about Megatron sending me here on Earth." He stated. "And another thing, Bumblebee, I can see that you forgot that the War for Cybertron has been over for many years.

This only made 'Bee angry as he got to his fighting position. "Tell that to the Decepticons!"

"In due time. But first, I need to collect my reward by getting that blue hedgehog and his little friends, and nothing's going to stop me from destroying them!"

"Not gonna happen!"

Bumblebee ran towards Barricade and punched his face, sending him to the ground.

"Hmph. Not bad, Bumblebee. But you have to be stronger than that."

The two then engaged into a fist fight, with Barricade gaining the upper hand at first, resulting Bumblebee to do some clever tactics against him.

"Is that the best you got?" The decepticon cop taunted the autobot scout.

"Just getting warmed up." Said Bumblebee as he tried to shoot Barricade's head off, which resulted as a failure since the decepticon is good at dodging attacks.

"I don't think so."

Barricade then used his Shotgun Buster and blasted Bumblebee, almost shooting his spark. Luckily, the autobot scout survived but the decepticon cop walked towards the wounded scout.

"Oh, Bumblebee... Sorry it had to come to this." He said 'sadly' as he loaded his gun and smirked darkly. "Tell Prowl I said Hi!" Before he could finish him off, he got sucker-punched by the red knucklehead.

"You mess with one of my friends... You mess with me!" Knuckles exclaimed, who was later joined by Sonic, Tails, Amy and Cream.

"Hmph... I'll be back for you, Bumblebee. You, the two-wheeler and the horned-idiot!" Barricade vowed before he transformed into his vehicle mode and drove off.

"Who was that guy?"

"I don't know, Knuckles. But I think we need to head back." Amy suggested.

"Ratchet, we need a bridge." Tails said through the comlink. "Bumblebee's down, but alive and in need of an assist... Also, you and Optimus might need to know the news."

Back at the Autobot Base

The Autobot Medic was doing the repairs on the Autobot scout while 'Bee tells his comrades the story. Of course, everyone, including Arcee and Cliffjumper, were shocked.

"Barricade survived?! He is too hard to kill." Arcee stated.

"Thought the bad cop was scrap after Bee and I were through with him." Cliffjumper said.

Optimus then walked up to the others. "It would seems that before or after Megatron's demise, any decepticon refugees had detected its whereabouts and followed its signal as well, leading any of them to Earth." He stated with a grave voice.

"Hey. where's Sonic and his friends?" Bulkhead asked.

"They're at Tails' lab." Bee said plainly.

At Tails' Lab

With Cream saved, Tails was looking at the video footage of their battle with Team Metal.

"Hmm... I checked every second and minute of the battle." Tails said. "We must've left the chaos emerald back there."

"Great...Just Great..." Knuckles grumbled. "We just had the upper hand, then Metal shows up with his friends when that police springs a surprise attack on us!"

"At least Cream is safe and sound," Amy said, hugging her rabbit friend, "If we didn't got there in time, Cream would've been toast."

"Yeah," Sonic said with a smile, until it fade away, "However, if Team Metal are here, so is their creator, Eggman."

"Don't worry, Mr. Sonic! We can still kick Eggman's butt like we always have, right?"

The blue blur smiled and gave Cream a thumbs up. "That's right, Cream!"

That was when a signal appeared on the monitor screen. "Uh oh..." Tails muttered loudly.

"What is it, Tails?"

"I'm detecting Decepticon activity around this area," Tails said, checking through the security cameras and found where the decepticons are, "It seems that the 'Cons are...fighting someone." He then zoomed in the footage of the fight, with his eyes wide in shock. "I-It can't be!"

"What is it?" Sonic asked, checking out the video as well. "Wait..Th- That's Sally!"

Amy couldn't believe what she was hearing. "Sally's here too?!"

"It looks like she's handling the battle on her own, but she can't hold them off forever."

"Okay, guys... Let's save Sally Acorn." Sonic said proudly before turning to his two-tailed buddy. "Tails, ask Ratchet to open a ground-bridge."

"You got it, Sonic!"

Tails then started typing on his computer to contact the Autobot Medic and sends the info he needs. That was when a portal appeared.

"He's sending you guys to a location where no one can see you. You and the others will have to get to Sally by foot."

"Got it, Tails." Knuckles said, bashing his fists together."

"Cream, I need you to see with Tails. You'll be back on the field tomorrow once you and I do some training grounds."

"Yes ma'am, Miss Amy!"

"Freedom Fighters, Let's Do It To It!"

Sonic, Knuckles and Amy went through the portal.

Back with the red emerald

Despite Team Metal's retreat, Cream the Rabbit accidentally left the chaos emerald behind. That was when someone found it...

"HA HA HA HA HA!"

Extra secret scene

Cream was sleeping while Tails was working on his machine. Before the rabbit went to bed, she asked her two-tailed friend what was happening. He told her about them being on a different universe where its overrun by giant cybertronians that were from a different planet known as Cybertron.

"Hmm, everything is in perfect condition, levels are at the to-" He was about to say until he heard something. "Huh? Who's there?!" He panicked a bit, until he calmed down and activated his arm cannon. That was when the figure came out of hiding, revealing herself to a shocked-horrified two-tailed fox. "W-What?"

The woman only smirk. "Hey, Kid. Long time no see."

Hope everyone enjoys this chapter. I've added new plots and characters into the fold. Next time, the battles will be long and detailed. Sorry for that, but if you have school and other important things to do, things will have to get rushed, or frankly, has to discontinue for a time being.
