Here's the next chapter of Transformers Sonic Prime! Read the notes at the end after the story!
Sonic the Hedgehog and Transformers Prime DOESN'T belong to me. They belong to HASBRO and SEGA!
"Hey kid! Long time, so see." The woman said. "But I guess I can't call you "kid" anymore, huh?" She then looked at him. "Did you miss me?"
Tails couldn't believe of what he was seeing. He thought he was dreaming...Or even drunk (Okay, he's not drunk but you know what I mean!)
"I-It's...You?"
"What? You didn't forget about me already, did you?" She said, giving him a wink.
The two-tailed fox smiled a bit. He was happy that someone he once knew survived the Super Genesis Wave. "F-Fiona... I thought you were..." He was about to say until he shook his head around a few times. "No! No!" All the memories of Fiona's betrayal came back to him. He then gave Fiona a hard glare, "What the hell are you doing here, Fiona?! You're a Traitor!"

The Princess was on her Extreme Gear hoverboard, trying to get away from the planes that were chasing her. They then started shooting at her. Luckily, the princess knew how to evade.
'I need to get the upper hand' She thought through her head. However, before she could think of anything else, one plane got a lucky hit and shot her Extreme Gear, sending her flying into the air. Good thing is that Sally was flexible so she was able to land on her feet gracefully. However, the bad news was that the planes surrounded her.
'They're probably one of Eggman's drones.' She said in her head. However, that thought disappeared in a instant when the planes actually transformed into huge robots. "What the hell?!"
"Stay on the ground and surrender". One of the cons said. This only made the Princess ticked off.
"I don't know who the hell you machines are," She started to say once she activated her weapons. "But y'all just made a big mistake!"
The decepticons then started shooting at her. Unfortunately for them, Sally used her Ring-Blades to deflect their gun blast shots.
She then ran towards one of them and sliced him in half with her ring blades. The cons were shocked and terrified of seeing that!
"Who's next?"
The Cons continued shooting at her, but their aim was so messed up that they couldn't even lay a metal hand on her. The Princess then slashed the next one in half while deflecting the energy bullets. That was when everyone stopped when they saw a Ground-Bridge portal appearing on the battlefield.
"What the?"
Sonic, Knuckles and Amy appeared from the portal.
"Need some back-up, Sal?"
"Yes, yes I do."
...
The team destroyed the rest of the 'Cons. "It's been awhile, Sally."
"It sure has, Knuckles." Sally said with a smile. "I have to ask, though. Where the heck are we, and what kind are these machines?"
Sonic, Amy and Knuckles told the princess everything from how they're on another universe to Autobots and Decepticons fighting for energon and a home. The pink hedgehog also told Sally that the Autobots are good while the Decepticons are evil.
"Woah..." Sally was taking the info in too well. "That's a bit crazy."
"Tell me about it." Sonic said, "Eggman didn't show up yet, either."
"Isn't that a good thing?"
"Well, yeah, but he might be planning something big."
"Well, Sally, you can come with us." Amy said. "We can even introduce you to the Autobots."
"As much as I want to do that, I'd need to do more of exploring. I might even find Eggman."
The rest understood and ran towards the direction of Tails' new lab, while Sally continues to explore this new world.
Back at Tails' Lab
The two-tailed fox wasn't happy to see his so-called friend right now. Speaking of which, Fiona rolled her eyes.
"Didn't you let that go by now?" She sighed in annoyance.
"I did, when the Super Genesis Wave wiped out and recreated Mobius." He said before getting into the point. "That was until I got my memories from the original timeline back."
"Well, that explains my new outfit." She said, putting a smirk on her face. "Btw, like what you see?"
Fiona Fox was wearing an outfit that combined her old freedom fighter suit and her 'bad girl style' outfit. She was wearing yellow gloves and boots, with black lines, a yellow heart chest (similar to Rouge's heart chest), and black leather pants. Her hair style was also much better than the last ones, considering that it looked like a spiky ponytail.
However even though the two-tailed fox was checking out her new outfit and actually liked her new style, Tails wasn't going to fall for her tricks. "Don't try to sweet-talk me, Fiona. You're a criminal! You and your boyfriend are thieves!
"That's ancient history! And I haven't seen Scourge in years ever since I got him out of the No Jail Zone!"
"It doesn't matter if you guys split up! You shouldn't be even alive!"
"Well, that's just cruel, Tailsy," Fiona said in a mock hurtful tone, "The Freedom Fighters should care for everyone's well-being, even if they're bad people."
"You know what I meant, Fiona!" Tails yelled angrily. "How are you still alive anyway?!"
"Well, it started back at Moebius after the Destructix and I got Scourge out of the No Jail Zone..."
Flashback
The Destructix have succeed getting Scourge the Hedgehog out their filthed prison cells. They then used the Warp Ring and traveled to Moebius, the Anti-version of Fiona's old home planet, Mobius.
"I brought us back to your home-world for a reason. Our employer has a job for us here." Fiona said.
Scourge only scoffed. "Too bad, this gang's got a change of plans."
Fiona didn't like what her boyfriend was saying. "Scourge, Finitevus isn't the type of guy you jerk around. It took a lot to convince him we needed you for this!"
The green hedgehog then lay next to the tree after he put his jacket, shoes and sunglasses on while putting up an evil smile. "You let me worry about Dr. Spooky Von Evil! Right now, you're my gang, you follow my plans. And believe me, I've got plans for both this world and Sonic's!

After that night, the evil couple were still arguing about whether to go to Doctor Finitevus or not.
"So I busted you out of the No Jail Zone for Nothing?"
"You didn't tell me about Finitevus! So why should I help you out?!"
"Because I helped YOU break out of Jail!
Scourge didn't know why Fiona wanted his gang to work for that crazy echidna. "I just don't know why you even want to work with him again. None of this adds up, Fi."
"Doesn't really matter, Hon?," Fiona asked impatiently, "Finitevus is waiting for us!"
The green hedgehog rolled his eyes and looked at his girlfriend. "It's probably another one of those "Project Enerjak" things he did back on Mobius. And that plan was bent on destroying EVERYTHING. So we're not going."
Fiona knew that her boyfriend kind of had a point. She remembered that one of Sonic's friends: the red knuckle-head became one of those 'monsters'. On that point, she was truly happy that her ex-boyfriend did something right for once by beating the crap out of the so-called Guardian of the Master Emerald.
Fiona then sighed. "Look, it's a lot to explain but we have to go now!"
"We don't have to go anywhere under my command!" Scourge told her. However, he then thought of something and smiled. "Unless the doctor has something useful for my plans..."
"Oh, but he does!" Fiona said, "He said that he'll help you if only you do the job. If not, he can just find someone else to-
"OKAY!" Scourge interrupted her. "We'll go see what he wants! Ya Happy Now!?"
The deadly duo then turned towards the others.
"YO Destructix! Change of plans..." Scourge said, getting their attention. "Let's pay the old Doc a little visit, shall we?"
"I knew I could count on you, Hon! Fiona happily said to her boyfriend. However, this only made him annoyed by her.
"You owe me... Big Time!
Fiona only scoffed and smirked. "Yeah, yeah, I know." She then smiled, holding the warp ring. "Shall we?"
The Warp Ring then became a portal. The group proceed to go through.
End of Flashback
"So your team just went through the warp ring portal?"
"That's the first part of the story, kid." Fiona smirked. "But I can't say the rest... Considering that even if I did tell you, you wouldn't believe me."
"Then what happen to Scourge and the Destructix?"
Fiona looked down a bit. "Let's just say... They didn't stick around long enough."
Before the vixen could say anything else, they heard someone getting up. "Welp, I'd better take my leave." Fiona said to Tails, "I'll see you later."
Fiona then left the lab, with Tails confused and worried. That was when Cream walked behind and hugged him.
"Are you okay, Tails?"
"I-I'm fine, Cream."
And that's a wrap! Hope you guys like this chapter as well! As y'all can see, there are a few flashback cameo characters. Sally Acorn and Fiona Fox have finally made an appearance as well.
