Chapter 15: Search and Extract, Part 2

Time to get the Hell out of there!

-(Dragconis Family Memorial, The Crown's Gem, Doraegon Capital)-

(Third-Person POV)

"So…you're not lovers?"

"No." Yang and Wyvern said in sync.

Wyvern sighed and shook his head. "I think Schnell greatly exaggerated the details between me and Yang. We're not in that level or anything."

Amelie shrugged and rolled her eyes. "That does sound just like her though. Always making a stretch…"

"But, enough about that." Yang stepped forward and examined her closely. "Are you okay? No injuries or anything serious?"

"You don't have to be that concerned for me." She shook her head to state she was clean. "I've lived around the city outdoors for a while to be able to adapt well. It's what we were trained to do in the Venom Brigade during long deployments."

Yang chortled. "Oh, right. Forgot you used to roll with those guys."

"I'm sure Schnell briefed you about that. Yes, I did. And I'd rather not talk about that, if you don't mind…" Amelie said while she was clearly uncomfortable to give out more details of her life during those days.

"No worries. Just remembering that you actually have experience on taking care of yourself is all." Yang said while she backed away after seeing she was indeed clean.

"That aside, what are you doing out here? Pretty bad weather this afternoon and you're in a closed memorial, which could probably make it easier for the White Fang to find you if there's nobody around." Wyvern said while scanning around his surroundings to make sure the three of them were alone.

Sheepishly glancing away, Amelie shook her head and told him, "One of the agents from the Venom Brigade found me earlier from outside the front gate. So, I hid myself in the tree line instead of risking it to stay in the crowd, if he was searching with a pack."

Hearing about this, Wyvern looked back at the Dragconis Estate and thoroughly scanned the entire building and rest of his surroundings for any intruders if they were searching for Amelie. "Well, if that's where they were, we should get out of here. I know a spot where we can lay low until I let Marina know to pick us up."

"Why not just contact her now?" Amelie asked.

"The bad weather. Remember?" He said while pointing up at the clouds. "We had a pretty bad time trying to fly steady on the way here and land in these conditions."

"Just our luck…" She groaned.

"I'll at least text Marina to let her know we found you and will stay hidden until conditions get better for extract." Wyvern mentioned while already texting a message for their ride.

"Can we trust her?"

"She's a Major in the Royal Drahënese Air Force with hundreds of hours of flight time. Plus, she's stellar in both performance and combat efficiency after reading her reports. There's a reason why she's our family's aerial security advisor."

Amelie did feel somewhat better about hearing Marina's flight experience. But made sure to stay cautious over it. "Alright then…"

"Anyway, this spot you mentioned. Where to?" Yang asked while peeking down both sides of the path to make sure nobody was approaching.

"There's this diner I used to visit all the time when I was younger. We need to stay out of the streets and blend indoors, where the diner is usually crowded enough to keep us hidden. I should be able to get us a seat immediately, since I'm good friends with the owner." Wyvern said while taking point after it was still clear. "If you two are hungry, they make some pretty damn good oatmeal pancakes."

Yang gasped and grinned widely at the mention of those. "Sounds good! I'll take that with a side of something high on good ole protein!"

For Amelie, her cat ears perked up from the thought of food. "Y-You're sure about this?"

"Of course! Hell, I am pretty hungry." Wyvern admitted while his stomach coincidentally made a loud growl. "See?" He chuckled embarrassingly.

"Well, I suppose it can't be helped. I mean, I'm not that hungry. But I'll give it a try…"

-(Inglenook Diner, 0.4 Miles from Dragconis Family Memorial)-

"Not that hungry, huh? Then why do you have the biggest meal out of all of us?" Wyvern smirked teasingly.

Amelie glared and pouted while sticking a fork in her stack. "Shut up and eat your food before it gets cold."

Yang nudged him teasingly. "You heard her, Wyvern. With a portion that size, you should be able to finish first." She joked about the small bowl of ramen he ordered, compared to her and Amelie's "Stacked Platter", which was the name of their dishes. Four oatmeal pancakes in a stack with sides of sausage links, bacon, eggs, a small bowl of spinach and mushrooms, and an eight-ounce steak ribeye.

Wyvern rolled his eyes and began to lift his chopsticks and ladle spoon to warm up by drinking the broth first before eating the noodles and toppings. "Save some room for the food when we get back to my house."

"This serving amount is nothing. I'll be fine." Yang said confidently while eating the bacon first before it loses its crunchiness.

"I forgot to say. Sorry about your ear." Amelie apologized with her mouth full.

He waved his hand and let out a small chuckle. "No worries. It's just a scratch. You're constantly always on edge and yet we startled you in the park where nobody was supposed to be there today. I can understand your suspicion."

"Still, I'll take a look at it once this is all over." She told me before sipping her cup of coffee.

"We'll see if Schnell is going to allow you to get away from her embrace." He chuckled.

"Probably going to need a hug from her after how much I've been through, getting hunted down." She said jokingly, but with some hint of it being true.

"About Schnell…" Yang waved her fork and looked up at Amelie curiously. "Why didn't you just go and find her yourself?"

"If only it was that simple…" She shook her head, "The last thing I would want to do is have the White Fang go up all over her with kill squads and any assassins in our ranks." Amelie said as she looked down at her coffee, steaming faintly.

Wyvern chuckled lightly and leaned forward. "First of all, it's going to take more than that to kill one of the most powerful and privileged young women in the empire. Plus, that's why we're here. She's willing to take you in while aware of the consequences if the White Fang discreetly sends what they have against her."

Amelie sighed and leaned back against her seat. "Sometimes I think she's being a bit too overconfident. Why spend a lot and put too much of yourself at risk just towards a girl that was supposed to your enemy?"

"To be dead honest, mainly for intel. But that was way back then. If she's this protective about you even after you're enemies with the White Fang now, she genuinely sees you as a friend. I know this might sound corny to say, but you'd be surprised how powerful friendship can be. Even if that means she'll go through Hell to protect you. Would you do the same?"

She sipped her coffee and nodded immediately after setting it down. "Of course!"

Yang chuckled and opened her palm. "So, while she's watching your back, why not do the same in return? Who knows? The White Fang might be going after her even without you being involved. A girl like Schnell having that much political power can benefit the White Fang, whatever they'll do to her."

With that thought, Amelie cringed and growled at the thought of Schnell getting put in hot water. "Fine. But what about you?" She asked Wyvern.

"Me?" He tilted his head.

"Yeah, you. You're the future Prince of the Drahën Empire. Are you sure you're willing to take a criminal like me to be taken under Schnell's wing? After all the things I've done against the Kingdoms of Remnant?"

"Personally, I can't clear your name and the charges you have committed towards the other Kingdoms." Wyvern said honestly as his words weren't enough to keep her forgiven from them. "But Schnell has told me you've been a valuable asset on taking down White Fang operations inside the Drahën Empire's territories, which has helped us immensely over the years. If you really want to change your path and start anew, then I won't stop you. You'll be accepted and watched over by Schnell."

Amelie sighed and looked over at both of them. "This all sounds too good to be true."

Yang smirked and gave a thumbs up. "Well, only one way to find out."

"Which is why…I don't know…" She shook her head.

Yang was completely bewildered as she didn't expect this response. "We literally jumped out of the sky…mostly Wyvern's idea…" she mumbled, "found you in time before the White Fang did, brought you here to grab a bite to eat, and you still don't trust us?!"

"Sorry. I really don't know if I should trust you both yet. Don't take it personal. It's more of like I'm not sure if you'll succeed on getting me to safety if you'll be dealing with the Venom Brigade." Amelie looked up at Wyvern and raised an eyebrow. "What happens if I don't come with?"

"Waiter! Check please!" Wyvern called. "Split it."

"Okay, okay! I'll come with you!" Amelie quickly changed her mind after that "threat". "But I'm not messing around. These guys are a different breed of elite. They're a lot more devout than your usual cell agents."

"Well, since you know your stuff involving these guys, maybe you can point out suspected agents nearby so we can avoid their attention." Wyvern said.

Scanning her eyes across the interior, Yang then glanced at Amelie and asked, "You think they'll intervene once they catch us?"

"Doubt it. The last thing a Venom agent needs to do is get a lot of attention. They will usually eye and trail you down until there's a good opportunity." Amelie answered while eating quickly out of hunger and paranoia of the situation.

"Basically, look for individuals you recognize from awhile ago because they might be onto us." Wyvern explained while he was already almost done with his ramen bowl.

"Don't worry. I'm almost done." Yang said as she was already three quarters done with her plate.

Wyvern, at a complete loss for words, just looked at her and asked, "How the hell did you finish it that quickly?!"

Yang pouted. "Don't just call me out for that. What about her?" She said while pointing to Amelie, who was somehow finished with her entire meal and drinking her coffee quietly.

"You ladies have a terrifyingly huge appetite." Wyvern sighed. "To be fair, Amelie probably hasn't eaten for a while. But Yang, can you at least slow down?"

She let out a small whine and nudged his side. "Whatever."

Suddenly, Wyvern felt a chill down his spine as he immediately began to scan the area with his uncovered eye. He already knew someone was watching them as Amelie and Yang felt the same presence with their aura and sense. With that, Yang finished her food quickly without words as Wyvern stood up and headed to the counter where the cashier was to pay directly. Amelie stayed close to Yang to not only hide near a taller girl, but to make sure she was protected due to Venom agents and their unpredictability. It only took half a minute as Wyvern fully paid for their meal and led them outside the diner, still feeling a set of eyes on them.

Wyvern looked back at Yang and gave a small nod before whispering, "Lady in a gray hoodie. Ten o'clock."

Amelie heard this and glanced over to who he was talking about. There stood a woman who was clearly eyeing Wyvern, but not her. Which was odd, considering she was considered their target. "Something's off about her." She said.

Yang nodded. "I'll keep an eye on her."

"Don't stare too long, or she'll do something." Wyvern added while leading them to the opposite direction of the woman down the sidewalk. The area wasn't as busy, which helped, but also was a disadvantage by not making it easy to lose their tail.

The woman from the distance caught the glance of Yang's eyes and looked away before pursuing the three of them. Having dressed like a woman that works in an office, she easily blended into the crowd that did contain office workers, which was able to make Yang lose track of her for several seconds. This only made them to begin picking up the pace as she could pop up in any direction at any moment.

Wyvern looked back at Yang and asked, "You see her?"

She shook her head and continued to scan. "Lost her. But she's clearly trying to get off our sights."

Amelie sighed and gripped one of her war fans under her coat. "Shouldn't we split up? It's too dangerous for the both of you to be involved in th-"

"No. I'm not going to take that risk. Just stay close." Wyvern declined the idea. "Amelie, stay between us."

"Whatever you say." She said with not much confidence to the plan but remained sticking to it.

As a few minutes passed walking down the sidewalk while watching over for that woman and other potential suspicious individuals, Wyvern turned towards one of the alleyways to try and move over to another street. It was a narrow and empty alleyway as the only ways through was from their street to the others, with all the side doors shut locked and a few trash bins. Wyvern kept his hand on one of his swords while Yang clenched her fists, both who were expecting either one of the doors to open, or an attack from above. But it was neither of those that happened.

Instead, that same woman that was eyeing them was at the end of their exit into the other street, as if she knew what they were doing. Due to them being three quarters down the alleyway, it was already too late to make a run for it while Wyvern went into a defensive stance and drawn his swords. Both of them. Yang looked back to see if they were surrounded. Fortunately, they weren't.

"For God's sake…I knew something was off…" Yang growled.

Amelie gritted her teeth and took out her war fan and was about to toss it before the woman raised her hand towards them. "What is she up to?"

The woman walked slowly towards Wyvern without drawing anything. No firearms or any close combat weaponry.

"Who are you? And what do you want?" Wyvern asked.

She remained silent as she turned her head around to check behind her back. Her fox ears perked up as if she heard something the three of them couldn't. Then, her hand motioned to them to run down the other side where they came from.

"What? What's going on?" Yang asked, puzzled.

Amelie's ears then perked up as she peeked down the alley exit behind the mysterious woman. She looked at the woman in the eye, who was looking to her side and shook her head as a sign there was danger coming. "Venom Agents. Coming up near our alley now."

"Is she one of them?" Wyvern asked while still prepared for combat any second. Expecting it from this woman.

"No. She's warning us to run back to the street we were on. Now."

Wyvern's aura and gut feeling felt danger imminent and took the risk. But allowed Amelie and Yang to run first. Then, he followed while the woman did too, continuously waving her hand forward as a sign to run faster. Considering she wasn't attacking and signaling their location to the agents, he sheathed his swords and focused on catching up to the two girls.

Yang looked both ways outside the exit of the alley as she gave a thumbs up, signaling its clear. "Where to now?"

The woman stepped out of the alley and to the sidewalk. She looked back to see two people at the other end of the alley they were in, assumed to be Venom agents. She swiftly hid herself from being seen as the three others followed her example. Without saying a word, she signaled them to follow her.

Reluctantly, Yang looked over at Wyvern and Amelie and asked, "You think we should trust her?"

"Considering she warned us about the nearby agents and she's clearly avoiding them too, maybe." Wyvern answered. "Still, there's probably something in it for her."

Amelie nodded in agreement. "For now, we follow her and keep an eye out for anything fishy up her sleeve."

All three of them caught up with the woman as she was keeping an eye on them, but also in her surroundings too. Amelie remained in the middle of Wyvern and Yang while they followed. But the more they proceeded down the sidewalk, the less density of people became noticeable to get them spotted easily. And they could feel a set of eyes looking at their every move.

"Eyes peeled." Wyvern said while scanning the area.

The woman made a few steps towards another alleyway and looked back to give a sign for them to head through it. It was a dead end, except for two doors with the left one closer to the sidewalk, and the other to the right being further down. She led them to the second one as she opened it as if she was aware it was unlocked.

Yang looked up at her and raised an eyebrow. "Is it safe here?"

She nodded and waved her hand to signal them to head inside. Giving one last peek towards the street, she was on high alert as she waved her hand faster.

Without anymore questions, Wyvern let Amelie and Yang inside while he was the last one in. Before he closed the door, he looked at the mysterious woman to say one last thing. "Hey, ma'am." He called out as she turned back at him. "Thank you."

The woman glanced away as if she was avoiding eye contact with him. However, she gave a small nod before running back to the crowd to disappear from his sight.

As Wyvern closed and locked the door, Yang looked over at Amelie, puzzled. "I know she just helped us. But…is she one of them? A face you recognize?"

Amelie shook her head. "Not really. But I doubt she was one of them."

"Well, what's odd is she knew what was up and led us to safety, knowing the White Fang was here too." Wyvern said while walking down the hallway with the backdoor behind him. "What is this place?"

"Oh! There you three are!" A woman called out as she came out in a red jumpsuit that was stained with grease as if she was finished working on something. Appearance wise, she was an abnormally tall woman with blue hair with red highlights and pale red eyes. Judging by her smile and her setting down a large wrench, she seemed friendly enough to keep all three of them disarmed. "Welcome to Wolfpack Motors. The White Fang shouldn't find you in here so easily." She bowed welcomingly.

Wyvern showed some respect back by bowing with Yang and Amelie doing the same. "Wolfpack Motors. Why here?"

"My name is Sappho. This is one of my mechanical shops around the Drahën Empire." She continued herself after the bow.

Amelie cautiously scanned her and the area around them before asking, "And who was that woman that led us here?"

"Woman?" She looked at them, puzzledly. "You guys didn't get here by yourselves?"

"No. This woman from the streets led us here to avoid the White Fang agents in the city." Yang told her.

"Was she Drahënese military?"

Amelie shook her head. "Doubt it. She wasn't wearing any military uniform unless she was off duty. But…something felt off about her…"

Yang looked back at Wyvern and asked, "You think she's from the armed forces and was notified by Schnell or something?"

"Maybe?" Wyvern replied with an unconvinced answer. "The nearest military installation from where we were is pretty far. Plus, Schnell doesn't know too much trusted personnel in the capital, compared to ones in the Aisuha Prefecture, where her father governs."

"Huh." Yang shrugged as she didn't have an answer herself, since she's new around here. "By the way, how do you know about what's going on?" She asked while turning over to Sappho."

"Schnell messaged me about the extraction mission you two are on. If your ride out was unavailable, I would've been your backup plan so you can escape the capital and find a new extraction point." Sappho said while waving her scroll/phone. "Due to the bad weather, looks like you three arrived at the right place."

Wyvern looked at his scroll/phone briefly and indeed saw a text from Schnell talking about Sappho. But he was unable to read it earlier due to their efforts to try and avoid Venom agents. Still, this doesn't explain why that woman helped them earlier. But given the situation they're in, they had to focus on their escape. "Well, if that woman led us to a trap and is notifying other agents on where we're holding out, we gotta hurry."

Sappho nodded and gave a rather relaxed smile. "Yeah, don't worry. I'm more than prepared for situations like this. Especially working closely with the Gozens." She said. "So, what's your getaway vehicle?"

"Do you have any cars with tinted windows or something…?" Yang asked.

"Uhhh…yes. But that's not a good option due to the traffic in the capital. Plus, the more concealed the vehicle is, the more suspicious. And since these are Venom agents you're dealing with, you're practically giving yourself away to them." Sappho said, revealing she has some experience with this.

Catching an idea, Wyvern snapped his fingers and looked at Yang. "A motorcycle! You drive a bike, right?"

She furrowed her eyebrows and smiled widely at the idea. "I do!"

"Ah hah~! Here at Wolfpack Motors, motorcycles is usually what we're most famous for!" Sappho smirked while looking over at Yang.

Yang let out a small chuckle and bit her lip. "Yeah, I don't have the money to pay for another bike."

"Who said you'll pay? Don't worry. Under these circumstances, no charge." She winked.

"Whaaaat~?!" Yang's mouth was agape as she looked down the hall to see some bikes on display inside the shop. "Any bike?!"

"Anything to get the three of you out of here safely. I recommend something fast, slim, agile, and able to hold three people in the back." Sappho said while leading them down the hall and pointing to the direction of the most expensive bikes.

"You sure you're okay handing it to us for free? I'm able to compensate for it." Wyvern said, feeling bad for not paying for it, even with his position.

"I insist. It's not like this business is struggling or anything."

Amelie cleared her throat and pointed out the window. "Well, you better tell Yang to pick fast before they spot us inside." She said while moving behind the counter.

Outside, there were a few suspicious individuals either leaning against the wall while scanning their surroundings, or walking around slowly as if they were thoroughly searching the area. Some of the same people that were scanning the area went inside each building by building while reporting to the ones against the wall. One thing in common with all of these people were that they were faunus. And they were clothing that seemed easy to conceal weapons. It could be assumed they were White Fang agents as even Amelie could see through their disguises with their tactics and movements.

Now, they were approaching their building block, and it was only a matter of time before they reached and surround them.

"Knowing who you are, do you by chance sell military hardware in this specific shop?" Wyvern asked the motorcycle shop keeper.

The mechanic's smile curled into a smirk and nodded. "For you, all you had to do was ask."

"How do you have authorization to sell Drahënese military hardware…?" Amelie asked suspiciously.

"That's classified." Sappho said while her finger was in front of her lips.

"Classified as what…?" Yang asked, intrigued.

"Classified as something you shouldn't know." She chuckled at her attempts to make her spill that information. Pushing that aside, she waved them over to the left side of the shop, where she pressed a button to reveal a secret trapdoor that led to a flight of stairs underground. "Don't be shy."

Wyvern allowed Yang and Amelie to go in first while he made sure the agents or anybody suspicious outside didn't see them walk down the stairs. As soon as he went down, the trapdoor shut as Sappho was there, waiting with the other two. Before he could say anything, the light switch turned on as the room they were inside of was a massive underground lot filled with either exotic vehicles, or military grade hardware with some customized specs. Overall, it was a mechanic or military junkie's wet dream to be inside here. Which Yang was clearly being starry eyed about.

"HOLY….OH MY GOD!" Yang laughed hysterically and excitedly as she began to run around to take a look.

Amelie continued to scan the area and was just taken aback. Not expecting the bottom room to be this big. "Are all your shops like this…?"

"Pretty much." Sappho winked. "Favorite customers or those with a good position have access to this sort of thing."

"I'll say! Is…Is that a motorcycle with an autocannon?!" Yang asked while pointing at one of the custom bikes.

Sappho nodded. "It is. But it's civilian compliant. So…it has its limitations…"

"This thing is civilian compliant?! What kind of gun laws does the empire have…?" Yang asked speechlessly.

"It's…complicated." Was the only answer Wyvern gave to her.

Before she could ask even further, the sound of the door's opening jingle from upstairs was heard. Quickly, Sappho shut the trapdoor and looked at her scroll/phone to check on who was entering the shop. She bit her lip as it was the same group of suspicious faunus Amelie spotted from outside. She showed the footage to the three of them and shook her head before hushing them quietly.

"Hello?" A voice called from above. "Is this place open?"

"I'll be right with you! Just trying to clean up some oil spills in the back workshop!" Sappho replied over the camera and intercom.

"Alright. We just wanted to ask some questions when you're done." The voice replied.

"Got it, boss. In a minute." She said with the best energetic tone she could do to avoid suspicion. Upon hanging up, Sappho turned to Wyvern and gave a nod while her finger pointed across the room. She was pointing at a ramp that led upstairs to a large metallic garage door. "That's your way out. Have Yang grab a bike for the three of you and get the hell out of here while I distract them. All bikes in here have their keys in the ignition."

Yang hastily began to scan across the section nearest to the garage ramp and door before spotting a bumblebee and amber yellow sports motorcycle. The configurations were unique as it seemed like it was made to handle as much damage as possible with the amount of shielding and coverage it had. But also sleeker for the entire vehicle to handle high speeds so airflow interference wouldn't be an issue. There were also some hidden ports around it and a HUD that seemed more advanced. Lastly, a seat extension was added to ensure they could all fit inside of it. Overall, on a technological scale, this seemed more state of the art than Vale's tech!

Sappho noticed her eyeing it and smirked. "Oh~! I forgot about that one~! Actually, take it. That baby will without a doubt get you out of this city in no time."

"Sounds good. Thank you." Yang eagerly ran to it while Amelie stayed close to make sure she was ready.

"I'll head upstairs to keep them busy while you get ready. Good luck, Wyvern." Sappho smiled and gave a bow to him.

Wyvern bowed back but also surprised her with a generous amount of Xens in cash. "A pleasure doing business with you."

She chuckled and insistently and gently pushed it away. "No, really. I said you don't have to pay me anything whatsoever."

"Take it as a tip for your services then." He winked while pushing it back to her.

Sappho sighed with a smile as she accepted the gift from the uncrowned Prince. Not only because he was insistent. But because they didn't have enough time to debate over it. She headed upstairs to meet up with the supposed agents for the White Fang. But she wasn't expecting things to go down peacefully as she showed herself while the agents reacted as if they recognized her. All due to her influence.

"Sappho Wolfgang?!" The lead faunus recognized as he pulled out a hidden blade from his coat. The others with him did the same with a different variety of weapons they held.

Sappho smirked and folded her arms. "I thought I smelled Ferals from inside my shop." She taunted, using a slang by the Drahënese towards White Fang terrorists. There were even no signs of fear in her eyes as if she didn't feel threatened with their weapons.

"If you're in this shop, then that means something important is happening here." One of them confirmed their suspicions and smirked. "Amelie. Where is she?"

"She's probably gone by now." Sappho shrugged.

"Don't even play this game, hermit." The leader growled and sniffed the air before nodding his head. "She's here."

"Well, if she is, you'd better hurry." She chuckled as she heard the sound of the motorcycle starting downstairs. Followed by the garage door opening. Then, the loud buzz and roar of it coming from inside to the outside. "Or not."

"What the-?! Damn it!" The leader realized the motorcycle that passed by indeed had Amelie onboard with Wyvern and Yang. Before he could intervene, Sappho tossed something in the air.

"Say cheese~!" Was the last thing Sappho said before they were blinded and deafened from what she threw.

On the street, Yang stayed focus on the road as she began to speed past traffic while dangerously and barely missing them by even a few inches! Behind her was Amelie, holding onto her tightly for dear life as the speed limit and the careless driving was rather stressful for her to watch. In the back of the bike was Wyvern, who already had his sword and scabbard in his rifle mode while watching out for any danger ready to pursue them.

Yang cheered as she kept her handle twisted to speed up even further. "This thing is FAST! And handles nicely too!"

Amelie growled and looked up at her. "I know your crazy butt is having fun. But would it kill you to slow down?!"

"Hey, if we slow down, that'll make us easier to catch by the Venom Agents. So yeah, it would kill us!"

"She makes a sound argument, Amelie." Wyvern chuckled.

"Great. We either die by my former colleagues, or a vehicular accident because of your reckless driving…" She rolled her eyes.

Wyvern's phone suddenly began to ring as he picked it up, realizing it was the same phone number from the sign inside the shop they were in. It was clear who it was. "Sappho! You okay?!" He asked immediately.

"All good. Took care of the guys upstairs." Sappho replied as she let out a sigh of relief. "Be advised: They've already contacted other Venom Agents about your escape from the building. Expect company."

"Do they know what kind of bike we're o-"

Yang was suddenly interrupted as the sound of bullets whizzing and cracking was heard around them, which was an obvious sign they were under fire. She looked at her rear-view mirror as Wyvern looked back too, confirming they were being pursued by another biker holding a compact sub machinegun.

"They found you already?" Sappho asked as she heard it.

"Yup. They did." Wyvern said as he didn't fire back out of fear of putting civilians at risk of getting shot by him. "Yang, we need to get off these streets. You think you can find a route to the freeway?"

"Uhh…yeah! I'll figure it out!" Yang replied as she began to poke around the HUD while driving to find any guidance software to lead her to the freeway. As soon as she found the map, she pressed it and immediately saw a route she could take. "Hang on tight~!"

Amelie did just that and bit her lip. "Don't have to tell me twice!"

Executing a sharp turn while avoiding traffic and the incoming fire from their pursuer, Yang kept the gas twisted back as she was leaning and turning flawlessly with the bike as if she was already growing accustomed to it rather quickly. Not to mention her previous experiences of bike riding playing a role. It didn't take long as she made it to the ramp of the freeway and eagerly grinned as she now had more room to ride.

Wyvern aimed his scabbard at their tail and began to fire a few shot, but the Venom agent was able to strafe and avoid his shots. "You got the road?! I'll take care of these guys!"

"Sounds good!" Yang acknowledged as she then took the first exit to move into the freeway.

With the surroundings cleared enough, Wyvern began to fire at the agent enough to slow down while receiving some damage on his bike. The agent fired back blindly while adjusting his aim slowly again, but Yang sped up further while dodging left in time to avoid the hailstorm. Now in the freeway itself, Wyvern aimed for the front tires and made a direct hit that resulted in the agent to lose control and harshly falling and crashing into the pavement.

"That's one down." Wyvern said as he was sure there would be more. And he was correct as a van with two cars and three motorcycles arrived from another entrance to the freeway. "…And probably a dozen more to go!"

"Try to keep them suppressed! I got an idea!" Yang said while the bike began to pick up even more speed than usual.

"I don't like where this is going…" Amelie commented while hanging on Yang tightly.

Expecting something crazy, they were correct. Yang lifted the front of the bike to execute a wheely while turning towards the freeway's barriers. She hit it, resulting the bike to bounce and push up towards the oncoming traffic side.

"Yang! Wrong side of the road!" Wyvern shouted.

"I know! That's the idea!" Yang laughed while swiftly evading other incoming motor vehicles.

Looking back using the rearview mirrors, Wyvern saw that the agents manning the motorcycles were now in pursuit in the same lane. "They're behind us!" He said while turning around to open fire while watching his shots from hitting civilian vehicles.

"Remember your plan! I got the driving; you take care of those fanatics!" She reminded before spotting an empty car hauler in the distance, which was clearly something she couldn't resist. "We're heading back to the other side! Just take care of those bikes!

Amelie saw the hauler and bit her lip. "I know what you're going to do, and that's illegal!"

"I'm pretty sure the things we're doing now is already illegal." Wyvern said while sending more shots to the bikers, already downing two out of three of them.

"Plus, you're the last person I want to hear about what's legal or not, Ame." Yang chuckled.

"Tch."

With that aside, Yang proceeded to speed up towards the ramp of the hauler Wyvern finally took care of the last pursuer as the bike and its rider lost control of the front wheel and sent flying. As soon as he gave the sign to Yang, she hit the ramp and quickly twisted the front right to leap and move towards the correct lane midair. It was successful as she landed smoothly with the White Fang trucks further down the lane.

"Nice work!" Wyvern whistled.

"Thanks. But where the hell do we go now?" She asked while picking up speed.

"Just keep driving. If they keep chasing and causing this much chaos, it'll get the attention of the authorities."

"And if WE get in trouble too?" Yang asked, reluctantly.

"Don't worry. Let me do the talking. Plus, Sappho can vouch for us."

"What can one business owner do?" Amelie asked.

"You'll see."

*Swoosh!*…*BOOM!*

"What the hell was that?!" Yang gasped as she evaded a fireball and cloud of smoke from their front.

Wyvern turned back to see one of the vans had an agent leaning out the passenger window with a rocket launcher, loading in another shot. "Rockets in the freeway?! The hell is wrong with these guys?!"

"We're riding on a bike that has autocannons that are "civilian compliant". You're the last person I want to hear that from!" Amelie pointed out.

"Damn it. And it's not just that." He mumbled. "More bikers! There's a lot of them!" Wyvern shouted as the presence of bikers began to increase and approach closer to them. There were estimated to be around ten of them, showing even more agents formed up during their hot pursuit. They were equipped with both firearms and melee weapons just in case they were able to reach them closely.

Amelie growled. "Shouldn't this thing go any faster?!"

Yang gave a dry smile and said, "With this bike carrying three people and having all this ammo still in reserves, we are pretty weighed down."

"Well, get off then. You're weighing us down." Wyvern joked.

"SHUT UP!" She growled. "You think you can still take those bikers down for us, wise guy?"

"Probably not going to be enough until they catch up and overrun us." Wyvern replied as he was loading his already running dry ammunition, unprepared for facing this much opposition.

"I can swerve across traffic to try and lose 'em, but that'll only buy us some time."

"Alright then. Plan B!"

Yang looked back and gave him a concerned look. "Do we even have a Plan B…?!"

"We improvise!"

"That's not even a proper plan, dumbass!" Amelie groaned.

Wyvern began to scan his surroundings and looked over at the streetlights in the center of the freeway, passing by their bike. "Yang, shoot at one of the furthest streetlights with the autocannon."

"Sweet! I was meaning to give them a try!" Yang grinned as she excitedly activated the weaponry features but made sure to discipline herself due to the civilians nearby. "Ready?"

"Do it!"

Yang fired a few shots at a single streetlight further from them, which were direct. Impressive enough due to the distance, moving around in a bike, and precision to avoid collateral damage.

"I am so sorry, taxpayers…" Wyvern mumbled to himself before they reached the damage pole, with him swiping his sword to finish chopping the streetlight down. It was successful as the streetlight managed to block the path where traffic halted the advancing Venom agents. Some of the motorbikes attempted to bypass the pole, but most failed and crashed. For the rest, there was only three more that were still in pursuit. "That's most of them out of commission. But we still got a few."

"Hang on…" Yang looked up ahead and saw an overpass. "Improvise, huh? I got an idea! Hang on tight!"

And just like that, Yang pressed a button on the head-up display the moment she had the bike bounce of the exit divider in midair. The wheels of the bike hit the side walls of the overpass as they were now riding sideways. Wyvern took this chance to lighten up what was behind them and sent shots to the bikers below as they fired back. But Wyvern's marksmanship was significantly better than theirs as all the bikers took a direct hit, or loss control of their vehicles. The same could be said for the vans behind them, with the agent wielding the rocket getting shot and accidentally shooting the street below and wrecking his own ride.

With the successful strafe, Yang saw another road of the interchange approaching from below and deactivated the ability she used on her bike. She cheered the moment her wheels hit the pavement.

"Nicely done!" Wyvern gave a thumbs up.

"How did you do that?" Amelie asked while panting.

"I saw "Antigravity Mode" on the systems while looking up the autocannons." Yang winked as she proudly gave a thumbs up back to Wyvern.

"Eyes on the road!" Amelie exclaimed.

Yang turned around front to see the freeway was completely empty. "I don't see any cars."

"That's because it isn't a car!"

Suddenly, an unmarked Bullhead gunship ascended from the bottom of the freeway and began to fire its machine guns at the three of them. Yang took quick work of this as she dodged the strafe by shifting left. Amelie continued to hang on as she had no effective weapons to take that aircraft down. But Wyvern decided to take a few shots while conversing ammo to try and damage it in some way.

"Since when could they fly here?!" Yang asked in disbelief.

"We can figure that out later. Just hope law enforcement or some other unit is on their way." Wyvern said while taking shots at the bird, which wasn't as effective due to the armor it was plated with. "Yang? Got anything to put a dent on that bird?"

"I'll try my autocannons, but we gotta make that thing line up from the front." She said while decreasing the speed of her bike to make the Bullhead overshot ahead, which was successful. While it was facing away, she fired a generous amount of shots at it, which caused minor damage. But not enough. She cycled through the weapons and came across an interesting choice: Radar-guided missiles. "Oh-hohoho~!"

"What?" Amelie asked.

"Bird's out of the cage!" Yang shouted as she launched a footlong sized missile from the internal bay at the front end of the bike.

The missile tracked the Bullhead, where it dropped some flares and took evasive action. However, flares are almost useless to countermeasure against radar-guided missiles. It seemed as if the pilot mistaken it for a heat-seeker. Nonetheless, it hit the aircraft and sent out a much greater explosion compared to the size of the missile itself; having a major effect on damaging it as one of its engines were smoking before spitting out fire.

"You got it!...oh…BRAKE!" Wyvern shouted as the Bullhead crashed onto the front of their way in the freeway.

Yang harshly gripped the brake handle while tilting the bike sideways to try and stop its momentum. But failed as pieces of debris started to fly off and bump onto the bike and launch all three of them off. Amelie took the roughest landing as she ended up having her left shoulder and hit the concrete barriers to divide the lanes. Wyvern also took a beating as some large chunks of debris hit him until he hit the pavement. Ironically, Yang had a much less painful landing as she used her Ember Celicas to correct her course, even if it was risky. But she ended up landing on her feet after rolling forward to absorb the shock.

Amelie groaned as she was clearly in pain with her body trembling. Still on her hands and knees, she then collapsed.

"Damn it…!" Wyvern groaned as he was clearly in pain too. But he looked at Yang and pointed over to Amelie. "Check on her! I'll be fine!"

"You sure?"

"I can still stand. That's good enough for me." Wyvern replied as he turned over to the crashed Bullhead in front of them.

The Bullhead lost both of its wings as scraps of metal and pieces of glass were all over the pavement with some fire and smoke still rising. One of the pilots can be seen from the glass canopy, but he/she was clearly killed on impact due to the lack of movement. As for the side door, that was the only part of the aircraft that started moving, as if someone was trying to open it.

And it did. A masked man with a sword looked through the small opening and made eye contact with Wyvern. It was none other than…

"Wyvern…!" Adam growled angrily and shoved the panel piece off of him.

"Crap. Not you again." Wyvern sighed.

"You know him?" Yang turned over to Wyvern.

"Yeah. He's my ex-boyfriend." He joked.

"NO, I AM NOT!" Adam roared as he threw the piece at Wyvern, which he quickly dodged in time.

"Let's just say he's more of a nuisance than an actual threat whenever the Empire encounters the White Fang. Based on experience." Wyvern answered seriously while he went into a defensive stance.

"If you think Mister Taurus is a nuisance, then what does that make me, Wyvern?" A voice asked in the rubble before a muscular figure emerged from the wreckage almost without a scratch on him.

It was someone Wyvern recognized. Yang too.

"Eric?" Wyvern raised an eyebrow and sighed. "That's not your real name, isn't it?"

The man shook his head and chuckled. "Not at all." He answered. "Quite a good name, isn't it though? Was going to name my adopted son that name before."

"That's irrelevant. You're with the White Fang hunting down Amelie this whole time, aren't you?"

"Associated, is more like it. But yes. Amelie has already proven to be worthless for their cause and I intended to finish the mission I am tasked to do." Ahriman twirled his sword around to warm up his handling.

Adam twirled his blade too and looked over at Wyvern. "Big Bear. Deal with the blonde girl. Wyvern is mine."

"Are you sure you two aren't-"

"I said, NO WE"RE NOT!"

"I'm kidding." Ahriman chuckled before he leaped towards Yang to deliver a side slash from his sword, but missed as she was able to dodge backwards. "A pleasure to meet you again." He said before once again sending another slash, this time vertically.

"Ain't no terrorist taking down Wyvern." Yang countered by blasting a shell to deflect his sword.

"It's much easier to say that when you don't know him too much." Ahriman said before he blocked a second blast from her and strafe to one side at a distance.

"Yeah? Same goes to you if you don't either. I think the Prince of an Empire can handle himself."

"No empire lasts forever." Ahriman growled.

Yang shook her head and smirked. "So do ideas like yours."

"If you think my ideas are under the influence of the White Fang, you're mistaken."

Back to Wyvern and Adam, the latter remained on the offensive as Wyvern was flawlessly blocking each of his sword attacks. Adam remained unchained, which was easy for Wyvern to exploit by taking advantage of his anger and energy being used to tire him out at the right time. As soon as Adam's speed was beginning to noticeably decrease, Wyvern parried his sword with his dual-blades and swooped a kick to knock him off his feet, then used an elbow blow to forcefully smash him down to the pavement.

"Relying on aggression isn't going to make you win, Taurus." Wyvern said after leaping backwards to distance himself away before a possible counter.

"Seems the same could be said towards your friend."

With that, Yang was seen getting sent back to towards the streetlight, which cause it to bend as a sign of how powerful of a force she encountered. Ahriman cracked his knuckles as he only dealt with a few punches and blows that seemed like he was unfazed.

"Get up, blondie. I've been doing this much longer than you have made your first breath." He taunted.

Yang growled and loaded another bandolier of shells into her gauntlets. "Then how about I send you to an early retirement!"

Expecting a direct hit, or a dodge where she could easily counter, none of that happened. In fact, Ahriman just lowered his blade and used his left hand to punch her right gauntlet. Then she was sent back harshly with her shotgun going off. A punch like that proves that he was strong enough to be able to absorb the punch and blast while still standing in place and making the deliverer suffer the reaction. However, Ahriman's left hand and arm still received some pellet damage as some blood oozed and drizzled out moderately. But he didn't seem to bother as he was approaching the stunned blonde.

"What the hell…?" Yang groaned as she looked at her right hand, where her gauntlet suffered considerable damage and her hand in general was shaking due to the trauma.

Before she could intervene in his advance, Ahriman dashed towards her where she was able to send one shot with her left gauntlet. But he saw this coming and deflected her Ember Celica away in time and sent another swipe where her left jaw got a scratch from his blade. Lastly, he grabbed her by the neck and slammed her to the ground.

"Warriors don't retire, young lady." Ahriman said before tossing her at the concrete divider. "But I can ensure they will. Permanently."

"It's going to take a lot more hits than that!" She roared and sent a barrage of punches at Ahriman, where he did receive some hits that were able to stagger him. Every punch, kick, headbutt, all at full power from the heated blonde whose eyes were already red of intensity.

Ahriman was then forcefully sent back a few feet, but was able to land properly, standing. "You got fire in you, kid. No pun intended." He chuckled and pulled out a lantern from under his cape. "But can it burn hotter than mine?" He asked before the light inside the lantern began to glow brightly while the surrounding light began to swarm around his body. Then, an ethereal pair of wings that mimicked a zhulong appeared behind his back.

Yang stared in shock at what she was looking at and asked, "Are you….a…?"

"Zhulong? Hardly." He shook his head, revealing he was aware of their existence. "More like…gifted."

There was no further explanation as Ahriman just dashed towards Yang and began to counter every defensive moves and punches she was delivering, only for Ahriman to outmatch her with his speed and power coming from the mysterious lantern. Unable to keep up, Yang tried to endure every impactful hit, but was unable to take the final one as she was sent back to the concrete barrier again from Ahriman's bashing with his shoulders and ethereal wings.

With one final move to neutralize Yang, Ahriman dashed once again with his blade towards her. But it was all cut off when another blade clashed against his to block his progress, and another to slice off both the wings on his back to immobilize him. Ahriman roared in pain as the wings dematerialized into particles and moved back into the lantern he used. Once again, he was kicked back forcefully at a distance to see who was responsible.

"Wyvern. It's rude to intrude a fair fight." Ahriman shook his head disappointingly.

Adam, still fighting the young, uncrowned prince, leaped to Wyvern with his sword where it was easily deflected with a free sword he used to stop Ahriman's progress. "Don't you dare turn your back on our fight!"

"I never left it." Wyvern glared and dislocated his sword to send a headbutt to Adam's head, which was hard enough to even slightly crack his White Fang mask. Lastly, he sent a kick strong enough to send him back and hit Ahriman, who was unfazed from the hit and still remained standing while Adam was still on the ground. "If my friend is out of the fight, go on an try me."

"Two against one doesn't seem fair." Adam taunted.

"For you two, that is." He said while stepping in front of Yang in a defensive stance as if he was trying to protect her.

Yang bit her lip and tried to get on her feet. "Wyvern, hold on. I can still help…!" She said, but her body caved into the pain as she collapsed.

"Not in that state. Just hang in there." Wyvern declined her offer and stepped closer towards his two opponents.

Without any sign of hesitation, Adam accepted these odds and dashed towards him with his blade ready for a swing. Ahriman followed a second after as he kept his lantern revealed where the light particles began to materialize on his chest and arms as if they were elemental armor. Wyvern leapt forwards and went into a defensive stance where he was able to block Adam's swing, parry, and used the same weapon to deflect Ahriman's sword. He forcefully kicked Adam in the stomach to immobilize him and used his lightning breath in order to lay an effect on Ahriman's supposed elemental protection. And it worked.

Ahriman growled in pain as the light particles once again flickered and broke apart, heading back inside his lantern. The amount of power Wyvern had from his zhulong abilities was much stronger than he anticipated. "Interesting." He commented and lifted a large piece of fragment from the crashed Bullhead and tossed it over to Wyvern, where he sliced it in half and dodged his incoming slash as Ahriman used it as coverage. Lastly, he grabbed Ahriman by the arm and used whatever momentum he had to send him towards the wreckage.

Adam took this opportunity to try and get the jump on Wyvern while he was dealing with Ahriman. But as soon as he was just a few feet away, Wyvern easily saw him coming and slipped a kick before launching him off the ground and landing on a pile of rubble. "I've had enough!" He looked over at Yang and decided to use her as a distraction against Wyvern. He lifted and threw his sword at her.

"Bastard!" Wyvern growled and ran over to intercept it.

However, Adam's sword was deflected off target as a flying tessen war fan was responsible for redirecting it. The fan then returned to where it was tossed, which was Amelie who was now standing after recovering from the crash.

Holding both of her war fans, she went into a defensive position and smirked. "Always using the cheapest of moves, don't you, Taurus?"

"I don't have time to be criticized by a damned traitor of our noble cause!" Adam shouted and ran to grab his sword, only for Wyvern to deliver an impactful punch to Adam's masked face. Although he was able to grab his sword, the damage was so great, it shattered his mask and disorientated him the moment he hit the ground. "I'll have your head for this!" He said while covering half of his face with his hand, also shielding a wound with it.

"You don't have to play fair with me." Wyvern glared. "But I can't stand those who will use cowardly methods."

It was at this moment that Adam was finally reaching his breaking point, now dealing with Wyvern and Amelie. But then…

"Taurus. We're compromised." Ahriman said as he was on the radio while lifting himself off the rubble. "Law enforcement will be here in a few minutes with military police forces."

"DAMN IT! OF ALL TIMES?!" Adam roared in frustration as he huffed and contacted whatever agents were left. "All units. Withdraw. Regroup to your nearest rally point for extraction."

Another unmarked Bullhead suddenly arrived from the clouds and began to fire smoke rounds between them to cover Adam and Ahriman's extraction. However, Ahriman remained unaffected from the smoke as he looked at Wyvern and the other two with a small smile.

"It's unfortunate we had to encounter each other again in this circumstance." Ahriman shrugged and sheathed his sword away. "But, like the first one, I had fun."

Yang smirked and shook her head. "Don't expect me to go soft on you just because you had fun."

"I'll be praying for your improvements against me."

"Just why were you in the estate?" Wyvern asked.

"I may have kept my identity a secret. But I have spoken no lie upon stating my intentions inside the Dragconis Family home because I genuinely respected them." Ahriman said while hopping onboard the Bullhead. "Unfortunately for you, some secrets are mine, and mine alone."

"Then let me ask you this: Were you the man responsible for all that?"

"I have the answer. But to be convinced, you'll have to come find me." He said before turning his head to him with a small smile. "Or you can come with me."

"Not a damn chance." Wyvern declined easily while stepping back closer to Yang and Amelie.

Ahriman sighed and chuckled. "Always had to try, even if it's expected. Till we meet again. And tell Ozpin and the old birdy it was a pleasure to meet their new placement."

"How the hell do you know Ozpin? And who-…"

Before Wyvern could finish his question, the Bullhead carrying Adam and Ahriman immediately began to ascend for takeoff and boost towards the sky at a 45-degree angle for fast extract before they could be intercepted. As soon as the entire perimeter was cleared of any other danger, Wyvern turned his attention to Amelie and Yang, with the latter still seated near the barrier.

"Yang." Wyvern kneeled down to her and brushed her hair (carefully) away from her slash wound on her left jaw. "Are you okay?"

Not expecting to be touched and close to him like this, Yang jolted and looked away with a slight shade of pink on her cheeks. "A-All good! Green as can be!" She said, hiding her embarrassment.

"Not with this wound." Wyvern shook his head and took out an all-purpose cloth from his pocket to wipe off the blood, followed by a hand sanitizer spray which was enough to prevent any infections. Lastly, he kept his hand on the wound with the cloth. "Crazy bastard. I should've known it was him back in the Dragconis Palace…"

Yang was still blushing out of embarrassment due to him still touching her face likes this. "It's not your fault. We couldn't have known for sure."

"Still. Next time, I'll be sure to be more thorough to avoid something like that again." He said before standing up gave her his hand. "Can you stand?"

She nodded and grabbed it to pull herself up with his assistance. "Thanks, Wyvern."

"I should say "Thanks" to you too for accompanying me here. Without your crazy bike skills like that, it would've been harder to get Amelie out of here." He bowed his head.

"Okay, okay~! Don't make it too sappy~…" Yang grinned as she rubbed her neck sheepishly. But her expression changed to concern as she noticed Wyvern's left temple. "Wait, you're bleeding!"

Wyvern immediately gave his face a feel and noticed his wound with some blood on his fingers from it. "Just a scratch."

"Scratch? That's a serious laceration." Amelie rolled her eyes and gave her own handkerchief to him. "Come on. Take care of yourself too."

Before Yang or Amelie could treat Wyvern back, the loud sirens of police patrol cars were heard from the distance. In just a few seconds, the patrol vehicles were just a few feet from where they were as a few officers began to scan the entire perimeter for both potential leftovers of the White Fang, and hazards like live grenades munitions onboard the crashed Bullhead. One of the police officers, who was the driver of the lead vehicle, ran over to Wyvern without his weapon drawn. But with an individual first aid kit in his hand.

"Central Crown Police Department. We'll take it from here." The officer bowed to Wyvern as he looked over at his men securing the scene. "Sorry we're late. Bad weather really loves to put us down to do our jobs in time."

"No worries, Officer." Wyvern chuckled and respectfully bowed back. "We have a ride back to the palace. Mind if she lands here to pick us up?"

"Of course. Just let her know to watch the jet wash. We'll be collecting what we can around here for further investigations."

"And my bike too." Yang added as she glanced over to it, which only suffered minor damage.

The officer whistled at the bike and looked at Yang. "A Zhulong-Class motorbike? Goddamn. That's an expensive piece. Visited Sappho's shops, I assume?"

Yang nodded. "Yeah. Long story. You heard of her?"

He nodded. "Some of my boys work with her and the MPs. Lieutenant Colonel Sappho Wolfgang. She's a reservist in part of the Royal Drahënese Marines." The police officer explained the businesswoman's other position instead of owning Wolfpack Motors.

"A field officer?! That answers how she is able to have access to military hardware." Amelie said while looking over at Yang's new bike.

"For how she gets them? That's still a secret even I don't know. All I know is that those products are exclusive to military veterans, usually." Wyvern said.

"Well, you guys can come up with conclusions later. Looks like your ride is inbound." The officer pointed out an incoming military Bullhead, which was the same one they used to ride into the capital. The craft configurations, color scheme, and tail code were the most obvious. "Major Arnulf. Be advised: Crash site is still being thoroughly searched by the blues on the ground. Advise you land seventy meters away from the zero. How copy?" He said on his radio.

"Solid. Redirecting flight path. Landing west of the crash site." She replied over the frequency.

"How convenient." Yang chuckled as she was carefully lifted on her feet by Wyvern.

"Since she was still in the capital's airspace, we requested her assistance when things were starting to get hot. We just didn't know she was your ride too." The officer said and looked over at Wyvern, giving him a nudge. "The Major is quite the looker, isn't she?"

Wyvern chuckled sheepishly. "Yeah, I suppose." He looked away, meeting with Yang's eyes, where he could sense some tension coming out of it. "Something wrong?"

"No, no. Nothing." Yang sighed quietly while she averted her gaze away.

Whew. Sorry for the long chapter. I did what I could not to make the combat scenes drag for too long. Next chapter won't be overkill.

Also, special thanks to TheNexusEra for helping out with some of the dialogue on Ahriman, one of his original characters.
