Episode 461: Giratina and the Sky Warrior Part 3
Last time, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Wes, Rui, Michael, Yugi, Joey, Téa, Tristan, Mai, Bakura, Duke, Serenity, Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup made a stop to have a meal of pancakes when they found Shaymin, completely covered in dirt. They took Shaymin over to the Pokémon Center to be healed up, and they were taking Shaymin to the flower garden, and they encountered Vanitas. Before the fight could begin, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Wes, Rui, Michael, Pikachu, Angel, Piplup, and Shaymin into the Reverse World, where they saw Giratina. They were saved by Newton Graceland, a scientist who is researching the Reverse World. While in there, they learn about the affects that was happening in the Reverse World, caused by Palkia and Dialga during the Alamos Town incident. Newton leads them to a vortex for them to get out, but Giratina shows up, intending to capture Shaymin since it was angered over allowing Dialga to escape from the Reverse World to begin with. They managed to get out, leaving Newton behind. But that was only the beginning of what is to come.
After escaping the Reverse World, Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Wes, Rui, and Michael explained everything that happened while they were in the Reverse World.
"You're kidding. The Pokémon in the Reverse World is Giratina?" Yugi asked.
"Yeah, and you're lucky you didn't see it because you would have seen how dangerous it was," Dawn said.
"It was thanks to me that all of you made it out there in one piece," Shaymin said.
"You're kidding right?! It was you who got us dragged into this to begin with!" Lucas accused.
"Lucas, calm down," Rui said.
"How can I calm down with all this going on?! It was all Shaymin's fault we got dragged into this whole thing in the first place! It was all because of Shaymin we got sucked in and then we came close to getting killed! And for the record, it was that weirdo who got us out in one piece, not you!" Lucas said.
"Well, excuse me," Shaymin huffed.
"Is that all you have to say in your defense?! You're supposed to be the 'Gratitude' Pokémon, and you hadn't shown us one bit of gratitude ever since we met!" Lucas said.
"Lucas, cool it! Nobody's to blame for all this, not even Shaymin. There's no way it could have known this whole thing would happen," Sora said.
"Yeah, you should already be used to this sort of thing by now," Michael said.
"You guys are missing the point! The point is, the reason why Giratina has it in for Shaymin is because Dialga got away! And Giratina was already ticked off at Dialga and Palkia for having that fight in the first place! I just don't know what else can happen!" Lucas said. Just then, a bunch of Magnemite and Magneton circles around the entire group.
"You just had to say it, didn't you?" Dawn deadpanned. Just then, a Magnezone showed up as well. And joining in is Zero riding on a hovercraft.
"I'll just take that Shaymin off your hands," Zero said.
"Who's that joker?" Joey asked.
"You're asking us?" Kairi asked.
"Vee," Angel said.
"You must want to eat me, too!" Shaymin said.
"I don't think it's coming down to that," Wes said.
"Who are you and what do you want with Shaymin?" Kairi asked.
"And how do you know Shaymin?" Dawn asked, adding on with Kairi's question.
"I don't know him!" Shaymin said.
"You think he's a Pokémon Hunter?" Téa asked.
"He's gotta be if he has all three stages of Magnet Pokémon to circling around us," Mai said.
"A Pokémon Hunter? No, I'm far above that. Magnezone! Mirror Shot, now!" Zero ordered. Magnezone fired a Mirror Shot at them.
"Pikachu! Thunderbolt to block it!" Sora called out. Pikachu fired a Thunderbolt, blocking Magnezone's Mirror Shot, resulting in an explosion, causing a disarray among the Magnemite and Magneton. "Run!" Not needing to be told twice, the group began to run from the swarming Magnet Pokémon, though some of them did give chase to them.
"Piplup! Use Whirlpool!" Dawn ordered. Piplup unleashed his Whirlpool and sends it right at the Magnet Pokémon, making them swirl around. Zero just chuckled evilly.
"Can you just slow down just a little bit?" Shaymin asked.
"No, we can't! We gotta get away from those Magnemite and Magneton! And from that Magnezone, too!" Sora said.
"They're still coming!" Serenity said.
Searching for a way to escape, Sora spotted a train, knowing it was their way out of the pickle they're in.
"The train!" Sora said, pointing to the train.
"Let's make sure they don't know that," Wes said, taking out a smoke bomb and uses it to cloak their escape. While the smoke lingered around, the group boarded the train. Once the smoke has cleared, the Magnet Pokémon searches around for them. The train then started to move, but Magnezone looked at the train, knowing there was something off.
Inside the train, the group panted as they had successfully escaped from their pursuers.
"Man, I've my share of Magnemite and Magneton, but I've seen so many at once," Sora said.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
"Me neither. At least we've made to this train," Yugi said.
"I'm hungry," Shaymin said, pulling on Sora's ear.
"Ow! Then, don't eat my ear!" Sora said, rubbing his ear.
"I liked what we had earlier," Shaymin said.
"You mean those pancakes? We're out of those," Tristan said.
"But we have those poffins for you to eat," Kairi said, handing on to Shaymin. "Here." Shaymin happily ate the poffins.
"This is tasty," Shaymin said.
"Well, I'm glad you enjoyed yourself," Lucas hissed. SHaymin burped a huff of smoke into Lucas's face, making him cough. "You did that on purpose!"
"I certainly did not," Shaymin said.
"I'm going to sit down," Kairi said.
"Same here," Dawn said, heading in the aisle and sat down.
"Right behind you," Michael said, heading in as well. The rest of the group went in to sit, leaving Sora, Lucas, and Pikachu.
"I don't know how much I can take it. Ever since Shaymin came around, that little Pokémon has been pushing every one of my buttons," Lucas said.
"Take it easy, Lucas. The sooner we get to the flower garden, the better," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"I hope so," Lucas said.
Sora, Lucas, and Pikachu stepped in and they saw a young couple, three kids, and another woman in the same aisle, sitting down. The three kids consisted two boys and a girl. One boy wore glasses. The girl has a Teddiursa with them. The woman has a Smeargle and a Flaaffy with her.
"I used to hike in the mountains when I was a kid. And one time, I actually got to see the Shaymin flower barring," the young man said.
"Wow," Dawn said.
"That's amazing," Kairi said.
"Yeah, what a lucky guy! Hey, I bet that's why you got such a lovely wife," the other woman said. The young man blushed as she laughed.
"It's so cute!" The girl said.
"It's gonna bite!" The first boy said, scarring her.
"It's alright," the boy with the glasses said.
"I don't bite," Shaymin assured.
"Hey!" The girl said, peeved at the joke, but the first boy just chuckled.
"May I hold it?" The young woman asked.
"Sure," Kairi said, handing Shaymin over to her.
"There, there," the young woman said. Shaymin's flowers bloomed, feeling her warm touch. Eeryone was at awe at the sight.
Back in the Reverse World, Giratina moves about, sensing it.
"Giratina's moving again," Newton said. He and Shieldon followed Giratina, wanting to see where it's going.
Back in the real world, the young man shows a basket full of the same kind of flowers.
"Amazing! They're just like twins," the young woman said.
"Yeah," the young man agreed.
"What are those?" Dawn asked.
"They're Gracidea flowers, Dawn," the other woman answered.
"Gracidea flowers?' Dawn asked.
"I think I heard of these flowers before. I never actually seen any before," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"What do you know about them, Kairi?" Dawn asked.
"From what I heard about Gracidea flowers is when you wanna show someone your gratitude, you give that someone a bouquet of Gracidea flower. That's where Shaymin comes in," Kairi said.
"That's exactly right," the other woman said.
"But it's wonderful that I get to hold the real thing," the young woman said.
"You're grateful, right?" Shaymin asked.
"Yeah," the young woman said.
"You may wanna be careful with that one. It might blow up at any moment," Lucas said. They all gasped at the thought.
"I wouldn't do that with nice people," Shaymin said.
"Layla, Moose, Sylvan, Shun, Taka, and Kako are going back to their home town," Dawn said.
"It's my great-grandmother's one hundredth birthday. She took such good care of me when I was a little girl, so I figured I'd give her a bouquet of Gracidea flowers to show my gratitude," Layla said.
Shaymin sniffed the Garcedia and underwent a transformation, much to everyon'es awe. Now, it has a slender, canine-like appearance. The fur on its back becomes a mohawk, and it has a red flower petal on the left side of its neck, resembling a scarf or cape. It has flat, white ears resembling wings, a small tuft of fur on the front of its neck, and a stumpy tail.
"Whoa!" Everyone all exclaimed at once.
"What just happened?" Joey asked. Shaymin then flew around the train cart, much to everyone's amazement.
"Better look this up," Sora said, taking out his Rotom Phone for information.
Shaymin Sky Form, the Gratitude Pokémon
Type: Grass/Flying
Upon coming into contact with the Gracedia flower, Shaymin undergoes a transformation into a form known as Sky Form.
"That answers that," Sora said.
"A group of Shaymin gathers in a field of Gracedia flowers and flies off," Moose said.
"Cool!" Sora said.
"Do you know where a Gracedia garden is by any chance?" Rui asked.
"You see, we're actually looking for that," Yugi said.
"Excuse me, coming through! Follow me!" Sylvan said, leading the group. She showed them a map. "Alright, check out this map. Here's here we are right now. If you transfer into a bog over in the next station, the Gracedia garden should be around here." Sylvan points to different spots on the map. "You kids picked a good time because the flowers are ready to bloom." Shaymin flew in.
"You see, I have to go right away. My friends are all there. If I don't make it before the flower blooming, I'm going to be left behind," Shaymin said.
"That's why you're in a rush," Dawn said.
"Exactly," Shaymin nodded.
"Well, that makes getting there even more important," Sora said.
"Giratina was a problem, but I'm fine now! I can fly there anytime I want!" Shaymin said.
"I wanna see the flower barring, too!" Dawn said.
"So do I!" Lucas said.
"Hey, I thought you were mad at Shaymin, Lucas," Mai said.
"Well, that was before I knew Shaymin could do that. And I should have gotten used to it by now any anyway," Lucas said.
"You gotta admit, things are starting to look up," Téa said. Just then, the Magnet Pokémon stages came to the train.
"Not again!" Rui gasped.
"How did they find us?!" Wes exclaimed.
A couple of Magneton broke through the windows, alerting the other patrons.
"What do they want?!" Moose asked.
"They're here to capture Shaymin!" Dawn said.
"We hitched a ride on this train to get away from them!" Michael said.
"That jerk is probably close-by, too!" Joey said.
"No chance you're ever going to get me!" Shaymin flew toward the Magnet Pokémon to battle against them. The Magnemite and Magneton tried to hit Shaymin with Tackle, but Shaymin was too fast for them in its Sky Form. Shaymin fired an Energy Ball, blasting some of them out of the window. Lucas took out his Pokéball and opened it.
"Come out, Monferno!" Lucas called out. His Pokéball to battle against the Magnet Pokémon. "Okay, Monferno! Use Mach Punch!" Monferno lands a Mach Punch, sending one of the Magneton out along with a few Magnemite.
"How about we join in, too?" Kairi suggested.
"Not a bad idea! Pikachu! Iron Tail!" Sora ordered.
"Angel! You use Iron Tail as well!" Kairi ordered.
Pikachu and Angel lands an Iron Tail, sending some of them out. Shaymin flew up to Pikachu, Angel, and Monferno.
"Not bad," Shaymin said.
"It's nothing we can't handle." - Pikachu subtitle.
"We handled tougher opponents than them!" - Angel subtitle.
"Piplup! Bubble Beam!" Dawn ordered. Piplup fired a Bubble Beam, blowing some of the Magnemite and Magneton out the windows.
"Pikachu! Volt Tackle!" Sora ordered. Pikachu dashed at one of the Magneton and rammed into it.
"Monferno! Power-Up Punch!" Lucas ordered. Monferno lands a Power-Up Punch onto another Magneton.
"Piplup! Whirlpool!" Dawn ordered. Piplup unleashed a Whirlpool and sends some of the Magnemite and Magneton out. Pikachu and Angel fired Thunderbolt and Swift, blowing them out the windows. Pikachu, Angel, and Shaymin blew the remaining Magnet Pokémon out with Thunderbolt, Swift, and Energy Ball.
"That cleared them out," Sora said. Magnezone tried to force its way in the train. "Well, almost."
"We gotta get rid of that Magnezone, now!" Lucas said.
"Right!" Sora agreed.
"Monferno! Flamethrower!" Lucas ordered.
"Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Sora ordered.
"Piplup! Bubble Beam!" Dawn ordered.
"Angel! Swift!" Kairi ordered.
Pikachu, Angel, Monferno, and Piplup fired their chosen attacks as Shaymin fired another Energy Ball, hitting Magnezone, forcing it out.
"Now, that takes care of them," Sora said.
"That was awesome!" Shun said.
"You're really good," Taka said.
"Thanks," Lucas said.
After the train ride, they get a boat to make their way to their destination as a flock of Wingull overhead. Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Wes, Rui, Michael, Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, Mai, Bakura, Duke, Serenity, Pikachu, Angel, Piplup, and Shaymin got on the boat to set off for the Gardedia garden, after they said their goodbyes to Moose, Layla, Sylvan, Taka, Shun, and Kako.
"Thanks for the help, everyone!" Sora said.
"You're welcome!" Moose said.
"Just make sure you don't make any wrong turns," Sylvan said.
"No need to worry!" Dawn said.
"And that's when we worry the most," Rui said.
Meanwhile, Zero returns to the Megarig after the failed attempted capture of Shaymin.
"Welcome back, sir," Infi greeted.
"How is Giratina?" Zero asked.
"Giratina has surfaced just once," Infi reported.
"I knew it," Zero said, sitting down. He turns to face the computer screen. "Calculate where Giratina will surface next."
"Already in prigress," Infi said. She pinpointed to the next location. The Megarig sets its course to those coordinates.
Meanwhile, Count Ernesh steps out to his balony of his Sinnoh home. He sensed something in the air. Loki appeared right before the count.
"Loki, what is it?" Count Ernesh asked.
"Whatever it is, it's huge. It's been going on ever since Palkia and Dialga's little bout," Loki said.
"Yes, I am aware, Loki. The source of the disturbance had to be coming from the Sinnoh region; making it one of the reasons for coming here," Count Ernesh said.
"Apart from tracking down Kanako since she strayed from your light, Master?" Count Ernesh asked.
"Indeed. And I have summoned someone to look into this for me," Count Ernesh said.
"Who?" Loki asked.
"I already summoned her to my isde," Count Ernesh said as a hooded young woman approached.
"You summoned me, Master?" The hooded young woman asked.
"I did. There is some sort of disturbance. Have you felt it as well?" Count Ernesh asked.
"Yes, my Master," the hooded young woman answered.
"I need you to look into this at once. And then, report your findings to me," Count Ernesh said as she took off her hood. She is revealed to have a bald head and dark shadowings over eyes.
"I will, Master," the bald-headed young woman said. As she took her leave, Loki just grinned.
"Out of me and Rose, you send in Aaliyah Ventras," Loki said.
"She is a capable warrior. She will not fail," Count Ernesh said.
Back with the boat, they sail toward the Garcedia garden while Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup plays with Shaymin.
"Yugi, isn't this part of the scene?" Dawn asked.
"The fact is, a glacier wore away the mountain here and created the valley here a long time ago," Yugi said.
"A glacier?" Lucas asked.
"Uh-huh. From what I heard about it, ice has been warring away this mountain along before the ancient days of Hisui. And there is a glacier located deep in the flower garden," Yugi said.
"Wow, that's cold," Dawn shivered.
"Since there's a glacier there, then there should be loads of Ice-type Pokémon living there as well," Yugi said.
"Ill say it is! Look over there!" Michael said. They all saw a bunch of Spheal, Sealeo, and Walrein on the rocky terrain beside them. They started to swim along with the Finneon and Lumineon underneath. Shaymin then flew up high into the sky and then came back down next to the boat. Piplup gets an idea to fly along with Shaymin, so he jumped off of the boat when he suddenly remembered Piplup can't fly. He fell in the water. Piplup then started to swim along with the other aquatic Pokémon.
"How would you like to fly, too?" Sora asked his partner.
"Pika?" Pikachu asked.
"That's a great idea, Sora," Kairi said.
With that said, Sora has let out Staravia as Kairi has let out Staraptor. Pikachu rode on Staravia as Angel rode on Staraptor. Joey has let out his Charizard to allow Serenity's Pikachu, Marill, and Azumarill to fly on the Shiny Flame Pokémon's back. Yugi has let out his Raichu just so he could surf the air currents as Téa has let out her Dragonair to join in. Mai has let out her Noctowl, Altaria, and Vespiquen to join in the flight. Everyone laughed as they watched the Pokémon have so much fun. Piplup jumped out of the water, flapping his flippers only to fall back in the water. The boat goes by a waterfall, showing off a beautiful rainbow. Shaymin flew through the waterfall, splashing on Sora and Lucas.
"You're coming as well!" Shaymin said, pulling Sora by his hair.
"Ouch, ouch!" Sora yelped.
"Too heavy," Shaymin said as it flew off with the other flying Pokémon. They flew along with a flock of Swablu and Altaria who are migrating in the area.
"Shaymin is sure having fun out there," Dawn said.
"Just like the fun it'll have when we get to the flower garden," Serenity said.
"It won't be long until we get there anyway," Wes said.
"That means we won't have time to spend with Shaymin at all, right?" Lucas asked.
"That's what it means," Duke said.
"But we can make the most of the time we have left," Sora said.
"Sora's right. We can," Yugi said.
Up in the Megarig, Zero is watching a recording of Newton on the computer screen.
"As you can see, we finally succeeded in entering the Reverse World," Newton said, unaware of Giratina coming behind him.
"Watch out!" A familiar voice spoke. Newton turned around ducked his head when it came around. "Master!" The voice belonged to Zero, but he's five years younger in the recording. He ran up to Newton out of concern.
"Only Giratina can move freely in and out of this world!" Newton said.
"Then, let's grab that power for ourselves," Zero said on the screen.
"Right," Newton said.
Zero rewinds it right before Newton started talking.
"Soon, it will be all mine," Zero said. He looked at the screen again and it switches to Giratina surfacing again.
"Giratina has surfaced," Infi reported. Zero grinned.
Back to the boat, the group continued their cruise through the river Pokéballs as Dawn was feeding her Piplup some poffins. A little while alter, Bakura noticed the water swirling around.
"What's that?" Bakura asked. The group saw the swirling water and it opened to reveal another vortex.
"Oh, crap! Not again!" Sora exclaimed.
"Is that it?" Tristan asked.
"Yeah, it's the gateway into the Reverse World," Wes said.
"And that's not good!" Joey said.
"Let's get out of here!" Dawn said.
"You get no argument from me, Dawn!" Duke said.
"I'm not going anywhere!" Shaymin said.
"You sure? It doesn't look like you got a choice," Tristan said. And he was right, because the vortex started to pull them in the Reverse World, much to everyone's dismay. The flying Pokémon flew in after them. Zero and his army of Magnet Pokémon arrived to the vortex.
"That's the entrance into the Reverse World! Let's go!" Zero said, diving right in the vortex along with Magnezone and his army of Magnemite and Magneton. Every last one of them got in just before the vortex closed.
The group as they fell from the vortex and on the ledge. Joey almost fell off only for Mai to catch pull him by the shirt.
"That was close. For a minute there, I thought I was going to take the worse kind of fall ever," Joey said.
"I don't know what's down there, and I don't think I wanna know it," Sora said.
"Is this the Reverse World?" Yugi asked.
"It is. I didn't think we'd get pulled back in here again so soon after getting out the first time," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"When you said this place is weird, you weren't kidding," Téa said.
"Hey, look at those bubbles. It's showing the river," Serenity said, reaching out her hand, but Sora quickly stopped her.
"No, don't touch that!" Sora said, grabbing her hand. "If you pop that bubble, something will happen in the real world! Leave those bubble alone while you're in here!" Sora said.
"After what happened, we'll take your word for it," Bakura said. Giratina then comes for them.
"What's that?" Serenity asked.
"It's Giratina!" Rui gasped.
"And it's coming for Shaymin!" Michael said. Shaymin fired an Energy Ball at the Renegade Pokémon, getting its attention.
"Giratina, I'm challenging you!" Shaymin said. Shaymin fired an Energy Ball at Giratina again, but it vanished before it came and hits it.
"Giratina's using Shadow Sneak!" Yugi said.
"Help Shaymin!" Sora called out.
Pikachu and the other Pokémon complied as they flew to help Shaymin out. Marill and Azumarill fired Water Gun and Hydro Pump as Charizard unleashed a Dragon Pulse at Giratina, getting its attention. In the real world, the sun sets, so Shaymin fired another Energy Ball. Once the sun has completely set, Shaymin changes back to its Land Form, making it fall.
"Shaymin!" Kairi gasped. "Staraptor! Help Shaymin!" Staraptor obeyed her Trainer and caught Shaymin in her talons. Staraptor drops Shaymin in Kairi's arms. "Are you okay, Shaymin?"
"I guess I didn't wanna get eaten!" Shaymin said.
"What happened to all your strength?" Lucas asked.
"I'm not so good at night," Shaymin said.
"It seems Shaymin can only gain its Sky Form during the day," Wes said.
"Well, if we wanna see the next day, then let's get a move on before Giratina gets us!" Téa said.
Not needing to be told again, the group as fast as their feet can carry them, hoping to get away from Giratina. The Pokémon came beside them all as they were called back except for Pikachu, Angel, and Piplup, making them run beside their Trainers.
"Hello!" A familiar voice called out. They turned to see Newton and Shieldon who are standing upside down. "Sora, Kairi, Lucas, Dawn, Wes, Micheal, Rui, up here!"
"Newton!" Sora said.
"That's Newton?" Mai asked.
"Yeah, it is," Sora said.
They ran up to Newton, turning upside down as well.
"I never expected to see you again so soon. Of course, I wasn't expecting you to come back, but this way!" Newton said as they ran inside. Giratina couldn't get inside, due to its size. Zero is hovering above, watching the events as they passed.
"Home sweet home. I'm finally back. Such a beautiful, quiet, and unspoiled world...when no one can bother me. At last!" Zero said.
Just when Sora and his friends were getting closer to the flower garden, they get sucked into the Reverse World again, but this time, Yugi and his friends gets caught in the middle as well. And Zero is in there with them, just to make it worse. What else could happen inside the Reverse World and how will they find a way out? Find out as we continue on.
