Chapter 8
On a sunny Saturday, since he didn't have any school lessons to attend, Issei was spending the time in the city center by drinking a soda in a coffeehouse. Like at Kuoh Academy, he attracted the attention of countless women that looked at him, including the maid that blushed when he thanked her for his drink.
He was also in a good mood because he deprived Katase of her innocence when she invited him over to her house, ravishing her in the same way he did with Akeno. Being alone with him without her parents in the way made her so easy to prey on that he couldn't waste the occasion, obtaining a new lovely pet to control like that.
Ddraig continued to be happier to have him as his wielder, as his way of thinking along his outstanding growth in power were truly fantastic. Both of them didn't care about deities or similar beings, which was another thing he adored about his partner.
Said partner called for the maid, asking her if she could bring him some cookies too. "Sure, dear c-Fueeh?!", she exclaimed when he suddenly took her hand and kissed it.
"Thank you very much~.", he told her, smiling and making her blush deeper. That made her colleagues frown out of envy, wanting to serve him at her place.
'Heh, making girls lose their heads for me is funny both here and at school.', he thought, still grinning while seeing the maid smile happily. It was a waste that Rias' familiar wasn't present to stalk like at Kuoh Academy; bringing her desperate need for his attention to a higher level was hilarious.
He was aware that she wanted him to be part of her club because of his powers, but becoming a devil didn't interest him. As he had told the legendary dragon, he didn't want to have anyone to give him orders and he desired to stand above and dominate all his pets as he liked.
Anyways, once he received the cookies, he munched on them and made a happy expression, striking the maidens' hearts for how handsome he was. No matter where he went, he attracted the opposite sex in any case.
It was a waste that Tohru had to help their mom to buy some groceries, as taking her out for a date and playing with her body in a love hotel would have been awesome. Though, he knew that she was going to be at home in the evening, so he could make scream his name later.
With how much loyal she was to him, it was impossible that she would disobey him or betray his trust; she was eternally grateful to him for saving her and giving her a home and a family, so her love for him knew no limits. He was curious about meeting the other dragons she knew in her world, since she talked about them sometimes while cuddling in the bed.
He looked forward to meet the female ones especially because conquering the hearts of other dragon girls that would anything he ordered to sounded too exciting for the sadist he was. Preying on countless women was the best fun ever, after all.
The young Sekiryuutei continued to eat his cookies and drink his cola until he finished them, going to the counter to pay the bill and winking at the maids. That gesture striked their hearts for the umpteenth time, making them look forward to have him as customer again in the future.
"Haha! You're really a womanizer, partner.", told him Ddraig telepathically.
"Getting lots of girls to like me is my favorite hobby. Those two idiots get hated so much for being peeping toms, knowing nothing about true seduction.", he said with his eyes closed and smiling.
"The only other one that has success with women at school is that blonde devil boy. But I think you have surpassed him completely with how many hearts you stole."
"And trust me that I'm going to steal others more."
That confident sentence made the Heavenly Dragon chuckle in amusement, looking forward to see who could be the next victim of his wielder. Though, while walking across the street, the two of them suddenly perceived the presence of a devil in the distance, similar to the insect woman's one of some days ago.
Laughing darkly in his mind, the crimson eyes boy followed that aura by running, arriving to an abandoned building in a deserted area of the cry after some minutes. Using his improved physical abilities, he jumped to get past the metal fence and entered inside the old building. It didn't take too much for him to find an ugly man with half part of his body mutated into a bull's one and his face dirty of blood.
"Hahahaha, another human to eat!", exclaimed the monstrous man, laughing maniacally.
"What's with you guys becoming so ugly and eating people? You're all so pathetic.", said Issei, using a mocking tone and unfazed by his looks.
"Huh?! How dare you!"
The half bull devil tried to charge him in rage, only to get dodged and punched in the face by the Boosted Gear. That armored fist broke several of his teeth and made him spit blood before crashing against a wall.
"Aaargh! M-my teeth!"
"Oh, what's wrong? Are you sad that you can't use them again?", taunted him Issei with an evil grin. The monster was terrified in that moment, especially when the boy raised his left arm forward.
"N-no, do-"
"I don't care.", interrupted him the Red Dragon Emperor, shooting a ray of lightning from his hand. The high voltage of that shot made the devil scream in atrocious pain while Issei grinned sadistically before that, satisfied with how even his lightning magic was deadly thanks to the boost.
The body of the bull man got reduced in nothing but ashes after some seconds, so Issei deactivated his Sacred Gear and continued to smile. "Heh, using these freaks to test my powers is fantastic. Don't you agree, Ddraig?"
"Hahaha, you're right! I adored how you destroyed his teeth with that punch after dodging him, which shows how good you are in counterattacking. Good job, partner!", he replied, making Issei chuckle as well.
Since he didn't use too much power, Rias and her fellow devils wouldn't be able to understand that he was the mysterious murderer for the second time. It was like he made fun of them by acting like that, which was funny for him of course.
Satisfied with the result of the test, he left the old building and decided to go to the mall, wanting to take a look at some new casual clothes. Despite he didn't have his bike, his training increased not only his strength and his stamina but even his speed, as he walked towards the mall pretty fast.
Like earlier at the coffeehouse, his presence attracted the women's attention easily, causing them to blush upon gazing at him. Their looks weren't ignored by him, as he waved his hand to them and smiled to make them blush more and giggle.
If Tohru was with him, she would stare daggers at them for having the hots for him. She obviously knew that she had to listen to whatever he said, but since she loved him too much, she couldn't help but feel jealous of other women.
He saw it as proof of her genuine feelings for him, which meant that both her heart and her body belonged entirely to him. In fact, if another guy tried to make a move on her or another one of his pets, he wouldn't hesitate to make them suffer a lot or worse.
And while looking at some clothes for men, he noticed a black leather jacket that looked very nice and wore it in front of a mirror, liking how well it fitted him. Needless to say that the maidens in the shop adored how handsome he looked, imagining to be wall slammed by him so bad.
But while trying on that jacket, he suddenly perceived another devil's aura, a hundred or more times stronger than the bullman's one and inside the shop too. So he searched for the person that emitted that power and widened his eyes when he saw a young woman with black hair styled in twintails, pink ribbons and dark pink eyes, who wore a pink magical girl outfit.
'What the heck? Since when are there magical girls between devils? She's hot though.', he thought, sweatdropping at the sight. He wasn't only the one to grimace at seeing her, since her outfit along her magical shaft stood out way too much in the shop.
"She's not a common devil, partner. Her power is way superior than the redhead's one and Sona's one. I believe that she's a Satan in fact.", told him the legendary dragon seriously, causing him to widen his eyes.
One day, Ddraig described the various types of angels and devils that he came across before being sealed in fact, pointing out how Satan (or Maou) was the highest title that a devil could achieve. Though, the young sadist could hardly believe that the woman he was looking at was such a powerful being due to how she was dressed.
Looking at her dress more carefully, he suddenly recognized it as the same one of a character of an anime that he watched once with a childhood friend of his. And remembering that gave him a nice idea.
"Excuse me, are you the famous Milky?", he asked her, approaching her.
At hearing him, the pink eyes girl looked at him and her smile got brighter. "You know Magical Girl Milky Spiral Seven?!", she asked him excitedly with shiny eyes.
"I watched it often when I was a kid and your dress is way too familiar. It looks great on you too.", he replied, smiling gently and making other women blush.
"How wonderful! I'm glad I found a fellow fan and thank you very much hehe.", she said, blushing too.
"But why are you wearing that here? This isn't a cosplay shop."
"Oh, I needed it for my job and I didn't want to change. I did the right thing if I met you, handsome.", she told him, taking his hands in hers and still smiling.
'Is this really a Maou?', wondered Issei and Ddraig in unison, sweatdropping. But by seeing her enthusiasm, he came up with another idea.
"I must be lucky instead to meet such a cute magical girl. My name's Issei Hyoudou, miss..."
"I'm Serafall Sitri, Issei-tan! I may not look like it, but I'm older than you."
"So? You're beautiful anyways, Serafall-san. Do you mind taking something to drink together?", he asked her, keeping to smile.
"My, you're really a gentleman. I don't mind at all, but I will change my clothes for the occasion. Give me some seconds.", she replied, winking and going to the changing room immediately.
She got out of it rapidly, wearing a dark green blouse with a pink foulard, a blue skirt and elegant shoes that she took from some shelves. An outfit that looked noble in comparison to what she had before.
"Wow, you took some seconds indeed."
"Making a nice guy like you wait is impolite. Let's go, Issei-tan!", she exclaimed, clinging onto his arm too.
Nodding, they paid for his jacket and her clothes at the counter before leaving to go to a nearby café. Sitting in front of each other, they ordered a bubble tea for her and an iced cola for him.
"Are you always so energetic, Serafall-san?", he asked her, taking a sip of his drink.
"A magical girl should bring joy, so I like being always cheerful. The fact that you recognized my costume is a blessing because I'm a big fan of that anime.", was her answer, drinking her tea happily.
"I watched it only during my childhood, but I would never forget that cute dress. By the way, are you related to Sona Sitri? You have the same family name."
"You know my little sister?! So are you one of your classmates?"
"Sona-san is my senpai actually, but I often help her and the student council with some errands. I'm friends with all of them.", he said, keeping to grin.
"Oh, that's so kind of you! Sona-tan is very smart and works hard, so I'm glad that she has a kouhai like you."
"I'm happy instead that she has a caring and beautiful sister like you~.", he said, making her blush.
"You should stop praising me, Issei-tan. You make my heart flutter."
"I'm just saying the truth. Someone must be blind if he doesn't see your beauty."
The twintails girl giggled more and thanked him for the compliment, continuing to chat with him without never dropping her happy face. Finding out that she was Sona's sister made him chuckle darkly in his mind, as manipulating her and seducing her would come in handy while dealing with other being from the underworld.
He learned to hide perfectly the power of his Sacred Gear, so she surely couldn't perceive anything of it despite being a Satan. The two of them talked together until they finished their drinks, with him offering to pay her bubble tea.
Since she liked him for being kind to her sister, he wanted to exploit that to make her fall deeper for him. In fact, he suggested to go together to another shop in the mall that sold cosplay costumes, which made her eyes shine.
Once they got inside there, she didn't waste the occasion to try on some cosplays similar to her own while he praised her for how cute she looked with each one. "You should wear something too, Issei-tan!"
"Alright, I will go for this.", he said, taking a red and white prince costume and going to wear it. When he exited from the changing room, lots of maidens along Serafall blushed a storm for how gorgeous he looked.
'My sister has such an handsome kouhai! I may be older than him, but it seems he doesn't mind at all hehe.', she thought, telling him that he looked great.
"Thanks. If it's fine for you, I want to take a selfie together too."
"Sure thing!"
Taking his smartphone, they took a photo together, smiling while she clung on his arm and winked. Even if she wasn't very tall, her chest was pretty soft and he liked the sensation on his arm, wondering how her ass was.
Needless to say that Ddraig totally enjoyed how he was seducing her without any hesitation, adoring the complete lack of fear. Any other person would be worried or scared to deal with a powerful being like her, but not his wielder. Moreover, her personality didn't match her rank at all.
And while taking the selfie with her, the sadistic boy surprised her by holding her behind her back and gazing into her pink eyes with his scarlet ones. That bold move shocked her instantly like it did with other people inside the shop, with her heart skipping a beat.
"Sorry, I wanted to tease you a bit~. You're adorable when you blush~.", he told her, showing a toothy grin. That expression made her heart beat faster, not expecting that he was so brave. And so cool.
He even took a photo of them in that position, bringing her face to his chest and caressing her head. She liked that nice gesture of his, closing her eyes and giggling. Accepting to drink something with him was a great idea not only because she met one of her sister's kouhais, but also a gorgeous and nice guy.
'You like me more now, huh? I have no interest in your sibling, but you will be mine like the others instead.', he sadistically thought, maintaining his gentle smile. He made another victim and that was enough to make him chuckle maliciously in his mind.
The two of them tried on other costumes before leaving, with her buying the ones that she liked the most. When they exited, her phone suddenly made a notification sound and she pouted cutely while checking it.
"What's wrong?"
"I'm sorry, Issei-tan. It seems I have something important to do, so I have to leave. I wanted to spend more time with you mouu!"
"It's ok, I'm sure we will see each other if you visit my school. I want to meet you again~.", he told her, winking.
"Really? Oh my, you're too sweet! I will make sure to visit it one day, so look forward to it, Issei-tan~."
After saying that, she sent him a flying kiss and left while giggling and blushing. He watched her go and he agreed with Ddraig that her character was the complete opposite of the student council's president. Which it was cute in their opinion though.
Proud of how things went, the young man decided to go back to home to have lunch with his family, so he used he took a bus to reach his neighborhood faster. Once he got down from it, he walked towards his house and entered inside, not finding his parents and Tohru.
Guessing they were still out, he went to the bathroom to take a bath and to relax a little. Conquering the heart of such a high class devil was really amazing, but he didn't want to stop there; he wanted to manipulate and to more slaves, crushing all those that would oppose him with overwhelming strength.
That was why he trained a lot every time he could, ameliorating the use of his magic and learning more things about the Boosted Gear. And besides, he wasn't worried about the powerful beings he was going to meet in the future because fear was unknown to him.
Anyways, he kept enjoying his bath for some minutes before drying himself and wearing some casual clothes, chilling in the living room with his phone. When his maid, Miki and Gorou returned, Tohru blushed and enveloped him in a hug upon seeing him.
"Aww, you two are always so cute together. Don't you think too, Anata?"
"I totally agree. Our son found himself a fantastic girlfriend."
"You two are right. I adore this beauty too much.", he said instead, taking a kiss from Tohru's lips and making her moan. That move shocked both his parents, as they still had to get used to his incredible boldness.
On the other hand, the dragon maid was enthusiastic about it, reciprocating his kiss and hugging his neck. She would have liked to go on a date with him, but receiving his love like that was enough to make her overjoyed anyways.
With that much happiness, she helped Miki to prepare the lunch while Gorou and Issei dressed the table. The four of them sat all together when the food was ready and the Sekiryuutei let his girlfriend feed him sweetly to her joy, complimenting her and his mother for how tasty it was.
He was really in a good mood for meeting Serafall and stealing her heart, and since there would be school on the following day, he couldn't wait to have fun there as usual. And of course, he wanted to have lots of fun.
In the morning, he turned off the alarm clock that woke him and Tohru up. "You look great in lingerie~. But I love it more when you're naked~.", he told her, groping her chest and making her moan.
"I'm so h-happy to know it~. I can't help but fall deeper for you~.", she said, smiling and drooling.
Grinning, he wore his uniform while she wore her maid dress before they went downstairs to join their parents for breakfast. As usual, Miki gave him a good morning hug that made him sweatdrop, giggling when Tohru fed him sweetly.
Those nice moments spent with his family were something he always liked since childhood, which was why he would torture whoever dared to hurt his parents or flirt with his maid. And he knew various ways of torture that would make anyone despair and wish to die.
After finishing to eat, he greeted everyone before taking his bike to go to Kuoh Academy, waving his hand to some neighbors too. But it was at school that he attracted most of the attention, as various maidens blushed when he parked the bike.
"G-good morning, Issei.", suddenly told him someone, who revealed to be Momo.
"Hello, Momo-san. Why aren't you already in your class?"
"I wanted to accompany you to your classroom to thank you for helping us last time.", she answered, twiddling her fingers.
"Really? Heh, you're so lovely~.", he said, caressing her head. That gesture made her redder but also giggle, with other girls pouting or frowning our of jealousy.
"Ara ara, but I want to accompany you too, Issei-kun~.", said Akeno instead, who hugged his arm close to her chest and made the silver head gasp.
"Yo, Akeno. I'm glad to see you too."
"Excuse me, but he has already me to help him.", said Momo, glaring at her.
"So? I want to help my dear kouhai too~."
The two of them stared daggers at each other, with every other student seeing some sparks clashing against each other. As expected, Rias' bat was spying him again, so she greeted her teeth because she wanted to cling on him as well.
'Why is it always Akeno or another woman?!', she thought in complete jealousy. Since he didn't come to the ORC since a week and spent the time with Sona and her colleague, she feared that he wasn't going to be part of her club. Of course, she couldn't know that he had any intention of being part of it and that desperation of hers was what he wanted to happen.
Speaking of him, he stopped Akeno and Momo from arguing by patting their heads and suggesting to enter in the building together. That did its trick and they complied, not without holding on both his arms.
'I'm his favorite senpai, not you!', thought the two girls, competing for his affections. Seeing them fight over him was really a spectacle for him and it was a sign that they had eyes exclusively for him. It wasn't a case that he smirked mockingly when he noticed the envious looks of other guys, as making fun of them was always enjoyable.
Walking towards his class with his two senpais took some minutes, and once there, they greeted him happily before going to their own classrooms. His female classmates pouted before what they saw, especially Katase.
Though, she blushed a storm when he embraced her in his arms. "Good morning, Katase.", he told her, smiling.
"G-good morning, Issei. I'm happy to see you today too.", she said, closing her eyes and hugging him back.
"It's not fair! We want hugs too, Issei-kun!"
"Yes, please!", complained the other girls, getting around them to cling onto him.
"Issei, you bastard! First you arrive with Akeno-senpai and Momo-senpai and then you get all the girls' attention!", exclaimed an envious Motohama.
"As long as you keep being perverts, you won't get any girl to like you. That's your fault, not mine."
"He's totally right! Stop bothering him!", said Murayama, hugging his left arm.
With other maidens shouting similar things, he and Matsuda shut up and got ashamed, which was a nice sight for the young sadist. He would never get tired of seeing them get reprimanded like that.
Luckily for them, the homeroom teacher arrived and everyone sat at each owns desk to begin the lesson. Having some maidens help him to take notes was fantastic for the Sekiryuutei, enjoying their flushed faces every time he thanked them. Thanks to them, he was able to get good grades without the need to study too much, which showed perfectly how they were all under his control.
He was aware of the familiar that was still stalking from outside of the window, so he guessed that he made that redhead desperate enough. For that reason, he said to Katase and the girls that he would have lunch with other people when the morning lessons ended, assuring them to spend more time with them the day after.
Taking his lunch box, he made his way towards the occult research club in the old part of the school building. Once he was in front of the door, he opened it and found Rias sitting at her desk, who widened her eyes and smiled happily at seeing him.
"Issei!"
"Hello, Rias-san. Sorry if I didn't come here for some time, but I was busy with various things. Do you mind having lunch together?"
"I don't mind at all. I'm actually really glad that you came here because I missed you.", she replied, sitting next to him on the couch.
"Poor thing. I hope you didn't think that I started to hate you, by the way. I could never hate you.", he said, bringing her head to his shoulder and making her blush.
"Are you dating Akeno? You see each other often and you have lunch together too from what she told me.", she asked him with a worried face.
"I get along with lots of girls, so I hang out with others as well. Though, I want to get closer to you too~."
After saying that, he made her rest her her head on his lap, shocking her more and making her skip a heartbeat. Especially when he caressed her hair gently.
"I-Issei?"
"I'm not lying, I really want us to get closer~. Don't you want to~?"
Those questions along his lap pillow caused her heart to beat like crazy, blushing deeper while looking at his gentle smile. She was kinda unhappy that he went out with other maidens, but knowing that he wished to be closer to her made her have butterflies in the stomach.
"I want the same thing."
"Perfect, then how about we go on a date tomorrow afternoon~? It will be just the two of us~."
His suggestion made her smile blissfully, so she agreed gladly before gasping when he kissed her cheek. "You're cuter when you're red like your hair haha."
She couldn't stop blushing like that, giggling in bliss while still getting caressed. In his mind, the Sekiryuutei chuckled maliciously for how he convinced her to go out together, as his plan went great. She believed to be special to him, but she was a prey like all the others and he was going to enjoy make her heart all his. Or to say it better, all of her his.

The fact that Issei knew her favorite anime and is friends with her sister allowed him to get along greatly with her and he was able to steal her heart fufu.
Even if she's a Satan, he doesn't feel any type of fear because he's determined to conquer countless women and to become the strongest Red Dragon Emperor no matter what. Having both Momo and Akeno fight over him was fun, but he can't wait to make Rias fall deeper for him. And don't worry, a new dragon girl will appear too sooner or later fufu. How will his date with the redhead go? Will he make her more obsessed with him? Stay tuned to find out.
