The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stormed the Foot Head Quarters in the center of New York City. The turtles entered the city from the front door forcing the Foot Clan to meet them at the entrance. Leonardo used a combination of his immense speed, agility & observation-based pseudo-clairvoyance to anticipate the Foot ninjas moves. This allowed him to utilize offensive & defensive maneuvers with minimal movement to increase his ability to counterattack energy for the long battle he knew was coming. Raphael's combat style is created to maximize destructive power whilst minimizing Raphael's exposure to strikes. However, because his temper makes him run straight ahead to perform a thrust with his arm, Raphael's body is built like a tank allowing him take as much damage as he dishes out. Donatello took a versatile stance which began with him holding his staff parallel to the ground & extended up near the shoulder. From this position, Donatello is able to perform quick, powerful & extensive thrusts & then, if necessary, alter his form for sideways swings & jabs at his opponent's weak spots. This makes Donatello quite versatile in combat. Michelangelo perfected his swinging technique, where he twists while swinging his nunchucks. Michelangelo performs his strikes with a twisting motion & knocks whatever he has come in contact with into the air by jumping up. As succession technique Michelangelo twists of his body to increase the power of his attacks. With the Turtles no longer holding back the Foot ninja found themselves overwhelmed by the team.
After killing 52 Foot Ninjas the Ninja Turtles were attacked by Bebop & Rocksteady. Michelangelo began a one on one fight with Bebop & Raphael is cornered by Rocksteady while Leonardo & Donatello continue to focus on the other Foot Ninja. The human turned white rhinoceros brandished his customized Type 77 heavy machine gun & aimed it at Raphael's chest. Raphael dove behind a support beam, but the custom bullets were slowly starting to blast off chunks of metal. Knowing that he needed to go on the offensive, Raphael threw a smoke bomb directly in front Rocksteady causing him to inhale a massive amount of smoke. As Rocksteady coughed Raphael charged throwing shurikens & kunai. As Rocksteady moved away from the smoke Raphael saw that he had pierced Rocksteady's thick skin & he was bleeding from random places. Realizing that the kunai were causing more damage, Raphael began to throw some more hoping to herd the mutant rhino. Instead Rocksteady charged directly at Raphael planning to impale him on his horn. The attack was so unexpected that Raphael was barely able to dodge & took a glancing blow that tore into his right side. Seeing the damage Rocksteady turned to strike again planning to kill Raphael. Raphael went to dodge but at the last second Rocksteady reached out & bear hugged him before head-butting him. Raphael saw stars as soon as there was impact & knew that the next one would most likely knock him out. Leonardo while fighting saw the danger that Raphael was in & pulled a tanto that was hidden in the hilt of his blade & threw it directly at Rocksteady at full strength. The tanto embedded into Rocksteady right under his arm. The sudden pain caused him to release Raphael who swung onto his back & stabbed his sais into the base of Rocksteady's neck. Rocksteady became frenzied & began to run in pain. Raphael used his sais to steer Rocksteady into the elevator shaft. Since the elevator was on another floor Rocksteady began to tilt forward as he tried not to fall in. Raphael pulled the pin on one of Rocksteady's grenades & back flipped off of his back while kicking him causing Rocksteady to fall down into the shaft. Shortly an explosion rocked the base of the building as smoke rose from the bottom of the elevator. As this happened Michelangelo dove away from Bebop. The mutant warthog used a laser rifle to fire at Michelangelo with reckless abandon. Not even the foot soldiers were spared from him as his laser blasts tore through anything that they made contact with. Michelangelo reached inside the side of his shell & pulled out his grappling hook. Unlike his brothers Michelangelo had a piston system attached to his allowing for high speed shots that pierced through Bebop's shoulder. Knowing that he couldn't pull Bebop off balance Michelangelo instead pulled himself towards Bebop & put his full weight into ramming into him. Though he took a laser blast to the arm Michelangelo kept moving forward knocking Bebop into the wall. Michelangelo retracted the hook & back flipped over to where everything started. Bebop picked up his dropped laser only to find that the core had a shuriken in it. When Bebop pulled it out he heard a hissing sound & realized that the shuriken was getting hot. The shuriken exploded in his hand causing Bebop to fall backwards gripping his left hand. The appendage was bloody, with two of his fingers missing. The flesh & the bones were both blackened by the explosion causing Bebop to scream in pain. It was in the midst of his own screaming that Bebop heard a similar yell of pain from his partner Rocksteady & looked over towards his partner. Bebop watched as Rapheal stabbed Rocksteady in the neck & kicked him down the elevator shaft. Bebop went to help Rocksteady but was stopped by Michelangelo when he used his turtle grappler to make a noose around his neck. Michelangelo then kicked Bebop down the elevator shaft holding onto the noose to keep Bebop hanging down the shaft until he passed out. At the bottom of the shaft the Turtles noticed another room.
