Saturday morning came, Kari and Ingrid wake up.
Kari sighs "I wonder if Astrid made it home last night after the party?"
Ingrid sighs "dear, she's been upset with her boyfriend and rebuilding her friendship with Hiccup."
Kari smiles "Hiccup Haddock back in town? I heard he was in Bog city racing."
They get dress and walk out of the bedroom and check on their daughter.
They open the door and gasped at seeing their daughter in a boy's arms.
Hiccup turns his head to the door to see parents and puts his finger to his lips for quiet.
Kari points outside and leaves with his wife.
Hiccup turns back to sleeping Astrid and massage her back to wake her up softly.
After ten minutes, Astrid slowly opens her eyes "you sure do know how to wake me up without getting punched."
Hiccup comments "funny you should mention getting punched because your parents want to talk to us."
Hiccup leaves the bedroom while Astrid change clothes.
He sat at the table and says "I know we have explaining to do, but could we be calm about it. Astrid's ex cheated on her with her friend."
Ingrid smiles "of course, son."
Kari ask "did you two do anything?"
Hiccup answers "nope. I just held her as she cried for a few minutes while I massage her back. Then she fell asleep."
Astrid came down to join breakfast.
They talk about the party and the fight.
Kari sighs "I must say that you earn the right to have a date with my daughter."
Hiccup grins "I did ask her out for tonight."
Soon they hear a truck horn loud.
Kari ask "what is loud horn going off in the street?"
Hiccup grins "that's my crew. I need the key to your challenger, milady."
Ingrid ask "milady?"
Astrid blushes "pet name for me."
Ingrid laughs "I missed that boy for three years."
Hiccup walks outside to talk to his race crew.
They spend six hours getting parts changed out minor fixing.
Astrid ask "how much is this going to cost my family?"
Hiccup grins "races cover the cost plus you could choose to date me for repayment. Leave out the sex part if that would make you feel better."
Astrid grins "deal."
Hiccup hand her the keys.
Astrid grins and gets in the driver seat and turns it over.
"Vroom Vroom Vroom!"
Astrid excited gets out and kisses his lips.
Hiccup looks at his cell phone and ask "ever been to race wars drag strip?"
Astrid shakes her head "no."
Hiccup grins "follow me."
He gets in his charger and leads her to a place in Bog city.
An hour and a half later they arrive in Bog city.
Hiccup pulls up to a gas station.
Astrid pulls up behind him.
He gets out and pays for gas.
As it pumps, he walks over to talk.
Astrid ask "why did you have me drive here?"
Hiccup grins "well I figured that your car could use a little running trip to see how it's running. Don't worry, I'm not going to have you race."
He puts gas in her challenger.
Afterwards, they drive to the outskirts of Bog city.
He pulls upto the gate and tells the surcurity guard "my girlfriend behind me in nineteen seventies baby blue challenger."
The guard ask "idea?"
Hiccup hands him his name and race name.
The surcurity guard gaped "Night Fury in the race!"
He waves him and Astrid through the gate.
He leads her to his RV.
They get out of their vehicles.
Hiccup grins "we got band playing for entertainmen. I have to register to race."
Astrid ask "where can I go to eat?"
Hiccup smiles "follow me, milady."
He leads her to a concession stand and says "order anything you want."
Astrid orders three taco, chips, nachos and Dr. Pepper.
Hiccup pays for her meal and orders two tacos.
Astrid comments "I should check in with my parents and Heather."
Hiccup and Astrid ate their food.
Hiccup walked to the table to register for racing.
He gets a text 'you sign up for racing'.
He sets Astrid up to watch the races from his RV if she gets too hot from the heat.
Astrid stood by the line of fans.
Hiccup pulled up next to a GTO.
Green light comes on.
Hiccup puts the gas pedel to the floor.
GTO soon falls behind and activates NOS.
Hiccup push a button and beats the GTO.
The driver pays a two hundred dollars.
By the end of the day, Astrid ask "can I race once?"
Hiccup smiles "yes. Lets find you an opponent to race."
He goes upto the register table and looks at list of cars and says "a volkswagon jetta seems good challenge for a new racer."
Astrid gets in her car and drives to track.
The jetta driver smirks "so you want to race me sweet thing?"
Astrid grins "flirting will get you no where and I have a boyfriend."
The jetta driver shows Three hundred dollars.
Astrid ask "we race for cash?!"
Hiccup walks over and says "I'll pay if she loses" showing bundle of cash.
The driver laughs.
Astrid ask "can you give me a tip?"
Hiccup smiles and puts her transmission in gear four and says "on green floor it. when you reach one twenty, push this button. Keep the wheel straight. After the you cross that white post there, I want you to prime your brakes, drop your speed by ten mph."
Astrid nods her head.
The announcer ask "can we begin the race?"
Hiccup stand by the crowd of racers and fans.
Light turn green.
Astrid floor it down the track.
The jetta driver stayed even.
They reach One twenty.
He push his nos button.
Astrid waits a couple of seconds and push the button.
her car took the lead and won.
She brakes slowly.
They return to the stands.
Astrid hugs Hiccup and kiss his lips "the feeling of rush is crazy."
Hiccup sighs "I was a little scared for you racing but with my advice, nothing could take you away from me."
Astrid excited says "I need to tell Heather."
They tell their friends at home.
Heather smirks "After Hiccup beat Snotlout, he couldn't get hard to have sex with Ruffnut again."
Astrid and Hiccup laugh at that.
Dagur gasped "I can't believe you let your girlfriend race."
At night, Hiccup and Astrid lay on the bed inside the RV.
Astrid sighs "Hiccup? Do you still have that strip of condoms?"
Hiccup answers "I took four incase you decided that."
Astrid blushes "watching you race turn me on."
Hiccup comments "we would have to keep it a secret unless you don't."
