Carlisle, Charlie and I talk over some plans while Jake, Sam, Edward and Emmett clear out some trees. Making a clearing for us to practice. Out the corner of my eye, I see Alice talking to Rosalie. A nervous look written all over her face. I turn and she catches my glance, giving me a quick smile. Once the trees have all been cleared out, I shift into my wolf, and we gather around to listen to Alice. I can't help the pride that swells in my chest watching Alice show off different moves. She uses Emmett as a practice dummy, soaring over him when he charges at her. After about 5 minutes, she jumps on his back and pretends to snap off his head. That's the goal in this. Take off the newborns' heads and burn them. After Alice practices with Emmett, Edward and Rosalie, Carlisle suggest we mix in the wolves. We divided up the wolves and Cullens into pairs. We'd all be practicing against each other, switching up partners and then practicing in teams. I watch as Sam and Emmett tussle. My eyes snap up to Jared. Carlisle is trying to tend to him but is unable to in his wolf form. Jake and Sam shifted back, trying to get Jared to shift back too. Paul is standing guard. Alice: Bella…
Bella: I'm fine. I don't know what came over me. But I need to make sure he's ok.

I hear a loud crack and without having to turn around, I know it was Rosalie hitting him again. I feel Alice by my side, and I know it's her own way of trying to comfort me.
Alice: I think it'll be best if from now on, you and I partner together.
I hear the others laugh while I turn around with a deep sigh. I notice the cracks have already started to heal too. The others turn away, going back to training. I'm guessing to give us a moment. I reach out and trace the crack.

Alice: Bella has been going non-stop. Look, I get wanting to be prepared but this is extreme. I mean look at the guys, they always look like they want to pass out after training.
