Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The 20th day was reaching it end as the final set of matches were under way. First up was a clash between brothers as Sinclair took on Bisley. It was a rough fight but in the end Sinclair cut down his brother for good. Next up It was Rose turn to fight as she took on the purple king Purple thorn. The purple king was fearsome but with the aid of Zavied power Rose was able to blow Purple thorn away. Following that was Alisha as the princes of Grenwood face Mary Ann armed with a battle mech. Alisha was out gun but refuse to give up as she armatize with Lailah to torch Mary ann for good. Lastly it was the former platoon captain Seto who return as a arrancar to face the soul reaper Sosuke Amagai. It was a intense fight but in the end it was Amagai who came out on top. Now the day ends as the 21th day of the first round was set to begin.

Round 1 part 61

Arcane chaos

Takato Pov: It was now the 21th day of the tournament first round. The intense battles continues as we waited for the first match of the day to begin. With us were Salem as she decided to join us for today. "So how things going Ozpin since you guys got back together?" I ask. "Very well, we still have a lot of issues to work out but being immortal gives you a lot of time to sort it out." Salem said with a chuckle. " Good to hear, last thing is for you two to start another fight." Kenji said. "Now, now my son, no need to be worry about that. I'll admit I was a little out of it due to the grimm essence." Salem said. " Speaking of which how is the Grimm situation?" Rika ask. "Under control, Ozpin been arranging extermations missions to wipe out large numbers of them. But it will still be sometime before they are gone for good." Salem said. " How about we focus on the match. Byakuya is up to fight, but his opponent Arcologia I have no idea who that is." I said. "A monster." Salem said in a grave tone as we look at her in concern. " You know him?" Elize ask. " I do, his story start 400 years before my time. Back them human and dragons were at war. Some dragons chose to side with humans by giving them their magic. They were the first dragon slayers." Salem said. "Like me and the others." Elize said. "Yes, their help turn the tide of the war. But their was a price for using the magic. It would eventually turn you into a dragon. But that not the case for new slayers. Elize your ancestor developed antibodies to prevent this." Salem said as Elize let out a breath of belief. "That good to here, then we can assume that this Arcologia was once a dragon slayer?" Renamon ask. Salem nod. "Yes he was know as the arcane dragon slayer, unlike most slayers who have one element he could absorb all magic to empower himself. He have slay and bathe in the blood of many dragons until he became one. He set out to destroy everything as it become know as the dragon king festival." She said. "By the spirits that aweful, so what happen." Rika ask as Salem look at her.

"Your ancestor Anna Heartfilla made a plan to use an object call the Eclipse gate to travel 400 years into my time when the world magic was at it strongest to bring 6 dragon slayers to defeat Arcologia. Although Zorome over shot the target time as we learn from recent events. Any way it was my guildmate Natsu another of Rika ancestor who defeat Arcologia with the help of 6 other dragon slayers." Salem said. " Damn it took 7 dragon slayers to beat this guy and he back now?" Kenji ask worry. " Can Byakuya fight this guy?" Rika ask me as I cross my arms to think. " I don't know, Byakuya is a tough son of a bitch for sure. One of the strongest foes I ever fought and that was with Kurosaki help. I honest don't know. Here they come." I said as we look to the ring. We saw Byakuya coming in to face his opponent. He was man with dark skin with blue marking ion his cheeks. He have long wild dark blue hair and clod gold eyes. He wore only black pants and a black cloak over his shoulders. "So that him?" I ask. "Yes the black dragon Arcologia, he able to assume human form. It a trait along many powerful dragons. It appears he gotten his left arm back I recall the fire dragon king Igeel tore it off." Salem said. " Let see how this play out." I said. "Alright it time for the first match of the day as it going to be a good one." Meyer said. Excited. "Indeed brother, it the soul reaper captain Byakuya Kuchiki vs the arcane dragon Arcologia." Milton said as the fighters stare each other down. " So even the spirits come to challenge me foolish." Arcologia said with a smirk. " We will see about that beast." Byakuya said as he draw his sword. "Alright look like both sides are ready6. Let set the field." Milton said as the ar field activate. We saw it turn into a massive sea gate as there on top of it. "And it the fortress of vortigren let get right to it Smashers clash!"" Meyer shout as the match soon begins.

Byakuya vs Arcologia

Byakuya made the first move as he waste no time to flash step near Arcologia and swung at him. Arcologia simply use left arm to block as the blade couldn't cut him. " I told you it foolish Arcane dragon death claw!" Arcologia shout as he slam a blue glowing hand into Byakuya chest blasting him back leaving the front of his outift burn. "Hm your stronger then I thought beast but you will still fall Hado number 4 Byakurai!" Byakuya shout as he pointed out his ahnd to shoot the lighting bolt at the dragon. Arcologia slap the kido away as he charges at the soul reaper to swipe his glowing hands at him. Byakuya kept on the move to avoid them. "This power is off the charts it frightening." Rika said as she hug Hikari as our daughter was shaking in fear. "Yeah this isn't good." I said. Byakuya was able to put some distance from Arcologia as he held his sword up. " Scatter Senbonsakura!" He shout as his blade broke down into dozen of cherry blossoms as they swarm at the dragon. Arcologia swung his arms to dispel the petals as they came together and slam into his back. " Damn pest Arcane dragon blastwave!" Arcologia shout as he let out a shock wave from his body scattering the petals. "You think that will be enough to stop me insect!" He shout. " Appear not then I am left with no choice." Byakuya said as he pointed his sword at the ground. "Here it comes." I said expecting what come next. "Bankai!" Byakuya shout as his sword sank into the ground as the space around them turn black as several large blades rose up around them forming two rows. " This is the end Senbonsakura Kageyoshi!" He shout as the blades turn into a wave of petals as them consume Arcologia. But suddenly their was a blue light from the petals as they explodes revealing Arcologia to be unharm. "I waste enough time on you begone from my sight Arcane dragon roar!" Arcolgia screams as he fire a large blue beam from his mouth as it slam int9o Byakuya and consume him. The light from it was blinding for us. When we could see we saw Byakuya was indented into the arena outer wall as he was out cold. " And it over the winner of the match is Arcologia." Milton said. We saw Arcologia was looking at us or more so at Rika. He soon left the ring with out a word.

"Now you see how dangerous he is, I must talk to Ozpin about this." Salem said as she took her leave. " Takato that monster." Rika said scare as she grab my hand. I squeeze it to comfort her. "I know, let not worry about that right now and focus on the next match." I said as we waited for the next match to start. Arcologia what is your interest in Rika? Kirito Pov: Dude that was the most brutal fight we have seen yet. This Arcologia was something else as he was able to beat that Byakuya guy to a pulp. "Holy freaking shit dude, there someone like that in this thing. Man were so screw." Klein said as he was freaking out. " He appear to be a dangerous foe. We must be very cautious on how to proceed." Sakuya said as she cup her chin. "True Arcolgia look to be one of the most powerful people we could face. One wrong move and were in trouble." Strea said. "Yeah let hope none of us have to face him too soon." I said. I turn to look at Eugeo. " Your match is next you ready?" I ask. My best friend nods. "I am, I spoken to Takato as he told me of Mewtwo. He another of these Pokemon creatures." He said. " Right the knock offs." Syakomon said. 'We seen them to be pretty strong better watch out for them." Sinon said. " I will, I'm off." Eugeo said as he heads off to get ready. " You think he will be alright?" Alice ask concern about Eugeo. " Eugeo is as tough as they come, he will be fine." I said having faith in him. " Agree we just need to hope for the best." Asuna said. Yui nods. " Uh huh uncle Eugeo got this." She said. "That he does it starting." I said as we look to the ring as Eugeo was coming in. His opponent was a tall white and purple creature. He had 2 small horns on his head as his hand shad 3 fingers. What more he have long tail. "Alright it time for the next match. It the icy soul reaper Eugeo vs the legendary Pokemon Mewtwo." Milton said. "Greeting Mewtwo let us have a honorable duel." Eugeo said as he draw his sword. " Indeed." Mewtwo said. 'Alright both sides are ready to go so let the field." Meyer said as the ring change as it have turn into the Bergima gorge. "Alright let start the match Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as t6he match soon begins.

Eugeo vs Mewtwo

"Bloom in the frost Kotta aoi bara!" Eugeo shout as he unleash his shikai. "Reito Surashu!" He shout as he swung his sword to shoot the ice blade toward Mewtwo. Mewtwo held up his hand as his eyes glows. The ice blade glows and stops as Mewtwo clench his fist to shatter the ice. "Hm your power is similar to Takato but a different type, This will be interesting. Psywave!" Mewtwo shout as he swung his arm to send a wave of purple energy toward Eugeo. Eugeo jump away to avoid it. "How he do that?" Lisbeth ask. " I research Pokemon while were here. Mewtwo is a psyche type. They have strong mental powers." Yui said. " Let hope Eugeo can get through this." I said. "Aisu kyanon!" Eugeo shout as he thrust his sword forward to shoot an ice blast at the Pokemon. Mewtwo vanish to avoid the attack as he appears behind Eugeo. "Future sight!" He shout as his eyes glows. But Eugeo swung at him making Mewtwo jump back before he could launch the attack. " Shimo no tsuru!" Eugeo shout as he stab the ground sending the ice vines to burst up as they were able to grab Mewtwo. "Now I got you." He said. "Not quite." Mewtwo said as he glow shattering the vines. " Magical leaf!" He shout as he swung his arms to shoot a barrage of energy blades as they pelt Eugeo leaving him batter. "I'm not done yet." Eugeo said as he try to hold his ground. Mewtwo shook his head confusing Eugeo. " No this match ended for you a while ago." He said as he look up. We saw a blue portal appear above them as a large ball of blue energy was shot out as it slam into Eugeo and explodes. When the smoke clears Eugeo was down for the count. 'And there you have it every one. Future sight the attack that can hit you in the future. Thanks to this Mewtwo is the winner." Milton said. " Oi that was a cheat shot!" Yuuki shout as she raise a fist at the Pokemon.

" No it was clever, Mewtwo use an attack that delay to caught Eugeo off guard." Seven said. "Appear so, I'm going to make sure he ok." Alice said as she took her leave to check on Eugeo. " Guess that only leave me and you left to fight huh." Klein said. "Yeah, let hope we can get through this." I said as we waited for the next to begin. Lan Pov: Man I did not see that coming. Mewtwo was always a tough one to fight here with how powerful he is. That Eugeo put up a good fight but it wasn't enough. "Dude how can you stop an attack from the future?" Dingo ask worry. " You can't, you need to wait. We face Mewtwo before. Future sight is a time attack, by my math it will strike 3 minutes after it was cast." Megaman said. "Good to know, mean we can plan a counter attack." Chaud said. "Certainly a lot of interesting st4rong fighter here." Roll said. "Your telling me, it just insane for sure." Dex said. " All we can do is try our best to get through it. Who up next?" Maylu ask. "Me and Knightman, our opponent is a man name Giland." Pride said. " Don't sound familiar, must be a newcomer. You better be careful Pride." I said. She smile at me. "Worry not Lan we have this under control, come Knightman it time to battle." She said. "Yes your highness." He said as they went to get ready. Chaud came up to me. "Have you guys seen Bass anywhere?" He ask. Megaman shook his head. " Not since his match, most likely hiding watching us." He said. " We know he after Megaman ultimate program and I will bet eh will use the tournament as a chance to take it." I said. "We need to be ready to deal with him when the time comes." Protoman said. "Hey guys the match starting." Yai said as we look to the ring. We saw Pride and Knightman come in as they were ready to go as they saw their opponent. He was a man with short white hair that was swept back with red highlights on the underside. He have white markings on the left side of his face as he wore a blue jacket and black pants. He look arm with a large shotgun. "Alright it time for the next match. We have the princess of Bright land Princess Pride and her net navi Knightman vs the frozen sinner Giland." Milton said.

Giland look to smirk. "A princess eh, I Should be honor to be the one to slay you." He said. "Hardly villain you shall be smite by our justice." Pride said. "Ok look like both sides are ready to go so let choose the field." Meyer said as the ar field activate. The ring turn into a decent size island surrounded by lava. "And it planet Gaspar. Alright let get the show on the road. Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.

Pride and Knightman vs Giland

"Knightman." Pride said. "Understood." He said as he was recall to her pet. "Sychro chip in download Cross fusion!" Prider shout as she was cover in light. When it clears Pride was wearing a dress version of Knightman armor with his mace on her right arm. Giland made the first move as he open fire on Pride. "Area steal!" Pride shout as she vanish and appear behind Giland and swung her mace at him. Giland use his weapon to block her and swung at her. She duck to avoid it and then jump into the air. "Kingdom crusher!" She shout as she slam her mace down at Giland. But suddenly a wall of ice burst up to block her. It soon shatters as Giland thrust an ice sword at her. Pride move it time as it nick her right cheek as she move back. : He have ice powers." Tory ask shock. " Appear so, wonder how Pride will handle him?" Chaud ask as we turn back to the match. Giland was shooting Pride keeping the princess on the run. " You can't run forever your highness." He said as he swung his arms to shoot a barrage of ice spikes at her. Pride fire her wrecking ball on it chain and swung it aroundto shatter the ice spikes. She then whip it at Giland hitting him in the chest. He let out a growl as he stop on the ground as a trail of ice spikes shot toward Pride. "Super armor!" Pride shout as a glows as it protected her from the attack. "I think we need to end this." She said as she charges ay him. Giland try to shoot at Pride as she close in her super armor still in effect. She tackle him as she gave him a barrage of strikes with her maces. Making Giland stumble. "Royal wrecking ball!" She shout as she slam her mace into his chest as he was launch and sent into the lava as it was over. " And that is it folks. Giland got torch as the winner is Princess Pride." Meyer shout as we cheer. " That a girl." Raika said sounding happy for her. "Well another win for us." Raoul said. "That just leave me and Megaman now." I said. " Let hope who were up against won't be too much trouble." Megaman said. "Knowing our luck it unlikely." I said as we decided to wat for the next match to start.
