"So, coffee?"
"I'm sorry, what?"
"I just wondered if maybe you wanted to go grab a coffee, you know, together, now we're all done here?"
He was nervous, jumpy, almost squirming. Natasha had never seen Barton like this before. On missions, he was so professional. At gun's end, he never flinched. Even when Fury was blowing his top, Clint took it all in his stride. Now, he was asking her about coffee and exhibiting at least four external signs of stress.
"Sure, I like coffee," she told him with a smile, watching him instantly relax.
He grinned. "Okay, great."
