Angel: We have finally reached the last OVA...or so I thought. Because there is a 10th one for the fourth movie that I don't know if I'm able to watch in order to write it. It comes with the DVD that's not available as of now. We'll see what happens if either one gets released online by the time I'm done with season 7. Anyway, some of the dialogue is slightly changed because I found this particular OVA on Reddit. I do own the DVD for the movie, but I'm not popping it in my computer for a 5 minute OVA.

The Heroes Public Safety Commission has received a request for support from a European country called Otheon.

It's a very important mission, even some of our own classmates have been requested to join with their own agencies.

Because of that, the four of us have decided to accept it while at the Endeavor Agency. We then received the approval from UA to head to Otheon under his supervision.

At the airport, planes were getting ready for takeoff. The airport was also full of people walking around. Izuku himself was moving one finger across his other hand, looking very nervous. "Ahh, we're going to another country, I'm so nervous!" He confessed while they were waiting around for their flight. They were very early, so they had a lot of time to kill.

"As long as you can speak English, I think you'll be fine," Shoto stated, holding up his fingers. "Also, I've heard that writing person in kanji on your palm can calm you down," He then put his hand to his mouth. Katsuki and Izuka were listening in while sitting away from them. "But it won't work if you don't swallow it."

"Thank you, Todoroki," Izuku smiled at him gratefully. He then put both hands to his mouth to mimic swallowing. He then let out a relaxed sigh, as he was definitely much calmer now. They suddenly heard grunting, all three looking at Katsuki doing the same thing Izuku was doing. Sparks were flying from his finger before he hit his face with an explosion. And both he and Izuka were wearing their scarves.

"Huh?!" Izuku stood up in alarm, Izuka covering her mouth in shock. "Kacchan, you get nervous too?!"

"Like I said, if you speak English, you'll be fine," Shoto reminded the boy.

"Shut up, you idiots!" He yelled at the two of them.

"Katsuki!" Izuka shouted back at him and sighed as he continued to move his finger against his hand.

"We're going on an international mission!" He then sent another explosion to his mouth. "It's completely different than Japan! I wanna be at my best performance, that's why I have to concentrate!" He continued to explode at his face and Izuka groaned, a hand on her forehead. She then turned towards the two.

"I can't wait to see Otheon, the architecture is to die for!" Izuka giggled, holding up her camera she got from Eri on Christmas.

"I bet you're gonna get a lot of inspiration from the sights!" Izuku smiled at his sister.

"Do you know any languages, Izuka?" Shoto wondered to the girl as she examined her camera.

"Si, mi amigo," She recited, earning shocked looks from them all. Even Katsuki stopped what he was doing to look at her as she smiled proudly, her eyes closed. "Took a language elective in middle school when they got rid of the art program. They're kind of similar when you think about it. I also know sign language."

Right… I forgot about that Izuku thought while scratching his cheek. "So you're gonna be our tour guide then?"

"Only if you make me katsudon when we get home," She winked towards her brother, taking out a pamphlet for Otheon.

"Deal!" Izuku chuckled happily at her.

"Huh? What do you wanna eat that for?" Katsuki moved down her pamphlet. "I thought you loved ramen."

"Sometimes he makes the meat and everything else itself with my ramen but leaves out the rice. Shoto suggested it to me," She gave a small happy smile. "So now I really like it, but ramen will always be my favorite."

"He did, huh? What else did he suggest?" Katsuki gave Shoto a side eye, as he was a bit suspicious. He just didn't want Endeavor to get the wrong idea again if he found out the two were talking by themselves.

"I just thought that if she switched out the rice for soba, it would taste good. But she stuck with ramen, so—"

"Don't give her suggestions!" Katsuki yelled towards the white/red haired boy.

"Not again…" Izuka sighed while closing her eyes.

"You're always in the middle, huh?" Izuku had a nervous smile on his face, as she was literally sitting between Shoto and Katsuki.

"No, because I'm not getting in the middle of anything," She slammed her pamphlet into Katsuki's chest. He looked at her in bewilderment as she walked off. "I need a drink, I'll be back." As she walked, she flinched and came to a stop.

"Well, well, well," A familiar voice spoke up and she beamed a little. "Seems like everyone has their own way of dealing with pressure," It was Hawks himself, wearing a patterned jacket and yellow sunglasses. Fumikage was also with him. "Some get nervous, and some get excited," He then pulled up his shades with a smile. "And it's looking like Bakugo's the latter."

"Hawks and Tokoyami!" Izuku exclaimed as he and Shoto approached Izuka.

"Nice to see you again!" She smiled up at the hero, the smoke from Katsuki going away as he just slumped in his chair.

"Where are you heading, Tokoyami?" Shoto turned towards his bird-headed classmate.

"America. That place is wide, so Hawks' speed will be useful," He informed his three classmates.

Izuku gave an excited gasp. "You're always on the move to help the next person, Hawks!" He gushed...though that got the attention of every person in earshot.

"Huh?! Hawks?!" Fangirls turned around to him.

"Hawks?" Two men saw him as well. And just like All Might in I-Island, a bunch of fans were heading their way. Izuku gasped sharply while covering his mouth, realizing his mistake too late.

"Hey, hey. Stop, my little chicks," Hawks walked up casually while shrugging. "We're at an airport," He then gave them a peace sign. "We shouldn't make a commotion here!" Despite that, they all carried Hawks and Tokoyami away from the four in a stampede. I stand corrected...

Why am I being involved? Fumikage thought, though it might have to do with the fact that he was with Hawks...

"This is my fault!" Izuku cried out in horror at the sight. "I'm so sorry!"

"Heh heh..." Izuka stared up ahead with a sheepish laugh. "I'm sure he knows you didn't mean to..." When he gets excited, he can be a bit too loud sometimes...

"Is that Callista?!"

She flinched in alarm as a bunch of her own fans were running towards her too. Some were even teenagers who were awed by her looks...

"Oh god, I'm in trouble," She backed away a bit from the approaching crowd, her eyes shaking in a bit of terror. How the hell did I get a fanbase almost like Hawks?!

But then Enji appeared, looking very angry. "He's weak, and what is the meaning of this?!" He stared down the approaching crowd, and they all skidded to a stop. Izuka winced towards the man; the two hadn't spoken much, because she didn't know what to say to him at this point. So it didn't make work-studies too bad, but it still wasn't ideal...

"Holy crap, Endeavor..."

"Look at his face, so intense!"

"We should go!"

The entire crowd then ran off in the opposite direction, the twins staring at the man in shock.

"Endeavor! He managed to stop them in under a minute!" He murmured in shock at how fast that was. And while his voice echoed regarding Enji's name, no one dared to approach him. In fact, after what just happened, people were whispering and staring. Nobody approached him...

Probably for the best on his part Izuka rubbed the back of her neck.

"It's almost time to board. Let's go," He informed his four work-study students.

"Yes, sir!" Izuku stated and they started to leave.

"Endeavor," Shoto spoke up, getting his attention.

"What is it, Shoto?" He glanced towards the boy.

"Why do I have to sit next to you?" He complained while holding up the tickets. "Is this some kind of joke? I want to sit next to the Midoriyas and Bakugo!" Currently, his seat was next to his father, while behind them were Izuku and Katsuki. Izuka would be alone across from the four, and Shoto would then be on her right.

"T-Todoroki!" Izuku exclaimed nervously, knowing that Shoto wouldn't like being alone with his dad...and that Enji probably intentionally did that since he was the one who bought the tickets.

"You still think we're friends?" Katsuki asked furiously as he looked up. "And why do you get to sit next to Izuka?!"

"I'm technically not!" She protested up at him with a small pout. She thought for once he wouldn't get mad by the suggestion since she would be in an entirely different row. Apparently not...

"HEY!" Katsuki called out while Shoto approached his father.

"Change my seat," He demanded as he held up the tickets.

Enji stared at him in disbelief, because he wanted to try and talk to Shoto during the flight. "C-Come on, it won't kill you!" He was practically begging to sit with Shoto...

"He's saying something cute with a scary face!" Izuku yelped at how this was going.

"Would you take his or Katsuki's right about now?" Izuka whispered to him by putting her hand by her mouth.

Shoto looked just as scary from his dad not budging. "I said I want to sit next to my friends!"

"You can obviously tell he's the youngest sibling!" Izuku yelped again and Izuka silently shook her head.

"I told you, we're not friends!" Katsuki yelled towards Shoto with a scary look of his own. "You're asking to be strapped to the plane!"

"Kacchan!" Izuku shouted at his childhood friend not helping...

"I will make you explode your face for the entire flight if you do that," Izuka glared towards the blond.

"Give me the ticket!" Shoto stormed up to Enji.

"No! Stop!" Enji held the ticket away from him, Izuka pinching her nose.

"Don't ignore me!" Katsuki stormed up to them as well.

"Bakugo, switch places with me," Shoto held up his ticket.

"Stop acting like that!" The blond grabbed him by the tie, flinging him around a bit.

"What are you doing to Shoto?!" Enji demanded to Katsuki while Izuku was freaking out watching them. Izuka gritted her teeth, getting more irritated by the second.

This is supposed to be the Number One Hero Agency in Japan?! Izuku held his head in a panic, knowing that people were watching them. He then started going back to the hand writing thing. If this keeps going, I'll go into a panic attack!

Izuka grunted and stormed up to the three. "Shut up! Shut up! SHUT UUUUUP!" She snapped at the three in annoyance, causing all four to look at her in astonishment. The girl then smacked Katsuki's hand off and before he could say anything, a bunch of red feathers flew in. It snatched all of the tickets from the group, the feathers flying back to Hawks. He opened up his wings and then presented the tickets to them.

"You'll all sit in this order. For pete's sake, you're not elementary school students, come on," He remarked while giving them their tickets. Izuku and Shoto would sit with Izuka in front of Katsuki's seat, who would sit with Endeavor.

"Yes, sir," Izuku smiled at him anxiously.

"Okay," Katsuki was fine with Izuka being in front of him since she wasn't next to Shoto, and she wouldn't have to sit with Endeavor.

"Alright," Shoto glanced up at his father.

"Got it," Enji stared at his ticket.

"Thank you, Hawks," Izuka sighed in relief that he assisted them.

"I know us guys can drive you crazy sometimes, you looked like you were gonna kill 'em," He pointed out to the girl.

"Don't tempt me, please," She smiled sheepishly to the number 2 hero.

Shoto stared at his ticket. He'll have a hard time talking to me, since I'm in front of him...

Enji eyed his ticket intensely. I'll be right behind Shoto. This isn't that bad after all

Katsuki grinned widely from his placement. Since I'm next to Endeavor, I'll be able to ask him how to improve my skills! And I'll be behind Izuka, who's not next to Icy-Hot!

Izuku was also relieved that the situation was de-escalated. All's well that ends well...

Izuka pinched her nose, sighing slowly. At least Katsuki won't be mad if he knows I'm in front of him, and I don't have to be uncomfortable next to Endeavor.

"Our plane's leaving soon, so it's time to say our goodbyes," Hawks spoke up to the group. He then turned around to leave with Fumikage. He then looked back with a smile. "You guys relax, and get ready for the Worlds Heroes Mission."

All four students straightened up, knowing what was up ahead once they reached Otheon. "Yes, sir/Yeah!" They all stated in unison. Hawks chuckled happily...before he was whisked away from his fan club.

"Don't run away from us, Hawks!"

"See you guys later!" Hawks called out cheerfully, causing Izuku to feel guilty again.

The man who's too fast got caught twice...!

"Anyway," Izuka cleared her throat, putting her bag over her shoulder and grabbing her carry-on. "We don't wanna miss our flight, guys!" She smiled in excitement to see Otheon.

And so, their plane took off, the twins staring out the window.

A world we don't know.

One entirely outside of Japan.

Someone jumped over the rooftops without being noticed. People walked around the city shopping area.

In a distant, foreign land.

One where we had a very important task.

The same person jumping around landed on two staircase rails and then slid down a pipe from a building.

What will we discover there?

Who will we encounter?

The same person who did the parkour walked down an alleyway, a pink bird flying after him. He stepped out into the open, looking out to the plane that was about to land. The pink bird landed on his shoulder, but he was annoyed towards the plane. A bunch of wind came in. "It's so loud, it's annoying," He muttered at the sight.

Izuka was now asleep on her brother's shoulder and he smiled down at the girl, gently patting her head. He already knew it wasn't going to be an easy mission...but they would be ready.

Angel: Hopefully people got that shut up reference Izuka did!
