Author's note
After almost 2 years I finally finished this book . This book tortured be for rewriting this over and over again but publish . I apologize if things become messier as I keep deleting and adding more and returning the other one.
It is because this book is experimental and challenging me to write better chapter or the better way of fixing grammars and punctiation or how yoy write better pacing without being rushed or too descriptive .
This will be your first episode or chapter guys, I know it's not what you expect but hope you like it! Honestly, hope this is the final update or no need some rewrites my brain is bleeding because of this .
Thankfully, I still have this version saved otherwise it would be another major rewrite another months to finish this . As for chapter 2, that would be very soon .
Using her back. She closes the door as soon as her friends say goodbye to her and when she gets inside she leans at the door and closes it using her back then sighs .
"It's good to be back, Jess." Jessica whispered to herself and smiled but she felt lonely. She looked around but the room was dark and no one was here except her .
She just came home from Aureus after becoming the winner of a recent fashion show and here she is, being dramatic like a teenager just because her friends left her .
Forget the drama! Jessica has responsibilities and it is cruelly endless! Jessica sighed again but tried to hit herself for being dramatic .
To fix herself up, Jessica did not waste time she proceeded to go into the power room to light things up .
After that, Jessica cleaned all the rooms and she didn't only clean them but also picked the dirty clothes and exchanged them with cleaner ones .
She also cleaned the upstairs hallway using the same cleaning stuff she used but don't worry she changed the water and soap .
Fast forward , she didn't just clean the single rooms but she also cleaned the entire house and cleaned the clothes that she picked earlier and finished them in an hour or more [She didn't care or never realized].
After finishing her responsibilities. Jessica stretched her back but she struggled because they were in pain or something she can't explain . Was this a sign of getting older? She's just 35 or a sign of every artist's struggle?
Jessica slouched her body out of exhaustion. She also yawn because she was sleepy and her eyes were giving out .
Jessica didn't just lay back, but she also gave herself a little exercise to cure her pain . Maybe sleep can answer? She did, but it was still useless.
She can't sleep when she needs to. She eventually sleeps when she's at work . To cure her boredom.
Jessica attempts to open the tv and tries surfing channels from different shows like repetitive cartoons , movies and some dramas .
Ofcourse, news will not be missing here but as usual it's those typical issues these days but no single gorm related disaster .
It had but they were normal but harmful but Jessica assumed it wasn't related to Gorm .
While watching the news, Jessica took some no cold soda from her bag . When Toby appeared on the screen. She scream excitedly with matching clapping and jumping .
He was being interviewed by Paula Pikney with his inspirational words that warms her heart.
Despite being awkward, she clapped and almost cried every time she heard his words and laughed a little because he's making small mistakes .
But thanks to Paula, she was helping the older man to relax his nervous self or to keep Tony's cool .
And if Jess was there, she would give him some sign heck even now she's helping him but unfortunately Toby wasn't with her to improve herself.
Shortly after, the interview finally ends and returns to usual news . Since Jessica is uninterested with this , she closes the tv then places the remote on the table.
Jessica tries sleeping again but she ends up staring on the ceiling for nothing while patiently waiting for the boys.
Jessica also stands near the door to wait for minutes that last to hour but Toby was not there yet.
She checked and waited for him outside but again, he's still not there. It's late when Jessica realized that she remembered that it'll take time for Toby to go home because Venture falls is far from Seafire .
She was about to return inside when curiosity ate her when she see the busy family next to their house .
One of them was Gina and she's there helping her family fixing the house next to theirs . So she checks and watches how the family fix their house .
"Hey, Ginny, what are you doing here?" Jessica starts
"Are you moving with us?" She excitedly asked but Gina shakes her head as a sign of no
"Ah, my pamangkin/nephew is moving here on monday . He and his grandmother and grandfather will have vacation here" Gina's mother answered joyfully
Jessica just nodded her head and smiled at them . But she tried not to be fake abd she's excited for this new guy .
"Oh, that's good to hear! That sounds exciting! I'm sure they'll be friendly!" Jessica answered in same manner
"Yes dear, my nephew is very kind and I'm sure he'll like you all!" Her friend's mother answered again
"Oh, thanks Tita/Aunt, I have to go, I still have errands! See ya Gina!" Jessica bids but she's rushing .
"Oh wait, here we cooked this for you!" The older woman offers her some tupperware .
"Thanks Tita and Gina!" Jessica takes the tupperware
Before leaving, Jessica placed her hand on the mother's forehead as a sign of respect . She also had a small talk with Gina but she left sooner but made sure she wasn't hiding or rushing.
Once Jess entered the house, she sat back on the couch and opened the tupperware and she was welcomed by brown liquid or what they called "Arnival" filled with dried coconut and the white square that was the rice cake .
Jessica is too lazy to get in the kitchen so she just took a spoon from her bag and used them to eat her favorite delicacy .
Jessica tried opening the tv again and tried surfing some channels that she liked but as usual, she never liked them.
But she ends up in one movie that seems to be interesting. Shall we describe the movie?
Let's just make it short, the movie was in the middle or half but they seem interesting .
It was the typical military action movie where heroes were sent for war . But what makes Jessica like the movie is they're different and they're not too cliche .
But while watching and eating the rice cake. That man filled her brain, making her unable to focus on watching the movie .
She can't explain why, if he looks familiar or not or even met him . But there's something strange between him and her but it wasn't destined for love .
She didn't even ask what his name was but it felt like she knew him as "Hellion" but again, that was strange since she was not sure.
That's why she's both excited to meet him and both shy because another man will join her harem.
Jessica just finished the movie until it was finished and to her surprise she liked the movie and was willing to rewatch it with the boys.
After the movie ends, Jessica didn't just read the credits but actually searched for the actors and to her likeness, most of them are actors she knew .
Jessica closed the tv then changed her outfit and borrowed one of Toby's clothes . Then she proceeds to her room and searches for some books to read.
Jessica struggles to pick a book to read because she had almost a library of her books yet none of them have romance .
She ended up with Agatha Christie's And there were none . After picking the book , Jessica flopped herself back on the couch or sofa. then listened to Guilty as a sin by Taylor swift that was released a few months ago.
Jessica didn;t just quietly read but her mind speaks through the scene of the book or her mind is exploring as if she was in the book . She was in chapter 7th of the book and the characters are still wondering how they will escape the island.
But it got worse when someone died and the characters started questioning each other to the point they were blaming each other.
This is when the scenes became better and became more suspenseful as the characters were developing from the unexpected that could change the story.
Deep inside, Jessica was both cheering and both telling the characters however they were still silent when they knew everything but stayed hideous . But what makes the story better is not predictable and it has better pacing.
Because it's a mysterious or crime related story, it will make your brain filled with questions and those questions are still unexplainable as the chapter goes further .
After just laying herself on the couch she then faced her body on the mattress of the couch while resting her ankles on the pillow .But it made Jessica more uncomfortable and within a few minutes she already felt the pain/
Then she returned to the same position but her back would struggle soon . So, she just sits and stretches her legs to the center table .
But she later returned laying back over and over again. She couldn't find a comfortable position on the sofa but it was so small .
She wanted to lay in bed but she's waiting and expecting the boys to come home . She shortly checked her phone that was charging to wait for the update but the last message was 3 hours ago .
After his friends dropped him and after their goodbyes, Toby finally set his foot back to their home . Out of his excitement, Toby ran to the door and noticed it wasn't locked but that excites him more knowing that Jess is back .
"Hey, Jess I'm home!" Toby excitedly calls and catches her reading a book "Hey, Jess, it's me Toby!" He calls again when he reaches her but he grunts when Jessica ignores him over a book . Out of his little disappointment, he just watched her like he was a pissed toddler while crossing his arms .
Toby even peaked to her behind but made sure she wouldn't feel his breath or his sense "Is that book really that interesting? What chapter are you? Can you tell me what happened?" Toby asked again but he was like a ghost when Jessica still ignored him.
Because Jessica was neglecting him, an idea that can be stupid for her and better for him pops on his mind . By thinking of those plans, Toby grinned mischievously while rubbing his hands .
"So… you're ignoring me huh? Now, you'll pay!" Toby whispered as if he was Magor then left with the same matching evil laughter.
Toby leaves the room laughing silently so Jessica wouldn't hear him . But his location wasn't that far .
He was just a few meters away but Toby hides in a more secured place while bringing his luggage filled with stuff he bought abroad.
After placing the shampoo and body wash on the table, Toby then put some many cream things on his palms and spread them after .
Toby creates a bubble by making a kneading technique or making a ball with his two hands . It was like those water animations from Avatar and Legend of Korra but made it real .
Toby let them float and made sure it won't fall and yes, you really need to focus on using your powers and it is not as easy as you think.
That's why Toby still struggles despite being trained and barely using his power as a human. Toby slowly walked back to Jessica and never cared if some water are pouring on the ground
All he cares about is his mischief and he is now devilishly laughing but Toby also started growing his fear of what will happen or what would Jess do to him . But all his target were giving Jess a taste of her own medicine.
Once Toby returned to Jessica. He secretly placed the bubble on the top of her and made sure she wouldn't notice him.
After placing the bubble on top of her. The water was all poured all over her including her loving book and the headset. Not only that but the entire small area was also soaked because of him.
Behind this, Toby was celebrating his victory. He was laughing mischievously and clapping like someone performed well "Ha! I did it! I did it yes!" Toby whispered and attempts to shout .
She dramatically squealed and almost cried because of how she felt "disgusted" by just being soaked .
Other than that her body was also slippery and bubbly because Toby placed a soap on the bubble .
"You like the shampoo and body wash I bought for you from Marley. They say it was the best selling and recommended by many! You like the smell of lavender? Mmm.. Jessica you smell great!" Toby compliments then welcomes her as if nothing happened .
Shortly after, Toby escapes the scene and laughs again . Jessica smelled her body and it smelled better than before .
He was right, she never took a bath since these final fashion weeks came or she was very busy.
But Jessica never liked what he did . Jessica picked her book that is almost drowned or almost unrecognizable because they were really soaked .
This infuriates Jessica more and broke her heart because her book and headset was wasted because of what Toby did .
To make stuff worse, the book was torn apart and fell off from the ground "Toby! Come back here you little shit!" Jessica roared and dropped the book .
She looked around but Toby was never to be found and it makes her angrier because Toby was always hiding when it comes to this situation.
Jessica formed her hand into her ball while her eyes were fuming red . Other than that, she was also growling out of her anger .
She was repeatedly calling his name out loud and Toby was still hiding somewhere she couldn't find. But their house wasn't that big for him to find and she knew where the hell that little shit hides .
On the other hand, Toby was hiding in the pantry. The room was still the same but the difference is the primal pad gate or the basement door.
Toby covers his mouth while still laughing but he starts to sweat nervously when he starts to feel Jess' sense .
At this rate, he doesn't know if he'll get nervous but he's also laughing because hearing her angry shouts over small or shallow things made him cackle.
Toby really did wait for her to come in. He was planning something for her which is another prank.
Like what he did earlier, using the same bubble and shampoo Toby set them aside "for her" . Until Jessica opened the door.
But instead of getting angry at him, both of them screamed as if they'd seen a ghost and Razzle came in .
All the water was poured back to her body but the half are for Toby . Her shock immediately exchanged a pissed aura when she started or attempted to strangle him but before anything happened.
He escaped from her arms and started running away from her, which started a mini war between the two .
They were like children running back and forth in a circle in their kitchen . Jessica is still mad at him because Toby was still shooting her some water causing the floor to get soaked .
But he never cares, while Jessica? She did, she's still angry . But her anger, her calling names and stuff that could be hate but not harsh is ending to a matching laughter .
Mind you, these two are almost 40 but they are still messing with each other . The two kept chasing each other until they reached the living room .
And they are still running sometimes, Jessica is catching Toby sometimes he's leading against her .
"Ahhh! Seriously Jessica! You're chasing and threatening me over a damn book! It's just a damn book!" Toby protested dramatically like he was blaming her
"You don't understand! I spent money there and you don't understand how important that is to me!" Jessica shouted then chased him again
"So you loved that book more than me?!" Toby dramatically shout as if he was feeling betrayed
The two endlessly chase and both ramble with made up stuff to each other at the same time instead of being angry at each other they were more laughing.
Honestly they never cared if they were soaked or even the water was spreading on the ground there are even some times that they're almost getting slipped but go on.
They never stopped running even though they got tired and laughed uncontrollably as long as they were enjoying this "game" or whatever.
While Toby and Jessica were kept running on the couch as if they were making a circle formation . Behind the sofa, Jessica screamed when she accidentally slipped on the floor .
Toby didn't just help but also laughed when he saw Jessica slipped on the ground but it was him also getting slipped to the floor.
Once again, the room was filled with laughter. Toby also accidentally kicked her head but he didn't mean it .
When their laughter dies down, Toby crawls just to check Jess if she's okay as if his laughter was exchanged by worrying.
"Jess! Are you okay? Did you get hurt? Hey, I'm sorry, okay?" Toby questioned while cupping her face
Toby checks her head if there's any wound or whatever. He even checks her body if she's fine and glad she was .
While Jessica? She just laughed and she never answered if she was fine or not . Then Toby kissed her forehead and hugged her .
Toby soon carried Jessica in bridal style and placed her in a more comfortable place and even gave her some pillow to rest in .
"Take them off." Toby said shortly but he's concerned and not meant it in a sexual way but it caught Jess off guard when she heard those words .
"What the?! No way!" Jessica shouted in almost angry tone then crossed her arms
"What? You think I meant it sexually? I wanna see you naked? Uff no gurl. What I mean is take it off because you're soaked! Or you want me to do it? Your answer? No!" Toby scolds Jessica and gets closer to her attempting to strip her but Jess pushes her away.
At the end, she followed him and took her clothes off while Toby was looking away . As what Toby had ordered though he didn't vocally order it .
Jessica used the pillow as a makeshift cover but she was the one who left the picture . She didn't really get too far from him but Toby wasn't looking from her .
She just moved to her few luggages that includes her sleepwear and pick the short sleeved button up polo and paired it with pink shorts .
After that, she then rushed to her room just to dry herself and changed . While Jessica was out of the picture .
Toby made ways of cleaning the evidence so that Nick and Lucas won't see that they played here.
The boy took their old red sofa from their storage room . The coach of more than 20 years was still in good condition .
Toby even changed the same rug they had before .Later on, Jessica was changed and fully dried, who was now wearing a fuschia pink silk button up that is the same as earlier and some shorts .
A few road trips later, Jessica finally returned with a big smile on her face. Other than that, she was about to cry when she ran to him and welcomed him with a desire to embrace him.
"Jess! You're back" Toby greets her as if he never messed up with her earlier but like Jess. you can really see his emotion of seeing her again. Honestly, Toby cried more than Jess.
"Also known as the most beautiful girl in the world!" She dramatically flaunts herself and poses with a matching hair flip.
Immediately, Toby runs on her and welcomes her with a tight non romantic embrace . She hugs back in more together and crushing hugs to the point that she can carry him .
"I miss youuuu!" Jessica greets him again like she was a child
"Miss you too" he greets back while crying
Jessica frees Toby from their hug without talking, the duo welcomed each other with their signature bro moves or friendship greetings to each other .
First Toby and Jessica made a fist bump then it was followed by hand clapping to each other and a shake hand
Then she sits next to him or she was trying to ignore him but Toby pulls her so that she can sit and cuddle with him which was normal for them and not for others. "Sorry okay!? Now sit here it is okay, don't be so dramatic!" He cheers her up
"But you're not my!" She complained like a child making Toby laughed and found her cute blushing shyly .
"What's the matter!? Do you have a problem with me!? I am sorry, okay!? Are you still pissed!? Oh come on! I know you like it! Stop being dramatic okay! It's just a damned book! Don't you miss me!? You haven't seen me in months! And you're saying you're missing me because you loved me!? Or that's a lovely thing!? OkaY Do not worry i will buy ya a new one oki?" He teases while offering his arms for her .
"How many times will I say this? I just said this earlier that you're sleeping with me or hey is that my clothes!?" He added in the same manner .
Jess just acted like she was a child . She just crossed her arms and sit far beside him while Toby was offering his arms for her.
Jessica sits just next to him and tries to avoid him. She was blushing and could not move but Toby kept getting closer with her as if he was her boyfriend .
He pulled her and rested her head on his shoulders but she kept avoiding him.
Removing his arms on her and pushing him away . But Toby still follows her and sits closer to her but she keeps avoiding; she even stands to avoid him but he still follows her .
Now the two ended up chasing each other to the point that they were teasing each other.
Toby is still catching Jessica but she keeps running away from him. They were both running in the messy living room .
Jessica keeps throwing pillows on him and Toby is throwing them back to her. "Pillow fight huh?! We'll take this hahahahaha!" He depended then laughed
She was directly hit on face making Toby laugh even more . It also causes her glasses to push on her nostrils which hurts like the middle of the glasses pressed on .
"Ow! You want my glasses to get broken?! She then throws back the pillow on him and avoids the pillow but it hits George II , Lucas' plant .
The two look at it and regret but never felt bad for the baby [according to Lucas] . They just continued messing around and throwing the pillow back and forth .
Toby also avoids those sculptures or stuff that are easy to break .But Jessica isn't all she wants is to hit Toby back .
Like before , they didn't just hit each other in one place, the two kept running around and throwing the same pillow at each other .The two were also laughing as if they were maniacs . They never care as long as they enjoy it.
Apart from laughs they were also screaming for nothing honestly it was hard to distinguish in which voice it was . Toby was screaming like a girl and Jessica was making a match with him .
The two struggled a bit because the floor was still slippery causing the two to nearly slip but they still handled them . Toby even used them to gain his speed to chase Jessica while she was also trying to climb then jump on the sofa .
And Toby followed them he was also teasing her to hit him and Jess never failed to hit him and Toby kept hitting her back direct to her face luckily her glasses were still there but her nose bridge hurts .
As the two kept running, Jessica accidentally or more like finally slipped and fall on the floor . While Toby, he just laughed but he was also worried but like her , he also slipped on the floor causing him to hit her head .
The pain never bothers Jessica, she was just laughing there while holding her stomach and almost crying . Toby rushed on her and started worrying when Jessica was never responding.
No, she was messing with him. She was hiding her face on her long wavy pink purple blond hair while pretending to be dead .
Of Course, Toby starts to get worried and immediately checks her out but when he does, he watches her laughing silently while trying to gaze at him inside .
Toby moves her body gently then offers his hand for her . He also offered to carry but she was captivated by his beauty .
Long golden blonde hair that lands to his back with matching same color thick brows . Like in Taylor swift's song Gorgeous , Toby had the ocean blue eyes staring down at her while killing her with a smile with those kissable lips .
And how can we forget his tall, muscular body? In other words, this guy is a Disney prince but way better .
Oh forget about that, she's becoming delulu again! Jessica never laughs or speaks, she just makes a staring game with him.
While Toby was still there, offering his hand, Toby eventually snapped his fingers and shot some water on her again, making her soak for another time.
Jessica flinched and used her arms to shield her body but she got more soaked when Toby shot her some more water ."Toby! These were my new clothes!" She complained and Toby just laughed at her sarcastically
"Then change? Again?" Toby answered sarcastically but he's laughing at her because she will change again .
"Hey, I bought you some new clothes. Here, take it" Toby offers as he picked some stuff from his luggages.
Instead of taking it gently, Jessica grabbed them aggressively and left the picture again .
Toby sits by the sofa and asks her to sit in. He was checking the phone and the headset if they were fine
"Sit here, I checked your headset is still working and the book? Don't worry Jess, i will buy a new one okay? Are you still pissed with me?" He asked while Jessica was returning for him and she's still pissed with him .
Later, Jessica sits on him and without anything she sits on his lap and rests her head on his chest and Toby combs her hair and places some soft kisses on her head .
"Hey, I'm sorry" Toby apologizes and pulled Jessica so that the two could get closer
"I'm not pissed at you, okay? Toby, didn't we all promise that we'll never use our power anymore especially when we don't need it? Don't use them on goofy things, public or private or not . Use them when we need them" Jessica reprimands Toby
"Okay , I'm just testing them. What if they're lost? You know, it's been awhile since we went to form and use them" Toby depends which made Jessica free herself from him and massages his Temple .
"Then I'm not a Volcano Gormiti as I told you , our powers are not meant to play and they'll not be lost, it's like given to us forever. Toby, let's not talk about Gorm stuff let's move on but that doesn't mean we will stop caring but we need to prepare" She warned him
"Fine" Toby apologized to her and pulled her again so they could get closer and Jessica can't avoid his comfort for her despite being pissed with him.
To light the ear shattering silence and boredom, an imaginary light bulb pops out from Toby's head or something comes up from his mind .
"Yo dude, wanna go to the mall?" Toby invites Jess but she was uninterested and rather rest for the weekend
"I just wanna stay and res while it was still our break" Jessica disagreed and rest her head on his thighs
"Oh come on, you don't wanna go shopping,play arcade or watch cinema? Come on Jess, it's been awhile since we never did this!" Toby begged but it was no use because Jess never wanted to go but her other side was also pushing her .
Toby understands Jess and even wants to rest but as a friend, he wanted to cheer Jess up and he wanted to enjoy their Friday like when they were young .
The two were just lying for nothing there. Both of them tried to sleep but they couldn't.
"Uh Tobs? Starting tomorrow I'll move with you guys" Jessica announced for Toby but she was not sure of her decision or more like the answer was all of a sudden .
"Oh, that's good, you're always welcome to us!" Toby excitedly agreed
"But I'm not sure" She shortly responded and looked down because she's not sure of the decision .
There is something that crossed her mind. If she moves she'll be more comfortable because the boys are with her and she really wanted this since the beginning .
Secondly, she never wanted to leave her home and the worst thing is . The boys could develop something that could happen to them which can lead to the worst ways .
Another silence broke but it wasn't that long when Toby tapped her shoulders "You know those stuff will not happen right? This is not reverse harem anime or romance. This is reality Jess, not a fiction, don't insert those stuff into your life!" Toby lights up .
"Okay…." Jessica lazily responded and still thinks herself as a terrible or toxic woman for causing much toxicity that happened in some books but Jessica wasn't too invested with fictional romance .
It was just a stereotypical thing that people always tell her or more like they're pushing her or she's just overthinking .
"Oh come on Jess, why did you never want to move again? Why do you see us naked or see you naked as well? We all have limits Jess and you know it . We've been telling you this but you're not listening. But you always sleep with us or almost live with us but we're not forcing you . It is also up to you." Toby lights her up again.
Jessica just looked at him worryingly but she still smiled at him "Okay, I'll tell ya guys once I finally decide." She answered .
"We're here to welcome you Jess but it's still up to you ok?" Toby comforts her
"Anyway Jess, I will show you something" Toby left her but she can still see how he carried his luggages for her.
Toby returns and offers his stuff for her "Tada! These are from Marley. You know Jess, Marley was a great place especially the Aschallandia? I forgot the city but you know what? The city has an outdoor museum for the history of Architecture and most of them are used and realistic. Honestly Jess, Architecture back then especially the Rococo , Dradivian and Baroque were my favourite. You'll love that place Jess" Toby shares his story that made Jessica in awe or amazement.
"So, how's the event?" She asked softly while checking those stuff
"Um, it was great. I met a lot of professionals, famous architects and engineers and some politicians . The meeting was a bit boring but fine . And ya know what? They even invited me to play" Toby shares again
"Oh, that's great!" Jessica excitedly compliments but all her attention was all on the stuff that Toby gave.
Jessica was like a child while checking the stuff that Toby gave for her . While Toby? He watches the girl on how she appreciates the early gift he gave.
"Thank you Toby!" She rushed and hugged him as she appreciated his efforts for her.
"Of course, I will not forget you. I knew you will always love them" Toby responds back then hugged her back then gave her a kiss on her hair .
Once the hug breaks, Jessica sits back to the chair while trying out the oversized sweater that he gave her .
"So Jess, how's your event? I heard it was like a show" Toby asked but Jessica never answered him not because she was paying attention to her new clothes .
But an idea pops up in her head "Hey, Tobs? Wanna play a game" Jessica changes the topic
Hearing games made him more excited as he stood up and wanted to proceed to their Gaming room "Tekken!" He agreed then throw his arms in excitement
"G!" She agreed back by making their signature greeting by fist bump , shake hands then high five
The two raced just to get in the room that wasn't too far . They were like children laughing and even hitting each other but in the end no one wins the two even fight over the door knob by hitting each other's hand.
They are not mad with each other, they are still dying out of laughter when something is not funny but this is how they argue sometimes .
After their nonsense roadtrip of arguing, the two entered the room but Jessica left Toby win or they didn't have to try to fit themselves on the door .
"Hey, Jess, where are you going? I thought we're playing the game hey wait!" Toby shouted but instead of responding to him . Jessica shut the door for him.
With Jessica left in the picture, Toby shrugs and just waits for him and sits by the floor near the ps5 while waiting for Jess.
Toby scrolls through his phone and reads the last few chapters of Jujutsu Kaisen in his Manga app .
While listening to Lacy by Olivia Rodrigo, he even sings the song as if the two were having a duet .
Honestly, the song doesn't fit the song in the manga he'd been reading but the important thing is Toby is analyzing the scenes like what Jessica did but this is way more clearer because they have actual scenes.
What makes scenes better is not only about the story but Toby was imagining the character's voice, the actual scene like it was in anime with matching epic sound .
With scenes in the manga that keep going, Toby couldn't sing properly because of this he's forgetting some lines because he's being quite disappointed but felt excitement while reading the manga .
Now he understands why Jess and Nick always talk so much when reading because they sometimes communicate with the characters as if they were in the book and that makes things better .
While Toby was being invested in reading the manga, Jessica took her baggage that was filled with souvenirs then rushed to Toby after or it wasn't too long since she's gone.
Later, Jessica caught Toby reading a book but unable to hear her but he's able to take a small glance at him .
His eyes also gave a sign that let's talk later or she had to wait which she did understand because Toby didn't like being distracted when reading .
Before speaking Toby closed his phone right after the reading and the song ended . He also took his phone off and placed them beside his
"Oh Jess, what took you so long?" Toby asked sarcastically and it was only a joke because he knew that it wasn't long
Jess just laughed at him and laughed . Toby closes his phone since he's finished reading the chapter [Toby had been reading this earlier but he continued this now ] and proceeds to pay his attention and gets curious with Jess' bag.
"Hey what's that? Drugs?" Toby teased Jess which made her laugh even more and she even shakes her head as if she was agreeing with him.
Later, Jessica opened her luggage and a variety of stuff welcomed Toby's eyes which made him amazed and mesmerized by those stuff he rarely saw.
Out of excitement, Toby hauled her bag and he picked some stuff for him which is on the top because he was his favourite .
"Whoa Jess! Is this for me?!" Toby asked her in a childish tone as if he was a toddler receiving his gift .
Jessica shakes his head as a sign that it was all his . Toby keeps picking those clothes for him and as usual most of them were grunge styled outfits which he loved .
Toby was smiling in his ears while squealing in joy that most of the clothes fits for him but after trying them on to the bed and making sure they were fixed .
Then Toby hauls more to find more stuff but they are only foods so he ignores them. Later, his eyes flutter and start squealing when he sees the image of Olivia Rodrigo which he assumed to be her album .
"Oh-em-gee! Jessica?! Is this for me?" Toby asked excitedly while picking them up
"Yes" Jessica smiled at him
He screamed like he was a fan girl and jumped out of joy while hugging her two latest albums and some few official merch .
Toby also saw her autograph and her letter for him that she appreciated how much he loved her music .
"She said that I should give that to you , she knew how much you liked your music . She also knew that I was your friend . Turns out, she was your fan and was her inspiration in making music" Jessica shared which made Toby almost cry
But he's jealous at the same time that she met her instead of him . When he reads her letter, Toby also learns that Olivia wants to have a collaboration with him someday which he would accept .
Toby checks her bag more if there's something more but his excitement was increased when he sees the sealed and protected large box.
Without observing, Toby knew what was inside. So, he immediately unwrapped it and Toby squealed like a child when he saw the large box or completed edition of Tekken 8 .
"Isn't it too early for christmas? Like it's only November 29th! We still have a month to wait?!" Toby asked excitedly and waited for an answer as Jessica fulfilled his dream and the game set he's been saving money for.
"Well yeah? I mean just wait but don't expect too much . I only use my other money for that . It's kind of expensive though" Jessica answered Toby understands that they aren't that rich but they got those stuff with their sweats.
Toby carefully opened the door and he was still screaming like a child every time he opened the box gently.
By opening the box, Toby almost cried when he saw the 3 full versions of Tekken 8 [For PC, XBOX and Ps5] .
Apart from that, the box also includes the collectible cards that he always wanted and dreamt to be had .
That includes the characters in the game . However, Neagan or the other extra characters weren't there but the older or retired ones were .
Toby squealed more when he saw the large figurine of Devil Jin and out of his excitement Toby quickly opened them as if he was a child .
But Toby gently opened and set his boy up . He was mesmerized on how detailed and large the figure was .
Other than that, he also observed them other than finding them beautiful and like any excited child. Toby let him sit beside him .
Toby quickly but gently opened the cd game and set them up on the ps5 console . Jessica later joined Toby and they were like a child
They both squealed when the game opened from the story of the game or the intro . After that the two proceed in the character select game where you can choose:

But there are other extras like Clive Rosefield. But this is not the last one. Maybe in some future game or update they'll release him soon since he was a guest only.
The game takes them back in their younger or better days . Like it felt like they were transported to the past playing the latest Tekken back then .
The two were already crying when they both started playing the game . What made them hit nostalgia is when the announcer introduced the game and the characters they selected.
"Get ready for the next battle…." the text shows up as the announcer talks
To make this scene dramatic, Toby and Jessica shoot each other's glances like they were really making a bet and they prepare their hands and fingers on the controller .
Then the game shows the battle scene "Round 1!" The guy announced .
Because Neagan wasn't here. Toby will choose his other favourite or any other characters he could play as the game has different characters to choose from .
Toby chooses Devil Jin while Jessica still chooses Yoshimitsu. And the battle begins where Yoshimitsu and Devil Jin finally face each other in a match .
As soon as it started, Yoshimitsu attacked Jin first by punching him with both hand uppercuts then continuously kicking him many times .
Until his life bar got reduced not just that but also attacked him with a sword that is one of his abilities .
It is not just a simple, generic kick or punch; each punch has different styles like he was sitting then spinning just to kick him .
To make it short. Yoshimitsu was using a martial arts style to defeat Devil Jin who's on the brink of dying now .
Jessica's clumsy fingers was aggressively pushing and clicking the buttons of the console just to defeat Toby by the first round though his character was strong.
Though it's only low bar life Toby never let his hero down as he uses his ability that can slap the hell out of Yoshimitsu using his wings not just that, but also using his laser eyes to defeat.
Jessica still managed to increase his life bar and attacked Yoshimitsu using the same abilities that he had or using him with generic attacks against the enemy .
The two were good at the game; they were both good at it . You'll never know who was best or not, not even basing on how strong is their character but it is on themselves .
They're the one who always wins in this game, not only Jessica or Toby which happens every seven rounds, even the hardest ones .
Even though they're almost fighting in real life, not just the game both Toby and Jessica were enjoying the game like children; they were both cheering and bantering like they were almost matching the game's loud music .
Yoshimitsu was still attacking the Poor Devil Jin he was almost losing the game but Toby will never let him down just like the previous one.
"HA! You have no match with Yoshimitsu Hahahahaha!" Jessica sarcastically banters.
"Oh yeah! It seems that you're losing with my legendary wings!" He fights back .
The two also laugh as if they were children and cheering at the same time while aggressively but try not to break the console for the character fighting .
As much as Devil Jin looks stronger but Jessica has proved to him that it is not based on character but their godly abilities in the game and yes ,Toby loses the game .
Because Jessica and Toby were still playing games that now change their characters to Law and Kazuya with the same set up as before they didnt notice someone entered the house.
Lucas also returned home but unlike Toby and Jessica, he had his car since he only came from another town.
When Lucas exited his car and parked in their larger garage Lucas entered the house but he was welcomed near the kitchen .
That's when he started to notice and it made him annoyed that he almost tripped over because of the slippery floor .
What makes Lucas complain internally is it was the entire house but at least they're clean plus the smell also tickles his nose .
And it was all over their house he tried roaming, but he didn't know where it really came from. It was just like it was used in the entire room or using actual lavender .
Speaking of plants, Lucas had his eyes shot at the "injured" plant laying on the floor. He rushed to him and check if he was fine ,

When he opened the door, Lucas caught Toby gaming with Jessica . They were like children playing games and seeing them again releases his stress and his petty anger on Toby .

He also moved them so he can get closer with the two but they never noticed him because they were too glued on the screen.
As their game ended this time Toby wins . The two had to take a break from the game and stretch their body or even rest their eyes .
Now, Lucas is in between Jessica and Toby . At first the two never realised that he was there until they both looked at him in surprise.
Like that damned green lizard did just to give them a nearly heart attack.
"Lucas?! What are you doing here?!" They both shouted leaving Lucas laughing "Should i even say?! isn't obvious why i am here? Of course, i will stay for weekend here" He responses
"Uh visiting y'all?" Lucas answered sarcastically and laughed
"How's your case Lucas?" the two asked but Lucas never answered them back.
"Oooh, is that Tekken 8?!" Lucas asked excitedly, completely ignoring Jess and Toby's concern for him .
"I mean how was your day Lucas. Did you make them win?" The two asked in concern both wanted Lucas to answer quickly but their friend never answered.
Before speaking, Lucas closed his eyes and then took a deep breath "Long story…" Lucas shortly answered hoping Jessica and Toby would get it.
They did, but the two were both still curious about his case . But Lucas rather spills that can trigger their traumas.
"Good luck Lucas, I am sure that you'll get that we have done something worse than just human stuff . You can do it Lucas!" They both cheers him up
"Guys i am sorry if some weekend or even tomorrow i won't be available i will be more busier for that case." Lucas apologises . Meanwhile, the two just sigh as they can relate because they will be also busy and possibly would leave Venture falls again .
"It's fine Lucas, take your time. In fact, I'll be busy as well." Toby comforts his friend while patting his hand on him
"Same, I will be busy for the entire month . You know, I will return abroad again…" Jessica answered back lazily or feeling bit sad
"Aww, it's December but we're still busy . You know when we still have time together but our work stole that." Jessica added with a sadder tone.
"That's how adults work Jess. We are not students who can rest whenever they want or friends who can meet each other" Toby responded in the same way .

Later on, Lucas breaks the hug and heads to the storage of video games then selects his preferred game for them .
"Which game y'all wanna play? What game looks like it has many options here ….. Oh here what about Super planes? You guys want it?" He asked while sliding the pages of the games using his own console .
Other than Lucas have mentioned there are plenty of games that are installed in their console they can't just choose one because the games are really exciting to play.
Especially the multiplayer ones like Tekken or any of Lucas have mentioned .
After selecting games they wanted, the three fell in the game where they used to play since they were young,
Super planes 29' is a racing game like in cars but planes or the game has rules like the normal racing car games .
Like before, using the console button the trio's fingers move fast by pushing them and clicking them .
At first it was Lucas who's winning the game he was the lead below Toby and Jess who was keep racing now leaving Toby alone.
He was trying his best by distracting them like he always did before just to defeat them like in this game .
This was his motive, in other words he was cheating on the game by hitting them with his blue plane.
"You think ya'll can't beat me!? Well watch this!" Toby depends.
Jessica fights back "Hey that's illegal!" .
Once Lucas noticed the two were distracted he made his way to defeat them by leading them off away "Keep fighting, Lucas is winning!" He demanded teasingly
Even Lucas is like a child sometimes though being the most matured but when it comes in a situation like this or he is just enjoying it and it is one of his stress away or stress reliever.
The three planes keep lining together Jessica and Toby have made their ways of defeating him but in the end Lucas is still the winner despite their tries or being good in this game.
After that game Lucas never asks one of them he just chooses Tekken again as he wanted that too or it's his turn now .
Before playing Lucas made a bet between the two on who will be his foe in the game if Jessica is the first or Toby by rock paper scissors . Toby was the one who wins so he will be the first foe before Jessica.
Once they play the game Lucas chooses Paul and Toby chooses Jin . Lucas was also good at this game but he's never a good gamer like Toby and Jessica.
If they had Top 4 ge would be top 4 or the last because Nick was better than him but he still made his own characters win making him best.
Like before. Jin was the one who first punches Paul with his two hands then an upper cut on his lower head or chin after his face .
Then following a kick on his body throwing Paul away and decreasing his health everytime he was being attacked by Jin .
But Paul never backed down against him as Lucas was able to stand despite his low health and fight back against him by kicking him and punching him in different types or ways of defeating him leaving Jin defeated in the first round but in the end it was Jin who won the game.
After playing Tekken, the three started playing Need for speed that lasts another hour to play instead of resting .
Both Lucas and Jessica were playing Need for speed while their fingers were both fidgeting its controller; they weren't just playing but they were also bantering each other .
As Jessica keeps winning over him her car keeps leading Lucas who won't let himself loose and the two weren't the only players but including Toby who is in last place .
On the other hand, Nick finally returned back to Venture falls from a day flight from the Terrain isle.
Once Nick was dropped by the taxi, Nick was welcomed by the dark ambience but the house next to them already had Christmas lights.
No, this one is different from the others. It's like what he sees in Terrian isle so he assumed that there will be new neighbours .
He's both excited and curious about them. Back to the story, Nick noticed that the house was open or someone was there.
Nick smiled in relief that his friends were back but they never knew he was already here.
Once Nick entered their house, a new ambience but ear shattering silence welcomed him .
He was amazed or mezmerised on how tidy the house was . Other than that, the fragrance of lavender also filled the room .
Nick tried searching somewhere around their house to search for his friends but he failed to see them .
Until he heard some shouts and laughter that came from the gaming room excitedly, Nick rushed down to check his friends .
Without being noticed by them, Nick silently and gently opened the room . He was welcomed by the three like children playing a game completely unaware that he was here.

Meanwhile Jessica never noticed him because she was playing video games, not even Toby and Lucas.

Soon, the tv switched on again, instead a man in his 6ft appeared on the screen . He was wearing those pink suits from Squid game but their zipper was unzipped.

After leaving the two men in the room , Jessica didn't even struggle to walk in a dark room .

"Okay" Nick answered shortly but she can see how disappointed she is but Jessica was smiling back at him but trying to avoid his gaze
Jessica looked at him then smirked without speaking or anything via telepathy . Nick can read what she meant until Jessica holds his larger hands .
Nick smirked back when he realized that Jessica was inviting him on a "date" but they were just shopping and not a date but Nick still likes it.
Before they could sneak out, and made sure that Lucas and Toby won't catch them.
Jessica turned the power off then pulled his hand as they gently, carefully not made a noise when she headed to his room to take his car keys .
Nick was guided by Jessica as if he was an old man, she wrapped her less muscular arms to his when they got to the stairs very carefully .
Nick also held the railings to guide himself on the stairs but the two made sure not to make some noise .
Once the two were downstairs, Jessica let him go for a while and take her phone and bag .
She also took the other bag that is for him and Lucas and the other stuff for them .
Carefully, the two ran but they made sure to lock the door and intentionally left Lucas and Toby so they can have their desired time together like just the two of them.
Nick was about to drive the car but Jessica led him because she doesn't want him to get tired since he's travelling all day .
Jess and Nick didn't take stuff longer, they left as they rode the car and headed off wherever they could go.
