Izuku was still wondering if he was dreaming. After all, he'd never heard of a power that could be passed from one person to another. But it was clear that whatever the energy in Toshinori's hand was, it had nothing to do with increasing muscle mass.

"You should see the look on your face!" Toshinori laughed before pausing. "Wow... I've become just like Sensei..."

"T-Toshinori-San, I don't know what to say..."

"Don't worry Young Midoriya, I won't force this on you. It's your choice to do it or not." Toshinori reassured. "But if you accept, both a great honor and a heavy burden will be passed on to you."

"And you're saying not even the SCP Foundation and Heroics Association know about it?" Izuku asked.

"Actually, some of the upper echelons do. The O5 Council, for example, knows all about it. So does Dr. Amelia Buck, and several of the site directors." Toshinori clarified. "A few junior researchers who work with my agency also know the secret as well as the S-Rankers of the Heroics Association. In total, I'd say at least 1% of the Foundation knows about One For All."

Izuku perked up. "Wait... Dr. Buck was the one who studied my Quirk. Did she...?"

Toshinori nodded. "She and a handful of other scientists who work for the Foundation have been on the lookout for promising youths like yourself, both Quirked and Quirkless, who could potentially succeed me. And yes, your name was added to the list when your Quirk was discovered to be the same as your father's. But of course, I had to look through each of them individually to evaluate them, and out of all of them, you're the one I feel deserves to inherit this sacred torch the most."

"Just from my actions earlier?"

"Yes, you jumped into action while the rest of us stood idly by. While one of the world's best heroes was helpless to do anything but hold the enemy off." Toshinori said. "You acted like a true hero out there, a rare attribute in our current society."

Izuku considered everything. His father had always wanted him to forge his own path as a hero, not just become a carbon copy of him. It seemed accepting One For All would be the best way to take the first step in doing just that.

"To be honest, I always knew I had to get tougher, stronger, just coasting by on adapting to any situation I found myself in wouldn't cut it in the long run. That's why my friends and I trained so hard since our Quirks manifested. If this power can take me further... If it can help me save more people... Then I'll accept it!"

Toshinori smiled. "No reluctance... Heh, you remind me of myself when I was your age. Before we begin, you should know that One For All could tear apart whoever inherits it. Luckily, from what I'm seeing, we shouldn't have to worry about that. You already have the right sort of body to handle the power."

Izuku nodded. The years of training he had done with his friends and under his father had given him a swimmer's build. Despite looking rather scrawny and nerdy at a glance, his body was fairly evenly-muscled all over.

"Can I make a request, though?" Izuku asked. "I'd like my friends to be let in on the secret as well. I trust them."

Toshinori nodded. "And I doubt you'll have to worry about your parents. Being an old friend of mine, your father is privy to the secret as well."

With everything in mind, Toshinori brought Izuku and his friends to Dagobah Municipal Beach Park, which was completely filthy and covered in trash. Katsuki was only slightly miffed that he got passed over for such a powerful Quirk but did admit it would be better suited in Izuku's hands. Mayumi had grown accustomed to Gyrfalcon, and both Ben and Morimoto were happy with their Quirks.

"Well, as long as Auntie Inko and Uncle Tony are okay with things," Morimoto said.

"One For All stockpiles a great amount of power and we are about to get into some serious training so you all can be ready for the UA High Entrance Exams." Toshinori clarified before buffing up into his All-Might Form and yanking a strand of hair before handing it to Izuku. "NOW EAT THIS!"

"...Wat?" Izuku flatly asked.

All-Might rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "There are two important factors in passing on One For All. First is that the current holder must want to pass it on. That's already covered, of course. The second is that the one inheriting the Quirk must swallow a sample of the holder's DNA. I just thought a strand of hair would be the least gross way to go about it."

"Are you sure it couldn't have been simple to let a drop of blood go into a can of soda or juice instead?" Mayumi pointed out.

However, there would be no need for debate, as Izuku had already taken the hair and swallowed it, shivering as he forced it down his throat.

"So glad I don't have to do this more than once..."

However, he soon felt the effect, energy flowing through his body. He could feel his muscles hardening as steam started to come off him, his body quickly adapting to the changes.

"I think it's working," Ben noted.

Mayumi nodded. "And from my scans of his biological systems, it seems to be agreeing with him."

Soon, Izuku finished processing and adapting, taking a few breaths to calm himself down from the sudden rush.

"That...was crazy!"

"So...what now?" Morimoto questioned.

Izuku rubbed his chin before trying to throw a punch with his new power...only to feel his arm blow itself out and hang limply. However, he quickly righted the limb back into place with a quick CRUNCH.

"What just happened?" Ben asked.

"I think you're doing it wrong," Mayumi noted.

"I thought if I used One For All throughout my whole body it might be too much at first. So I tried focusing it in one arm." Izuku explained as he flexed his fingers.

"DUMBASS DEKU!" Katsuki snapped as he delivered an explosive punch to the back of Izuku's head. "If All-Might's Quirk were strong enough to tear your whole body apart while using it, you're whole goddamn arm would've exploded!"

"Abuse...! That was abuse...!" Izuku weakly pointed out, his face having planted firmly into the sand.

"You'll need to learn how to control One For All throughout your whole body, but I'm not the right person to be teaching you that. After all, I was something of a prodigy when using it for the first time." All-Might said. "Fortunately, I have a friend who knows One For All's secret and can help you understand how to use it best. And thankfully I won't have to contact Gran Torino for this..."

He took out his smartphone and contacted someone on speed dial. After twenty minutes of waiting, a woman showed up. She was wearing special sunglasses, indicating she was blind and had dark green hair that reached her lower neck. Despite her condition, she seemed to navigate the cluttered beach as if she were seeing in broad daylight, a futuristic briefcase held in her right hand.

"Glad to see you, Toshi." The woman greeted, looking straight at All-Might. "So you finally picked a successor. So which of these kids is it?"

"I take it you can see the energy inside Young Midoriya?"

The woman turned to look at Izuku. "So this is the kid, huh?"

"Who the heck are you?" Katsuki asked gruffly.

"Ah, sorry for not introducing myself," The woman said, turning her head to the blonde bomber. "Name's Asahi Inukun. But you can call me by my hero name...Hero-939, Blind Tracker Hero: Endo Hound."

Mayumi gasped. "No way...!"

Asahi unlocked the briefcase and attached it to her body, the entire thing unfolding into a red armor suit with a helmet and battle claws much like Iron Man's Mark V Armor in Iron Man 2.

"Endo Hound!" Izuku geeked out. "Not only is she an amazing fighter and tracker, but her Quirk, Amnestic Breath, can trick criminals who manage to escape into returning to the scene of a crime by erasing part of their memory."

"That's not all. She also picked up a mutation from her father's Quirk. It allows her to perfectly mimic other people's voices after only hearing them once." Morimoto added.

"Not to mention she's trained her other senses to the same levels as frickin' Daredevil!" Ben said.

"Hell yeah!" Katsuki grinned. "She's a badass on the battlefield who can target a villain's weak spots by sensing their endothermic energy!"

Asahi nodded. "And that's how I'll be helping you control One For All, Midoriya."

"During this training, you kids will be cleaning up this beach. It's been needed for some time anyway, so might as well kill two birds with one stone." All-Might added. "The Entrance Exam for UA is in ten months, which should give us plenty of time to train you for what's to come."

"Well...let's do this thing!" Ben declared.

Dagobah Beach was right at the edge of local ocean currents, picking up anything that got washed out to sea. Plenty of illegal dumpers took advantage of this. At one point in their training, Izuku and Co. saw a hero who didn't take kindly to that, due to feeling most at home in the ocean.

"Check it out, it's Serepnshia!" Morimoto pointed out.

Hero-3000, The Eel Hero: Serpenshia was an aquatic hero and part-time prison warden. His Quirk, Anantashesha, was a dark-colored secretion from his body that he used to tag villains, sending them into a temporary state of confusion.

So long as the effect lasted, typically several days, a tagged villain couldn't even think of doing any sort of crime or villainous act without seeing Serpenshia's leering golden eyes in their minds. If they didn't quickly suppress those thoughts, they'd be driven insane and would likely turn themselves over to the police.

Serpenshia was already swimming for a boat of illegal dumpers. The hero rarely ever spoke, and when he did, he made sure he got his point across. So needless to say, he was silent while taking out the dumpers, largely villains hired by factories who were using less than scrupulous methods.

"There's a good lesson right there; Not all evil-doers are supervillains. They come in all shapes and sizes." Asahi said. "Here's a quick question... What's the difference between a Criminal and a Villain?"

"A Villain will always act in their own self-interest. Especially if it inconveniences others." Izuku answered.

"But a Criminal typically tries to break the law without hurting others in the process," Mayumi added.

"Right on both counts! Expect questions such as these on the written portion of the exam." All-Might said. "A Hero has to know when a crime is considered justifiable and lessen the amount of force used to bring them in. This is important to know because sometimes Criminals will be desperate enough to attack, rather than surrender, while a Villain will sometimes know when they're beaten and surrender outright."

This was part of the lesson plan, coaching the group on possible questions that would be on the written exam while using the various bits of trash to train different muscle groups. Additionally, Endo Hound would sometimes ambush them to teach them how to react to unexpected situations. Naturally, there were breaks for meals, sleep, and classes.

Katsuki was especially grateful for the training since compared to the likes of Izuku, he was practically a glass cannon. Sure he would never go down easy, but any damage he took stuck. Ben, Morimoto, and Mayumi could all attest to the same thing, even with Mayumi's Gyrfalcon helping her out.

Considering the nature of Mayumi's Object of Power and how it was made by Dr. Light, Mayumi had acquired many 'Busters' as she liked to call them from various Quirks she had scanned. However, when she scanned Morimoto's Morph Quirk, Gyrfalcon underwent a metamorphosis that allowed Mayumi to cybernetically shapeshift any part of her body into whatever weapon or tool she needed.

Despite this, Mayumi's Busters remained as her method of copying Quirks scanned. But thanks to the metamorphosis, she could copy/adapt to Transformation and Mutant types, which Gyrfalcon originally couldn't do, being relegated to Emitter types initially.

Ten months passed slowly, but surely, and before long Dagobah Beach was quickly becoming resort-worthy again. At one point, Izuku had brought up the possibility of hidden bodies, prompting Toshinori to contact his friend on the force, Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi, just in case. However, it seemed corpses were one thing no one was desperate enough to dump on the beach. So the training passed without incident.

The ten months of training also helped Izuku get more used to One For All. At first, he started using just 5% when moving the junk. Now he could consistently hit 10% without his body getting overtaxed.

His friends had also improved considerably, Katsuki now able to generate his nitroglycerin sweat on command while Morimoto could shapeshift more quickly and fluidly. Ben learned new Elemental combinations, such as creating Ink by mixing Darkness and Water or even Magnetism by combining Earth, Air, and Electricity. Mayumi couldn't scan One For All with Gyrfalcon, but thanks to being able to scan Izuku's Reactive Adaptation, she could more quickly adapt her cybernetics on the fly and configure to her Busters and other weapon configurations.

"I gotta say, I'm amazed. I only set aside a small area to clean, but you both cleaned up the entire beach." Toshinori said as he looked over the beach.

"Now I wish I had sight. The view must be amazing, but I can still feel the ocean breeze, and there's fresh salt water hitting my nostrils instead of smog and rust. You kids did good." Asahi noted.

Toshinori nodded. "We've already sent in your application papers for UA. The rest is up to you. Remember this as you take your exam... There is a difference between being lucky and being deserving. Don't get the two confused.

"You should get going. It'll look bad if you're late." Asahi ushered.

"We won't let you down," Ben said as the kids all headed off.

I might need to explain some things with my adaptation of Mayumi.

Her Gyrfalcon originally worked as prosthetics like SCP-2806 with the added benefit of having Mega Man's power to gain new weapons based on enemies he defeated. However, when she scanned both Morimoto's Morph and Izuku's Reactive Adaptation, her prosthetics underwent a sort of upgrade that basically made her entire body cybernetic.

Originally, she could only copy Emitter Quirks and they would take the form of cannons much like the Mega Buster. However, after the upgrade, she can copy Transformation and Mutant Quirks, which take the form of different weapons or tools on various parts of her body, which have a wide range of shapes to take due to Morimoto's Morph being part of the equation.

So, to reiterate, Emitter Quirks take the form of Mega Buster Cannons, while Transformation and Mutant Quirks take the forms of other things, like maybe rocket-powered gauntlets or jet boots, or even a scorpion tail with a plasma blaster tip. The possibilities are endless!

I might just start making character bios and special lists related to Quirks and Objects of Power at the end of chapters for certain unique things, just for fun.
