Naruto and Kami flew through the sky, the world below passed in a blur of mountains, rivers, and forests. The golden hues of the sunset cast on the landscape, but there was no time to admire the beauty. Kami had been unusually silent, his expression filled with seriousness and worry. Whatever the matter was, it was clearly a big emergency that Kami brought Naruto along with him.

Naruto, sensing the weight of the situation, broke the silence. "Tell me again, where are we going?" he asked, glancing at the worried guardian of Earth flying beside him.

"We are going to a place called The Dead Zone," Kami replied, his voice calm but tense.

Naruto's curiosity spiked. "Ho! Sounds interesting. So, what's the problem?"

Kami's face darkened as he spoke the name. "Garlic Jr. is the problem. He has returned after almost 400 years. I knew this day would come, but... not so soon."

Naruto frowned, the name unfamiliar to him. "Garlic? Who the heck is that?" His voice carried a tone of confusion, never ever he heard any mention of this name, that could make Kami worried.

Kami closed his eyes as if summoning memories of the past. He let out a heavy sigh before responding, "When I sought to become the Guardian of Earth, I was not alone. There was another, powerful fighter named Garlic, who also desired the position. We competed for the right to protect this planet. In the end, I was chosen to succeed as Guardian."

Naruto listened intently, feeling the gravity of Kami's words. "So, what? Was Garlic weak or just evil?"

Kami shook his head. "He was strong, very strong. But his heart was consumed by darkness. I was only able to surpass him because I purged myself of my own evil, separating the darkness from myself. Garlic, on the other hand, embraced his malice. His desire wasn't to protect Earth but to rule it. The previous Guardian saw through his schemes."

Naruto's expression shifted from curiosity to understanding. "So what happened after that? You defeated him?"

Kami's voice grew quieter, "Dissatisfied with the Guardian's decision, Garlic rebelled. He attacked us both, me and my predecessor. But Garlic underestimated the power of the Guardian. In the end, my predecessor was forced to banish Garlic's, locking him away in a dark void for all eternity."

Naruto raised an eyebrow. "Wait, you said 'Garlic Jr.' earlier. I am guessing this guy is related to that original Garlic?"

Kami nodded solemnly. "Yes. Garlic Jr. is his son. After Garlic's imprisonment, I sought out his son, hoping to guide him down a different path. But I was too late. Garlic Jr. vanished before I could reach him, and in the shadows, he harbored the same hatred and thirst for revenge as his father."

Naruto crossed his arms as they flew, the situation becoming clearer but no less dire. "So Garlic Jr. wants revenge, right? And you want me to stop him. Why not send Piccolo? He's strong."

Kami sighed, his voice soft with a trace of regret. "Piccolo is still growing, but he is not ready for an enemy like Garlic Jr. His strength is formidable, but his power cannot match the sheer evil that Garlic Jr. possesses. I… I am too old now to stand against him. Only you, Naruto, have the strength to defeat him."

Naruto's gaze hardened. He understood now why Kami had been so serious. This wasn't just about stopping another typical villain. If Kami said this guy was strong then it was something he wouldn't take lightly "You got it, Kami. You can trust me to take this guy down. I won't let you down, Kami."

Kami looked at Naruto with a sense of hope and relief. "You are strong Naruto, but still be on your guard. I have sensed terrible darkness within Garlic Jr."

This only made Naruto smirk, trying to keep the mood light despite the tension. "Well, when you put it like that, then I will give it my all?"

In the ominous halls of Garlic Castle, the air was thick with dark energy. The towering, floating fortress screamed nothing but a place for pure evil.

Seated on his late father's throne, Garlic Jr., a small turquoise alien-like creature with pointy ears and a sinister grin, eying his three henchmen standing before him. His robe billowed slightly, the white hood casting shadows over his glowing eyes as he addressed them.

"We need all seven Dragon Balls in our possession for our plan, do we not?" Garlic Jr.'s voice was sharp, dripping with arrogance.

"Yes, sir," the henchmen said in unison, their faces the only parts visible under their black robes.

"And yet… we have none," Garlic Jr. continued with a sneer, his fingers tapping the armrest of his throne. "That means we need to move now. Once I gather all the Dragon Balls, I will wish for immortality. It's so close... I can feel it."

His henchmen nodded vigorously. "Yes, Master Garlic Jr."

One of the henchmen stepped forward. "We know the location of the Dragon Balls, sir. Someone has already gathered them and stored them in a palace. It's only a matter of time before we seize them."

Garlic Jr.'s smile grew wider. "Even Kami, the so-called guardian, is mortal. But I will become everlasting, immortal. And that is just the first step. Soon, all creatures on Earth will know despair and misery under my rule." His voice rose as he laughed maniacally, filling the room with dark desires.

As his mad laugh grew louder and louder, even his loyal henchmen couldn't help but feel a shiver run down their spines. The sinister sound of his laughter reverberated in the chamber until, suddenly, Garlic Jr. stopped, his expression snapping into sharp focus.

His eyes narrowed as he felt a familiar presence approaching. "Kami..." he muttered, his voice dripping with disdain.

"W-What, sir?!" one of the henchmen confusingly asked.

"Kami is coming... and he's not alone." Garlic Jr.'s tone was cold. "Does the old fool think he can stop me? Hah! No matter. He will be no match for me in my current form."

One of the henchmen hesitated. "Sir, what should we do?"

Garlic Jr. smirked, a cruel twist of his lips. "I'll deal with Kami myself. You three," he commanded, his voice like ice, "take care of whoever dares to accompany him. I don't care who they are, eliminate them."

"SIR! YES, SIR!" the three henchmen barked in unison.

Meanwhile, high in the sky, Naruto and Kami descended toward the floating castle, the structure looming like a black cloud over the land. Naruto whistled, impressed by the size and dark nature of the fortress. "Gotta admit, that castle looks pretty cool,".

Kami, however, was not amused. "It's an abomination. Garlic once constructed it to mirror the guardian's temple, but twisted in his image."

Naruto nodded thoughtfully. "So, what's the plan? You want me to take them all out, or you got something else in mind?"

Kami frowned, the weight of centuries of battle and loss etched into his features. "You take care of his henchmen. I will try to reason with Garlic Jr. Though I fear words will not be enough... If all fails, you know what to do."

Naruto cracked his knuckles, the fire of fighting spirit burning in his eyes. Saiyan blood boiling in anticipation for a good fight "Got it. If he doesn't listen, I'll take him out."

As they landed in the castle's sprawling garden, the sight of Garlic Jr. and his henchmen greeted them. Naruto sized them up, his instincts flaring, sensing the hidden suppressed power of Garlic Jr.

Kami, however, stepped forward with the calm authority of a guardian. "Garlic Jr.," Kami said, his voice carrying the weight of the past. "It's been nearly 400 years, and you've become just as wretched as your father."

Garlic Jr.'s eyes flashed with anger, his temper flaring. "What did you say?!"

Kami remained steady, his voice cold. "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

Garlic Jr. growled, fists clenching. "So what? I'm stronger than my father and you combined. I will rule this world! And I WILL have my revenge!"

Kami sighed, his gaze shifting toward Naruto. "I know. That's why I didn't come alone."

Garlic Jr. blinked and sneered, pointing at Naruto. "Him? That monkey? Do you think this weakling can defeat me? I can barely sense his power."

Naruto remained silent, unfazed by the insult. He had been suppressing his power the entire time, and he could feel a dark energy full of hate rising from Garlic Jr. He was stronger than the Saiyan expected. This only made him look forward to the fight.

Kami's tone remained firm. "Naruto is more than capable. Do not underestimate him."

Garlic Jr. scoffed. "Hmph. I won't waste my time on him. My henchmen will handle this," he declared, snapping his fingers. His three minions stepped forward, removing their cloaks to reveal their odd garish outfits.

Naruto, however, barely glanced at them. These guys weren't a threat, the real fight lay ahead. But he has to deal with them first.

"I'll take them," Naruto said confidently. Kami nodded. As Naruto vanished from sight with the three henchmen into the castle, Kami stayed behind, locking eyes with Garlic Jr.

Inside the dark halls of the castle, Naruto walked quietly, his senses alert. The henchmen had vanished into the shadows, but Naruto wasn't worried. Suddenly, two of them jumped in front of him, while the third appeared behind, attempting to trap him.

"If you want to face our master, you'll have to get through us first!" one of them stepped forward "But first let us formally introduce Ourselves."

"I am Ginger" "I am Nikki" "I am Sansho" All of them shouted their name given by their great lord.

Naruto closed his eyes, sighing with a bored expression plastered on his face. "I don't care what your names are. You three are going to be dead anyway."

The henchmen scowled, their pride wounded. "How dare—!"

"You look down on—"

"Us!"

The three charged at Naruto with incredible speed, their fists aimed to strike the Saiyan. Their attacks connected with their target, creating a large shock wave around them. But when the dust settled, they were met with a terrifying sight.

Naruto hadn't moved an inch.

His left hand effortlessly caught Ginger's fist, while his right hand held Nikki's wrist. His shoulder casually blocked Sansho's punch, as if their combined strength was nothing to him.

Wide-eyed and trembling, the henchmen backed away, their confidence shattered. Naruto opened his eyes, a dangerous smirk on his lips as he looked at them. "You really thought you could win?"

"Grrr... don't get so full of yourself," Sansho said, glancing at Nikki and Ginger as he nodded. Soon they started to scream and power up. Their body started to expand and gained more muscle mass and their height started to increase. Fully powered up, Transformed into tall intimidating monsters, they again charged at Naruto.

Reaching him, they lashed out with a flurry of blows, but Naruto countered each one effortlessly, blocking or parrying them. Seeing him not taking them seriously made them even angrier.

They decided to change their tactics and started spinning around Naruto. The Saiyan, having enough of their games, punched and kicked them away. Nikki and Ginger quickly recovered, flew up, and made some distance. "HAAAAAAAAAAA," they both shouted, firing ki blasts at Naruto, who swatted their attacks away as if they were nothing.

Sansho suddenly appeared from behind and kicked Naruto, but the Saiyan easily dodged it and grabbed his leg. Naruto spun him around and finally threw him through pillars and walls.

Seeing Sansho beaten, both Ginger and Nikki nodded at each other and started gathering a massive amount of ki in their hands. Dark ki balls appeared, and they merged their attacks, firing at Naruto. Naruto raised his right hand and fired a beach ball-sized ki blast that easily consumed their attacks along with them, creating a large explosion. When the smoke cleared away, there was no sign of either of them.

Sansho emerged from the wall and, upon seeing the fate of his comrades, gathered his full power. He charged at Naruto with lightning speed, aiming to take the Saiyan's head off. But Naruto, having anticipated the move, ducked slightly and delivered a devastating punch through Sansho's gut. Naruto pulled his blood-covered arm back as Sansho stood there in shock, green blood flowing from his gaping mouth. His eyes rolled back, and he collapsed onto the floor.

"M-M-Monster" Sansho muttered as he took his last breath.

Seeing the last henchmen die, Naruto sighed "Well, that was disappointing. Now where is Kami"

Kami, the guardian of Earth, was slammed against a stone pillar. He fell to the ground, groaning and clutching his right shoulder, which throbbed with pain.

Before him, Garlic Jr. loomed like a dark shadow, a wicked smirk plastered across his grotesque face. "Nothing is left for old warriors but to be wiped out," he taunted, stepping closer, his presence radiating hate. "Let this be a lesson from my father." He raised his hand, dark energy crackling in his palm, and pointed directly at Kami. "Now, I will finish you!"

With great effort, Kami rose to his feet, his body shaking from the last impact. "I am the guardian of this Earth," he replied, his voice steady despite the pain. "I know the kind of misery and misfortune you will bring to this world. Even if it costs my life, I will stop you."

Garlic Jr. let out a devilish laugh. "You fool," he mocked, readying a Ki blast that glowed brightly in his palm. But before he could unleash it, a powerful kick from Naruto sent him crashing through another pillar.

"Hey, you old Namekian," Naruto called as he helped Kami back to his feet, "You said you'd talk it out first."

Kami chuckled weakly, relieved to see the Saiyan. "That talking didn't quite work out."

Naruto shot him a reassuring smile, but their senses spiked as Garlic Jr. emerged from the rubble, fury igniting his eyes. "Hehehe, look at this, a monkey has come to the aid of this old guardian," he sneered.

"Let me clarify something for you, shorty," Naruto said, his tone sharp. "I'm not a monkey. My name is Naruto, a Saiyan of Earth. And I'm going to make you pay for hurting Kami!"

The sound of Naruto's name sent Garlic Jr. into a fit of laughter. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Do you think you can make me pay? Me, the great Garlic Jr.?" He stopped suddenly, his expression shifting to one of determination. "But if you insist…" He began to raise his power, a dark aura swirling around him. "HAAAAAAA AHA!"

As Naruto watched, Garlic's body transformed, ripping out his clothes to shreds except for his pants. His skin turned darker and he became massive in size and so did his muscle, greatly increasing his strength and power. "HAAAAAAHA AHAHHHAAHHHAAAA HAA"

"I can sense a large amount of power… His level is rising fast," Naruto thought, widening his eyes in shock. Before he could react, Garlic Jr. disappeared and reappeared, landing a heavy blow to Naruto's neck. The impact sent him crashing through a wall.

"What the… I barely saw him!" Naruto gasped as he quickly got to his feet, only to find Garlic Jr. behind him, delivering a swift kick that sent him crashing through the floor.

"HAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAA AHAHAAAAA!" Naruto roared, drawing on every ounce of his power. A brilliant white aura surrounded him as he unleashed his full strength. The ground beneath him cracked, stones lifting into the air like startled birds.

"WHAT? HOW CAN THIS BE?!" Garlic shouted, slight fear creeping into his voice.

With a powerful charge, Naruto slammed into Garlic Jr., sending him sprawling back. Before Garlic could recover, Naruto followed up with a flurry of punches, each blow echoing like thunder. The castle shook from the force of their battle, walls crumbling around them.

But Garlic Jr. wasn't finished. Grunting in pain, he unleashed a Ki blast from his mouth, striking Naruto in the chest and sending him flying backward. Naruto quickly regained his footing.

Seeing that they were both evenly matched in terms of power, decided to change his tactics from direct engagement to a hit-and-run style of combat. Appearing next to Garlic, he lashed out with a quick right to his side which Garlic Jr. was unable to block. Naruto used this tactic and was able to land quite a few heavy blows on Garlic.

Then Naruto charged past Garlic with a Ki ball in his hand that he bought near his stomach. He then pushed the Ki ball forward and, at point-blank range, sent him blasting away.

Garlic laid on the ground with a large hole in his stomach "Is he down?" Naruto said. But to his shock, Garlic started to laugh and get up. Naruto saw Garlic's wound rapidly heal up in seconds "Rapid healing, he has regeneration abilities" Naruto yelled in shock.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA See you can't defeat me. Although it's a surprise that someone as strong as me exists. But with my regeneration ability, you can't defeat me. I can heal from any wound you give me, HahaAHAHAAha "

"This just got harder," he muttered, frustration mingling with excitement. "But I like a good challenge!" his Saiyan blood boiling with anticipation.

The two charged at each other, trading blows at lightning speed, each hit sending shockwaves through the air.

"YOU FOOL!" Garlic Jr. shouted but Naruto disappeared from his opponent's view and he felt a solid elbow blow to the stomach and was swept from underneath hitting the ground and rolled out of the way as Naruto came down with an axe kick, causing a large crater. But Naruto quickly caught up with Garlic, and landed a barrage of punches and kicks into Garlic's stomach.

Garlic Jr. grunted in pain and fired a ki blast at Naruto, but the Saiyan quickly dodged it. Naruto flew up and made some distance between him and Garlic. A blue Ki energy from around his body, gathered into his palm to form a bright-blue energy sphere, then Naruto threw the sphere at Garlic "Take this, Eraser Cannon ''.

Garlic screamed and crossed his hands in an X formation to shield himself, as Naruto's ki attack exploded and consumed Garlic. The explosion destroyed the whole castle and there was no sign of Garlic Jr.

Panting heavily, Naruto surveyed the rubble, expecting victory. "Did I do it? Is he down?" He did not sense anything around him.

Suddenly, laughter filled the air, making Naruto's victory short-lived. Garlic Jr. emerged from the wreckage, his wounds healing before their eyes. "I TOLD YOU, I CAN'T BE DEFEATED!" he bellowed, his voice echoing ominously. With a single command, Garlic opened a portal to the dark void in the sky behind him, a gaping maw that threatened to consume everything in its vicinity. "EVERYTHING WILL BE SUCKED INTO THIS PORTAL! YOU ALL WILL BE LOCKED INSIDE THIS DARKNESS JUST LIKE MY FATHER!"

"Kami, what is this?" Naruto yelled, using his Ki to anchor himself to the ground.

"It's the Dark Void!" Kami shouted. "We have to stop him or we'll be trapped forever!"

Naruto's mind raced, "Step back, Kami!" he instructed. He cupped his hands to the side, focusing his energy. "KAMEE HAMEE HAAAA!" The beam of energy erupted from Naruto's palms, roaring toward Garlic Jr. The Kamehameha collided with him, knocking him back toward the portal.

"I am not defeated. You haven't defeated me. I will be back… I WILL BE BACK" Garlic Screamed falling in the portal that he created "I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!" but his words were swallowed by the darkness as he was pulled into the void.

With the caster of the technique gone, the portal slowly closed forever, leaving the sky clear once more. Exhausted, Naruto sank to the ground, his clothes tattered and burned.

"Huf… huf…" He panted, relief washing over him. "I won."

"Indeed you did," Kami said, appearing beside. "You have done well, Naruto. You have saved the world from a great evil." The old Namekian tone was filled with gratitude towards the Saiyan.

"What now?" Naruto asked the guardian "Is there any chance he can come back anytime soon?"

Kami shook his head as he chuckled a little. "Garlic Jr. is trapped in that dark void for eternity, just like his father. It's ironic that he suffers the same fate."

"Hahahaha!" Naruto laughed, relieved that it was over.
