"Alright crime fighters, today we are heading to Chicago, Illinois, we have small precious little babies being taken from multiple hospitals and exactly 12 years ago, a Sergeant of the CPD, Hank Voight, his newborn daughter was taken right after she was born" A bubbly voice spoke, that voice belonged to Penelope Garcia.

"And the baby's mother?" Emily asked.

"She is one of ours, Senior FBI Agent, Anna Carter. She worked out of the Chicago office. A few months after her daughter went missing she transferred out of Chicago and to DC. In fact she's supposed to start her profile training today. She's been studying to be a profiler for the past 12 years to figure out who had taken her daughter"

"What do we know from the hospitals?" Aaron asked. "Any footage of the kidnappings?"

Clicking a button on the remote the blonde tech pulled a video up. "Not very long after the babies are born someone goes into the room dressed as a doctor or nurse and then he walks out with the baby. On the video they hide their faces"

Before anyone could speak another voice spoke. "Were any of the mothers drugged?" The voice belonged to a woman, it was Anna Carter.

Everyone turned and saw her standing there, she wore a light purple blouse, a blazer, slacks and heels. Her brown hair up in a high ponytail, her brown eyes blazed with fury and anger. This had been the first time someone, anyone had taken a case, the case about kidnapped babies. It could be the lead she could be looking for to find her daughter.

"I'm sorry, you are?" Aaron asked her.

"I'm sorry for intruding. I'm Special Agent Anna Carter. I was told I could find you guys here"

Aaron had looked at his team. "We'll continue to debrief on the plane" He then turned to Anna. "Why don't we go talk in my office?"

Aaron had left the room and Anna followed him. In the briefing room, JJ was in shock when she saw Anna, she thought how much Jordan resembled her. The silky brown hair, those chocolate brown eyes, everything was similar in some ways. Could it be? Was JJ raising Anna's daughter? Jordan had gone missing 12 years prior and her Jordan had turned 12 not long ago. The math just about all added up.

The blonde profiler looked at Garcia. "Say Garcia, when was Anna admitted to the hospital when she gave birth?"

Garcia typed as fast as she could then got her answer. "Looks to be May of 2002. Why?"

"No reason"

"There's a reason"

"We have to go thanks"

Before anyone could ask JJ anything she bolted out of the room as fast as she could going to her desk. "It can't be. It can't be"

Aaron and Anna had gone to Hotch's office and she closed the door and faced the unit chief. "I need to be apart of this case"

"Agent Carter-" Hotch started but was cut off.

"Anna please"

"Anna, I can't allow you to be involved. You're one of the victims"

"I'm not a victim, my daughter is the victim"

"You both are the victims"

"Do you have kids?"

"I do. I have a son, Jack"

"Then you have to understand. If someone had taken your son, wouldn't you do anything to get him back? When my baby was taken a part of me died, my ex and I fought consistently about the situation till we split up. He stayed in Chicago to work the case or find any leads. He calls to check on me every year on her birthday. I'd ask if he has any leads he hasn't had any leads in years"

"And Jordan's father is.." He trailed off not being able to finish.

"Sergeant Hank Voight. He is the police Sergeant that was mentioned earlier. The day that Jordan was born was a day I'll never forget, it was a normal day. I went into labor and Hank took me to the hospital, his older son came too. After grueling labor and pain I had my baby girl, she was placed in my arms and she" Anna choked up. "She was so beautiful, looked just like me. I passed her to her father and older brother so they could meet her. Hank's son, Justin, was the one to name her. Jordan. Her full name was Jordan Lynn Voight. Hank offered to take her while I got some rest, I said yes. I watched him take her out the room, I closed my eyes for just a moment then I heard footsteps. I thought it was Hank coming back to check on me. It wasn't I could barely get a look before I was drugged and knocked out. When I came to, Hank was nervous and scared. Next thing I know he told me the news that's been in my head forever. Jordan was missing. We searched for her, I used my contacts to find her but nothing came up. We started fighting, bickering, blaming each other. Eventually we separated and broke up, last I heard he was still in the Chicago PD running the Intelligence unit. I left Chicago it was to painful for me to stay"

"Did you see who could have drugged you?"

"I saw that bastard's face. It was brief but I saw who it was. His name is Jacob Desmond. I put him away and he told me he'd make me pay for locking him away. I didn't think he'd stoop as low as to take my baby. I need to be apart of this, this has been the first solid lead I've gotten in years"

"We arrested Jacob Desmond 12 years ago here in DC"

"Let me question him, he could know where my daughter is"

"I'll stay here and work this angle with you while the others go to Chicago"

"Deal"

"We play this by the book Anna. I know your emotions will be high but you have to keep a calm and steady head"

"I understand completely"

"Let's take a trip"
