Dragon Eye of the Beholder Part 2

Hiccup was really in a hard place, he needed to choose between helping his friends or chasing after Dagur

"Isn't this exciting?" Dagur asked, he was really enjoying it all "What will he choose, ladies and gentlemen? Saving his friends or capturing his mortal enemy, his brother?"

Without a second thought, Hiccup and Toothless flew back to the Reaper to help the other riders, all for Dagur's disappointment

"Hmm, disappointing, but so typical Hiccup" he said

Hiccup and Toothless quickly reached the Reaper as they say how the other riders were trying to open the cage, without success

"Move back from the door!" Hiccup ordered, so all the other riders moved away from it the best they could "Toothless, plasma blast!"

Toothless shot a plasma blast at the cage's door but it didn't do anything at all, it remained closed and it didn't have a single mark

"Dragon-proof bars? Fascinating" Fishlegs said

"Whoever built this ship really knew what they were doing" Hiccup said

"You know what would be more fascinating?!" Snotlout asked, before the ship shook a bit, making Fishlegs slam into him and pressing him against the bars "Getting us out of here!"

"Toothless, now!" Hiccup said, so Toothless kept firing plasma blasts at the cage but nothing happened

"We need more firepower" Hiccup said

"You're right, but I can't make Thunder shoot a lightning blast at the cage, you already saw what will happen" Blake said

"Guys, dragon calls!" Hiccup ordered

All of the riders did their dragon calls, hoping that their dragons would come to help them, just before a giant eel tried to attack them, so Toothless has to scare it off with a plasma blast

"Why'd it have to be eels?!" Snotlout said

"They just don't give up" Blake said before looking at Thunder "Thunder, take care of the eels!"

Thunder nodded and flew above the Reaper as he shot lightning blasts at the eels, to keep them away

Hiccup and Blake still tried to open the cage with Blake's spear but it wasn't working, Toothless tried to help by shooting plasma blasts at the cage but it didn't work either

"Come on!" Hiccup said as they kept trying

Then, one eel managed to get close to the ship and was about to attack Hiccup, Thunder saw it and tried to shoot a lightning blast at it but nothing came out, meaning he had reached his shot limit

The eel took the chance to grab Hiccup's metal leg and tried to drag Hiccup to the water. Luckily, Blake grabbed Hiccup's hand in time

"Toothless!" Hiccup yelled, so Toothless shot a plasma blast at the eel, scaring it off "Thanks, bud"

"What do we do now?" Blake asked as he helped Hiccup get closer to the cage again

Hiccup thought for a moment as he looked at his metal leg, which seemed to give him an idea

He took his metal leg off and tried to use it as a lever, Blake tried to help him the best he could and Snotlout also tried to help

Thanks to its form, Hiccup's metal leg worked better as a lever than Blake's spear did. However, the ship began to shake again, so everyone lost their balance and grabbed to the cage

"Hookfang, help us! I'm important!" Snotlout yelled

"Stormfly!" Astrid called

"Barf, Belch, get your butts over here!" Ruffnut ordered

Even with the riders' calls, none of the dragons returned. To make things worse, the Reaper was now pointing vertically and the eels were getting closer

"Uh! Toothless!" Hiccup said

Since Thunder reached his shot limit, Toothless was the one keeping the eels away but he also reached his shot limit, both dragons roared into the air, trying to call for the other dragons

Astrid and Ruffnut lost their grip and slammed into Fishlegs, Snotlout and Tuffnut, with the weight of all the riders the cage finally opened but that would also make them fall straight into the water

Fishlegs was fast enough to grab on to the cage's bars as well as Snotlout, but with one hand he had to grab the cage and Ruffnut's hand with the other, she had to grab Astrid's hand to prevent her from falling. Astrid was not able to grab Tuffnut with her hand but somehow, she managed to do it with her legs

Everything happened so fast that Tuffnut had Hiccup's metal leg and seemed to be enjoying it all

"That was great!" he said, just before an eel tried to attack him, so he hit it away with Hiccup's metal leg

Luckily, the other dragons finally arrived to help

"Oh, so now you decide to show up" Tuffnut said, glaring at Barf and Belch

Soon, all of the riders were back on their dragons and flying away from the Reaper

"That was way too close" Fishlegs said

"No joke, lots of things could have gone wrong" Blake said with relief

"Hiccup, what are we doing?" Astrid asked

"You guys go back to Berk. I'll go after Dagur" Hiccup ordered "Whatever that cylinder-looking thing is, I know one thing for sure, it shouldn't be in his hands"

Astrid nodded before she and the other riders start to fly back to Berk, while Hiccup flew after Dagur who was sailing through a fog bank

In his ship was no other than Savage, who remained loyal to Dagur

"Amazing, I've never seen anything like this" Dagur said

"Me neither, what do you suppose it is?" Savage asked, so Dagur glared at him

"Don't ask ridiculous questions, Savage! Just you know this is mine now, all mine!" Dagur said as he looked at the cylinder "Now what exactly is it that you do? Tell Dagur. That's it, don't be afraid. Tell Daddy Dagur"

Savage just looked at him but he noticed how Hiccup and Toothless were getting closer

"Uh, Dagur?" he said

"What now?! Another stupid question?!" Dagur asked angrily

More of an observation" Savage said

Before Dagur could say something, Toothless flew above them and Hiccup took the cylinder out of Dagur's hands

"Thank you" Hiccup said as he flew away

Some of the Berserkers shot some arrows at them but they were out of their range, so Dagur in frustration he screamed and tossed one of the Berserkers overboard, before glaring at other who jumped overboard

"See what you did?!" Dagur asked angrily as he look at Savage "You distracted me, and now my pretty, cylindrical, mysterious object is gone!"

Then, he looked at the sky, where Hiccup and Toothless flew away

"Good for you, Hiccup! Good for you! But I got all the gold! You hear me? All the gold!" he yelled

Hours later, the riders finally returned to Berk and went to the forge with the cylinder, hoping that Gobber could open it

"Have you ever seen anything like this Dragon Eye before?" Hiccup asked

"Dragon eye? How do you know it's called 'Dragon eye'?" Tuffnut asked

"Because I named it" Hiccup explained

"Whoa, whoa, aren't we supposed to vote on stuff like that?" Snotlout asked

"Fine" Hiccup said, slightly annoyed "All those in favor say 'Dragon Eye'"

"Dragon Eye" all of the other riders said as they raised their hands

"Just wanted to make sure" Snotlout said

"Yeah, sure" Blake said as he rolled his eyes, before looking at Gobber "Can you really open the Dragon Eye?"

"Ha, can I open it? I once opened a 500-year-old giant clam at the bottom of the ocean with my bare hook" Gobber said proudly "I think it's-"

Gobber stopped when he heard a clicking sound, just before a dart came out of the Dragon Eye, which got stuck on Tuffnut

"Huh, what is that? It looks like a-" Tuffnut began before collapsing on the ground, making Ruffnut laugh

"Well, that was… something" Gobber said before trying to open the Dragon eye but some green gas started to come out of it, just as Tuffnut woke up

"It's all right, I'm okay, I got hit with something but now-" Tuffnut stopped when he sniffed the gas "No, scratch that"

He collapsed once again and began to shake ferociously

"Yeah, I'm thinking we should probably go get Gothi" Hiccup said

A few minutes later, they took Tuffnut to Gothi's hut who forced him to drink some kind of potion, he finally stopped shaking but he started to scratch his teeth

"My teeth are itchy; my teeth are itchy" Tuffnut said as he scratched his teeth

Then, Gothi wrote something in some dirt, so Gobber began to translate

"She says: that's a good sign, means it's working" Gobber translated

"Thank you, Gothi, we really appreciate this" Hiccup said

Gobber was still trying to open the Dragon Eye, Gothi didn't pay much attention until she saw something that looked like a keyhole, the mark looked familiar to her, which made her eyes widen

"Are you feeling alright, Gothi?" Blake said, noticing Gothi's look

Gothi only showed her forearm, it had a scar that was identical to the one in the Dragon Eye

"That scar…" Blake said

"It matched the keyhole" Hiccup continued

"Yeah, and it looked like a dragon bite mark to me" Fishlegs said

"Has she always had that scar? I never noticed it" Blake said

"Kind of, but she does not talk about it" Gobber explained

"Oh, that's why she writes in the dirt with a stick, I thought that was just like her thing" Tuffnut said, still scratching his teeth

"Yeah, like Snotlout being a woman repellent" Ruffnut added

"Maybe we could use the stick to itch the teeth" Tuffnut said, before Hiccup, Fishlegs and Blake began to leave

"Where you going?" Gobber asked

"After her, we have to find out what kind of dragon made that scar, it could be the key to open the Dragon Eye" Hiccup explained

"Hold on, I have my ways of making her talk" Gobber said "Well, scribble"

Later that night, Gobber opened a pot in front of Gothi, which had some kind of soup. Gothi couldn't help but to lick her lips with the smell

"It's the old bats weakness, isn't it?" Gobber asked as he waved the smoke towards Gothi "Come on, ya know you can't resist Gobber's homemade yak noodle soup"

A few seconds later, Gothi finished drinking the soup straight from the pot

"Wow, she frowned that like a yak in a heatwave" Fishlegs said in amazement

"Can you blame her? This stuff is delicious" Blake said as he walked towards them, he was eating a bowl of the same soup, earning some looks of Hiccup and Fishlegs in the process "What? I was hungry and Gobber saved me a bowl. This was the first thing I ate when I first arrived, don't judge me"

Then, Gothi sat on a chair, so Hiccup walked towards her "Now, tell me about this bite mark" he said, so Gothi started to write in the dirt as Gobber translated

"I was a turkey neck-" Gobber stopped when Gothi hit him with her staff "Ow, 'teenager', sorry" he continued to translate "I had a long climb to Glacial Island to find pure glacial water known for its healing properties, so I went with to vegetables"

Once again, Gothi hit him with her staff "Ow! 'Vikings'" he corrected "Sorry, I'm a bit rusty"

"Want me to translate for you?" Blake offered as he finished his bowl of soup

"No thanks, I can do this" Gobber said

Gothi shook her head as she continued to write on the dirt, but it was certainly something she didn't like to remember

At Glacial Island, Gothi along with a Viking man and a Viking woman were walking at getting closer to the glacial water. However, a snowstorm started and seemed pretty bad, it was hard to see anything

Then, it appeared… the Snow Wraith, it was vicious, relentless and thanks to the snowstorm and its white scales, impossible to see

It first attacked the Viking man and seconds later, it did the same with the Viking woman. Gothi tried to defend herself with her staff but the Snow Wraith bit her arm and tossed her into the snow

However, the moment Gothi landed into the snow, the Snow Wraith left her alone and didn't hurt her, she was the only one who survived

"I'll never know why it didn't finish me off that day. I left knowing only one thing, that I never wanted to smooch that dragon again, smooch?" Gobber asked when he finished translating, so Gothi hit him once again "See! Never wanted to see it again"

"You know, your drawing ain't what it used to be, old woman" Gobber said, so Gothi was about to hit him yet one more time "But your swing is as strong as ever"

"Gothi, a tooth from the Snow Wraith is the key to unlick the Dragon eye, you have to help us find it" Hiccup said

Gothi wrote something on the dirt, making Gobber's eyes widen

"I can't say that to him, he is the chief's son" Gobber said, refusing to translate

"It can't be that bad" Blake said as he looked at what Gothi wrote "Well, kind of"

Gothi erased whatever she wrote and started to write a new one

"She says: No way she's ever going back" Gobber translated

"Besides, Berk needs her, she's the best healer" Blake added

"You know, Gobber could take over" Hiccup suggested, so Blake walked towards him

"Hiccup, that's not a good idea, trust me" Blake whispered "Remember that time I got a cold? When I was starting to recover from it, Gobber tried to heal me himself and… well, I will just say my stomach didn't feel good for a week"

"Thanks for the vote of confidence" Gobber said, not listening to what Blake said "I've watched Gothi work so many times, I know this place like the back of my hand"

Trying to prove his point, Gobber raised his hand or at least it was his intention but he raised his prosthetic, when he noticed he pulled it down and raised his actual hand

"Gohi, I know you still remember the viciousness of the Snow Wraith, but you also remember how it was to be my age, to want to explore, to need to see what else is out there, to get answers to the questions we haven't even asked yet" Hiccup said as he picked up the Dragon Eye "And this will help us do all that, but only if you help us"

Gothi seemed to think for a moment but she looked back at Hiccup and nodded

The next morning all of the riders and Gothi flew towards Glacial Island

"Look at the size of that island" Hiccup said as Glacial Island appeared in sight

"The Book of dragons mentions the Snow Wraith but doesn't have any information on it" Fishlegs said excitedly "Can you believe this? A brand-new dragon! It's been so long, I've forgotten what this feeling is"

"You mean the dragon that single-handedly wiped out Gothi's entire search party?" Astrid asked

"That would be correct, so worth the long flight" Fishlegs added

"Speak for yourself! Your back is not covered in old lady drool!" Snotlout said annoyedly as he looked back, Gothi was riding with him and fell asleep, so her drool was pouting out of her mouth straight into Snotlout's back

"Anyway… Astrid's right, we don't know anything about the Snow Wraith, we don't even know how it looks" Blake said

"Okay, here we are" Astrid said as they got closer to Glacial Island

"Oh, thank Thor" Hiccup said in relief

They quickly landed at the island, just where Gothi's search party was attacked

Snotlout for off Hookfang's neck and kindly extended a hand to help Gothi, but when she was about to reach it, he pulled it away and make her fall straight into the snow

"Oh, Yak hands, I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" Snotlout asked but it was obvious he did it on purpose, so Gothi quickly got up and used her staff to make him fall "I deserved it"

"You know, we should bring her along more often" Astrid said, liking the scene

Then, Gothi started to look around the area, she remembered what happened as if it happened yesterday but she looked back at the riders and shrugged

"Great, she's got nothing" Snotlout said annoyed "Someone else is wearing that bag of bones home, she's all knees and elbows"

Suddenly, some snowflakes began to fall and the wind got stronger as a snowstorm began

"Can we please do something? My mouth is starting to freeze shut" Snotlout said as he shivered in cold

"Don't get our hopes up" Astrid said

"Well, them we should work fast to find this Snow Wraith, because we're not leaving until we do" Hiccup said

"Good idea, do your Dragon call if you come across anything" Hiccup agreed

"Quick, Hookfang, before she sees us!" Snotlout said but he realized that Gothi was already riding on Hookfang's neck, she patted the saddle twice "Hi, I was just talking about you"

"Hiccup, are you sure it's a good idea?" Blake asked "We don't know anything about this dragon"

"It's the best we got for now" Hiccup said before all of them flew off

Meanwhile at Berk, Gobber was trying to take care of Gothi's hut as well as the sick or injured Vikings

"Okay, you got this, Gobber… just follow the steps" Gobber said to himself as he opened one of Gothi's books "Listen, diagnose, heal… just like riding your first wild yak, you never forget that first kick"

He sat down on Gothi's stall but it broke and Gobber dropped the jar he was holding, hitting a Viking in the process and making him scream in pain

"I'll have to heal that later" Gobber said awkwardly as he got up, before sitting in another stall

"Okay, first sick, nasty Viking, Dr. Gobber is in the house" Gobber said

The first Viking was using an axe as a clutch, his leg was stuck in a snap trap

"Magnus, what seems to be the problem?" Gobber asked, even though the problem was pretty obvious

"The problem?!" Magnus asked, felling annoyed by the question "My leg is caught in an old dragon trap, Gobber!"

"Yes, of course it is… I remember my first leg broken" Gobber said as he roughly opened the trap, making Magnus scream in pain and probably also making his bones crack "Let me clean up that for ya"

Gobber grabbed a jar and spilled whatever its content was all over Magnus' leg

"It burns! It burns!" Magnus screamed

"That just means it is working" Gobber said calmly but he realized it wasn't working since Magnus' foot was on fire

Without knowing what to so, Gobber tossed a bucket of water, managing to lit the fire out but also hitting Magnus on the head and knocking him out

"Cured" Gobber said as he dragged Magnus' unconscious body away "Next"

Back at Glacial Island, the riders reunited at the same spot they landed

"Anybody found anything?" Hiccup asked

"All we found was some scatter yak bones" Ruffnut said

"I didn't see anything at all" Blake said

"I didn't see anything either, but I had this weird feeling that something was watching me" Fishlegs said

"I had a weird feeling too, like this old lady was stuck on my back!" Snotlout said, still annoyed as Gothi pulled her head towards him

"Aah! Two heads!" Tuffnut said, so Barf and Belch glared at him "Sorry, guys, I mean, on you two it works, I've seen in before, I'm used to it"

"Hiccup maybe we should get out of here, that looks like a huge storm" Astrid said as she walked towards Hiccup and the snow began to fall even faster

"No, we should wait for the Snow Wraith to show itself. Remember, it like to attack when you can't see it" Hiccup said

"Fine, but this time we'll stay together, since the Snow Wraith didn't attack any of us while we split up, I'd say we already got lucky enough" Blake said, so Hiccup nodded in agreement

The riders set up some tents to protect themselves from the storm but the wind was just too strong

"Use your dragons es extra protection from the wind!" Hiccup yelled as Toothless tried to protect him from the wind but it was too strong even for him

Suddenly one of the tents was destroyed as a dragon roar was heard

"It's the Snow Wraith!" Fishles said and hid in one tent "I'm gonna be okay, I'm gonna be okay, I'm gonna be okay"

His tents got destroyed too and made him even more nervous than he already was

"Hold your ground and fire back!" Hiccup said

"Fire at where? We can't see it!" Astrid said just before another tent was destroyed

"Actually, you know what? Take cover!" Hiccup ordered, realizing Astrid was right and that they were in huge disadvantage

All the riders ran to where they could to find cover but something blasted Snotlout into the air, making him land into a snowbank, also making some snow land on top of Hiccup and Toothless

However, that allowed Hiccup to see the Snow Wraith from close

Its scales where completely white scales and had some tail spikes. It had two legs and broad wings. It had two prominent tusks protruding from its lower jaw. Also, it had a long ledge under its chin that seemed to be thick eyebrows and some blue eyes

"Whoa" Hiccup whispered to himself

The Snow Wraith walked towards Snotlout and roared in his face. However, even though he was right in front of it, the Snow Wraith couldn't seem to find him and walked away

Hiccup and Toothless managed to get their heads out of the snowbank and watched everything "Toothless, warning shot" Hiccup ordered

Toothless shot a plasma blast near the Snow Wraith but it didn't get intimidated at all, so Stormly, Hookfang and Thunder shot their blasts at it. The Snow Wraith quickly flew away and some more snow also fell on Snotlout

But the three dragons kept attack, so their blasts were hitting the snowbank Hiccup and Toothless where it

"Cease fire! Cease fire!" Hiccup yelled

The dragons stopped but the Snow Wraith also flew past Stormfly, making Astrid fall from her back and she was also about to fell from a cliff but she managed to grab on to the glacial

"Stormfly!" Astrid yelled, so her dragon used her tail to help her climb up

Then, Hiccup and Toothless managed to get out of the snow and look at the Snow Wraith

"Alright, I've had just about enough of this dragon, bud. Do your thing!" Hiccup ordered

Toothless used his echolocationto find the Snow Wraith, who was flying not too far away

"Toothless, now! Multiple blasts!" Hiccup ordered

Toothless shot a lot of plasma blasts at the Snow Wraith who was able to dodge them but not by much, so it flew away

"I think it's gone" Hiccup said as he looked at the other riders "Everybody okay? Everybody here?"

"What do you mean by 'here'?" Ruffnut asked

"I have a question, Hiccup" Snotlout said after releasing himself from the snow "What is exactly your plan to get a Snow Wraith tooth? Take it out of one of our dead bodies?"

"Snotlout has a point, how are we even supposed to get the tooth?" Blake asked

"Hold on, quiet. Gothi wants to tell us something" Hiccup said

Gothi began to write something in the snow, so Fishlegs went to translate

"She says: we should have left when we had the chance" he said

Back at Berk, Gobber was trying to heal a Viking who was throwing up in his helmet

"Don't you worry, Agnar. I've seen her whip this stomach cure up a thousand times" Gobber said as he poured the content of some jars in a cauldron "One dab of eye of yak… would that be on eye or a dab of an eye?"

Not sure of how the cure was made, he looked through Gothi's book and accidentally knocked a jar over, and its content fell into the cauldron but Agnar didn't notice

Even with this, Gobber gave him a cup of the medicine if it could still be considered a medicine

"Drink this three times a day and come back to see me if it doesn't kill ha" Gobber said, so Agnar looked at him confused and a little scared "I'm just kidding"

Agnar decided to trust Gobber and walked away with the "medicine"

"Hopefully" Gobber added

Meanwhile at Glacial Island, the snowstorm was still going but not as strong as before, so the dragons surrounded the riders to keep them warm

"Okay, that thing was gnarly" Snotlout complained

"Astrid, are you okay?" Hiccup asked worriedly as he looked at her

"Yep, barely" Astrid answered

"Hiccup, you know I want a shot at this as badly as you but maybe we should get out of here, we're just sitting ducks in the storm" Fishlegs said

"Wait a minute, what did you just say?" Hiccup asked

"That we're sitting ducks, and he's right" Blake said "We're in the Snow Wraith's territory, we're easy targets for it"

Hiccup looked where Toothless, Snotlout and him where trapped a few minutes ago as and idea seemed to be forming in his mind

"Easy targets! Yes, yes! That's exactly what we need to be!" he said

"Excuse me?" Astrid asked, confused

"What id we could make the Snow Wraith think it sees us when we are not here?" Hiccup explained

"You can make yourself invisible?!" Tuffnut asked, not getting the idea before looking at Ruffnut "Why does he do all the cool stuff? I just have to sit here with you as a sister"

"Will you two be quiet for ten seconds?!" Snotlout yelled

"Tuff's not that far off. Look, the Snow Wraith didn't have any trouble seeing us until Snotlout got buried in the snow and Gothi said it couldn't find her when she fell into a snowbank" Hiccup began to explain "I believe it can see body heat in the same Toothless can find things with sound. We'll use this to our advantage"

"So, we'll distract it, net it and hopefully get a tooth" Blake said, understanding Hiccup's plan

"And you are sure it will work?" Astrid asked

"Uh…" Hiccup muttered

"Of course not" Astrid sighed

"I hate you; you know that?" Snotlout asked

A few hours later, the riders made dummies of themselves while they hid in an ice cave

"Pretty good" Hiccup said as he looked at the dummies "Now, if I'm right when we light these on fire, the Snow Wraith will think they're us an attack"

"Wait, wait, wait. Look at how realistically gorgeous my statue is" Snotlout said as he looked at the dummy that represented him "I can't in good conscience send that into flames"

Then, the dummy's head was blow away, for Snotlout's horror

"I'll work through the pain and do it for you" Astrid said

"Wow, you'd do that for me, Astrid?" Snotlout asked with a smile, making her roll her eyes

"Alright, Toothless, light 'em up" Hiccup ordered

Toothless shot some plasma blasts at the dummies, setting them on fire

All of the riders started to wait in silence for the Snow Wraith to show itself, except for Snotlout who took his helmet off and looked like he was holding his tears

"Somewhere in the world, a silent tear was just cried" he said

They waited for a while but there was just no sign of the Snow Wraith

"Hiccup, I don't know if this-" Fishlegs began

"Wait, look!" Hiccup interrupted

They all noticed how the Snow Wraith was flying around the dummies

"Okay, next time it some in, we go" Hiccup said

Then, the Snow Wraith soared over the dummies, something that Snotlout didn't like

"Oh no, you did not!" he said as he put his helmet back on

Responding to his rider's anger, Hookdang ignited himself which made the cave start to melt. Some of the snow fall of Toothless' head, alerting him. He only managed to pull himself and Hiccup outside just before the ceiling cave in and trapped the other riders and dragons

"Thanks, bud" Hiccup said as he got up but the Snow Wraith flew around them "Toothless, look out!"

Toothless managed to duck in time just before the Snow Wraith hit him

"If you can see our body heat, then we are waging an easier target out here" Hiccup said, so he and Toothless walked towards the dummies

"This should even the yard a little, it won't be able to make it out within the heat of these fires" Hiccup said before looking at Toothless "Do your thing, bud"

Toothless began to roar around, trying to use his echolocation to locate the Snow Wraith, but it didn't work

"Nothing? Where is he?" Hiccup asked but what he didn't know is that the Snow Wraith was flying towards them "Keep going"

Toothless kept trying to locate the Snow Wraith as it landed behind them and was slowly making its way towards them

"Keep going, keep going" Hiccup said, not aware of the Snow Wraith behind them who roared at was about to attack them but Gothi came out of nowhere and started to attack it with her staff

"Gothi, no!" Hiccup yelled

Hiccup and Toothless just watched as Gothi kept hitting the Snow Wraith with her staff until it grabbed it at began to shake her around

"Toothless, plasma blast! And careful not to hit the crazy little woman with the staff" Hiccup said

Toothless shot some plasma blasts, he tried his best not to hit Gothi with them but then the Snow Wraith tossed her away and was about to attack them but a fire blast stopped it

They looked where the fire blast came and saw how the riders managed to escape from the cave

"Yeah, that's right, Snotlout got us out of the snow" Snotlout cheered, clearly proud of himself

"Yeah, and you're also the one that got us buried in it to begin with!" Astrid said

"Eh, details" Snotlout said

"Details that could have been avoided" Blake said angrily

All of the dragons started to attack the Snow Wraith and quickly started to surround it

"Okay, we have him surrounded, let's get that tooth" Hiccup said but the Snow Wraith was aware of the situation it was in, so it flew away and disappeared into the snowstorm

"No! we can't lose him!" Hiccup said as he was about to get on Toothless' back but Astrid stopped him

"Hiccup, we should get out of here while we can" she said

"Not yet, this isn't over!" Hiccup said just before Gothi tapped his shoulder "Not now, Gothi"

"Come on, Hiccup, be reasonable" Blake said as he walked towards him "With everything that happened it's a miracle none of us is injured or suffering from hypothermia"

"We came here for a Snow Wraith tooth and-" Hiccup stopped when Gothi tapped him on the shoulder again "I said in a minute, Gothi. And we're not leaving without-"

Hiccup got interrupted when Gothi hit him with her staff but before he could answer, Gothi showed him her staff which had a Snow Wraith tooth embedded in it

"A tooth!" Hiccup said, not believing what he just saw

Later that afternoon, they all returned to Berk and were at the forge

"So, Gobber, how was it being Gothi?" Hiccup asked

"Well, I didn't get to wallop anyone with my staff" Gobber explained "But-"

Then, they saw how Agnar was running towards the forge "Gobber! Gobber!" he yelled "I must have more of the potion you made me earlier"

"So, it killed your stomach ailment, did it?" Gobber asked just before Agnar began to throw up

"Far from it, but it did core something else" Agnar said as he took his helmet off, revealing some hair "It made my hair grow back!"

"Congrats, Agnar, you look so-" Snotlout said he patted Agnar's back, which made him throw up again "Good"

"Well, at least you only got one of the side effects" Gobber said but Agnar farted, and the smell was really bad

"Please just give him more of that potion" Blake said as he held his breath

"Well, it's complicated and I'm retired. Gothi, why don't you take this one" Gobber said

Already know that Gobber messed up badly, Gothi hit him with her staff and took Agnar with her

"Do you even know what did that potion have?" Blake asked

"Nope, not a drop. But here's your key" Gobber said as he gave Hiccup the Snow Wraith tooth

Hiccup fitted the tooth in the keyhole and turned it, so everyone watched but that was it, nothing at all happened

"We almost died for that?" Snotlout asked in annoyance

"It's… disappointing" Blake added

"No, there's got to be more than this. It just doesn't make any sense" Hiccup said as he looked closely at the Dragon Eye

"Welcome to my world, nothing makes sense and you for itchy teeth" Tuffnut said

Later that night, Hiccup was in his room and was still examining the Dragon Eye

"Alright, that's it, I'm calling it a night, maybe tomorrow" Hiccup yawned as he placed the Dragon Eye on his desk

He sat on his bed while Toothless warmed the slab he uses as a bed with his fire. However, the Dragon eye seemed to react with it as starts to show something

That didn't go unnoticed by Hiccup, so he grabbed the Dragon Eye

"Toothless, come here" Hiccup said, so Toothless walked towards him "Do that again, bud, give me a low flame"

Toothless seemed confused at first but he did what Hiccup asked him, he created a low flame, so the Dragon Eye reacted better this time and showed some images and writing on the wall

"Whoa" Hiccup gasped "This… changes… everything"
