Jaxon
After the girls were asleep, I went to the living room everyone was sitting in and Addison looked at me, "what was that?" she asked. "What do you mean?" "I mean why did you make us all leave? We were going to watch the fireworks" she said. "First off you even bothered to pay attention you would have noticed the threat talking to Ashe. Second, we are here for a week there will be time to watch them. Third Ashe was clearly tired and falling asleep, it would have been cruel to make her stay up" I said. "Not everyone is a threat Jaxon" she said, "Sometimes I wonder if you even are cut out for this. The woman after Josh is literally hiding her identity! I mean she could be anyone; she could be you right now" I said. "Jaxon you are crazy" she said. "Now is not really the time for this is it?" Carter said trying to break up the sibling rivalry. "Do you agree or disagree with him Carter?" Addison asked, "I um well I am not sure" he said. "Exactly my point he thinks every single woman out there is after Josh" she said. "I don't disagree that could be possible not knowing their identity is hard. I however don't believe she followed us here" Carter said. "I do and if you both want to keep your jobs, I suggest paying more attention" I said leaving them. I honestly couldn't believe how dumb they were, fuck maybe I needed to just protect the whole family myself. Carter has been doing this a lot longer than me and even he was being an idiot. What was it going to take for them to do their jobs properly? Would Josh need to be taken for them to fucking believe me! I was never going to let her get near Ashe or Janna I had the girls covered but I was going to leave Sophie and Josh up to them. They think they know more than me well then, we will see, tomorrow I was going to let them figure it out.
I fell asleep knowing it was going to be another rough day, Ashe was up at like 6 am and excited for a new day, "the park doesn't open until 8" I said. "I want to go now" she said. "I know but it is still early, let's just play a game quietly" I said. "Jaxon! I want to go find Belle" she said. "We will I promise but we need to wait until it opens" I said. She was having a hard time with this and starting to cry, walking up her sister. I cuddle with Janna hoping to keep her parents from waking up. I haven't even be able to get my coffee yet, but thankfully the door opened, and Josh handed me one. "Everything good?" he asked. "Yeah, she is not grasping the fact the park doesn't open until 8 am" I said, "Ah well little miss I have breakfast for you" he said and she lit up and followed her dad. Sophie came in and took Janna to feed her, she was going to have some milk before attempting to eat something. She was not the best at eating solids yet. Janna hated most of the mush that they gave her, so I had a feeling she was going to be a picky eater. She would be one soon and maybe she will get better who knows, but it was a challenge feeding her. Ashe ate pancakes and bacon but wouldn't touch her eggs. I am not sure what is with that girl and eggs, but I was leaving that up to her dad. Addison and Carter finally joined us, and I glared at my sister, I wanted her to put her foot in her mouth.
"Jaxon, I am curious what happened last night?" Sophie asked, "I just felt like we were unsafe" I said, "From what?" she asked, "there was a woman she made me uncomfortable. She was talking to Ashe and the way she looked at Josh well it just put a fire under my ass" I said. Sophie looked at Josh, "she sort of waved and blew me a kiss" he said to his wife. "So, this woman followed us to Disneyworld?" she asked. "No, my brother is just being paranoid" Addison said, "Or he is doing his job" Josh said sticking up for me. I knew I liked him, and he was right. "Oh, come on how did she know we were going to be here?" Addison asked. "I am not sure, she clearly knows a lot more than we give her credit for, just be alert today we do not need anything to happen" I said. Addison rolled her eyes, she was going to be sorry, but I never said anything. It was finally time to head to the park, hopefully my sister was able to get herself together and actually protect this family. Sophie was ahead of us pushing Janna in a stroller, Josh was with me and Ashe was too. Carter in the middle Josh looked at me. "Do you really think she is here?" he asked, "I want to say no but at this point I feel like she is. I am worried something is going to happen" I said. "To whom? Do I need to worry about Sophie or the girls?" he asked. "I have the girls covered no one will get near them, honestly it is you I am worried about" I said. "Why?" he asked, "she is your stalker Josh she is after you. I think at this point the girls and Sophie are collateral damage" I said. "That doesn't exactly make me feel better" he said, "I know sorry, but I am not going to sugar coat it Josh, she is after you. The only reason the girls are in danger is because she wants to make you happy. Sophie well she doesn't matter her goal here is to replace her" I said. Josh sighed, "is your sister going to protect her?" he asked. I didn't want to lie to him, so I told him the truth.
"My sister does her job when she has too, Do I think she will protect Sophie yes do I think she is fast enough I don't know. She doesn't even believe me that she is here" I said. "Okay well at least we all know you are on it" he said, "I am but I can't be in 5 places at once, and I know Ashe is going to be a handful" I said. "I get it just keep her in your sights, protect her" he said, I nodded just hoping Carter could do his job and protect Josh. I felt like this woman could be anywhere, and I knew it was her, my gut was never wrong. It was already busy at the park and I had my work cut out for me as Ashe took off, her little legs flying through the park. She is lucky I was able to keep up to her still trying to keep Josh in my sights too. I felt like I was the only one on the ball, and I had the least amount of sleep out of everyone, Ashe was a noisy sleeper and the last 2 nights I spent camped out beside her.
