Ashe
I didn't know what was happening, but this was nuts! I couldn't sleep and I wandered downstairs, all the adults were arguing about who tried to attack daddy. I wanted to know too she had everyone on edge. I didn't understand what was going on, and I think now there was more than one person out there. I am scared for me and my sister. I am also now scared for mommy and daddy, I don't like being scared, I started to cry, and I guess someone heard me because my mom as there to comfort me. "Ashe honey are you okay?" she asked, "I am, I just can't sleep" I said, "come on I will tuck you back in" she said, "Mommy can Jaxon, do it?" I asked her, "sure" mom said as she kissed me, and Jaxon came up and he scooped me in his arms and threw me over his shoulder. It made me giggle, and then I was plopped back down onto my bed, "Everything okay little lady?" he asked, "I am scared" I said, "of what?" "Everything and I don't want anything to happen to mommy or daddy" I said, "nothing will, my team is doing everything they can to help" he said, "promise?" I said, "I promise, now get some sleep" he said, "Jaxon, why don't you like your sister?" I asked, "that is complicated and not a story just before bed. Goodnight Ashe" he said as he kissed my head and rubbed my back allowing me to finally fall asleep.
Before I knew it the sun was coming up and I was climbing out of bed, I ran to the bathroom, then went downstairs. Jaxon was already up, and he smiled at me. "Morning little lady" he said, "Morning" I said yawning, and he laughed, "what would you like this morning?" he asked, "hmm um French toast!" I said. "Done" he said and he helped me make it, I was learning how to cook with him, and it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed spending time with Jaxon he was like a big brother, and he was my best friend. We made enough for everyone, Addison came into the room, "I didn't know you could cook" she said, "there is a lot you don't know about me" Jaxon said back to her. I wanted to know why they don't get along, I know she is older, and she was mean to him, I think. I am not really sure, but I am only 3, I needed to help him because I didn't like seeing him so sad, and everyone should love their sister. I know I love Janna even though she does take the attention away from me sometimes, but I still love her. I do sort of want another baby maybe a brother but with this stuff happening I have a feeling it won't happen. Daddy picked me up and spun me, "thanks for breakfast princess" he said, "your welcome daddy, are you better?" I asked, "I am good" he said, "good I love you daddy" "I love you too baby girl" he said as he kissed me and put me down. Mommy did the same and I hugged her too, before she headed off to school with Addison, that girl was still on the loose. I know we all needed to be careful because she was dressed up like mommy. "Remember if you see mommy without Addison, it is not mommy okay" Daddy said, "Okay" I said as he left too, and it was just Jaxon, Janna and me.
"Jaxon can you tell me why you don't like your sister?" I asked, "Awe kid, it's not that I don't like her, I just we have a rocky past" he said, "Hehe Rocky is my grandpa" I said and he smiled at me. "She was my dad's favorite and with her being older she treated me terribly and well I resented her for it. After she left I sort of had to grow up and become what I am" he said, "I like what you are Jaxon, you are my best friend" I said, "thanks little lady you are mine too" he said and I hugged him, "but still I think you should make up with your sister she is the only one you have" I said, "that is true and okay for you I will try" he said. "Good, now can we go play outside?" I asked, "sure" he said as he helped Janna and I with our coats and we were outside playing in the yard. I noticed some guys on the property and I panicked, "its okay they are here to help. They are installing cameras to keep us all safer" Jaxon explained to me and I felt better. He chased me around and Janna rolled around in the grass. I couldn't wait until she was older she was not a whole lot of fun right now. I didn't need her though, I had Jaxon, and I knew we would be friends forever, he was going to be there for me forever at least I hoped so. I know that once the threats are gone he will be too but I hoped he would still be there for me, I was going to need a big brother like him when I get older. Someone to escape to or just to have some fun, I love him he is the bestest protector ever!
We had to go inside because Janna was crying and Jaxon said she needed a nap, I wish it was just me and him but I wasn't so lucky, I had to share with her. I didn't mind but I still felt like we could be having a lot more fun without her. Jaxon made popcorn and we watched Frozen together it was a good movie I loved it. "Did you like it?" I asked him after it ended, "the best" he said and I laughed he was lying I could tell. This made me smile he was willing to do whatever I wanted and that is the best thing about him. "Jaxon tomorrow can we go to the fair?" I asked, "oh um I will need to see okay" he said, "okay, but can it just be you and me" I asked, "Like I said we will need to see" he said. I knew he couldn't promise me because we might have Janna and the fair was a busy place. Lots could happen but I was going to be extra careful I didn't want to get take again, I was going to stay really close to Jaxon no matter what!
