Diana answered, 'He is off-duty and in his office pretending to be doing paperwork or talking to Chloe about the backdoors we found.'
"Can you connect me to him?" Alex asked flying up and away from the city.
'One minute, oh by the way you and Sam may have a fight coming up to get Karen back from the ladies up here.'
"Yeah, I can see it now, Sam and I will storm the Watchtower to get her back and the only woman not wrapped around her fingers will be you but that's only because you have Stephanie."
Diana's laughing was interrupted by a new voice, 'Green Arrow here what's up I'm off duty?'
"Hey man it's the guy that crashed a league meeting a few days ago, I need some money and I have some tech or gold to sell and you and the Bat are the only ones that I can think of to ask about buying," Alex said while turning toward Star City.
'Sure I can look at the tech and use the gold for circuit boards in phones and stuff.'
"So your office or apartment?"
'Office is fine I'm free, for the next hour or so.'
"OK open the window I'm about a minute out," Alex told him after finding the main building for Queen Industries.
'Uh okay,' Oliver said turning to open his office window just in time for Alex to fly through it.
"Talk to you later Diana."
'See you at the party, Ma is cooking a big meal to make it up to Stephanie,' she told him before disconnecting.
"So what can I help you with?" Oliver asked again.
"Well like I said, I have tech and gold to sell and possibly jewels as well."
"What kind of tech do you have and how much gold?"
"Uh, actually do you have an empty warehouse? Oh and contact Chloe, she may want a new computer for her duties,"
"Yeah I got one across town I was going to sell to the city for a new factory but it can wait for a while," Oliver said while sending a text.
Alex nodded then turned to the door when it opened to admit Felicity Smoke who was heavily pregnant.
'Huh, no wonder Dinah didn't ask for Oliver to be the father.'
"You are the one selling technology?" Felicity asked.
"Yeah, and it's all legal, actually not even from this Earth so you guys get the patents," Alex said with a smile.
"What do you have?" she asked returning the smile.
"You name it I got it, computers, weapons, vehicles, and medical stuff."
"We don't deal in weapons," Felicity said with a frown.
"Not even nonlethal types," he asks receiving a shake of her head.
"Not even then."
"Okay, I'll talk to Wayne about those then, Gotham police could use them until things settle down."
"You could go to the military with the weapons."
"Nope, Luther's got his hands in the military and uses them as a test bed for the stuff he uses against Superman."
"Point, so Oliver also said something about gold and jewels?"
Alex shrugged, "Gold, platinum, silver, and just about any size jewel of any type you can think of."
"Why do you need money if you can get all of that?"
"I'm not from this Earth so I don't have money for here plus no ID, plus I'm looking to buy some land near a friend's place for when we come for a visit."
"We?"
"Yeah myself my girlfriend and our daughter, we travel from reality to reality and this is our first stop on our adventure," Alex said with a shrug shocking her by just answering her questions.
"You're very open for someone in Oliver's circle of friends," she said after getting over her shock.
"No point in hiding it considering that I know just about everyone's ID anyway."
"Everyone's including the Batman?"
"Oh yeah and I'm shocked that the people of the world haven't figured it out already," he said while tapping on his earpiece.
"Diana reminded me before the party to pick up something for the kids we didn't give them anything for Karen and Conner," he said and received a positive reply.
"Party kids?"
"Oh yeah, my daughter Karen, Superman's son, and Wonder Woman's daughter with Superman."
"Uhh?" she looked lost until Oliver finished a call with Chloe.
"I think you broke her," Oliver joked as he joined the two.
"You didn't tell me Superman had a son or that he and Wonder Woman were going to have a baby, she hid it well," Felicity growled at Oliver.
"Well it's all kind of new and I'm not sure of all the details myself but word is that all of the women in the Tower are getting baby-crazy," Oliver defended himself.
Before an argument could start he explained how everything came about, they looked at him like he was insane.
"Lois punched a goddess?" Felicity asked turning pale at the thought of doing that herself.
"Yeah, but the goddess was threatening to take her stepdaughter minutes after she was born to turn her into a man-hating killer," Alex explained.
" Oh okay, that's a good reason."
Oliver took Felicity by the arm and turned to the door, "Let's go, Chloe will be there soon."
Alex followed them to the elevator and out of the building then into a limousine parked just outside the doors. The trip across town was quick and quiet.
"Yeah that's big enough, " Alex said when he saw the warehouse that looked like it could hold a football stadium and a half.
"Took you guys long enough to get here, I live further away from here than the office and still beat you here," a petite blonde woman with a pixie cut said as she joined them.
"Umm we got to talking about Superman having a son who was a cloning project of Lex's and then Wonder Woman wanting a kid and choosing Superman to be the father, "Alex said while scratching his head.
"He's got kids? oh, I need to send presents, I wonder what they would like?" she wandered off talking to herself.
"Chloe Sullivan, Superman's oldest friend," Oliver said while gesturing to Chloe.
"Maybe tell her that the kids are a physically and mentally fifteen-year-old boy and a five-year-old girl and explain it better," Felicity said while Chloe was beginning to talk about baby clothes.
Alex nodded then looked to Oliver who looked back with a blank face, "What?"
"You're her friend and boss go explain."
It took Oliver a few minutes to get her attention and even longer to explain the situation to the kids to her.
"Oh Umm I can send dolls to Stephanie and maybe a computer with games and music pre-loaded in it for him."
Felicity got Alex's attention and gestured to the warehouse, " They'll be at it for a while can you give me an example of what you are selling?"
"Yeah, she's a bit excitable isn't she?" he asked as he followed her into the warehouse.
"Yeah we've had to limit her coffee intake to two cups a day," was the response he got.
Alex laughed at her reply, "Yeah that's got to be fun to see, next time we visit I'll have to give her a few cups and see the fallout," he joked not expecting her to turn on him.
" You do that and you're the one that will babysit her until it's over, powers or no powers you hear me?"
"Uh yeah, It can't be that bad can it?"
"The last time she drank more than two cups she led us on a chase across two states because she found a bug in a program that she thought was a spying program, we just barely stopped her from beating the poor programmer who mislabeled the file as Spyware instead of Spyware detection and elimination."
" Okay, I'll behave."
"Good now examples," she said pointing him forward.
Alex first made a table and then filled it with computers desktops and laptops as well as the various types of keywords and mice, next he made a table for cellular phones and their chargers and convective devices.
For TV he just made one size, then he went on to make all types of motorcycles and vehicles of all kinds.
"That's the kind of stuff I got," he said rejoining her to find Chloe was already playing with the computers.
"My Girlfriend had to rewrite all of the code for the computers, and that took her seven years to do the same with the phones," he told Chloe.
" Do you have something with the original code?"
" Yeah, do you read Ancient Roman numbers?"
" No," she said with a pout.
Alex nodded then placed a new laptop on the table, " That is unchanged, it can be a side project for you."
Oliver and Felicity were examining the vehicles and were shocked, "They are all electric!!" Felicity exclaimed.
Alex joined them when Chloe got lost in the computer's, "Yeah the place I copied these from didn't have any fossil fuel run vehicles or at least none that I could find and I searched everywhere over the years I was there."
"Aircraft's?" Oliver asked.
"Everything from single pilot craft to space crafts," Alex told him, " but there isn't enough room here."
"I've got a bigger building outside of the city I was going to tare down to build a subdivision," Oliver said.
"Gold and other metals and jewels?" Felicity asked turning away from a sports car.
"Any amount you want."
"Chloe, what's your judgment on the tech over there?"
"If you don't buy it I'm quitting and joining him and his girlfriend."
All three turned to look at her, she hadn't even looked up from the computer she was examining.
"I'm going to need more than a threat of quitting."
"These household computers make the entier Watchtower mainframe look like a high-school calculator.
"Oh okay I'll buy, Felicity your recommendation for the vehicles?"
"They'll be luxury and status items for a few years but saleable."
" Okay I'll make a few extra ground types for your people to have some to take apart and some to have as control references, oh how many heroes are there that can't fly in one form or another?"
Alex didn't give time to anwer as he went about making extra copies of the vehicles and then threw in a few sets of tools used by mechanics to work on them.
" Couple dozen, why?" Oliver asked when Alex rejoined them.
"Figured some could use a bike to get around on," he said pointing to the motorcycles, "They are electrical and have a helmet with a H.U.D. for communication, GPS, and early avoidance."
"Chloe, pack up one of each for you to study and the one with the original code and get them to your workshop, I want a report in let's say week."
Oliver barely finished speaking before she started to pack up what she wanted to study.
Alex ran over to her just before she took the first set to her car, "I know you have a history with Superman, so I wanted to ask if you want his power set?"
She stopped and stared at him as if he were a mad scientist asking her to try a new but deadly project, "The last human to get his powers nearly died of a heart attack."
"His dad I know but what I'm offering is to make you Kryptonian on the genetic level not just giving you the power and letting it burn you out."
"And children Kryptonians and humans can't interbreed?"
"Taken care of, I've tweaked the powers to have a mental on-off switch and your children will be born just like you if you take the offer."
"Why make the offer?"
"He always saw you as his sister, that's why while he cared for you his mind wouldn't let him see you as a love interest on the subconscious level, he hasn't told anyone but he misses you, the sister he protected so much he pushed you away to keep you safe from his enemies."
"And Lois, why didn't he push her away?"
"She was a strong upfront person while you were best as support, he tried to push her away and you remember that time in college when he ignored her for a few months until she got in his face and threatened to beat him down if he did it again. "
"Yeah I remember that, " she chuckled but she also had tears in her eyes.
"I'm offering to give you a copy of his powers and give you the protection he's wanted you to have, and give him his sister back," Alex said while pulling out a handkerchief for his hammerspace and using it to dabbing away her tears.
"Okay I will be his sister, " she said while taking the handkerchief and wiping the tears away instead of just dabbing them away.
Alex smiled as he put his hand on her shoulder and willed the Kryptonian power set to her, then tapped his earpiece, "Traveler to watchtower I need J'onn at my location for a moment if he is available."
J'onn appeared next to Alex a second later, " I've given her the same as I gave Lois, can you give her the triggers Chloe for human levels and Oracle for Kryptonian."
J'onn nodded and looked to Chloe, "Miss Sullivan may I enter your mind?"
Chloe nodded and smiled as she felt the gentle touch and then it was gone, "Your triggers are set."
"Thank you J'onn, oh yeah if Nightwing hasn't told the league yet Raven is not a threat anymore but someone will need to get a scan of her to get her new baseline," Alex told him just before J'onn teleported away.
"You gave Lois this too?"
"Yeah to save Conner I had to have her DNA to be Kryptonian and it wouldn't have worked with just a tissue sample."
" So I'm guessing I will need a few days before I can try out the powers?"
"Yeah, you wanna crash a party and surprise a group of old friends and family?"
Chloe grinned, " Yeah I haven't been home in years and I miss Ma's cooking."
Alex smiled as well, "Just so you know, Karen and Stephanie are little bundles of energy and will take you as Aunty in a heartbeat if they like you."
"Any advice on how to handle that?" Chloe asked.
"No other than if Karen asks you to play ball don't freak out when she balls up and Conner and Kara start tossing her around, the first time she did Lois about had a fit," Alex said with a laugh.
" Yeah Lois is funny that way she went from a hardass taking no shit from anyone to a big ol softy but still won't take shit from anyone."
"Yeah, I noticed that after meeting her, oh yeah one more gift, " Alex said handing Chloe a pellet that covered her and absorbed her clothes and forming a replacement, " Get a sample of Kryptonian cloth it'll give you some protection, and allow you to absorb sunlight all the time instead of just daytime."
"A little warning before you give a girl clothes that get handsy," Chloe said while in the back of her mind, the suit was informing her of its functions.
"Sorry but no, it's entertaining watching people's reactions."
"Fine now help me with this stuff, I suddenly have plans for tonight other than playing with the new toys you gave us."
Alex laughed and returned to the warehouse finding Oliver and Felicity just inside the door looking a little bit guilty, "Fixing bridges before they completely fall," he said before gathering up the computer equipment and taking it out to Chloe's car.
"So are they being nosey?"
"A little but I'm sure that they're not going to push it, Oliver at least knows your past and how you felt for Clark and why you've been staying away from him."
Sighing she looked over his shoulder and saw Oliver peeking through the door, "Yeah I had so many relationships that fell apart or him dying mostly due to Lex's crap and I blamed it on Clark because he was Lex's target," new tears formed in her eyes as she spoke.
Alex wrapped an arm over her shoulder and pulled her into his chest, "He knows and doesn't hold it against you, he let you use that to get away from him and be safe."
She held onto him for a few minutes until she cried herself out, "If you weren't taken I'd stake a claim," she said stepping away and wiping her tears away.
Alex smiled, "You'd have to fight Wonder Woman and possibly Blackcanary, after helping them with a child they would not have had, I'm pretty sure they would have thought the same thing if I didn't have Sam."
"Children?" She asked.
"Wonder Woman is of Amazon and their laws forbid her from knowing a man sexually and Blackcanary is unable to bear a child naturally for some reason I'm not going to ask her about."
Chloe looked at the ground for a second before nodding then she got into her car, "I'll have the watchtower get me over there tonight." she said before taking off.
Alex watched her drive off before turning back to the warehouse and finding Oliver and Felicity coming out of it.
"She's been fighting going back to Smallville for the last few years, she's always thought Clark didn't love her and just protected her as a way to use her computer skills, and then he got with Lois, it nearly crushed her, I don't think familial love even accrued to her."
Alex nodded then looked back to the building, "So aircraft and space vehicles?"
"Yeah let's do that I'll have to get your payment set up," Oliver said while walking to the limousine.
"Talk to Diana about the account they set up for Karen," at their confused looks he continued, "My daughter and Stephanie, Diana's daughter fought Metalo who was digging up kryptonite, StarLabs bought the kryptonite and I told Diana to bank it for Karen."
"Alright, I'll do that."
"Oh, can you see about buying the farm across from the Kent place and offer to allow the current owners to keep their home and work the farm for the rest of their lives if they want?"
"Yeah, I can do that, who's name is it going to be under?"
"J'onn's Civilian ID it's mainly for him and his niece, she'll be going to Smallville High with Kara and Conner,"
"Yeah that's a nice idea I'll get it done," Felicity said while pulling out her phone and began making calls.
Alex and Oliver followed her into the car, when they were seated and belted in Oliver told the driver to go to the other warehouse.
By the time they reached the warehouse Felicity finished her call, "They're ready to retire to the city so it'll be the entire farm."
"You could make an entrance on the other side of the farm and Queen Industries could offer someone a job to work it," Alex said as he walked down one side of the warehouse placing a variety of aircraft as he walked.
"We're going to have to set up a payment plan for all of this," Felicity told Oliver as the last spacecraft formed.
"Yeah but the payoff will balance it out in the long run," Oliver joked as he looked at the dozens of aircraft.
"Two of each like last time one to take apart and one for control."
"We'll see about a payment plan for this," Oliver said while gesturing around them.
Alex shrugged, "It's fine this is just for future visits so I don't have to produce gold and other stuff for money and possibly collapse the market."
"Speaking of gold," Felicity said pointing to a corner of the building.
Alex nodded and walked over, "How much you want?"
"How much can you safely make?"
"Enough to make the moon look like a marble."
"A few hundred lbs should be good," Felicity said shaken from his casual comment about making that much precious metals easily.
Alex nodded and proceeded to make piles of, gold, silver, and other precious metals that didn't give off radiation then he made a crate of jewels of various sizes and colors.
Alex watched Felicity pick through the jewels while Oliver was on the phone arranging for scientists to study what he now had to work with, Alex even thought he heard Oliver hiring a few out from under S.T.A.R labs.
"Okay you will be paid monthly for this stuff after we get some people to give us an estimate on the value of it all," Felicity said while pocketing a few diamonds of several colors.
"The blue diamonds are synthetic and can carry a current and store data so don't sell them off have them sent to a lab for study."
Felicity stopped and looked at Alex with a gleam in her eyes, "Alright we'll be sure to separate them," she said while pulling her phone out and searching for something.
"You know that she may try and find a way to get you to stay in this reality if you keep throwing out stuff like that right?"
Alex shrugged, "Yeah I know but I'm sure Sam will rescue me or send Karen to distract her so I can escape."
"She is not easily distracted."
"Yeah but Karen's five years old and has the puppy eyes down pat and I think even Diana has been caught by them," Alex said while watching Felicity dig through the pile of jewels.
"If that happens you may fight on your hands getting the kid back Felicity likes them, if she wasn't so far along with the baby she would be at the park watching and playing with the kids," Oliver joked as he was watching Felicity now scanning the blue diamonds with her phone.
"No problem there if Karen doesn't want to stay she can fly away," Alex said with a shrug.
Felicity joined them holding a few diamonds with a large smile, "We may have to get with S.T.A.R labs and Wayne Tech with these to share the patent, they have too many possibilities for us to keep to ourselves and not be attacked by others to try and get the formula."
"I'll set up a meeting with Lucius and Caitlin later this week to get some proposals after we get some tests for them to look over and see what they think," Oliver said taking the diamonds and putting them in a bag he pulled from a pocket.
"Lucius Foxx I know but Caitlin?" Alex asked.
"Caitlin Snow and Sisco Ramon own S.T.A.R labs but for the most part let the board of directors run the place, this is something I think we'll need to get put in our names so the board of directors can't cause any problems."
"Killer Frost?" Alex asked getting winces from Oliver and Felicity.
"Do not bring that up if you meet her," Felicity ordered to a confused Alex.
"Killer Frost is a doppelganger of hers from another earth it's caused her to be arrested several times by accident," Oliver added with a smile that he wiped away when Felicity saw it and gave him the couch look.
"Huh ok I don't think I'll be meeting her I've got to go to Gotham and see about talking to Wayne about those weapons and then it's back to the farm to get the party ready."
"Have fun," the two said as he waved at them and flew up and twirled until he was facing Gotham.
Alex flew leisurely toward Gotham while trying to figure out this world, it held elements from several D.C universes from several different media.
"We must be in one of the junction worlds where several timelines bump into each other."
"Timelines bumping into each other?" a female voice asked causing him to startle and drop a dozen feet.
After catching himself Alex looked around for the source of the voice and found a blonde woman wearing a white leotard with a cape.
"Uh you are?" he asked while trying to remember who she was but coming up blank.
"Powergirl," She said while trying not to laugh at his dropping.
"Huh didn't know you were here too, but well clones are something Lex is known for pulling out of nowhere."
"Clone who's a clone?"
"You are and by my guess, you are not very old most likely a few months, " Alex replied with a shrug that looked awkward with him flying.
"What makes you think I am a clone?" she asked defensively.
"It's my main power set, I can feel these things."
Powergirl stopped in the air looking lost, "They said they found me in a ship in a stasis chamber."
Suddenly she fell from the air clutching her head with a cry of pain, Alex shot out catching her, and as soon as he touched her he felt all of the flaws in the cloning process, also he felt the biological chip in her brain that was causing the pain as well as sending out a single.
Gritting his teeth he used his hammerspace to pull the chip out then focused on fixing the flaws using Kara's pattern and grew angry as she wouldn't live more than six months due to the rapid growth they used on her.
"Release the girl and surrender," a voice called out from in front of them.
Finishing his work Alex looked to find a bald man in a green robotic suit with a glowing green crystal in his heart.
"Luther, why am I not surprised you have something to do with this?"
Lex Luther smiled an evil that was filled with madness, "You Kryptonians are like cockroaches, I'll take pleasure in killing you and fixing that flawed thing when I am done," his voice was filled with contempt and insanity.
"Oh okay well I'll have to say no, also I'm...," Alex started to say but a blast of green energy struck his head, and exploded.
"Stupid alien should have just listened to his better, now I'll have to start over and ensure I get it right with the next one," Lex started talking to himself while preparing to get blood samples from the newest alien problem.
"Stupid billionaire I am human," Alex said as the smoke from the explosion cleared revealing he was unharmed but Powergirl was no longer in his arms.
Lex just stared at Alex his eyes showing a new madness, "Fine a new lab rat to play with," he said just before the rockets of the suit flared and he flew toward Alex who watched with disinterest.
Lex's fist struck with enough force to push away the clouds and shatter the armor, the next blow came from below as Lex tried to knee Alex in the gut only to shatter that as well.
"Yeah that's not going to work, I'm not like Superman I don't limit myself to keep things from breaking," Alex said while slapping Lex in the chest shattering the rest of the armor and grabbing the kryptonite from the air letting the rest fall to the ground in one hand while catching Lex with his other hand holding him up by the throat.
"Unhand me you fowle creature," Lex demanded as Alex began to fly again.
"Yeah you're an idiot but oh well," Alex said letting Lex go and watching in amusement as Lex remembered that they were two miles up.
Superman appeared to grab Lex a few hundred feet down, "You were going to let him die?"
"Nah I was going to let him get to about fifty feet above the ground and catch him then toss him in that lake below."
Superman looked below them and then nodded before doing exactly what Alex was going to do, "So what did you do to get on his radar?"
Alex pouted for a second before remembering, "Somehow he got Supergirl's DNA and cloned her but the process was more flawed than what they did to Conner, she wouldn't have lived more than a few months."
Superman frowned, "Possibly when she arrived before she absorbed enough sunlight to get tougher skin."
Alex nodded then moved his head to the side as a shiny red fist, "And here's the walking nuke," Alex stated as he grabbed the arm and pulled, Major Force into a hug and began to spin around and tilt until he released him and threw the living nuclear weapon up and out of the planets gravity field.
"Who's that?" Superman asked watching the figure disappear beyond Jupiter.
"Major Force is a villain with the same powers as Captain Atom though he puts on a show as a hero for the public he runs a gang from the shadows, Luther somehow got him powers," Alex said watching Major Force passing through the Ort cloud.
"You know he may catch up to the Voyager probe in about an hour or?" Superman asked shaking his head, "How did you get him to go faster outside the Earth's gravity well normally the speed is constant when I throw something like that?"
"You do know that you have some telekinetic powers that you instinctively use to hold stuff together when you lift them right?"
Superman shook his head, "No, but now that you mention it, a lot of the things I've lifted, should have fallen in two."
"Yeah it's obvious to people in my world who look into things like powers they would want, someone theorized that you and Supergirl spread a thin layer over what you are lifting to hold it together, well anyways once outside the atmosphere is little to no friction, I had a tether on him and pushed hard and angled him to pass Jupiter to kinda slingshot him faster."
"And you threw him off the planet why?"
"When Captain Atom has a breach in his suit he gets off world, Major Force wouldn't and cause a lot of places to be uninhabitable."
"What's likely to happen to him?"
"If he keeps going and isn't picked up by someone I think in a hundred or so years he'll hit that red dwarf in the Alpha Centauri," Alex said while doing some math in his head.
"That's a bit much isn't it?"
"Probably a little but I don't want to think of what he would eventually have done to the Earth over the years he would have been active."
"Fair enough, what about Luther"
"He can sink or swim for all I care, he threatened me with dissections he is lucky I don't give him the trip to Alpha Centauri."
"Good point, can you give me any idea where they cloned her?"
"Not really, it never showed in the comics or movies where it was just underground."
"I'll get Batman and the Question on it those labs need a lot of power to run, even if it's solar-powered or geothermal they'll show up on some scans."
Alex shrugged, " We'll be gone before you get a hit," He scratched his chin, "Look in mountainous areas."
Superman nodded and then smiled, "Don't be late for the party."
"Didn't plan on it, it's a toss-up on who I'm more afraid of angering the mothers or the kids."
Superman laughed, "The mothers, with the kids you can bribe with candy and or toys, the mothers not so much."
"Yeah and I like my warm comfy bed, and you got it worse than I do cause the mother of your daughter you can't kiss and cuddle with to distract her."
"Yeah, there is that," Superman said while slumping his shoulders
" Well, I think I'm going to get on with my work before I get to the farm for the party I am going to talk to Wayne about some nonlethal weapons."
"You're not his favorite person right now you know right?"
"Yeah but that should work out in a few days and I'll be gone tomorrow so it'll give him time to cool off before we come back in a few weeks or months."
Superman nodded then looked off into the distance, "Cargo ship sinking got to go," he said before flying off at top speed.
Alex watched him fly away and shrugged before returning to his flight to Gotham, the flight was short as he was already most of the way to the city.
"Now let's see go talk to the bat or Alfred?" Alex tapped his ear, "Watchtower anyone know if the bat is in his cave or out and about."
'He's off duty and hates when someone keeps track of him so it's just best to go around the city and look for him.' Diana said with the sounds of bickering in the background.
"Everything ok up there?"
'Umm yes I just have A few of the girls up here trying to figure out what to call Stephanie when she grows up and joins the league,' Diana laughed, ' Stephanie is telling them that her super name is going to be Wonder Kid,'
Alex laughed as he flew around the city but couldn't find the bat in costume or civvies, "Well they have a fight on their hands, I'm willing to bet that she'll do just that to tweak their noses."

"Yeah there's that, oh looks like he is at home I'll see you later," Alex said as he saw Bruce Wayne on a balcony with Selena Kyle, "Did one of you talk to him about talking Catwoman into joining the league?"
"Kal did call him earlier today but I'm not sure what they spoke about,' Diana said as someone squealed behind her.
"Ok well they are talking about something, I'm not close enough to hear what they're talking about but I'm going to just pop in and talk to him about buying a few nonlethal weapons," Alex said with a smile as he flew toward Wayne Manor.
'Go easy on him,' Diana laughed out, 'I have to go Ice just found Stephanie and is trying to talk her into worshipping the Norse pantheon,'
The connection ended with Diana's voice calling out for the women to calm down. "I hope nobody tries that with Karen."
"Hey grumpy I got some stuff for you to look at," Alex said as he came to a stop causing a gust of wind to ruffle the clothes of Bruce and Selena.
Bruce ground his teeth while Selena was smiling and trying to hold in giggles at Bruce's expression hardening.
"Leave," Bruce said while fighting with himself about pulling a hidden weapon and throwing it a Alex.
"Nah just call up Alfred and I'll talk to him, sourpuss," Alex stated while lying in the air.
"New friend?" Selena asked now grinning.
"Yeah I told him off for asking for personal information I don't think he has the right to know and I think he's pissed cause I cleansed the cause for most of Gotham's troubles," Alex told her while ignoring Bruce.
"We need the information to know how to deal with you in case you go rogue," Bruce ground out in a growl.
"And I don't care what you think you should know, I could just destroy the planet before you could blink an eye but I like most of the people I've met so I'm going to just have fun and annoy you when I visit now and then," Alex told the paranoid man, Selena gasped then slapped Bruce on the back of the head.
"Stop pestering the powerful man," Selena told Bruce who didn't seem to want to listen.
Alfred came onto the balcony with a tray of drinks, seeing Alex floating on his side he looked to Bruce and sighed, "Master Bruce please do remember that he was correct on the things he spoke of so please do not continue with the asking questions about his powers or origins."
Alex grinned at Bruce showing a face like a child being told that they weren't getting dessert, "And you young man I believe you should not be so antagonistic with Master Bruce."
"Aww come on it's so fun to twig this paranoid fool, " Alex mock pouted while standing upright in the air.
"Be that as it may please stop," Alfred said holding the tray out to Selena and Bruce.
Shrugging Alex nodded, "Well I came here to talk to you anyway seeing as this guy doesn't know how to do anything other than work out ways to make more criminals make himself feel better over beating someone who the cops could have handled."
Selena nodded while Bruce ground his teeth and Alfred sighed, " Please follow me," Alfred said as he entered the house.
Alex grinned at Bruce as he floated into the house and followed Alfred to a small office, "What do you wish to speak of?"
"Not much really just wanted to sell Wayne Tech some nonlethal weapons to reverse engineer to sell to the police and all that," Alex said forming several gun like things.
"Gotham police could use them but why speak to me and not Master Bruce?"
"Two things, ONE you kept the company running while he was running around the world in a big pity party after his parents died, TWO he doesn't like me after pointing out his flaws and all that."
Alfred nodded, "I can understand that now why do you continue to say things that will aggravate him so?"
"He lost his parents and acts like he is the only person that has felt that loss and he doesn't even consider the blood on his hands by creating new supervillains."
"He has seen the results of the investigation run on what you first came here...," Alfred began but Alex spoke up.
"And instead of feeling remorse over the lives his actions have caused he is talking to a criminal, who he has let escape many times just because she stole from crime bosses."
Alfred went to say something but he couldn't voice anything, Alex nodded and then pointed to the weapons, "Get them to Foxx and he'll take them apart to reverse engineer them, I think seventy-five percent to Wayne Tech and twenty-five to me via an account Diana is taking care of for me."
Alex then disappeared in the blink of an eye, he reappeared in the air over Wayne Manor then flew off to the Kent farm to find the place being decorated for the party.
