Chapter 863: February and already starting.

(February 1. B. Lewis Residence, Olive Street. Royal Woods, Michigan.)

Lincoln is in his bedroom and getting ready for the day, he then sees out the window and sees how sunny it's all looking, and yet the winter season is not yet done. He then looks to the nearby tree, and he sees the five bird Pokémon from his mother Michelle are there.

'Still weird, for mom to have them around. She doesn't partake in Pokémon training and battles, still they make good companions for her around the house. I wonder… Did Pidgeot told them about our mom?' He then sees the five bird Pokémon fly back into the house through the window. Lincoln then leaves the bedroom, alongside Metagross and Serperior.

He then runs into his big sister, Luna and they both head for the dining room for some breakfast. They see Amanda is here, and Michelle and the breakfast done and smelling nice, they even see a large bowl of bird seeds and Pokémon food and the five birds are eating.

Amanda chuckles. "I never thought that this house would be crowded with all of these little guys, they do make good companions for Michelle though." The others also chuckle hearing this.

Michelle chuckles. "Yeah, and to be honest, this might have something to do with what I have been through when I was a little girl. My mom liked birds, and is a former bird watcher, she would have books of the different birds she took photos of, and my first pet was a bird. He lived long enough for five years."

They didn't know about this and then Lincoln asks. "What happened to the bird?"

Michelle sighs. "Oscar and Emily happened." Hearing that makes them gasp. "That day they killed my pet bird, my parents chose to keep them away from our house and never ever visit. At least now those two are dealt with and I don't have to get stressed out if they come back around."

The others also agree. Though, Lincoln and Luna and Amanda feel bad for Michelle, they then see her pet the head of Rookidee, and Fletchling, and they like her. This makes them smile and it seems like these little bird Pokémon could be a good time for her to enjoy and feel like her former pet bird.

Then Michelle looks to Lincoln and Luna and she asks. "So, what plans do you two have for today?"

(Ketcham Park.)

We see Lincoln, Jordan, Luna and Sam together, and all of them just talking about this month. "So, the prom is coming and Sam and I decided that we're not gonna be singing or doing any musical performance" replied Luna.

Sam then speaks. "But we did hear, that Nina will be performing and she is super stoked, and also she's no longer sick and now we can all perform at the gig soon. This month is already getting better, I mean… This is our last prom as High School students."

Luna nods, and then she looks towards Lincoln and Jordan. "What about you guys? Ready for the Middle School Prom?"

Lincoln looks to Jordan and he allows her to talk. "We are so dang ready, we're locked and loaded and it's going to be another unforgettable and amazing moment for the both of us!" They all chuckle hearing Jordan all excited and ready.

"We're ready for this, and we look forward to how it will all go down when they announce the Prom King and Queen" replied Lincoln, yet he feels like it might be himself and Jordan again. 'Might be better if some other couple are announced as Prom King and Queen, I mean there are others who might deserve that vote, such as… Wait, Sid Chang?'

They all see Sid show up. "Guys! Guys!" She arrives on her skateboard, with Sprigatito on her head. "Guys, come to Tall Timbers Park, now!" This confuses them and so they follow her.

(Tall Timbers Park.)

We see Luna, Lincoln, Sam, Jordan, Michelle and Amanda, and of course their Pokémon companions with them and they are baffled by what they see. They are in the middle of an open grassy field in the forest, and there are tons of different Pokémon here, but not just that… A large tree in the middle near the lake, and there are tons of different Pokémon that are bird types.

With them are Becca, Sid and Adelaide, with their Pokémon partners Sprigatito and Frogadier.

But seeing the large tree, with all of these bird Pokémon is baffling. "Dudes, what the heck?" asked Sam.

"Why is there this large tree here? And all of these birds?" asked Jordan.

Becca then explains. "Adelaide and I, and Frogadier found this big old willow tree, and she's standing strong and tall. But we didn't expect to see all these flying guys everywhere, and they're all from different species too. I mean, this is just beyond anything I have read about."

Lincoln then asks. "What were you guys doing out here in the Park the other day?"

Adelaide then explains. "Sid overheard from Michelle and Amanda that her Pidgeot sometimes is not around, and so my mom and I did some of our own field research and stumbled upon this area, and the tree. We believe that he visits here."

They see Pidgeot lands near the tree, and he seems to be keeping an eye and checking on every different bird Pokémon here. Amanda is surprised. "Wow. So, he comes by here and acts like a caretaker to them. This is… This is all so amazing, and… Dang, so this is where he's been."

Michelle then sees her five bird Pokémon partners go to the tree as well, and now she realizes. "I think those little guys are from here, and chose to follow Pidgeot around, and then showed up at our house. That sounds nice, and also, look." They see Pidgeot using a medicine herb to a sick Pidgey, and Spearow. "He really is a caretaker here."

Becca then goes to Pidgeot. "You don't have to do this alone, let me come every once and a while to help take care of them, and even Delilah's mom since she is also good with medical care towards Pokémon." Pidgeot nods, and this makes Becca smile.

The others go over, and check out this place, and then Jordan sees Adelaide looking around. "What's wrong?"

"Weird, the other day we saw this weird bird that makes electricity, where the heck did it fly off to" replied Adelaide, and hearing this surprises them.

A/N: Yup, this month is already starting to look good and with surprises, and now they know where Pidgeot tends to disappear to. I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter guys.
