Collision Chaos, Present
Sitting while watching a pinball field city, the sky is dark blue as the sun sets and Sonic is lowering his head, reminding himself that his arrogance is going to lead him to what Breezie had warned him about.
To think that Breezie never knew her own past is something else, making Sonic question his own assumptions about Eggman's involvement.
What Sonic is watching is a pinball field city with trees and bushes, even the lack of robots is refreshing until they come.
"Nicky?" Amy called while approaching Sonic and then sat next to him.
"Amy. Is Breezie right about me being lonely? I mean I don't know how I felt after I left Meg." Sonic feels conflicted while looking at the sky while looking serious.
"But, Nicky, you're not lonely. We're always together." Amy smiles while holding Sonic's hand.
"After Eggman's attack, we were split off from each other. Meg is one of the humans I can trust. She feels like my mom." Sonic admitted how he feels towards a human.
Amy is surprised that Sonic was raised by a human after the incident, leading her to feel pity.
"You heard about Sonic the Hedgehog?"
"Not really? Is he like a superhero?" Amy asked with curiosity.
"Sure is. I adopted the name made by the famous Mary Garnet. He fought against the evil Dr. Eggman and was the embodiment of hope." Sonic smiles as he stands up.
"So like you? Are you really a hero!?" Amy cheerfully stands up with sparkles in her eyes with glee.
"Not really." Sonic denied.
"Eh?"
"I used that name because I want to show everyone Sonic really is. Also, I wanted to go on adventures and fight Eggman as my playmate." Sonic admits more about himself.
Amy stops and thinks about how depressing his current life has become after what happened to their town.
"The truth is… I hate Eggman after what he did to not just Hedgehog Town, but other islands as well. What does he want from us?" Sonic asks calmly while clenching his fists with anger building up.
"I get that. My family moved to the South Island as a way of being safe. After that, you, Tania and your parents are missing, but I never knew they're taken away by that man. I'm sorry." Amy lowers her head after knowing what's been happening long ago.
"Don't be. We'll fight Eggman no matter what." Sonic pat Amy's shoulder and nod with confidence.
"That's strange. I thought I was the one who's encouraging you, but I guess the tables turned, huh. You've been acting a lot different after the incident." Amy giggles.
"What are you talking about? I'm still me, but cooler." Sonic laughs as he flick Amy's forehead.
"Ow! Hmph!" Amy pouts while holding her forehead.
Amy remembers something.
"That teal furred hedgehog! I think I've seen her before!"
"Seriously?" Sonic is surprised about what Amy said.
"Yeah. I saw her at our school. I think it was Anton Veruca that's been teasing her."
"More like bullying." Sonic reminds Amy who the lizard boy Anton was.
"Yeah. It's not different to how he bullied you. It's worse than that."
"What?" Sonic gasped.
"When I was heading to the bathroom, I saw Anton, his brothers and his sister lay their hands on her, attacking her. I had to call Miss Wing, although I wanted you to help, but in this condition, I had to ask someone else." Amy explained.
"Why would he do that!?" Sonic asks as his anger is fueled.
"I heard it's about her mother, Mimosa the Hedgehog." Amy answers as Sonic lowers his head.
"So he's no better than Eggman. When we see him, let's give him a piece of his mind." Sonic punches his own palm with a determined look in his eyes.
"Yeah! Nicky? I want to help you. I want to fight this egg man too." Amy begs while preparing to assist Sonic.
This makes Sonic think back to what Breezie said to him; if he fights alone without saving anyone, his journey will end as either Eggman or G.U.N.'s prisoner.
Sonic then sighs as he lets Amy go and turns towards the large building.
"I guess… I do need help after all. Without you guys, Eggman could've won. I'll be shot if Sally wasn't around, I won't be able to recover if it weren't for Bunnie, Mighty and Ray always cheering me on and you saved my life. I would've stopped if you're not around." This has Sonic grinning and raising his hand towards Amy. "Sure. Let's kick Eggman's butt together."
Amy is in joy after Sonic accepts her to be his teammate.
Amy jumps as she cheers with excitement.
"Nicky! I love you, Nicky!" Amy wraps her arms around Sonic's neck as Sonic exclaims.
"H- Hey! Let go! Also could you at least call me Sonic!?" Sonic tries to push Amy off while struggling to be free.
"Oh, Sonic! Give me a big smooch!" Amy tries to pucker her lips as Sonic grabs Amy's head in order for her to let go.
"Smooch!? Get off me, you crazy hog!" Sonic shouts.
With Sonic and Amy finally working together, they're now finding the robot generator in the past in order to stop the robots from wreaking havoc in the Little Planet.
Past
In a city that's under construction, the grass is green and the flowers are as different as Palmtree Panic's flowers.
Sitting on an unfinished building, voices of a couple of girls and a bunch of boys is heard through a ring portal as Breezie carries 2 time stones, both yellow and aqua blue.
Biting her thumb, Breezie's anger is seeping as she's finding out about more of her past, making her question who these people are.
"Anton Veruca. How disgusting. I bet you haven't changed after the incident." Breezie growls while ripping the fabric of her glove.
Sinking her head down, Breezie remembers her mother leaving her everyday as she doesn't know why?
"You're just like your mother. Serving many boys!"
"I never did…" Breezie pierces a glare at the ring portal, grabs the ring and chucks it as the ring vanishes.
A robot generator is near her as Breezie's hands shakes, leading her to grab a pipe and then swings it down with brute strength.
Her grunts make a shrieking anger sound as she's taking her anger on a generator, smashing it to pieces which causes the future to change like Palmtree Panic.
Panting, Breezie imagines the generator as Anton and his family so she can beat them to a bloody pulp, eventually killing them on the spot.
But it's not happening anytime soon.
Breezie falls to her knees as she looks at herself in the broken mirror.
Just like how she struck Sonic's secret, Sonic did the same which leads to Breezie looking at her own hands after seeing that her own childhood was taken away by someone else.
Is Sonic right or was he mistaken about Eggman?
Behind her is a blue robot hedgehog, standing right in front of her.
"I see the doctor is sending out his newest creation made out of chaos energy. Hmph, take me all you want." Breezie said after calming down.
Approaching Breezie, a robot hedgehog places his hand onto Breezie's face as his sharp metallic thumb is rubbing under her eye.
"You're a strange one. It seems you felt lost as well." Breezie places her forehead onto a robot hedgehog.
The robot's memories are showing Nicky and Meg, making the robot himself make his red irises close like it's his eyes.
"You may not be the Sonic you wanted to be, but you'll always be the cooler version of yourself, Nicky. You are Metal Sonic." Breezie reveals the robot's name as Metal Sonic.
Metal Sonic then gives Breezie a bridal carry while floating up and watching the beautiful nature with the sun setting.
"When my corporation is complete, you'll be my employee, Metal." Breezie feels resonated as if she and Metal Sonic had lost what they loved and hated the one that tormented them back in school.
While Breezie leans onto Metal Sonic, Metal Sonic himself is seeing the animals playing around, making him feel lonely.
"Are you sad? Don't worry, Breezie's here for you." Breezie said while comforting Metal Sonic.
Metal Sonic is now feeling safe.
"HEY! BREEZIE! METAL SONIC! GET DOWN FROM HERE!" A loud yell is coming from below.
Both Breezie and Metal Sonic are unimpressed as Breezie groans.
As they finally land on the ground, Eggman taps his foot on the ground and points at a badly drawn picture of Sonic.
"I said get the hedgehog, not flirting with my minion! Learn to understand!" Eggman scolds Metal Sonic as Metal himself rolls his eyes and folds his arms with displeasure.
"Hey, doc. Why not give Metal his chance to live life before he goes out of his way to capture Sonic?" Breezie asked, feeling the same way as Metal Sonic.
"Because I created him! Although you two are here, I got a plan. When Sonic gets here, Metal will surprise attack and I'll bring in my creation to crush him and take all his data to enhance my machines." Eggman giggles.
Breezie raises her hand.
"Yes?" Eggman points at Breezie.
"So what if Sonic had an ally and was able to foil your plan?" Breezie asked.
"Then I'll use either my backup or Metal Sonic can deal with his stupid friends. That way, victory will be mine and not just the Little Planet, but Earth is in my hands." Eggman widens his evil grin and rolls his paper and points at Breezie. "I want you to bait that blue rodent."
"And if I say no?" Breezie bluntly asks.
"Then I'll demolish your new corporation. Now get moving! Both of you!" Eggman orders while pointing at the city.
"Fine. Can you believe this guy, Metal?" Breezie points behind as Metal Sonic nods in agreement.
"Also, Breezie."
"What is it, doc?" Breezie turns towards Eggman.
"My robot generator!" Eggman growled while pointing at his trashed generator.
"Oh my! Whoever could have done this!? Sonic must've gotten a lot faster than before!" Breezie lied.
But Eggman isn't buying it, shaking his head after knowing Breezie did it.
"Come on, doctor! I needed to vent myself! What do you think I should do? Strangle the rabbit? Smack a tree?" Breezie complained.
"The latter. And besides, I got a job for you." Said Eggman.
A job that's about to lure Sonic and Amy as Eggman sends some robots from the future to skewer Sonic in order to take the future.
Breezie is worried that Eggman's treatment of her is slowly leaking into her past as Breezie holds her arm out of worry.
"Hm? What's wrong? You've never been like that before." Eggman is on point about Breezie never acting nervous, causing her to gulp and look at Eggman with a nervous smile.
"Y- Yeah. I'm fine. I'm just excited, that's all." Breezie lied.
Finally, Eggman lets Breezie move forward as Metal Sonic is gone, making her nervous about more of her history, realising that heeding Sonic's words was a mistake.
Walking in the fields together, Sonic and Amy stop as they see a robot generator smashed, leading Sonic to look up and then dash forward towards the tower.
As Amy follows, she sees a ring on the grass as she picks it up and then runs towards the tower.
Inside an unfinished tower, Sonic gasps as he halts, witnessing a large humanoid girl doll that doesn't belong in the past as its body shows many red eyes in the shadow like some eldritch horror.
"Sonic! What's goi- Eep!" Amy shrieks after seeing an unsettling presence in front of her.
Sonic approaches the creepy lolita doll while seeing chains.
"What the?"
"I don't know what's going on, but that's creepy." Amy clings behind Sonic as Sonic himself grabs the chain.
As Sonic pulls the chains, the doll cracks as if it's hollow on the inside.
"Amy. Let's tear this thing apart." Sonic said while he grabbed its face.
"Okay." Amy grabs the chain.
As both hedgehogs tear the doll apart as chains fall on the floor, Sonic and Amy halt as they see Breezie unconscious as she's covered in chains inside a giant doll.
"Miss Breezie!" Amy lifts Breezie up as she's seeing a hedgehog not moving.
A sound has caught Sonic's attention as if it's heading towards them, alerting Sonic to be on guard.
"Amy, move."
"What?" Amy stops.
As a loud crash has caused the wall to smash open, Sonic immediately pushes Amy and Breezie causing him to get yanked and crash through the other side wall.
"Sonic!" Amy shrieked.
After that, a machine plows through as the doll is completely shredded apart as the building has collapsed.
Outside.
As Sonic crashes and rolls, Sonic jumps as he runs as fast as he could, only to see a large robot with 4 blades spinning like a helicopter that's about to skew him apart.
Quickly, Sonic grabs a wire leading the 4 bladed machine to fall down and tear the floors apart.
With the wire snapped, Sonic jumps onto different falling rubble, until a yellow light charges towards Sonic as it causes an explosion.
This creates a crater as amber lightning bolts are all over the area as Sonic picks himself up, grunting as he witnesses a different robot hedgehog with glowing red eyes levitating in front of Sonic himself.
"We meet again, Sonic the Hedgehog!" Eggman appears in a 4 bladed machine capsule as he laughs.
"Eggman. Nice toy, did your mom give it to you on your late birthday?" Sonic spits as he chuckles.
"Ohohohoho! You seemed to have much more confidence than before. But alas, allow me to introduce you to my greatest creation!" Eggman raises his arms while Metal Sonic stands on the ground and approaches Sonic.
While Sonic stands, both hedgehogs are face to face with each other as Sonic grunts.
"Nicky, meet Nicky! Nicky, meet Nicky! Or should I say, Metal Sonic!" Eggman's tone becomes more sinister as his grin widens.
"You came to tell me you copied my data? My skills? What gives?" Sonic asks, confused about why Eggman makes a clone that is a robot.
"Because this is the Nicky who has no friends and family." Eggman reveals what Sonic has heard.
Breezie's warning is what Metal Sonic is to Sonic, except not a hedgehog turned robot, but a freshly built robot that holds Sonic's life.
Sonic grunts as he spindashes towards his robot copy, only for him to immediately be booted and jumped to the ground as Sonic yells until he's booted to a stone wall in a split second.
"Thank you for the chaos energy, you little pincushion. With Metal Sonic, I have no need for anyone but him." Eggman laughs maniacally while spinning his blades closer to Sonic. "But I'll be taking the time stones for my future! Farewell, Sonic!"
After Eggman disappears, Sonic tries to get up, until his leg is grabbed by Metal Sonic.
While raising his hand that is covered by lightning sparks, Sonic is done for as he grunts.
A noise is coming from Sonic and Metal Sonic's direction as the duo are turning their heads towards the sound.
Finally a crash happens again and this time, Sonic and Metal Sonic are being run over by a 6 wheeled speedy tank as they're being pushed.
"We got him!" Grounder cheers as he and Scratch appear out of nowhere.
"Let's take him down once and for all, baha-hahaaa!" Scratch hollers with laughter.
It's not just 2 he's facing but more as Eggman had Sonic pinned down until he's as good as dead.
