It was a bright new day Eliza chose to ignore Damon and Stefan's blowing up her phone and she and Jackie kidnapped Jeremy for a road trip.

Eliza knew she had made the right choice to tell Nik to begin his preparation for the breaking of the curse she was tired of Elena but she had to warn those she loved.

"So ulterior motive for this trip,"

"Um ok what's up?," Jeremy asked turning in his seat to face Eliza who began pulling into a parking spot as they arrived in the new town.

"You know about me and Nik and the fact Elena is related to a major part of our histories right?,"

"Yeah..,"

"Well there's more to it. When Esther created and performed the spell for her family it wasn't just my blood she used. There was a another village girl named Tatia who is the sister to my grandmother. In order for Nik to complete his business he needs to use Elena as she is from that bloodline,"

"Wait use as in..kill?,"

"I don't know all the details I just know she is needed, and after her recent decisions and actions I told Nik last night to prepare and to break it. Do you both hate me?,"

"No she has made a lot of bad decisions that has affected us all lately I understand why you told Nik to begin," Jackie reassured her as she laid her hand on Eliza's shoulder.

"I don't hate you sis I understand too, after all she has tried to hurt me too in the process and I'm sure her actions is why Anna's mom is dead. I just don't want to know any details alright?,"

"Fair enough thank you bro, let's go shop to take our minds off it," getting out the car Jeremy lit up seeing the store she had brought him to at the beginning of the school year and practically ran into it as the girls followed behind.

Four hours later they all headed back to Mystic falls and to their home. They had to as Jackie had to help Eliza into her 1864 gear for the Miss Mystic Falls float.

"Now I remember why I hated these bloody contraptions!," Eliza cursed as Jackie tightened the corset.

"You know your mother hated them too," Henry laughed at how his niece complained.

"Thank god it's for a short period of time," she huffed as Jackie finished and then made sure her hair was in shape too.

Together they all made their way out Henry and Jackie in the front seats as Eliza laid in the back seat thanks to the dress. She was just happy to have found this particular dress as it had been the first dress the guys had seen her in the day she and Damon were engaged.

Nik was already there having got there ahead to make sure the area was scouted.

When they arrived Jackie flashed around and help Eliza out of the back seat.

"The moment I can take this off you rip I dont care understood?,"

"Clearly," Jackie smirked at Eliza's order.

Looking round Eliza was stunned at seeing the uniforms and outfits of some those involved it was like she was back in 1864.

Turning she laughed as she came face to face with Stefan and Damon.

"Elizabeth?,"

"Lizzie?," they both muttered stunned.

"Is that? It can't be the dress you wore to our engagement debut?,"

"It is," Eliza smiled at the fact Damon remembered.

"You haven't changed a bit, still as beautiful as ever,"

"That she is Damon i quite agree," Nik smirked as he wrapped his arm around her waist and kissed her cheek.

"Behave," she laughed smacking him on the chest lightly.

"Never," Nik laughed as she cuddled close to him.

Jackie had slipped off with Eliza perfectly safe she headed to the cemetary to see Harper. She hated how little time they had together but was happy she got to know him.

Henry too had slipped off to admire and talk to those involved with the event. they all just hoped it wouldn't turn into a disaster.
