"Wait Jeremy's out here somewhere,"

"Let's go find him," Stefan took her hand and started into the crowd.

Inside the grill Jeremy was coming out of the bathroom as Anna found him first.

"Anna what are you doing here my uncle could see you,"

"I don't care about that right now I need to find you, come here," she said dragging him into the bathroom.

Anna quickly broke down what was happening how she had already told Eliza and Nik and now her main priority was getting him to safety.

Trusting her she took his hand and quickly whooshed him out of the grill and headed to the Mackenzie house.

As Mayor Lockwood gave his speech he gave the signal to get things in place to take down the vampires.

"Do you have any idea what you've done?," Damon asked John finally finding him.

"Yes. As a matter of fact I do," with that said he turned the dial turning on the device causing Damon to clutch his head in agony and fall to his knees.

Outside was worse. Eliza and Nik were affected thankfully Nik was strong enough to withstand the noise and whisked them away to safety.

Eliza wept having known she would be affected by the noise and felt bad for those she cared for that was experiencing it too.

"Stefan what's going on? What's happening?,"

"My head it hurts," not noticing that a deputy was approaching from behind them thank god for Rick intercepting him.

"I don't know what happened he just dropped,"

"He's not the only one. Cops are grabbing everyone who dropped. Thankfully Nik got your sister out of here. But they are injecting them with vervain,"

"What?..They're rounding up the vampires,"

Eliza knew that if John would do this vile act anywhere it would be in her dad's old office. When the noise stopped they began making their way over to try to stop the mayhem.

"Seriously the one thing my dad left me and you had to go and burn it down!," Eliza screamed at John as he exited the office.

"You have to understand it was necessary,"

"Bullshit you used it for your own sick agenda and now what I had left from my father is gone I hope you rot in hell," she kept screaming as she slapped John across the face.

"I suggest you leave mate you see when my fire lily get's worked up you don't want to be around," Nik warned him as she flashed purple in anger. Her hair turning to fire to match her ire.

"Where's Damon?," Eliza asked Nik scared and hoping he wasn't in the burning building.

As Stefan and Elena approached he stopped her briefly to take in what he could hear.

"Wait wait I can hear them,"

"What?,"

"The building's on fire, Eliza!,"

"Over here Stefan,"

"Nik what is going on?,"

"Eliza here slapped your uncle pretty good and we are now asking around where Damon is she is worried,"

"We were wondering too,"

"Wait he is inside I can hear him," Stefan said his face contorting in pain from the way his brother was sounding.

As the four of them headed around to the side door they heard Bonnie yell out to them.

"You can't go in there the fire will take you out!,"

"A fire that shouldn't exist thanks to you. A curse I lay upon your core may you magic hold til you learn compassion and stop being egotistical. As the eldest witch here so I mote it be," Eliza growled at her watching as the curse she spoke tied itself to Bonnie making the others gasp.

Turning it was like Eliza was controlled by other forces and holding her hands up she began chanting making the fire dim and split to create a path for Stefan.

Seeing what was happening Elena gestured for Stefan to go get Damon as Nik stood at Eliza's side for when she collapsed from the power usage.

Bonnie on the other hand cried on her knees behind them knowing her magic was gone for the time being and only Eliza could give it back if she wanted to. But considering she held a long past with the Bennet witches she knew she was being punished for her role in the death's that night.

Eliza stopped chanting and with a glance at her sister with a look of 'it's ok' she collapsed into Nik's waiting arms.

"Oh my god," Elena gasped as Stefan appeared with Damon.

Nik nodded at Damon and Stefan and whooshed out of there with Eliza in his arms.

When he arrived home Henry met them at the door making sure he could take her straight upstairs.

Jeremy opened his bedroom door as he heard the front door was saw Nik carrying his sister up the stairs to lay her down.

Anna saw from where she laid on the bed she hoped Eliza would be alright and as Jeremy rejoined her holding her tight he explained that only happened when she used massive amounts of magic.

Jackie stayed downstairs with Henry knowing she was in good hands with Nik.

Together they all contemplated what could have happened that night and enjoyed the fact they survived their first real attack.
