Chapter 14 Boom Boom Boom

General Explosion advanced towards Sheep and Courage who backed away to the front door. The super powered general smirked with glee before he focused on being angry and then focused on a part of the porch near where Sheep and Courage were and made it explode to bits! Courage cried out in fear and jumped into Sheep's arms. Sheep looked fearfully at General Explosion and tried to reason with him.
"Baa!" Said Sheep.
"You surrender?" Asked General Explosion.
"Baa!" Said Sheep.
"In exchange you don't want the dog called Courage or anyone else to get hurt." Said General Explosion.
"That's great! The mission can finally be over and the Sheep-Powered Ray-Gun can finally be tested and running." Said Private Public.
Now if General Explosion had been thinking normally instead of under the influence of a dangerous chemical weapon/hair growth formula, he would have taken Sheep then and there, but the mix of the formula and years of anger were not making the General think clearly. General Explosion had a great deal of anger and a nice chunk of that he blamed on Sheep for all the times he avoided capture.
"No you're not getting off that easy Sheep! I'm not going to have you just surrender to me! I want to beat you into submission!" Declared General Explosion.
"Sir?" Asked Private Public nervously.
General Explosion ignored Private Public and made a few explosions happen around Sheep and Courage freaking them off out as they jumped about in panic.
"What's all that noise?" Asked Muriel as she, Eustache, and Farmer John came to the door and opened.
Farmer John saw the military men outside and cried out to Sheep.
"Run Sheep!"
Sheep and Courage ran inside and the door slammed shut. General Specific just laughed like a lunatic as he started to make random parts of the house explode freaking out the people and animals inside. Private Public freaked out at his superior's destructive behavior.
"Sir stop! There's civilians in there and all your explosions might kill them and Sheep!" Cried Public Private.
"There is always civilian casualties in war Private! Besides we only need Sheep to mostly be alive for the Sheep-Powered Ray-Gun to work." Said General Explosion.
Private Public pulled out his dart gun and pointed it at General Explosion.
"Sir you're out of control! I have no idea where you got these powers from, but they're driving you mad!" Said Private Public.
"So you're going to betray me Private? That makes you a traitor!" Yelled General Explosion as he made the dart gun explode.
Private Public screamed in alarm as he bolted towards the house random little explosions happening along the way as he ran and dove through a window. Sheep and the others looked at Private Public as he pushed himself off the ground and pulled out a walkie talkie and began to call the base.
"Base Code Red! The General has gained superpowers and has gone on a rampage! Requesting immediate support!" Yelled Private Public.
"Roger, Private Public. Help is on the way." Said a voice on the other end.
"We just have to wait and hope rescue arrives soon." Said Private Public.
The front door exploded and General Explosion walked into the house forcing everyone to scream and try to run upstairs, but General Explosion made a part of the stairs explode cutting off the group's escape. Sheep and the others were forced to come back down the stairs.
"Now I got you." Said General Explosion.
"Sir there's no need to do this. You won. There's no need for violence." Said Private Public trying to reason with the General.
"You don't know what I need Private! What I need is to take my rage out on Sheep for all the trouble he has caused me! He'll still be alive, but slightly burnt and missing some pieces." Said General Explosion as he focused on Sheep.
Sheep feared he was about to get exploded, but instead of a boom there was an odd pop. Everyone blinked in confusion. General Explosion removed his hat to reveal some long locks of blonde hair that had sprouted from the top of his head. He then turned to a mirror on the wall and gazed at himself in amazement.
"Oh my goodness! Look at those locks of hair! I'm beautiful!" Said General Explosion as he gazed at his reflection in admiration.
"You really are sir." Said Private Public and the others nodded in agreement.
General Explosion stared at his reflection and seemed to have completely forgotten about Sheep. The military backup arrived and they along with Private Public lead General Explosion into the back of a armored car with a mirror and drove off.
Sheep and the others let out a huge sigh of relief before they went about cleaning and repairing the house.
