Although the Hundred Year War has long passed, we are not living in a time of peace. These revolutionaries who call themselves "Equalists" are not interested in equality at all. They just want to wage war against benders. Chief Beifong was supposed to protect Republic City, but she was powerless to stop Amon's attack on the arena. She has failed us all. If we are to survive these dire times, our law enforcement needs new leadership.
Republic City.
Hop pop was reading the paper and saw the article of Tarrlok talking about the Equalists and Lin before looking up and saw city hall before walking inside.
Meanwhile,on the other side of the city.
Korra ran in the pro-bending arena that was under construction and ran up the stairs to see Mako and Bolin.
"I still can't believe they're shutting this place down."
"Yeah. We had some good memories here, didn't we?" Bolin asked as the two were packing their stuff into crates.
"Guys, great news!"
The two looked to see Korra in her coat come up the ladder into their loft. "You don't have to go back on the streets. I talked to Tenzin and made all the arrangements. You can come live on Air Temple Island with realm defenders and me."
"Oh!" Mako exclaimed, hand on the back of his head. "We'd love to, but…"
"Asami already invited us to live in her dad's giant mansion!" Bolin interrupted his brother before standing and wrapped his arm around Mako's shoulder. From here on out, it's gonna be the lap of luxury for us!"
"Hey, Korra!"
Korra blinked before looking back to see Asami in a loft with Pabu. "I was hoping you'd stop by."
"Yeah, I was just leaving. So, I guess I'll see you guys around… Sometime." The Avatar said as Asami got down and walked to her.
"Why not tomorrow? I'd love to have you and realm defenders come and visit the estate."
"I don't know," Korra spoke, remembering not being comfortable at places like that when she first got to the city. "We have some Avatar stuff to do-!"
"Great, we'll see you tomorrow," Asami said as Korra turned to leave.
at air temple island.
luz was in her room still devastated about Kim getting kidnapped. RJ came in and asked "Luz how are you doing?" "Terrible." Luz said emotionless. "Luz I know your worried about Kim. We all are." RJ said.
"I should have gone." Luz said.
"Gone where?" RJ asked. "Here." Luz said as she handed RJ a pamphlet of reality check camp.
"If I had just gone to that camp none of this would have happen." Luz said as she started to cry.
"Kim wouldn't have been kidnapped." Luz said sadly. "Luz you coming to the isles was the best thing that happened to us." RJ said wiping the tears from Luz's eyes. "I guess your right. But still Kim is in danger." Luz said.
"We will save Kim. And I won't let anything bad happen to you." RJ said. Luz then made a determine look on her face and said "Your right. We will get Kim back. Stop Amon and return home. "That's the spirit but we'll need more help." R.J said.
"Any ideas?" Luz asked. Then Lilith came in. "Mind if I help?" Lilith asked. "Sure." R.J said. "I would like to save Kim as munch as you two do." Lilith said. "Why?" Luz asked.
"Well Kim is like a daughter to me. I was assigned to be her mentor when she was five years old. I watched her grow into the witch she is today. I would do anything to get her back." Lilith said.
"Wow." Luz said. "Yes but Amon is powerful and we need a miracle to stop him. And its not like the answer will just drop in this room right now." R.J said.
Later
The lizard crows flew off before a police truck could run over them as it sped toward the warehouse. It bursts through the building's door, and Metalbenders break through the warehouse's windows and repel down to the ground. Additional forces come out of the truck while they stream through the building and pull tarps off of abandoned machinery.
One of them finds a table stacked with fliers bearing Amon's image. Another opens a crate to find it filled with the same electric gloves used to assault the Pro-Bending Arena. Lin then walked to the door as a male officer walked up. "Looks like our intel was good."
"There's enough evidence here to bury Cabbage Corp for an eternity." The man said as Lin sighed and looked down.
Cabbage Corps.
"This is an outrage!" A man in green clothing yelled as he was being arrested. "I'm innocent!"
"Yeah, yeah, that's what they all say."
Lin, who was in front, turned to see a group of reporters surrounding her. "Is it true that Cabbage Corp is conspiring with the Equalists?"
Lin put her hands on her hips before answering. "The evidence points in that direction, but the investigation is ongoing. For the time being, we have frozen Mr. Gan-Ian's assets and are closing Cabbage Corp."
"No! Not my Cabbage Corp!"
Later, Police Station.
Chris And Korra sat on a bench.
"Hey, Korra."
They turned to see a depressed Tahno sitting on the bench beside them
"Tahno?" Korra asked before walking over. "Listen, I know we're not exactly best friends, but I'm sorry Amon took your bending."
"I've been to the best healers in the city. Whatever Amon did to me, it's permanent. You gotta get him for me.
"Mr. Sato"
They looked up to see Lin and Tenzin walking out with Hiroshi. "If you remember anything else about what you saw during Amon's attack, be sure to let us know."
"I'm happy to help any way I can. I want these Equalists to pay for what they've done."
Hiroshi left before Lin turned to Tahno. "We're ready for you now."
"See you around, Avatar," Tahno said with a salute and left.
"You all right?" Chris asked Korra who sighed.
"I don't know… I wonder if I can stop Amon, whatever he's doing."
"I still think so," Chris said
He saw Korra wince slightly as she got a vision of Aang in his 40s sitting in a courtroom holding his hand out in pain
Later
Everyone was at Asami's mansion to visit.
"EARTH BENDING BOMB!" Bolin yelled jumping in the pool.
"Avatar Korra and the realm defenders have Arrived." A servant said.
"Damn." Anne said. "And I thought my grandpa home in my dimension was big." Anne said.
"You have a big house?" Mako asked.
"So like you guys looked pretty settled in." Amity said.
"Pretty much. Except someone forgot to ask her father if we could stay here." Mako said looking at Asami making them chuckle.
"Now don't tell me you expect to get everything you want because you're rich?" Sasha teased making her chuckle.
"I smoothed it over with him. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission." Asami said.
"So, what do you have planned for us today? Let me guess, shopping, Makeovers?" Korra asked amused.
"Oh, Oh, I vote makeovers." Bolin said before Mako dunked him.
"I have something a little more exciting in mind." Asami said grinning.
"Uh oh." Chris said making Korra giggle.
Soon they all were outside seeing some race track.
"Oh wow." Marcy said.
"Way cooler than a makeover." Korra said.
"This is where future Industries test drives their Sato-Mobiles. Ever been behind the wheel?" Asami asked.
"Most of us have." Eda said.
"I can't wait to start behind the wheel." Polly said. (Yeah sure so you can terrify everyone alive)
"What about you guys?" Asami asked the others and Korra.
"I got something in mind." Sasha said as they walked down to the cars before sasha's hands glowed before her kamen rider motorcycle machine Burner back from amphibia appears and had flames on it.
"Whoa!" Asami yelled as Sasha and Korra got on.
"Lets race." Sasha said revving up machine burner as Asami got in her car before they drove off.
Sasha had fire trailing behind her as she drove next to Asami.
"Hey! Your messing up the track!" Asami yelled.
"Maria will fix it after!" Sasha yelled driving faster making her scoff in amusement.
Sasha and Korra were in the lead before passing the finish line.
"HA! Now that was fun." Sasha said as they got off before Asami drove to them and parked.
"Where'd you learn to drive?" Asami asked.
"I'm a fast learner. Now then." Sasha said as maria was flying around using his powers to fix the damage.
"Nice. Thats gotta come in handy." Asami said.
"I got a power for almost everything." Maria said as they went inside before Bolin rushed to the Bathroom.
"Uh, is there another bathroom I can use?" Korra asked.
"We have a ladies powder room upstairs. First door on your right." Asami said before Korra rushed up.
Korra whistled as she washed her hands before she found a beauty product.
Holding it up she hit herself with it making a cloud of dust making her cough before coming out.
"I'm surprised you would even use something like that." Sean said leaning on the wall looking very amused.
"I'll take natural beauty over products any day." Korra said making him chuckle.
"No, no, no. Everything is going exactly as planned." Hiroshi said in his office.
"The hell?" Sean said as they got closer.
"Luckily the Cabbage corp investigation has bought us enough time. Trust me, by the end of the week, we'll be ready to strike." Hiroshi said on phone before hanging up making Korra widen her eyes before the two left giving the others an excuse.
Later at the police station.
Korra was talking with Tenzin about her theory. "So your saying Hiroshi sato is supplying the equalist?" Tenzin asked.
"Yeah i heard him talking on the phone with someone saying it was the time to strike." Korra said.
"If that's true why would he do that?" R.J asked. "He has a motivation. 12 years ago the Angni kai triad broke into Sato's mansion and killed his wife during the break in." Tenzin said.
"That's horrible." R.J said.
"It was tragic. No doubt he's been holding a grudge ever since." Tenzin said.
"Well if that's true. Then he's gonna pay!" Luz said angrily. "Luz calm down." Amity said.
"AMITY THAT GUY COULD BE CONNECTED TO THE MONSTERS THAT TOOK KIM!" Luz said angrily. "Yes but anger won't get Kim back any sooner." Amity said. "Your right." Luz said calmed down.
The next day at Sato's mansion.
Luz,Emily,Sasha,marcy,gus,hunter,Apollo,maria,Amity,king,Chris,R.J,Korra,Lin and Tenzin surprising the butler as he answered the door.
"What's going on?" Mako asked. "Why are they asking Hiroshi more questions?"
"Mako? Asami?" asked Taizun. "Try not to get mad, but...we believe Mr. Sato might be siding with the Equalists."
"What?!" Asami exclaimed, looking angry. " I don't believe this!"
She walked up to her father's office and barged in, "My Father is innocent. Just because we're not benders doesn't mean we support those awful Equalists."
"ALRIGHT YOU NO GOOD EQUALIST PREPARE TO PAY." Luz said angrily. "Luz calm down." Amity said.
"What is she talking about?" Hiroshi asked.
"We know your helping the equalists." Korra said. "What?! You think I'm helping those radicles?" Hiroshi asked.
"That's obscured." Ashami said.
"Ashami your father could be working with Amon and hala." Korra said. "I can assure you there is nothing sinister going on." Hiroshi said.
" if its alright we would like to search future industries warehouses and factories to put all suspicions to rest." Lin said.
"Yeah, you don't know what you're talking about," Mako stated.
"I heard you on the phone," Korra said. "You said the Cabbage Corp investigation bought you time, and you're getting ready to strike."
"This is all just a misunderstanding, resulting from the young Avatar's overactive imagination," said Hiroshi. "My number one competitor was knocked out of the game. It's providing me an opportunity to strike the market with a new line of Satomobiles. It's just business. Nothing nefarious."
Chris read his mind and see if he's lying luz said.
It's fine even in my min you'll see I have nothing to hide Hiroshi said.
Chris eyes glow green for a few seconds then stops and says his thoughts are true he has nothing to do with the equalists he explained.
"We'll see about that," said
"I know I don't have a badge, but may I ask that you allow us to look into all of your factories and warehouses, just to put suspicion to rest?"Hiroshi said.
Later
The police and the gang started investigating all of Future Industries' buildings, but so far, they didn't find anything.
By sunset, they had finished searching, but still found nothing.
"It would appear Hiroshi is innocent," Lin stated.
Asami and Mako walked over, "Okay, you've done your search. Now you can all leave."
"I don't think so," Ayako responded. "Look, I'm sorry I didn't say this earlier, but Mr. Sato was lying when we spoke to him before."
"What?!" asked Asami. "Wait...how do you know he was lying?!"
"I just completed truth-seer training," said Ayako. "I wouldn't make this up."
"And you're telling us this NOW?" Mako questioned, then glared at Korra. "Did you put her up to this?"
"What are you talking about?" Korra asked.
Mako pulled her off to the side, "Why are you doing this? Are you THAT jealous of me and Asami?"
Korra gasped, "What?! NO! That has nothing to do with this!
A man closed up one of the warehouses, walked by the group, and secretly slipped something into Korra's hand.
She felt it, and saw it was a slip of paper. She looked around, but couldn't tell who gave it to her.
"Look Asami, I'm really sorry, I wish it wasn't true," Ayako said.
But Asami just walked away in anger, taking Mako with her.
Korra opened the slip of paper, read what was on it, then showed everyone else.
It said, "If you want to find the truth, meet me under the north end of the Silk Road Bridge at midnight".
"...Korra...this smells like a trap," said Anne.
"We should still take a look," she replied.
Later
The group went to the designated location under the bridge.
"Psst, over here," A male voice quietly called, then a man wearing a trench coat and a flat cap walked over.
"That's not important," the man whispered. "Listen, I joined the Equalists because I believed in what Amon said. I thought he could make life better for us non-benders...but I didn't sign up for this...this war."
"What do you have on Hiroshi Sato?" Lin asked.
"He manufactured those gloves for the Equalists," The man answered.
"I knew it!" Korra declared.
"And there are rumors he's working on something even bigger; some new kind of weapon," The man continued.
"We searched all of Future Industries and found nothing," said Lin.
"That's because he has a secret factory," said the man.
"Where?" asked Korra in a determined voice.
"It's right underneath Sato Mansion," the man answered, causing the group to look at each other in shock.
Later at the Sato Mansion.
Luz,Sasha,Marcy,Darrel,Anne,willow,amity,gus,rj and The police burst into the Sato Mansion living room, where Mako,Bolin and Asami were listening to record music.
"What are you doing here?" Asami questioned.
"We have reason to believe there's a factory hidden below the mansion," Lin explained.
"I think I would have noticed if there were a factory underneath my house," Asami responded, losing her patience. "The lies you people come up with just to-"
"They're not lies, Asami," rj interrupted. "You're just in denial."
"No!" Asami shouted. "My Father would never side with the Equalists!"
"Really?" asked sasha. "Even after a Firebender killed your mother?"
"Y...you know about that?" asked Asami in surprise.
"Yes, and I'm sorry." Rj said. "I know this is a touchy subject, but have you ever hated all benders because of it?"
"No, of course not," Asami replied.
"How do you know your father doesn't feel the same?" Amity asked.
"But...that can't be true," said Asami. "I mean, he let Mako and Bolin stay here...and he sponsored the Fire Ferrets! Does that sound like something someone who hated benders would do?"
"Sure," answered anne, "That is, if he wanted to provide a cover-up so that no one would suspect him."
"...No..." Asami said in horror. "It...it can't be..."
"Asami...we know you love your father and everything," amity said, "But the only way we can really know for sure is if we look underneath the mansion."
"Where is your father?" Amity asked.
"In his workshop, behind the house," Asami said.
Everyone headed out back toward the workshop.
"Are you sure he's in there?" Anne asked. "Cause my senses say that he isn't."
"You can really tell?" Asami asked.
"My girlfriend can sense the electricity in someone's body"She wouldn't lie about these things sasha said."
Everyone entered the workshop, finding it empty. Lin and willow stepped into the middle of the room and stomped the ground, feeling the vibrations of the whole room.
"There's a tunnel beneath the workshop running deep into the mountainside," Marcy said.
"What? There's no tunnel," Asami insisted.
Lin lifted a part of the floor up with Metalbending, revealing a secret elevator that led underground.
Asami stood, shocked and confused at this revelation.
"I don't understand," she said. "There must be an explanation!"
"Maybe you don't know everything about your father," Korra said. "I'm sorry."
She's I've been there amity said.
Everyone got on the elevator, except Mako, Bolin and Asami. Lin made them stay behind.
As they went down, Korra noticed Mako looking at her with a guilty expression, causing her to frown at him, sadly. She knew he must've felt bad for misjudging her.
Once they reached a certain level, they got in formation and cautiously went into the next room, where they found large posters with Amon's face.
There were also some robot-looking suits.
"Not your average backyard workshop," Lin mused.
"And I'm guessing those are the new weapons," Korra added.
A giant wall came out of the ground and blocked off the exit, and most of the lights went out!
Lin tried to Metalbend the wall, but nothing happened.
"I'm afraid you won't be able to Metalbend that wall, Chief Beifong," Hiroshi's voice said from a loudspeaker. "It's solid platinum."
Damn!" Rj cursed. "Even Toph couldn't bend this type of metal! It's too strong!"
Some spotlights came on and the robots came to life.
"My mecha-tanks are platinum as well," Hiroshi said.
"Hiroshi, I knew you were lying!" Luz said. "Just wait till we get our hands on you!"
"You come out here, right now, and-" Korra started, only to get cut off.
"And do what, young Avatar?" asked Hiroshi. "Face the wrath of your bending? No. I think I'll fight from inside here where my odds are a little more...equal and if wondering why your Martian friend couldn't read my mind to find the real answers Hala made a device that manipulate fake thoughts to fool telepaths. hiroshi said
"That source was a set up. You lured us down here." Sasha said.
"Guilty as charged. Now all of you freaks can do this world and your own a favor and Die!" Hiroshi yelled charging at them when the tanks were lifted up with ease. "What!" Hiroshi yelled in shock.
"Darn." Gus said as the tanks were torn apart before Hiroshi and his men fell out. "Why do you even hate us?
"Some could have helped me and my wife since then I've hated aliens like the freaks of nature you are!" Hiroshi yelled.
Korra,rj and Tenzin dodged with their acrobatics, then everyone started fighting at least one mech each.
Lin started by using her Metalbending to create daggers with her armor, then leaped onto the head of the mecha tank before she smashed through the glass, but the pilot inside dodged. Nonetheless, Lin kept up her relentless attack, stabbing through the glass over and over until the tank fell backwards and anne did the same thing.
As for Korra, she was busy trying to fight off the tank that Hiroshi was piloting using her Firebending, but none of her attacks could even singe the powerful metal. Just as it looked like she was about to be cornered, Sasha jumped over her and thrust his fist, creating a Firebending blast that pushed Hiroshi back!
"Thanks!" Korra said.
"Thank me when we're outta this mess!" Sasha answered.
The police officers used their cable to restrain two mechs, but eventually the pilots sent a surge of electricity through the cables, knocking the officers unconscious.
Lin saw her officers were down, then another mech used its grappling hook to yank her off the other one.
Meanwhile, willow and amity were trying to fight off another tank, together.
"See how you like THIS!" Amity shouted as she used Waterbending to form two rings around her arms, then used Waterbending to make sharp icicles, thus creating water sawblades, which she used to slice through the glass of the mecha tanks.
Willow manipulated the ground beneath the same tank, making it trip, over and over, losing it's balance.
"Yes!" Willow cheered, but then she heard a loud grunt of pain behind her, causing her to turn around and see her friend gus ensnared by the Equalists' electric cables, luz and Korra was on the floor, motionless. "Oh, no! Gus! luz! Korra!"
"Watch out!" yelled amity as she pushed Willow out of the way of another cable, but amity then get blasted by a cannon,it didn't kill her but she got knocked out too. "AAAAARRGH!"
"Amity!" she exclaimed before she also got ensnared by some capture cables.

Anne got trapped in green goo trapping her frozen.
Hiroshi got out of his tank and looked at the defeated heroes, "Well, I'd say that was a near-flawless test run. Load everyone into the transports and deliver them to Amon and hala."
As the Equalists began tying up the officers, Mako and Bolin snuck in through a man-hole cover.
Needless to say, they were horrified at the sight of the Metalbenders getting dragged away.
"Oh, no..." Bolin whispered in horror.
"Korra was right," Mako whispered. "We've got to do something, quick!"
The brothers snuck over to their friends, untied them, and tried to carry them away, but...
"Not so fast, boys," Hiroshi stated, wearing electric gloves, and Amon's Lieutenant standing next to him.
Mako dropped Lin's arm while Bolin ended up doing the same...and using Tenzin's arms to express his surprise.
"Mr. Sato!" he exclaimed. "Wow! What a really swell, scary factory you have here under your giant mansion."
"Sponsoring our team, supporting the Avatar," Mako stated, carrying Korra on his back. "It was all just a big cover."
"Yes," Hiroshi admitted without hesitation. "And the most difficult part was watching my daughter traipse around with a Firebending street rat like you!"
The two men began to approach the brothers, weapons sparking, but then...
"Dad stop!" Asami yelled Hiroshi turned around, surprised that his daughter was there...but as for Asami, she looked so terribly hurt. She turned away, eyes closed in disappointment and sadness.
"Why?" she asked.
"Sweetie..." Hiroshi started, looking a little remorseful. "I wanted to keep you out of this for as long as I could, but now that you know the truth, please forgive me."
Korra,rj,gus,willow,amity and luz started to wake up.
"These people, these...benders," Hiroshi continued. "They took away your mother, the love of my life and those aliens couldn't help me or her that day. They've ruined the world. But with Amon and hala, we can fix it and build a perfect world together. We can help people like us everywhere." He took off one of his gloves and offered it to her. "Join me, Asami."
Asami looked down at the glove with uncertainty...but then she slowly began to approach him. She looks at the glove with apprehension, her hand trembling as she reached for it. The Fire Ferrets looked on in sadness as she took the glove...and slipped it onto her hand.
"No...!" Mako whispered in horror.
"...I love you, Dad," Asami said...before she electrocuted Hiroshi, who screamed in pain until he collapsed, unconscious.
Amon's Lieutenant attacked her, but she quickly disarmed him and electrocuted him as well.
Mako and Bolin only stared in stunned silence, but then they remembered that she took self-defense classes. At that moment, Lin also began to wake up, as well as Sasha,marcy, and ash, just as more mecha tanks came in.
"You sound like a mindless dog." Darrel said shocking him. he pulled out a Detonator and triggered some explosives.
"The whole place is coming down!" Rj yelled before her officers were taken by Amon and hala's men.
"Asami, Please just listen to what Amon and hala says. And we can make the world perfect." Hiroshi said.
"No, And I'm gonna stop both of you." Asami said before the Ceiling came down on her making her gasp before Darrel vibe blasted it.
"Lets go!" Cyclops yelled as Sean made a portal for all of them to leave in as the place collapsed.
I'll grab anne Willow said using her strength to carry frozen anne.
"Let's get outta here!" Mako shouted, and soon, the group began to make their escape.Darrel made a portal for all of them to leave in as the place collapsed.
Later.
Everyone was now aboard an Air-ship, leaving the Sato Estate.
"...That was crazy," said gus.
"Yeah...and the worst part is it's not over yet," Sasha said .
"I'm sorry I didn't believe you guys," Mako said. "But Asami's Dad being an Equalist is so hard to believe, even now."
"I know," Korra responded.
"So, does the offer to live at Air Temple Island still stand?" he asked.
"Of course," she said, smiling. "And Asami's welcome too."
"Thank you so much," Mako said.
Korra put her hand on his shoulder, "After everything she's been through, she going to need you, Mako."
Mako quietly nods his head before he goes over to Asami's side, wrapping his arms around her in comfort.
She felt like telling Mako that Asami needed him was also her way of moving on from him, so she could continue her relationship with her childhood friend.
Can someone please let my girlfriend out cause can't melt her out sasha said.
I'll help with that Darrel said using his beetle armor to form sonic cannon firing a sonic blast to free anne.
In Amon's lair.
Kim was in a cell. "Enjoying your stay princess." Amon asked. "Did you take my bending?" Kim asked. "See for yourself." Amon said as Kim firebend. "Why didn't you take my bending?" Kim asked. "Because like the avatar I'm saving you witches for last." Amon said.
