Shun was at Sweet Justice with the girls watching TV and they saw Lex Luthor with a machine at Stone Hedge.
"I told the British government that if I was going to dig under Stonehenge, I insisted we do it without damaging the monument."He said.
"Ah, man, Lex Luthor. What a guy."Karen said.
Shun has a funny feeling about him.
"You know, I've been searching for this particular text for years. I hope the knowledge it contains will help make the world a better place."Lex shows them a book with a strange marking.
Zee then spits her lunch surprising them."Lex Luthor just found the Book of Eternity!"
"The what of what now?"Kara said.
"The Book of Eternity. The great wizard Merlin wrote it over 1,500 years ago. It gives whoever holds it the power to know, and thereby control, the future. The Ancients buried it under Stonehenge to keep it out of the hands of mortals. Nobody should have that book!"Zee said.
"Not even a kind-hearted philanthropist like Lex Luthor?"Karen said.
"Well..."Shun thinks about it."Let's not judge a book by it's cover."
"Why, is theres something off about him?"Kara asked.
"I don't know, i'm having some Aizen vibes with him."Shun said.
"Oh."The girls understood.
"Well that makes it even more that he shouldn't have it."Babs said.
"But aren't you going with your dad to Gotham?"Shun pointed it out.
"I'm sure I can get out of that."Babs smiles.
Later she was inside of the car sad waving at them as her father drives away.
"Does anyone know someone else who can help us break into the most heavily fortified, technologically advanced building in the world?"Kara said.
Shun thinks about it."I might have an idea."
Later at night
Catwoman was at a roof looking through a window."Purrfect."
"Ahem."She looks back and sees Ghost and the girls.
"Fine. Go ahead, take me in so I can start working on my escape plan."Catwoman said.
"Not yet, we are going to need your help."Ghost said.
"My help?"She got confused.
"Yes, we are going to need your help to infiltrate Lex Corp to get that book he showed off, do that and you can go."Ghost said.
"Wait, I'm being blackmailed? By Young Justice?"Catwoman said.
"It's not blackmail, it's a deal."Ghost said."Look we can do this all the time, go back and forth but let's just cut to the chase, yes or no."
She thinks about it."Do I get anything extra?"She smirks.
"What do you want a kiss?"He said.
She got surprised along with the girls, she thinks about it.
"Well... That's tempting."She said."I love it! I'm in."
She then shows them the plans."All right, listen up. Here's our plan. The book is being kept in Lex's private suite. The only way in is with Lex's private elevator. The elevator itself is protected by a security guard and camera. We'll need to get past those. We'll also need Lex's personal keycard. His thumbprint. And his voice."
"He must be really carefull."Ghost said.
"Thanks to Zatanna, we have tickets to Lex's charity gala tomorrow. We'll arrive at 8:00 p.m. sharp in dresses and disguises. We will look spectacular. Then the fun begins."Catwoman said.
"Okay, let's do this, now if you excuse me... I need to get a suit for this and a disguise."Ghost said.
"Okay sure."They nodded and he left.
The girls were dressed and ready and Catwoman said:"Now for the fun, but where's Ghost?"
They saw a limo come out and they looked at it, a man comes out being Shun with shades, moustache and a black suit.
They got stunned and Catwoman smiles."Meow."
"Matches Malone, good evening girls."He said.
Selina grabs his arm."Well let's go dear."They walked in foward with the girls frowning.
They went inside and Kara shrinks.
"Watch out for a cobweb."Shun said making her avoid it.
"Thanks."
Lex was talking and saw Matches making him look at him, Zee goes to talk to Lex but he goes away."Hey."
"Hey excuse me."Lex goes up to them surprising the duo.
"Yes?"Selina said.
"Where did you get that suit, I thought it was sold out?"Lex said.
"I got a contacts that allowed me to get it."Shun said.
"I see, your name?"Lex said.
"Matches Malone."
A spider fells on Lex's shoulders.
"Excuse me."Matches takes the spider out.
"Oh thanks, I hate those things."Lex said.
Shun puts the spider away and without him knowing Shun took the card making Diana take it.
Selina and Shun walked away and Selina said:"Your a crafty one."
"I had my experience."Shun said.
They saw the rest of the girls having problems making Selina facepalm.
Shun goes up to the guard at the elevator and said:"Hey sir, theres a man over there trying to get in to the party"
"What?!"He sees a stranger getting in and runs to stop him.
Shun opens the elevator and the girls went in while they dogpiled each other while Selina and Shun were still standing.
Selina looks at the girls."You are, without a doubt, the most incompetent, bumbling, half-witted crooks, I've ever worked with! It is pure dumb luck that every part of this plan still worked, Matches had more skills in getting the card since he saw a chance."
"Also your welcome with the camera."He points up and they saw it broken.
The guy at the security was confused at why it wasn't working."Is it broken again?"
"Good."Selina said and she used the stuff they got.
They changed into they're hero forms and Catwoman opens a portrait revealing a safe, she hears it and opens it revealing a door.
They walked inside and saw a evil base with weird stuff.
"What is all this creepy stuff?"Jessica said.
"I knew it, he was evil."Ghost said.
"You might say that."They looked at the desk with the chair spinning around to see them."But I prefer the term "visionary.""
"Oh great, your just like this guy Aizen that pretends to be evil to be some king."Ghost said.
"Huh, seems like my kind of guy."Lex said.
The girls charged at him and he dodges the attacks with a smile and they went down.
Ghost got ready and Catwoman smirks at but then a small creature comes out of a portal hits Lex in the back."Ow!"
He rubs his back and Catwoman looks at the book to see a page for a meteor coming down.
"Wait a meteor?"Catwoman said.
Lex smirks."That's right."He makes a cage trap the girls with kryptonite rays on kara."The book told me that tonight, a few minutes before midnight, a meteor will hit Metropolis. And not just any meteor, either. We're talking death-of-the-dinosaurs stuff, an extinction level event. When it hits, the people of this city will lose everything. They'll need food, shelter, resources. And most importantly, leadership. Metropolis is only the first step. I'm going to build a new world. A better one. I call it LuthEarth!"
"Terrible name."Ghost said.
"Yeah i'm still working on it."Lex said."Still what hit me, maybe it was something I didn't notice since it didn't do much."
Catwoman was shocked."I can't believe I was going to betray them for your money!"
"What?!"The heroes said and she got nervous.
"Well nothing can stop me now!"Lex said.
But then the small creature came and it was a white squirrel-like creature."Fou."
"Aw, it's cute."The girls said.
"That's what hit me?"Lex said.
It then throws a piece of cloth at Ghost making him grab it.
"What, but the book doesn't say anything about this?!"Lex checks it.
"Because it doesn't see me."They saw a spirit appear and it was a sorcerer."It is I, Merlin!"(Fate.)
"Merlin!"They got surprised.
"Of course, the book cannot see where I go, since I made it."Merlin said."Ghost use my powers now!"
"No!"Lex summons robots to attack him.
Ghost does the symbol and gets a eyecon that was white with blue lines and the symbol was a pink flower.
Catwoman jumps on top of a robot and makes it crash on to another."I'll keep them busy!"
"Okay."Ghost presses the button making the parka come out and it was one that was based on Merlin's clothes including the same hood before it poses making Merlin's image.
Ghost inserts the eyecon.
EYE!
He pulls the lever.
KAIGAN! MERLIN! JINRUI NO ISAN! HANA NO MAJUTSU-SHI!
Ghost wears the parka and looks at Lex, he raises a hand and the book flies to it.
"No!"Lex said.
"Merlin is the one that made the book, so because of that I am the true owner now."Ghost said.
The robots attacked but Ghost summons the staff blasting them back with ease, he appears behind one and hits it in the back making it explode.
"Hey Zee, what was that about Merlin not being worthy of being a name for your bunny?"Kara said making her frown.
Lex got worried and looks around before running away.
Catwoman releases them and they glared at Catwoman making her scared.
"No time!"Ghost teleports themselves up and they arrived at the roof, they noticed the meteor coming down.
Ghost pulls the lever revealing the symbol to be a glower storm.
DAI KAIGAN! MERLIN OMEGA DRIVE!
Ghost makes a symbol appear beneath him."From the inner sea of the planet, from the tower of insight, from the four corners of paradise, let them know; their story is filled with blessings. Only those free of sin may pass..."
They saw the world change into a garden with a tower making them stunned.
"It's beautiful."Jessica said.
"Yes."Zee said.
"Garden of Avalon!"Ghost sends a storm of petals at the meteor making them stop it.
Kara jumps towards it and punches it into dust.
The parka came off surprising them and Ghost was back in ore.
Merlin was now in the humanoid parka form."Yes, we did it everyone."
But then Fou came foward jumping towards him."Die Merlin! Fouuuu!"He hits with the paw knocking him down.
He was then getting attacked by Fou as they watched.
"You evil creature!"Merlin said in pain.
"That's really Merlin?"Catwoman said.
"Yeah, also."Kara glares at her.
Catwoman looks down and Ghost said:"At least she saw he was evil."She smiled.
"Okay, we shall accept your judgement Ghost."Diana said.
"Thanks."Catwoman said."Hey how about that kiss?"
"You betrayed us."Ghost said.
"Okay good point."She said.
After that Catwoman took most of Lex's stuff and Ghost had to free some captured heroes that Lex had.
At his house Shun has Fou and the girls smiled at him.
"Well at least they have a new pet for them."Shun said as he saw the girls pet him.
Selina Kyle passes by the house and said:"I wonder who is Ghost?"
Note:Heres Ally Cat and the group got lucky since Fou and Merlin came, they aren't seen in the book since Merlin made it.
