Ghost was at a rooftop looking at the destroyed remains of Metropolis. The version of his home where he protected.
"To think it's gone." He said.
He couldn't help but stare at the scene, if he was there, then maybe this could have been avoided.
"I can't allow this to happen." He said.
He then hears music and he follows the sound, he flies through the destroyed remains of Metropolis and looks around. He saw a old stage show and checks it out.
He noticed a ghost playing the saxophone and to his surprise, it's the legendary John Coltrane.
"John Coltrane?" Ghost said.
He smiles. "Hey there young man."
"Why are you here?" Ghost asked.
He points to a saxophone that's on the ground. "It was mine. They wanted to show off my legacy but then that clown ruined it all for everyone."
"To think many had to suffer." Ghost looks down.
John looks at him. "You know, it always happens. But my music touched many and changed they're minds. But you can't let them get the better of you."
Ghost looks at him. "Really?"
He nodded.
They then saw many soldiers come out with guns ready.
"Well boy, show them what we can do." He said.
Ghost nodded and makes his symbol on John, then he gets a eyecon with the letters being JC, the colors are blue and purple and the symbol is a saxophone with musical notes.
He takes it and inserts it.
EYE!
The parka came out the Parka, it was suit with blue stripes and musical notes with the hood having a hat like the one John Coltrane wore. It then poses making a image of John playing.
Ghost pulls the lever.
KAIGAN! JOHN COLTRANE! SPEAK TO THEIR SOULS! (Jazz music) MUSIC IS MY FAITH! MY KNOWLEDGE! MY BEING! CHANGE THE MINDS OF MANY! (A Saxophone being played is heard.)
He gets the parka and he looks at the others as he shoots musical notes that were different from Beethoven, there were more jazz with the music as he moves his arms. Then he summons a saxophone and shoots many notes hitting them back.
"The music of John Coltrane is what touched many in the past and with his help we'll change the world."
He shoots many musical notes and shockwave from it making them get sent back again, Ghost charges forward and kicks many away from him.
He saw a tank coming and he plays his music making a sound attack pushing the tank away from him.
Someone was flying through the remains and saw the battle from a distance.
"Who is fighting those soldiers?" She said.
Ghost kept playing the instrument as he feels the same music that John made a long time ago.
"I feel a lot better." Ghost said.
He then plays the finisher.
DAI KAIGAN! JOHN COLTRANE OMEGA DRIVE!
He makes a stage appear as he plays it with so much energy that all the soldiers got stunned and it musical notes hits them back.
Ghost rises up as the stage takes him to new heights while playing it, then many notes came out going around him as lights shined through the sky. He was a star in this stage as he kept playing.
John felt more like a real star rising to the top as his music touching the many that hears it, the others from the cities heard and they smiled hearing it feeling relaxed and much safer compared to what the Regime could have ever done.
Then he sent blinding lights making the soldiers cover they're eyes before they got sent back with a massive soundwave hitting them all down as they got knocked out.
"Now that's what i'm talking about." Ghost said.
The stage vanishes and he was now on the ground.
"Well that's impressive."
He looks back and saw the Supergirl of that world smiling.
"Kara?" He got surprised.
She got stunned. "How do you know who I am?"
"It's a long story." He said.
"Well seeing how you fought the regime you must be with Batman." She said.
"Yes, my name is Ghost." He said.
"So using the soul of John Coltrane, that's different." She said.
"Well I ask for they're help and they were great people and great legends too." Ghost said.
"Yup, many love his music." She said.
"But why are you here? I thought you gave up." Ghost said.
"Let's say, the world needs me more." She said. "Plus, it seems you know me a lot."
"Well you can say that." He said.
She was getting curious. "How about we talk alone."
"Well of course." He said.
"Also play a little of that music again." Kara smiles.
He nodded and plays more as she listens to it and it was relaxing. The night had many stars in the sky as he plays the music.
She sits on the ground but she also took the soldiers to another spot locked up just in case. They spend some time together and she can tell Ghost was a very good friend in they're first meeting.
Ghost also liked to meet her, she might not be his Kara, but she has a similar feeling to her and he was happy to know her.
The two went away before any of the other Regime's members could find them.
"Do you know where Batman is?" She asked.
"Yeah, you want to join?" He wonders.
"Yup. Since Clark has gone too far. And the world needs a Supergirl." She said.
He smiles underneath his helmet, now that's more like the Kara he knows.
"Well you better get ready for the big stuff we've got planned." He said.
She smiles and she can really get along with Ghost despite being they're first time meeting.
The two flew off to the base as now it was time for Supergirl to make her mark to save this world from them.
Note: Shun got a new eyecon based on a legend being John Coltrane, and he also met Injustice Kara.
