Prompt: "It's blood, not nuclear waste. Chill out."

"Well, this has been a trip."

"Aurora."

Ra scoffed as she continued to lay on the ground of what looked to be a forest. She, Colonel Baird, Flynn, Jacob Stone, and Ezekiel Jones had just come through a door as they escaped the Library as it folded up on itself. Truthfully, she could kind of understand why Cassandra Cillian had sold them all out to the Serpent Brotherhood, but the Archivist wasn't sure if the others would.

But that was a problem for later, as Stone spoke up, reaching down to help her up as he did so. "Where are we?"

Jones scoffed. "When are we? It's day. We time traveled."

Ra scoffed again as Flynn groaned and spoke now. "Time travel. Ugh! Time travel is not all it's cracked up to be. He! Blood, mine." Ra rolled her eyes as the Librarian looked at the blood on his hand from his wound from Excalibur. "It's crimson. I need to eat more calcium. Oof."

"Flynn. It's blood, not nuclear waste. Chill out."

The Librarian glared at the (now standing) Archivist, who just gave him an unamused look. Before they could start bickering (as they usually did) Baird spoke. "As amusing as this may be, I've got cell service. American carrier."

"Of course!" Flynn seemed slightly more animated now. "We didn't travel through time. We traveled through space. We came west! It's still night in New York. The sun's still up on the west coast."

Ra sighed heavily as she walked over to the nearest tree and leaned against it, ignoring the perplexed looks that she was getting from Stone and Jones. She didn't need to listen to the little by-play from both Flynn and Baird in order to figure out where they were; she'd already figured out that the Library had sent them to Portland, Oregon. Though the fact that it was taking Flynn so long to figure things out was starting to get a bit concerning.

"Oregon! See? I still got it. Ooh!"
The Librarian was lucky that both Stone and Jones were nearby to catch him as he stumbled. Stone looked over at Baird. "We got to get him to a hospital."

It was all Ra could do to not roll her eyes as Baird responded. "Road's this way. Don't see a hospital, though."

The Archivist couldn't help herself. "Except for the fact that the hospital won't be able to help him. Magical wounds, especially from Excalibur, will never heal." She rolled her eyes again as her words fell on deaf ears. Briefly, she wondered if Jenkins would be waiting for them nearby and smirked. It was about time that they met that man."
