Chapter 107: Orange League Tournament Top 4! Ash vs Cameron!
Hello everyone, this chapter will focus on Ash's battle against Cameron, and I hope you all enjoy!
The chapter begins one day after the last chapter ended, it's currently 9:30am in the morning as we come over to Pummelo Beach and see an explosion. Out of the explosion we see Pikachu along with Ash's Lucario sliding away from each other. When the 2 mons stop, they look at each other and are about to charge forward to continue their battle as Ash speaks.
"Okay that's enough" Ash says causing the 2 mons to stop as they look at their trainer who's walking over to them. When Ash makes it to them, he looks at the 2 mons and speaks.
"Lucario you're looking great and Pikachu thanks for being Lucario's training partner." Ash says with the two-mons nodding as we then see Misty, Leaf, and Tracey walking over to them. When they make it, Tracey speaks.
"You guys are looking great especially Lucario." Tracey says as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, she seems really excited." Leaf says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yeah, when she heard that Cameron was my next opponent, she got really excited as she really wants to battle Cameron's Lucario again." Ash says with Lucario nodding as Misty speaks.
"Well, I know that you guys are going to do great and win." Misty says with Ash and Lucario nodding as Tracey looks at the time and speaks.
"Seems like your battle with Cameron is about to start soon we better hurry." Tracey says with Ash nodding as he looks at Lucario and speaks.
"Lucario, we got this." Ash says with the aura dog nodding as Ash returns her back to her Pokeball. After that the group make a quick stop to the Pokémon Center so that Ash can heal up his Pokémon. Then once that's over they head over to the Orange League. 30 minutes later we come over to stadium 1 where the first match of the top 4 will take place. In the stands we see Misty, Leaf, Tracey, Nemona, Barry, Hau, and Rinto all sitting together and are looking forward to this battle as Jake speaks.
"Okay everyone it's time to introduce the trainers for this battle! First to appear are Ash and his Pikachu!" Jake says as out of the hallway everyone sees Ash along with Pikachu walking over to the battlefield. The crowd lets out a loud cheer as the 2 of them wave at the crowd and make it to their side of the battlefield Jake continues to speak.
"And for his opponent here's Cameron!" Jake says as Cameron appears from the hallway causing the crowd to cheer as he waves at them and makes it to his side of the battlefield. Once he makes it, he looks over at Ash and has a smile on his face with Ash smiling too as Don George speaks.
"Now let's see who's the referee for this battle." Don George says as walking forward appears Larry Jake then speaks.
"The referee for this battle is Larry one of Paldea's Elite 4 members!" Jake says as the crowd cheers for him Larry continues to walk until he makes it to the referee spot. Up in the stands Nemona speaks.
"Cool looks like Larry's going to be the referee for this battle." Nemona says as back on the battlefield Larry begins to speak.
"This is a full 6v6 single battle between trainers Cameron and Ash. Both trainers are allowed to make substitutions and whoever knocks out all of their opponents Pokémon first will be declared the winner. Do both trainers understand?" Larry asks with both boys nodding as Larry continues to speak.
"Good, now please send out your first Pokémon." Larry says as Ash pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"Here I come Cameron. Gengar, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in Gengar. Once Gengar appears he has a smile on his face and is ready to battle. Cameron looks at Gengar and speaks.
"So, a Gengar's his first Pokémon then I have the perfect one to go against it." Cameron says as he pulls out a Pokeball and goes to throw it.
"Reuniclus, come out!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends out the mon. When the mon appears it's a green Pokémon that's surrounded by a translucent green gelatinous substance and is floating in the air. The mon has a smile on its face as Ash speaks.
"Who's that Pokémon?" Ash questions as he pulls out his Pokedex to scan the mon.
"Reuniclus, the Multiplying Pokémon and a pure Psychic type. Several Reuniclus can amplify their Psychic powers when they clasp hands, and their brains form a network." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"So, that's what it is." Ash says to himself as he looks at Gengar and speaks.
"Gengar, I don't know much about this Pokémon but I'm confident that you can still win" Ash says with Gengar nodding as Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus I'm counting on you" Cameron says with Reuniclus nodding as it along with Gengar get into battle stances. The 2 mons look at each other as Larry speaks.
"Now that both trainers' have sent out their Pokémon let the battle begin!" Larry calls as Ash speaks.
"Gengar let's go first. Use Dark Pulse!" Ash calls. Gengar fires out a dark stream of energy from his mouth that heads for Reuniclus as Cameron speaks.
"Dodge Reuniclus then use Light Screen!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus manages to easily dodge the stream of dark energy as it then summons five screens of light in front of itself that disappear. Ash then calls for his next command.
"Even though you've lessoned the damage taken by special attacks Gengar can still use his physical attacks. Gengar use Shadow Punch!" Ash calls. Gengar nods as he covers his right fist in ghost energy and goes to punch Reuniclus as Cameron speaks.
"True but Reuniclus can do this. Reuniclus stop Gengar with Psychic!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus quickly fires out the psychic waves that manage to connect with Gengar and easily stop him. Gengar groans from psychic damage as Cameron speaks.
"Now use Psychic Terrain!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus glows as it sends out a big wave of psychic energy that covers the entire battlefield. Once Reuniclus stops glowing the field is now covered in psychic energy as Jake speaks.
"Cameron's Reuniclus has covered the field in Psychic energy" Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Now Reuniclus's psychic attacks will be even more powerful than before." Don Geroge says as back on the battlefield Reuniclus can feel its psychic power growing as it looks at the still restrained Gengar. Cameron gets a smile on his face as he calls for a command.
"Reuniclus now that you've powered up let's knock out Gengar in one shot. Use Expanding Force!" Cameron calls with Reuniclus nodding as it summons a ring of psychic energy in front of itself and it begins to expand. The move heads for Gengar as Ash speaks.
"Gengar use Dark Pulse to break free!" Ash calls. Gengar manages to open his mouth and sends out a stream of dark energy that breaks him out of the psychic, gets rid of the Expanding Force and is now heading for Reuniclus. Reuniclus isn't worried as Cameron speaks.
"Use Gyro Ball then Thunder Punch!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus's body glows in steel energy as it spins forward and begins cutting through the Dark Pulse. Once Reuniclus gets through the Dark Pulse it appears in front of Gengar, covers its right fist in electricity and punches Gengar hard in the face. Gengar's sent crashing down on the battlefield, landing on his back as Ash speaks.
"Gengar are you okay?!" Ash asks with Gengar nodding as Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus let's keep attacking! Use Psychic again!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus sends out a big wave of psychic energy that heads for Gengar as Ash speaks.
"Gengar use Phantom Force to dodge!" Ash calls. Gengar sees the psychic attack coming, he quickly summons a portal behind himself, goes inside it and dodges the attack. Suddenly a portal appears behind Reuniclus and out of it appears Gengar who goes to hit Reuniclus as Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus use Protect!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus nods as it quickly summons a protective barrier that blocks Gengar's attack which surprises the mon. Reuniclus then looks at Gengar with its body glowing as Cameron speaks.
"Now use Expanding Force!" "Gengar block!" Both trainers' call. Gengar quickly brings up his arms as Reuniclus summons a psychic ring that expands and begins to push Gengar back. As the attack continues to push Gengar Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus use Psychic to make Gengar stop blocking the Expanding Force!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus nods as it fires the waves of psychic energy that connects with Gengar and pulls his arms away. Before Ash can tell Gengar to dodge, the Expanding Force hits Gengar and creates an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Gengar!" Ash calls in worry as out of the smoke appears Gengar who's groaning in pain and has some scratches on his body. Gengar looks over at Reuniclus who has a smile on its face as back in the stands Hau speaks.
"Gengar's really damaged." Hau says as Rinto speaks.
"It's all thanks to the Psychic Terrain boosting Reuniclus's psychic attacks." Rinto says as Barry speaks.
"If that's the case then shouldn't Ash just have Gengar get rid of it?" Barry asks as Tracey speaks.
"Ash probably thought that but Cameron most likely would use that time to have Reuniclus defeat Gengar." Tracey says with Barry nodding as Nemona speaks.
"Meaning that the only way for Gengar to survive is to beat Reuniclus." Nemona says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Gengar continues to groan in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Seems like your Gengar isn't going to last much longer Ash so I think it's time for Reuniclus to defeat it. Reuniclus use Psychic to hold Gengar in place then use Expanding Force!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus nods as it quickly fires out the waves of psychic energy that connect with Gengar and also closes his mouth shut so that he doesn't use Dark Pulse. Reuniclus then summons a ring that's filled with psychic energy and begins to expand it. The move heads for Gengar as Jake speaks.
"Looks like Ash's Gengar is in a bind just what will Ash do?!" Jake says making the crowd look curiously. Back on the battlefield Ash's in his thoughts as he begins to think.
"If I let that attack hit Gengar he's going to faint. I could have him use Protect but the moment the barrier goes down Cameron's probably going to have his Reuniclus instantly attack." Ash says to himself and as he continues to think he gets an idea looks at Gengar and speaks.
"Gengar use Phantom Force!" Ash calls with Gengar nodding as just before the Expanding Force makes contact Gengar manages to free himself from the psychic hold. He summons a portal behind him, goes inside it and dodges the attack. A portal then appears behind Reuniclus as Gengar appears out of it and goes to hit Reuniclus as Cameron speaks.
"You already tried this, Ash. Reuniclus use Protect!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus quickly summons a protective barrier and blocks Gengar's attack. When the barrier goes down Reuniclus looks at Gengar while having a smile on its face as it's building up psychic energy Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus it's time to end this use Expanding Force!" Cameron calls and when Reuniclus is about to use the move Ash speaks.
"Gengar use Lick!" Ash calls. Gengar quickly shoots his tongue forward and licks Reuniclus's face causing some damage to the mon. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Cameron speaks.
"If you thought that was going to stop Reuniclus then you thought wrong. Reuniclus use Psychic!" Cameron calls and when Reuniclus is about to use the move it stops as it feels paralyzed. Cameron has a surprised look on his face as Ash speaks.
"Nice looks like that Lick attack paralyzed Reuniclus. Gengar it's time for some payback! Use Shadow Punch!" Ash calls with Gengar nodding as he covers his left fist in ghostly energy and punches Reuniclus hard across the face causing super effective damage to the mon. Cameron calls for a command.
"Reuniclus hit Gengar back with Psychic!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus looks at Gengar and fires out a wave of psychic energy at the mon as Cameron speaks.
"Gengar counter with Dark Pulse!" Ash calls. Gengar opens his mouth and fires out a big stream of dark energy that easily goes through the psychic and hits Reuniclus hard in the chest. Reuniclus is sent crashing back on the ground as Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus!" Cameron calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see Reuniclus groaning in pain. Reuniclus's Light Screens also go away as Ash speaks.
"Let's keep going Gengar! Use Psychic to hold Reuniclus in place then use Shadow Ball!" Ash calls. Gengar's eyes glow as he fires out a wave of psychic energy that connects with Reuniclus and holds the mon in place while also causing some damage to it. Gengar then creates a big ball of ghostly energy and throws it at Reuniclus as Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus use Expanding Force!" Cameron calls. Reuniclus groans in pain from the psychic attack but then lets out a roar and summons a big ring of psychic energy that expands. The attack easily destroys the Shadow Ball and heads for Gengar as Ash speaks.
"Gengar dodge with Phantom Force!" Ash calls. Gengar summons a portal behind himself and goes inside dodging the attack. A couple seconds later a portal appears in front of Reuniclus and out of the portal appears Gengar who hits Reuniclus causing more damage to the mon. Gengar now has his left fist ready as Ash speaks.
"Gengar use Shadow Punch!" "Reuniclus use Protect!" Both trainers' call. Gengar covers his left fist in ghostly energy and goes to hit Reuniclus. When Reuniclus goes to summon a protective barrier it's unable to because of the paralysis. This allows for Gengar to punch Reuniclus hard in the face causing damage and sending the mon flying a few feet away causing it to land on its back as Cameron speaks.
"Reuniclus!" Cameron calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see that Reuniclus is knocked out. Larry then makes the call.
"Reuniclus is unable to battle Gengar's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Gengar to cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with Ceruledge, Skeledirge, and Rillaboom cheering the loudest. Back at the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer too as Tracey speaks.
"Ash knew that the only way for Gengar to defeat Reuniclus was for him to get close, but Cameron knew that so when the Protect went down Ash called for Gengar to use Lick which paralyzed Reuniclus and allowed for Gengar to defeat it." Tracey says with the group nodding as they continue to watch. Back on the battlefield the Psychic Terrain goes away, and Cameron returns Reuniclus back to its Pokeball. Cameron tells Reuniclus thank you then puts the ball away. We now come over to Ash as he looks at Gengar and speaks.
"Good job Gengar I knew you could do it." Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say as Gengar looks at them and smiles. Cameron then speaks.
"I'll admit Ash the strategy you came up with to take down Reuniclus was pretty cool. But it won't work on my next Pokémon." Cameron says as he pulls out his next Pokeball and goes to throw it.
"Hydriegon, come out!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends out a Hydriegon. When the mon appears, it lets out a mighty roar then looks at Gengar and has a serious look on its face. Ash looks at the mon and speaks.
"So, his Zweilous evolved." Ash says to himself as he looks at Gengar and speaks.
"Gengar let's keep going!" Ash says with Gengar nodding as he along with Hydriegon get into battle stances. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Cameron speaks.
"Use Dragon Pulse!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon lets out a mighty roar and fires a purple beam from its mouth that heads for Gengar as Ash speaks.
"Gengar dodge then use Ice Punch!" Ash calls. Gengar easily manages to dodge the Dragon Pulse as he then begins flying over to Hydriegon while covering his right fist in ice. Gengar goes to hit Hydriegon as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon dodge then use Dragon Rush!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon narrowly avoids Gengar's attack by moving a few feet to the right. Hydriegon then lets out a roar as it covers its body in dragon energy and heads for Gengar going to hit him as Ash speaks.
"Gengar counter with Dazzling Gleam!" Ash calls. Gengar shines brightly and sends out a big wave of fairy energy that's about to come into contact with Hydriegon. Neither Hydriegon nor Cameron are concerned as Cameron calls for a command.
"Hydriegon use Flash Cannon!" Cameron calls surprising Ash as Hydriegon roars and the 3 heads each fire out a steel beam that easily cut through the Dazzling Gleam. The steel beams are now heading for Gengar as Ash speaks.
"Quick use Protect!" Ash calls. Gengar quickly summons a protective barrier and blocks the attacks as they're bounced away. Then when the protect barrier goes down Hydriegon appears in front of Gengar as Ash speaks.
"Gengar use Phantom Force!" "Hit it Hydriegon!" Both trainers' call. Before Gengar can use Phantom Force Hydriegon hits Gengar and pushes the mon down onto the battlefield creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Gengar!" Ash calls in worry as out of the smoke appears Hydriegon who flies back in the air. Back on the battlefield when the dust clears everyone can see Gengar lying on his back knocked out as Larry speaks.
"Gengar's unable to battle Hydriegon's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Cameron and Hydriegon to cheer. Over with Ash he's sad that Gengar lost and returns him back to his Pokeball. He then puts the ball back on his belt as Cameron speaks.
"Hey Ash, my Hydriegon's pretty cool huh?" Cameron asks while having a smile on his face as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"It is and I think it's time for it to chill out." Ash responds as he pulls out his next Pokeball and goes to throw it.
"Darmanitan, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in his Galarian Darmanitan. When the mon appears, he has an excited look on his face and is ready to battle. Jake then speaks.
"Ash's next Pokémon is a Galarian Darmanitan!" Jake says as back on the battlefield Cameron looks at Darmanitan and speaks.
"So, a Darmanitan's his next Pokémon. Hydriegon I'm still keeping you in!" Cameron says with the dragon nodding as it along with Darmanitan get into battle stances. Larry calls for the match to continue as Ash speaks.
"Let's go Darmanitan! Use Blizzard!" Ash calls. Darmanitan roars and sends out a big Blizzard that heads for Hydriegon as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon get rid of it with Flash Cannon!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon lets out a roar and fires out 3 beams of steel energy. The steel beams easily get rid of the Blizzard and head for Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan use Flame Wheel!" Ash calls. Darmanitan nods as he becomes a flaming wheel of fire and shoots forward colliding with the steel beams. The steel beams try to push Darmanitan back, but the mon begins to overpower them and is easily going through them. Cameron along with the crowd have surprised looks on their faces as Darmanitan keeps going until he's now in front of Hydriegon. Darmanitan has his right fist ready as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan use Ice Punch!" Ash calls. Before Cameron can call for a command Darmanitan covers his right fist in ice and punches Hydriegon hard in the stomach. Hydriegon coughs in pain as it's then sent crashing back down on the battlefield creating a dust cloud as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon!" Cameron calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see Hydriegon laying on its back groaning in pain. Cameron lets out a relief sigh as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan go after Hydriegon and use Superpower!" Ash calls. Darmanitan nods as he begins falling towards Hydriegon. Darmanitan gains a red outline and his body bulks up. Darmanitan's getting closer to Hydriegon and is about to hit the mon with his right fist as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon return!" Cameron calls as he quickly returns the mon back to its Pokeball which causes Darmanitan to punch the ground instead. Darmanitan along with Ash have surprised looks on their faces as Cameron pulls out another Pokeball and speaks.
"Samurott, come out and use Aqua Jet!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends in a Samurott. When the mon appears it lets out a roar as it quickly covers its body in water and shoots forward heading for Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan block!" Ash calls. Darmanitan quickly brings up his arms as Samurott makes contact. Darmanitan's sent sliding a few feet away then stops himself as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan use Ice Beam!" Ash calls. Darmanitan fires out an icy beam that heads for Samurott as Cameron speaks.
"Blow it away with Hydro Pump!" Cameron calls. Samurott lets out a roar as it fires out a large stream of water that connects with the Ice Beam and easily gets rid of it. The Hydro Pump is now heading for Darmanitan who isn't worried as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan use Ice Punch!" Ash calls. Darmanitan covers his right fist in ice and roars as he punches the Hydro Pump easily destroying it. When that happens out of the smoke appears Samurott who's holding two Scalchops in its hands as Cameron speaks.
"Use Liquidation!" Cameron calls. Before Ash can call for a command Samurott quickly covers its two Scalchops in water turning them into water blades and slashes Darmanitan. Samurott isn't done yet as it then opens its mouth as Cameron speaks.
"Now use Hydro Pump!" "Darmanitan counter with Blizzard!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Ash Samurott was faster as it roars and sends out a large stream of water that consumes Darmanitan and sends him flying as he crashes into the wall behind Ash. Ash looks back and speaks.
"Darmanitan!" Ash calls in worry as when the smoke clears, he can see Darmanitan groaning in pain. Not wanting Darmanitan to get more damaged he quickly pulls out the mons Pokeball and speaks.
"Darmanitan return!" Ash says as the mon manages to safely go back in his Pokeball. Ash looks at the ball telling Darmanitan that he'll need him for later and puts the ball back on his belt as Cameron speaks.
"Looks like your Darmanitan couldn't handle Samurott's speed." Cameron says while having a confident look on his face as Ash speaks.
"You're right he couldn't but I do have a Pokémon that can." Ash responds as he pulls out his next Pokeball and goes to throw it.
"Meowscarada, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in his Meowscarada. When the mon appears she has a smile on her face and is ready to battle. Up in the stands Tracey speaks.
"Ash made a good choice in switching out Darmanitan for Meowscarada as he now has the type advantage." Tracey says as Leaf speaks.
"Meowscarada should also be able to match Samurott's speed." Leaf says with the others nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Cameron looks at Ash's Meowscarada and speaks.
"If you think that your Meowscarada's going to beat Samurott because of its type advantage I should tell you that it's not going to work." Cameron says with Samurott agreeing with him as Ash speaks.
"We'll see about that! Meowscarada I'm counting on you to take down Samurott." "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say as Meowscarada nods, looks at Samurott and gets in a battle stance with Samurott doing the same. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada use Seed Bomb!" Ash calls. Meowscarada summons a seed from her right paw and throws it towards Samurott as Cameron speaks.
"Samurott knock it away!" Cameron calls. Samurott nods as it swings out its left arm and easily knocks the grassy seed away as Ash speaks.
"Use Flower Trick!" Ash calls. Meowscarada nods as she lets out a roar and out of the sky appears a bouquet of flowers that hit Samurott's head and explodes, creating a cloud of smoke as Cameron speaks.
"Samurott!" Cameron calls in worry as out of the smoke appears Samurott who's sent sliding back a few feet away. Samurott shakes its head then looks back at Cameron telling him that it's okay but then groans in pain as Jake speaks.
"Seems like that Flower Trick did super effective damage to Samurott." Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Not only that but Flower Trick is a move that always causes a critical hit whenever it makes contact with the target." Don George says with Jake nodding. Back on the battlefield Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada let's keep going! Use Seed Bomb again!" Ash calls. Meowscarada nods as summons a seed from her right paw and throws it forward. Samurott sees the seed coming as Cameron speaks.
"Samurott knock it away!" Cameron calls. Samurott nods and easily knocks it away with its right arm. When it does Meowscarada appears in front of Samurott and has her fists ready as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada use Play Rough!" Ash calls. Before Cameron can call for a command Meowscarada covers her fists and feet in fairy energy then begins punching/kicking Samurott. As Meowscarada continues to hit Samurott, she's causing more damage with each hit she lands. Meowscarada then punches Samurott in the face one more time with her right fist making Samurott groan in pain. Samurott then looks at Meowscarada as Cameron speaks.
"Use Fury Cutter then Megahorn!" Cameron calls. Samurott grabs a Scalchop with its right hand, turns it into a long red blade and swings it outward hitting Meowscarada stomach. Samurott then covers its horn in green bug energy and hits Meowscarada hard in the face causing super effective damage as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada back away!" Ash calls with Meowscarada nodding as she quickly jumps back landing a few feet away. When Meowscarada lands she groans a little in pain as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada are you okay?!" Ash asks with the green cat nodding as Cameron speaks.
"You may've had us at the beginning, but this is where we counter! Samurott Use Swords Dance then Fury Cutter!" Cameron calls. Samurott lets out a roar as it sharply increases its physical attack power. Samurott then summons two red blades and shoots forward heading for Meowscarada as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada dodge!" Ash calls. Meowscarada quickly jumps to the left and dodges Samurott's attack as Cameron speaks.
"Use Aqua Jet!" Cameron calls. Samurott covers its body in water, shoots forward and hits Meowscarada hard in the stomach with its horn causing more damage to the mon as Cameron speaks.
"Now use Fury Cutter!" "Meowscarada block!" Both trainers' call. Samurott swings out both of its blades as Meowscarada quickly brings up her arms and blocks the attack. Meowscarada's sent sliding back a few feet away then looks at Samurott as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada it's time we fight back! Use Hone Claws then Flower Trick!" Ash calls. Meowscarada nods as she sharply increases her physical attack and accuracy. Meowscarada then lets out a roar and summons a bouquet of flowers from the sky that heads for Samurott as Cameron speaks.
"Samurott dodge!" Cameron calls. Samurott quickly jumps back and avoids the attack causing it to land on the ground creating an explosion. Once Samurott lands out of the smoke appears Meowscarada who has her right fist ready as Ash speaks.
"Use Play Rough!" Ash calls. Meowscarada covers her right fist in fairy energy and punches Samurott hard across the face as Cameron speaks.
"Use Megahorn!" "Meowscarada dodge then use Night Slash!" Both trainers' call. Samurott covers its horn in green bug energy and goes to hit Meowscarada, but the grass cat dodges by moving to the right. Meowscarada then covers her left claws in dark energy and upper cuts Samurott. Samurott groans in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Use Fury Cutter!" Cameron calls. Samurott turns the Scalchop in its left hand into a red blade and jabs Meowscarada hard in the stomach. Meowscarada's sent sliding back a few feet away, she groans in pain but then looks at Samurott with Samurott looking at her as their trainers speak.
"Keep using Fury Cutter!" "Keep using Night Slash!" Cameron and Ash call. Samurott along with Meowscarada roar as they shoot forward and collide with each other. After that they continue to battle while trying to hit their opponent. Every time Samurott would go to hit Meowscarada she'll either dodge/block and every time Meowscarada tried to hit Samurott the mon would do the same. As they continue to do that, they clash one more time and are now looking at each other. Ash then speaks.
"Use Energy Ball!" Ash calls. Before Cameron can tell Samurott to dodge Meowscarada fires out a ball of grassy energy from her mouth that hits Samurott in the face creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears the two mons as they're sent sliding back a few feet away Cameron then speaks.
"Samurott are you okay?!" Cameron asks as Samurott groans in pain and can feel that its special defense has decreased as Ash speaks.
"Good job Meowscarada now use Seed Bomb!" Ash calls. Meowscarada nods as she summons a grassy seed from her right paw and throws it forward as back in the stands Tracey speaks.
"Once that Seed Bomb lands Meowscarada's going to win" Tracey says happily causing Misty, Leaf, Barry, and Hau to cheer while Nemona and Rinto stay silent. Back on the battlefield as the Seed Bomb's getting closer Cameron smiles and speaks.
"Samurott use Blizzard!" Cameron calls "It knows Blizzard?!" Ash says in surprise as Samurott lets out a mighty roar and summons a big Blizzard that easily freezes the grassy seed and is now heading for Meowscarada. Not seeing any way for Meowscarada to dodge in time Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada block!" Ash calls. Meowscarada quickly brings up her arms as the Blizzard makes contact with her. As Meowscarada's blocking she feels the Blizzard trying to push her away but is standing her ground. Meowscarada's also groaning a little in pain from the Blizzard too but after a few seconds the Blizzard goes away. Ash looks at Meowscarada, smiles and speaks.
"Good job Meowscarada you blocked the Blizzard!" Ash says happily with Meowscarada nodding as Cameron speaks.
"You're Meowscarada did a good job blocking the Blizzard Ash, but it seems like my plan worked as it looks like your Meowscarada has cold feet." Cameron says making Ash confused as he then looks at Meowscarada's legs and sees that they're frozen. Ash along with Meowscarada have surprised looks on their faces as Cameron speaks.
"This is the end for your Meowscarada Ash! Samurott use Swords Dance then Fury Cutter!" Cameron calls. Samurott lets out a roar as it sharply increases its attack power again. Samurott then summons two red blades and jumps forward going to hit Meowscarada as Jake speaks.
"Ah oh seems like Cameron's Samurott has trapped Meowscarada as it's now stuck what will Ash do?!" Jake says as everyone watches curiously seeing Samurott getting closer and closer to Meowscarada. Just when Samurott goes to hit Meowscarada Ash smiles and speaks.
"Sorry to say this Cameron but your planned failed. Meowscarada use Leaf Storm!" Ash calls surprising Cameron as Meowscarada lets out a roar and summons a big storm of leaves that consumes Samurott doing damage to the mon. Up in the stands Tracey speaks.
"I get it so Meowscarada wasn't truly in trouble as Ash knew Cameron would have Samurott try to end the battle with Fury Cutter and when Samurott got close that's when Ash knew to strike." Tracey says as Rinto speaks.
"Also, earlier Ash's Meowscarada landed an Energy Ball which not only caused super effective damage to Samurott but also lowered its special defense meaning that the Leaf Storm is causing more damage." Rinto says with the group nodding. Back on the battlefield Samurott's still in the storm of leaves and is sent high into the air. When the Leaf Storm disappears Samurott's groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada it's time to end this! Use Flower Trick!" Ash calls. Meowscarada lets out a roar as suddenly a bouquet of flowers appears from the sky and is falling towards Samurott as Cameron speaks.
"Samurott dodge with Aqua Jet!" Cameron calls. Unfortunately for Cameron Samurott's unable to dodge in time as the Flower Trick makes contact with Samurott and creates an explosion. Cameron then speaks.
"Samurott!" Cameron calls in worry as out of the smoke appears Samurott who falls back on the battlefield landing on its stomach. Larry looks at the mon and can see that it's knocked out then makes the call.
"Samurott's unable to battle Meowscarada's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Meowscarada to cheer (the ice that froze her legs melts away). Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the grass types, Incineroar and Leaf's Meowscarada cheering the loudest. Back at the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer as well. On the battlefield Cameron's surprised and sad that Samurott lost and returns the mon back to its Pokeball. Cameron tells the mon thank you and puts the ball away. Once he does that, he looks over at Ash who's looking at Meowscarada and speaks.
"Good job Meowscarada I knew you could do it!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say making Meowscarada happy as she smiles back at them Cameron then speaks.
"I have to say Ash I wasn't expecting you to call for Leaf Storm, but I should've known that you were luring Samurott in." Cameron says as he pulls out a Pokeball and continues to speak.
"But I'm not going to fall for that again and now it's time for me to bring in my next one! Eelektross, come out!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends out an Eelektross. The mon looks forward while having a serious look on its face with some electricity coming out of its body as Ash speaks.
"So, an Eelektross is next." Ash says to himself as he looks at Meowscarada and speaks.
"Meowscarada I'm keeping you in!" Ash says with Meowscarada nodding as she along with Eelektross get into battle stances. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada use Flower Trick!" Ash calls. Meowscarada lets out a roar and summons a bouquet of flowers from the sky that head for Eelektross as Cameron speaks.
"Get rid of it with Thunderbolt!" Cameron calls. Eelektross sparks its body and sends out an electric bolt that collides with the Flower Trick creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Meowscarada and she has her claws ready as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada use Hone Claws and Night Slash!" Ash calls. Meowscarada increases her physical attack along with her accuracy and covers her claws in dark energy. As Meowscarada goes to hit Eelektross Cameron speaks.
"Use Flamethrower!" Cameron calls surprising Ash as Eelektross fires out a big stream of fire that connects with Meowscarada and consumes her. Inside the stream of fire Meowscarada's crying out in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Now finish it off with Thunder!" Cameron calls. Eelektross lets out a roar as it summons a large electric bolt from the sky that connects with Meowscarada, shocking her and creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Meowscarada!" Ash calls in worry as when the smoke clears everyone can see Meowscarada lying on her back knocked out as Larry speaks.
"Meowscarada's unable to battle Eelektross's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Cameron and Eelektross to cheer. Back in the stands Barry speaks.
"Darn Meowscarada lost." Barry says as Hau speaks.
"I wasn't expecting Cameron's Eelektross to use Flamethrower" Hau says as Tracey speaks.
"Neither was Ash as Cameron did the same to Meowscarada what she did to Samurott." Tracey says with the group nodding. Back on the battlefield Ash returns Meowscarada back to her Pokeball, tells her thank you and to get a good rest. Ash then puts the ball back on his belt and begins to think.
"I knew that Eelektross could learn Flamethrower, but I wasn't expecting for Cameron's to know that move. I could send in my ground type, but Cameron's Eelektross might know other moves that are super effective against him meaning that I'll have to go with you." Ash says to himself while looking at his next Pokeball. Ash then looks forward and speaks.
"Darmanitan come back out!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends his Galarian Darmanitan back in. Once the mon appears he has a serious look on his face but is groaning in pain as back in the stands Leaf speaks.
"Ash brought Darmanitan back in" Leaf says as Hau speaks.
"Looks like it's still injured from its battle against Samurott." Hau says as Barry speaks.
"What's Ash thinking? He should've sent out a ground type instead." Barry says as Tracy speaks.
"Ash probably thought about doing that but after seeing Eelektross use Flamethrower he probably thinks that Eelektross most likely has moves that're super effective against ground types." Tracey says as Rinto speaks.
"Also, Eelektross has the Levitate ability meaning that even if Ash brought in a ground type its attacks wouldn't have any effect on Eelektross." Rinto says as Hau speaks.
"But isn't sending Darmanitan in a bad idea too? Since it's weak against fire type moves." Hau asks as Misty speaks.
"True Darmanitan is weak against fire type attacks, but he won't be for long." Misty says with Leaf and Tracey agreeing with her and making everyone else confused. Back on the battlefield Cameron looks at Ash's Darmanitan and speaks.
"I'm surprised that you're sending your Darmanitan are you sure it's a good idea?" Cameron asks as Ash speaks.
"Yep, and Darmanitan's going to take down Eelektross." Ash says with Darmanitan agreeing with him making Cameron smirk as he speaks.
"Okay I'm curious. Eelektross get ready!" Cameron says with the mon nodding as it along with Darmanitan get into battle stances. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross use Thunderbolt!" Cameron calls. Eelektross sparks its body and fires out an electric beam at Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan get rid of it with Ice Punch then use Ice Beam!" Ash calls. Darmanitan covers his right fist in ice and punches the electric bolt easily destroying it. Darmanitan then fires out an icy beam that heads for Eelektross as Cameron speaks.
"Use Flamethrower!" Cameron calls. Eelektross takes a deep breath and fires out a big stream of fire that collides with the ice beam an easily burns through it. The flames now head for Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan dodge then use Superpower!" Ash calls. Darmanitan moves to the left, dodging the stream of fire and jumps forward heading for Eelektross. Darmanitan gains a red outline, bulks up his body and goes to hit Eelektross with his right fist as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross counter with your Superpower!" Cameron calls. Eelektross gains a red outline, bulks up its body, gets its left fist ready and collides with Darmanitan's right fist. The moment the 2 mons collide they create a shockwave and begin trying to overpower the other. As they're doing that Darmanitan's slowly winning the exchange as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross use Thunder!" Cameron calls. Eelektross lets out a roar and summons a large electric bolt from the sky that makes contact with Darmanitan and begins to shock him. Darmanitan cries out in pain as there's then an explosion. Darmanitan's sent flying a few feet away landing on his stomach as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan!" Ash calls in worry as Darmanitan's groaning in pain Cameron speaks.
"Looks like this is the end for your Darmanitan Ash. Eelektross finish Darmanitan off with Flamethrower!" Cameron calls with the electric eel nodding as it takes a deep breath and fires out a big stream of fire that goes to hit Darmanitan. Over with Darmanitan we see him lying on the ground groaning in pain but then begins to glow as the Flamethrower then connects with him. Cameron has a smile on his face as he speaks.
"Nice the Flamethrower landed looks like your Darmanitan is down." Cameron says happily as Ash smiles and speaks.
"You think so?" Ash asks, making Cameron confused as he then looks over at the Flamethrower and sees something inside it. Cameron continues to look as a couple seconds later Darmanitan bursts out of the flames and is now in his Zen Mode. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Cameron speaks.
"What happened to Darmanitan?!" Cameron says as Ash speaks.
"That's Darmanitan's Zen Mode" Ash responds as Cameron speaks.
"Zen Mode? Wait Galarian Darmanitan can get that ability too?!" Cameron says in surprise with Ash nodding as Jake speaks.
"Ash's Darmanitan has now transformed into its Zen Mode" Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Similar to Unovian Darmanitan when the health of a Galarian Darmanitan gets low it's Zen Mode ability activates and becomes a Fire/Ice type while Unovian Darmanitan become a Fire/Psychic type." Don George says as in the stands Hau looks at Misty and speaks.
"So, this is what you meant by Darmanitan having a way to deal with Flamethrower." Hau says with Misty nodding as she speaks.
"Yep, as now that Darmanitan's part fire type fire type moves won't do too much damage to him." Misty says as Barry speaks.
"Wow that's cool!" Barry says with Nemona agreeing as Rinto speaks.
"While it's good that Darmanitan has entered its Zen Mode ability it's still very low on health, so Ash needs to end it fast." Rinto says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Cameron has a surprised look on his face as he then quickly recomposes himself and speaks.
"I must say Ash I didn't expect your Darmanitan to have the Zen Mode ability and for it to look like a flaming snowman." Cameron says as Ash speaks.
"Thanks, I was surprised at first too but now that Darmanitan's transformed he's going to take down your Eelektross." Ash says with Darmanitan agreeing as Cameron speaks.
"Okay then bring it! Eelektross use Thunder!" Cameron calls. Eelektross roars as it summons a large electric bolt from the sky that heads for Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan dodge then use Flame Wheel!" Ash calls. Darmanitan moves to the right and easily evades the Thunder. Darmanitan then becomes a flaming wheel and shoots forward heading for Eelektross as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross use Discharge!" Cameron calls. Eelektross sparks its body and roars as it sends out multiple electric bolts everywhere. Ash isn't worried as he calls for a command.
"Darmanitan use Bulk Up and break through!" Ash calls. Inside his flaming wheel Darmanitan roars as he bulks up his body increasing his physical attack power. Darmanitan continues to roll and makes contact with the Discharge. The electric bolts try to knock Darmanitan away, but Darmanitan begins to overpower them and is making his way for Eelektross. Cameron has a surprised look on his face as a couple seconds later Darmanitan reaches Eelektross and hits the mon making it stop using Discharge. Darmanitan then comes out of his flaming wheel and has his right fist ready as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan use Fire Punch!" Ash calls. Before Cameron can call for a command Darmanitan punches Eelektross hard across the face causing damage to the mon as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross use Thunder!" "Darmanitan use Flame Wheel to dodge!" Both trainers' call. Eelektross roars and summons a large electric bolt from the sky that heads for Darmanitan. Darmanitan sees the bolt coming, he turns himself into a wheel of fire and rolls away causing the electric bolt to miss as it hits the battlefield instead. Cameron then speaks.
"Eelektross keep using Thunder!" "Darmanitan continue to dodge!" Both trainers' call. Eelektross roars and fires another Thunder, but Darmanitan dodges it. As Eelektross continues to fire Thunder after Thunder Darmanitan continues to easily dodge. This makes Cameron frustrated while Ash has a smile on his face then speaks.
"Darmanitan it's time to get in close! Head for Eelektross!" Ash calls with Darmanitan nodding as he begins rolling over to Eelektross Cameron speaks.
"So, you're coming to us huh? Thanks, and now it's time for us to finish this! Eelektross use Zap Cannon!" Cameron calls. Eelektross nods as it summons a large electric ball and fires it forward. The move heads for Darmanitan and is about to make contact with him as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan punch it back with Superpower!" Ash calls. Darmanitan comes out of his flaming wheel, gains a red outline, bulks up his body and punches the electric ball with his right fist. Darmanitan sends the ball flying causing it to crash into Eelektross creating an explosion as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross!" Cameron calls in worry as when the smoke clears Eelektross's groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan jump towards Eelektross and use Bulk Up!" Ash calls. Darmanitan jumps forward and bulks up his body increasing his physical attack and defense more as Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross use Flamethrower!" Cameron calls. Eelektross fires out a big stream of fire that heads for Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan go through it with Flame Wheel!" Ash calls. Darmanitan becomes a flaming wheel and enters the stream of fire. Darmanitan's easily going through the fire until he's now in front of Eelektross. The electric eel looks at Darmanitan while having a surprised look on its face as Ash speaks.
"Use Ice Punch!" "Eelektross use Thunder!" Both trainers' call. Before Eelektross can use Thunder Darmanitan covers his right fist in ice and punches Eelektross hard in the face causing damage. Eelektross groans in pain as it falls on its back, Cameron speaks.
"Eelektross!" Cameron calls in worry as he, along with everyone, look at the mon and can see that it's knocked out. Larry makes the call.
"Eelektross's unable to battle Darmanitan's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Darmanitan to cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the ice types cheering the loudest. Back at the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer too. "Your Darmanitan's Zen Mode is strong Ash but it's not going to stand a chance against my next one." Cameron says as he pulls out his next Pokeball and goes to throw it.
"Volcarona, you're up next!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends out his Volcarona. When the mon appears, it has a serious look on its face as Ash thinks.
"So, his Volcarona's next. Seeing as Darmanitan is in his Zen Mode and has increased his attack and defense power with Bulk Up he should be able to hang in the battle for a little while longer." Ash says to himself as he looks at Darmanitan and speaks.
"Darmanitan I'm still keeping you in!" Ash says with Darmanitan nodding as he along with Volcarona get into battle stances. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Use Flame Wheel!" Ash calls. Darmanitan becomes a wheel of fire and shoots forward heading for Volcarona as Cameron speaks.
"Use Fire Blast Then Quiver Dance!" Cameron calls. Volcarona fires out a big blast of fire that connects with Darmanitan creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Darmanitan who was sent sliding back a few feet away. Over with Volcarona it begins to dance and raises its special attack/defense and speed stats. Volcarona then looks at Darmanitan as Cameron speaks.
"Volcarona use Bug Buzz!" Cameron calls. Volcarona roars and sends out a wave of green bug energy that heads for Darmanitan as Ash speaks.
"Blow it away with Blizzard!" Ash calls. Darmanitan roars and sends out a big Blizzard that easily gets rid of the Bug Buzz and heads for Volcarona. Neither Volcarona nor Cameron are worried as Cameron smiles and speaks.
"Volcarona use Fire Blast!" Cameron calls. Volcarona roars and shoots out a big blast of fire that easily burns through the Blizzard and hits Darmanitan creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Darmanitan!" Ash calls in worry as when the smoke clears everyone can see Darmanitan laying on his stomach as he reverts back to his original form and is knocked out. Larry makes the call.
"Darmanitan's unable to battle Volcarona's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Cameron and Volcarona to cheer. Up in the stands Tracey speaks.
"Darmanitan did great, but Volcarona was stronger." Tracey says with the group nodding. Back on the battlefield Ash returns Darmanitan back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you. Ash then puts the ball back on his belt as he looks over at Cameron and speaks.
"Your Volcarona's gotten a lot stronger Cameron, so I think it's time to cool it down." Ash says while holding his next Pokeball in his hand as he goes to throw it.
"Blastoise, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in his Blastoise. When the mon appears, he has a serious look on his face and is ready to battle as Cameron speaks.
"A Blastoise is next huh" Cameron says to himself as he pulls out Volcarona's Pokeball and speaks.
"Volcarona return!" Cameron says as he returns the mon back to its Pokeball, grabs another one and speaks.
"Hydriegon come back out!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends Hydriegon back in. When the mon appears it lets out a mighty roar and looks at Blastoise with Blastoise looking at it. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Let's go Blastoise! Use Ice Beam!" Ash calls. Blastoise nods as he brings out his two cannons and fires out two icy beams that head for Hydriegon as Cameron speaks.
"Counter with Flash Cannon!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon roars as it fires out 3 beams of steel energy. Two of the beams connect with the icy beams, creating an explosion while the third beam manages to hit Blastoise causing some damage to him. Blastoise can feel that his special defense has decreased but is overall fine as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls. Blastoise shoots out two large streams of water from his cannons that head for Hydriegon as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon dodge then use Dragon Pulse!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon manages to easily evade the Hydro Pumps as it then covers its mouth in purple draconic energy and fires out a beam of dragon energy that heads for Blastoise as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise use Surf!" Ash calls. Blastoise lets out a roar and summons a big wave of water that easily gets rid of the Dragon Pulse. The large wave of water is now heading for Hydriegon as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon use Dragon Dance then Dragon Rush!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon lets out a roar as purple draconic energy dances around it, increasing the mons physical attack and speed. Hydriegon then covers its body in dragon energy, shoots forward and enters the Surf. A couple seconds later Hydriegon bursts through the Surf and heads for Blastoise as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise counter with Skull Bash!" Ash calls. Blastoise nods as he shoots forward and collides his head against Hydriegon's. The 2 mons begin pushing each other back and forth but Hydriegon manages to win the exchange by pushing Blastoise away. Hydriegon then opens its mouth as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon use Dragon Pulse!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon lets out a roar and fires out a big dragon beam that heads for Blastoise as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise counter with Rapid Spin!" Ash calls. Blastoise nods as he goes into his shell and spins forward. Blastoise makes contact with the Dragon Pulse and is easily going through it as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon use Dragon Rush!" Cameron calls.
"Hydriegon lets out a roar as it covers its body in dragon energy and heads for Blastoise. Ash then smiles and calls for a command.
"Blastoise use Ice Spinner!" Ash calls surprising Cameron as the still spinning Blastoise covers his shell in ice and collides with Hydriegon. Blastoise easily breaks through Hydriegon's Dragon Rush and hits the mon causing super effective damage to it. A couple seconds later Blastoise stops spinning and points his cannons forward as Ash speaks.
"Use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls!" Blastoise shoots out a big stream of water from his cannons that send Hydriegon crashing on the battlefield creating an explosion as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon!" Cameron calls in worry as when the smoke clears Hydriegon's laying on its back groaning in pain. Hydriegon then looks at the sky and sees Blastoise falling towards it with his stomach out as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise finish Hydriegon with Body Slam!" Ash calls with Blastoise nodding as he continues falling towards the mon Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon blow Blastoise away with Hyper Beam!" Cameron calls. Hydriegon looks at Blastoise and lets out a roar firing out 3 orange beams that connect into one. The Hyper Beam makes contact with Blastoise, consuming him and begins to slowly push him away. Inside the Hyper Beam Blastoise is groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise don't let the Hyper Beam beat you!" "Pika!" Ash, along with Pikachu, say with Blastoise nodding as he roars and continues falling towards Hydriegon. Cameron has a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"Hydriegon more power!" Cameron calls with Hydriegon roaring as it increases the power of its Hyper Beam more causing more damage to Blastoise. Inside the Hyper Beam Blastoise groans in pain but lets out a roar as he keeps going and successfully hits Hydriegon with Body Slam creating a big explosion as Cameron speaks.
"Hydriegon!" Cameron calls in worry as when the smoke clears everyone can see Blastoise standing. He has scratches all over his body and is panting heavily while looking at an unconscious Hydriegon who's lying on its back. Larry can see that Hydriegon can't battle anymore and makes the call.
"Hydriegon's unable to battle Blastoise's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu and Blastoise to cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the water types and Venusaur cheering the loudest. Back in the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer too. On the battlefield Cameron's surprised that Hydriegon lost and returns the mon back to its Pokeball telling it thank you. Once Cameron puts the ball away, he looks over at Ash and speaks.
"Your Blastoise is tough Ash but now that it's weakened this one will take it down." Cameron says while holding his next Pokeball as he goes to throw it.
"Volcarona come out!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends his Volcarona back in. Once the mon appears it looks at Blastoise with Blastoise looking back as Ash begins to think.
"Volcarona's back Blastoise does have the type advantage but that battle against Hydriegon did a lot to him so I should return him for now." Ash says to himself as he pulls out Blastoise's Pokeball and speaks.
"Blastoise return!" Ash says with the mon nodding as he goes back in his Pokeball. Cameron's surprised that Ash returned Blastoise then speaks.
"You're returning your Blastoise? I thought that you'd keep it in." Cameron says as Ash speaks.
"The battle against Hydriegon wore out Blastoise a lot and I have another Pokémon that can go up against Volcarona." Ash responds as he pulls out his next Pokeball and goes to throw it forward.
"Krookodile, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in Krookodile. Once Krookodile appears he has a serious look on his face and looks at Volcarona with Volcarona looking back. Up in the stands Hau speaks.
"Ash's sending in his Krookodile next." Hau says as Barry speaks.
"I wonder if this will end the same way as before?" Barry says making Nemona and Rinto curious as Tracey speaks.
"You see when Ash and Cameron first met, they had a battle where Krookodile lost against Volcarona." Tracey says as Nemona speaks.
"So, is this going to be a revenge match?" Nemona asks as Leaf speaks.
"Yep, Ash's Krookodile has been training a lot with my Krookodile so I'm confident that this time he's not going to lose." Leaf says with the others nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Cameron looks at Ash's Krookodile and speaks.
"Your Krookodile looks like it's gotten stronger Ash, but I doubt that it's going to beat my Volcarona." Cameron says while having a confident look on his face as Ash speaks.
"You may think that now but ever since our first battle Krookodile's been training hard every day and this time he'll beat Volcarona." Ash states with Krookodile agreeing with him as Cameron speaks.
"Okay then let's see what you can do." Cameron says with Volcarona agreeing as it along with Krookodile get into battle stances. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Krookodile lets out a roar as he summons multiple sharp stones around himself and fires them at Volcarona as Cameron speaks.
"Blow them away with Hurricane then use Quiver Dance!" Cameron calls. Volcarona flaps its wings fast creating a large Hurricane that easily gets rid of the sharp stones. After that Volcarona begins to dance, increasing its special attack/defense and speed. Volcarona looks at Krookodile as Cameron speaks.
"Use Bug Buzz!" Cameron calls. Volcarona lets out a roar and sends out a big green wave of bug energy at Krookodile as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile get rid of it with Fire Fang!" Ash calls. Krookodile covers his teeth in fire and bites down on the Bug Buzz easily destroying it. When that happens Volcarona suddenly appears in front of Krookodile as Cameron speaks.
"Now use Lunge!" Cameron calls. Before Ash can call for a command Volcarona glows in green bug energy and hits Krookodile causing super effective damage to him. Krookodile groans in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Looks like this battle is going to end in the same way as before Ash. Volcarona use Bug Buzz!" Cameron calls with Volcarona nodding as when it's about to use the move Ash smiles and speaks.
"Sorry to tell you this Cameron but it's not! Krookodile use Power Trip!" Ash calls. Krookodile lets out a roar as his body glows in dark energy, shoots forward and punches Volcarona hard in the face with his right fist. Volcarona's sent flying as it lands on the ground a few feet away Cameron speaks.
"Volcarona!" Cameron calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see Volcarona laying on its back groaning in pain but then stands back up. As Volcarona's standing it's still groaning in pain as Cameron speaks.
"But that was a dark type move why did it do so much damage to Volcarona?" Cameron questions as Ash speaks.
"That's because Power Trip is a move where if the opponent increases their stats, then Power Trip becomes more powerful." Ash responds surprising Cameron as in the stands Hau speaks.
"Wait what?" Hau says as Tracey speaks.
"Basically, since Volcarona increased its special attack/defense and speed it made Power Trip's attack power grow triple than it would normally be." Tracey says with Hau nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Looks like that training with my Krookodile paid off." Leaf says happily as back on the battlefield Cameron speaks.
"So, that's what you came up with to take down Volcarona, but it seems like that wasn't enough. Volcarona it's time to counterattack use Fire Blast!" Cameron calls. Volcarona nods as it fires out a big blast of fire that heads for Krookodile as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Krookodile nods as he summons a large sharp stone and throws it at the Fire Blast creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Volcarona as Cameron speaks.
"Use Bug Buzz!" "Krookodile use Dig to dodge!" Both trainers' call. When Volcarona fires the move Krookodile quickly digs underground and dodges. A couple seconds later Krookodile appears from under Volcarona and goes to hit it as Cameron speaks.
"Volcarona dodge then use Lunge!" Cameron calls. Volcarona quickly backs away causing Krookodile to miss. Volcarona then glows in green bug energy and shoots forward going to hit Krookodile as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile block then use Aqua Tail!" Ash calls. Krookodile quickly brings up his arms and blocks Volcarona's attack. After that Krookodile covers his tail in water, spins around and slams it hard into Volcarona's stomach causing super effective damage as Cameron speaks.
"Use Fire Blast!" "Counter with Focus Blast!" Both trainers' call. Volcarona along with Krookodile look at each other and roar as they fire their attacks which collide creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears the two mons who are sent sliding back. Volcarona manages to stop itself as Cameron speaks.
"Use Bug Buzz!" Cameron calls. Volcarona lets out a roar and sends out a big wave of bug energy which clears away the smoke and goes to hit Krookodile. But when the smoke is gone neither Cameron nor Volcarona see Krookodile. They both have confused looks on their faces as Cameron speaks.
"Volcarona Krookodile's hiding underground quick back away!" Cameron calls with Volcarona nodding as when it backs away Ash smiles and speaks.
"Use Power Trip!" Ash calls as out from the sky appears Krookodile who's glowing in dark energy and punches Volcarona hard on the head with his right fist sending the mon on the ground. Cameron has a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"Krookodile was in the air?!" Cameron says with Ash nodding as when Krookodile lands he looks at Volcarona who stands back up Ash speaks.
"Krookodile it's time to end this! Use Stone Edge!" "Volcarona use Hurricane!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Cameron Krookodile was faster as he lets out a roar which summons multiple sharp stones around himself and fires them forward. The sharp stones hit Volcarona making the mon cry out in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Volcarona!" Cameron calls in worry as when the Stone Edges stop Volcarona falls on its back and is knocked out. Larry then makes the call.
"Volcarona's unable to battle Krookodile's the winner!" Larry says allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Krookodile (who gains a Moxie boost) to cheer. At Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the Ground types, Feraligatr, Skeledirge, Rillaboom, and Leaf's Krookodile cheering too. Back at the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer too. On the battlefield Ash looks at Krookodile and speaks.
"Great job Krookodile looks like that training with Leaf's Krookodile paid off" Ash says with the croc nodding. Over with Cameron he returns Volcarona back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you as he puts it away. Once Cameron does that, he pulls out his last Pokeball. Cameron looks at the ball looks back over at Ash and speaks.
"Well Ash I'm now down to my last Pokeball but I'm not out yet as this is my strongest Pokémon, and he'll win this battle for me!" Cameron states while having a serious look on his face as he goes to throw the ball.
"Lucario Go!" Cameron says as he throws the ball forward and sends in his Lucario. Once the mon appears it has a serious look on its face and glares at Ash's Krookodile with Krookodile glaring back as Ash speaks.
"There it is Cameron's Lucario, and it feels like it's gotten even stronger." Ash says to himself as he looks at Krookodile who nods with Ash nodding too as he speaks.
"Krookodile let's go!" Ash says with Krookodile nodding as he and Lucario get into battle stances. Larry calls for the battle to continue as Cameron speaks.
"Aura Sphere!" Cameron calls. Lucario puts its hands together as it creates a blue sphere of fighting energy and sends it at Krookodile as Ash speaks.
"Knock it back with Aqua Tail!" Ash calls. Krookodile covers his tail in water and hits the Aura Sphere sending it back at Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario knock it away then use Vacuum Wave!" Cameron calls. Lucario easily knocks the Aura Sphere away as it then crosses its arms and swings them out sending out a wave of fighting energy as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile use Dragon Claw!" Ash calls. Krookodile covers his right claws in green dragon energy and slashes the Vacuum Wave easily destroying it. Lucario then suddenly appears in front of Krookodile and is looking at him as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile use Fire Fang!" "Lucario dodge and use Circle Throw!" Both trainers' call. Krookodile covers his teeth in fire and goes to bite Lucario but the mon dodges by moving to the left. Lucario then grabs Krookodile's left arm, spins him around and slams him hard back on the battlefield. We see Krookodile laying on his stomach groaning in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Use Rock Smash!" "Krookodile use Dig!" Both trainers' call. Lucario covers its left fist in red energy and goes to hit Krookodile, but the mon quickly digs underground dodging the attack. Lucario feels Krookodile moving underneath him as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario dodge then use Copycat!" Cameron calls with Lucario nodding as Krookodile appears from the ground an goes to hit Lucario. Lucario manages to dodge in time as its eyes then glow and quickly digs underground. Lucario doesn't stay underground for long as it appears from underneath Krookodile and uppercuts him with its left fist causing damage. Lucario then gets its right hand ready as Cameron speaks.
"Use Force Palm!" Cameron calls. Lucario's right palm glows and hits Krookodile hard in the chest causing super effective damage to him as Cameron speaks.
"Now use Aura Sphere!" "Krookodile use Fire Fang!" Both trainers' call. Krookodile's unable to use Fire Fang in time as Lucario summons a blue sphere from its left hand and slams it hard into Krookodile's face creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Krookodile!" Ash calls in worry as when the smoke clears everyone can see Krookodile still standing while groaning in pain. He wants to continue fighting but then ultimately falls on his back and is knocked out. Larry makes the call.
"Krookodile's unable to battle Lucario's the winner!" Larry calls allowing for Cameron and Lucario to cheer. Ash returns Krookodile back to his Pokeball and tells the mon thank you. Ash puts the ball away as he pulls out another Pokeball and speaks.
"Blastoise come out!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends Blastoise back in. Once Blastoise appears he's still groaning in pain but is ready to battle. Blastoise along with Lucario get into battle stances as Larry speaks.
"Let the battle continue!" Larry calls as Ash speaks.
"Hydro Pump Blastoise!" Ash calls. Blastoise brings out his cannons and fires out 2 streams of water that combine into one and heads for Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Dodge Lucario and use Copycat!" Cameron calls. Lucario moves to the right and dodges Blastoise's attack. Lucario's eye's glow as it takes a deep breath and shoots out a big stream of water that heads for Blastoise as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise cut through it with Rapid Spin!" Ash calls. Blastoise nods as he goes into his shell and spins forward heading for Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario bend backwards to dodge then use Force Palm!" Cameron calls. Lucario nods as when Blastoise is about to hit the mon Lucario bends backwards. Both of Lucario's palms glow as it then hits Blastoise's under shell and sends the mon flying. Blastoise then crashes back down on the battlefield landing on his stomach and comes out of his shell as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise are you okay?!" Ash asks with Blastoise nodding as he stands back up Cameron speaks.
"Aura Sphere!" Cameron calls. Lucario fires out a blue sphere of fighting energy at Blastoise as Ash speaks.
"Use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls. Blastoise points his cannons forward and sends out a stream of water that collides with the Aura Sphere creating an explosion. Then out of the explosion appears Lucario who's now in front of Blastoise as Cameron speaks.
"Use Focus Punch!" Cameron calls. Before Ash can call for a command Lucario's left fist glows and punches Blastoise hard in the face. Blastoise is then sent flying and crashes back on the battlefield a few feet away creating a dust cloud as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise!" Ash calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see Blastoise lying on his back knocked out as Larry speaks.
"Blastoise is unable to battle Lucario's the winner!" Larry says allowing for Cameron and Lucario to cheer. On Ash's side of the battlefield, he's sad that Blastoise lost and returns the mon back to his Pokeball telling him thank you. Up in the stands Tracey speaks.
"Now that Blastoise got defeated both Ash and Cameron are down to their last Pokémon." Tracey says with the group nodding as they continue to watch. Back on the battlefield Ash puts Blastoise's Pokeball back on his belt then pulls out his last Pokeball and looks at it as Cameron speaks.
"Well Ash seems as though we're both down to our last Pokémon" Cameron says with Ash nodding as Cameron continues to speak.
"I'm going to guess that your final Pokémon is your Riolu right?" Cameron asks making Ash smirk as he speaks.
"If you asked me that question a week ago, I would've said yes but I should let you know that Riolu isn't a Riolu anymore." Ash responds, making Cameron confused as Ash speaks.
"Now here's my last one! Lucario, I Choose You!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in Lucario. Once Lucario appears she has a serious look on her face and looks at Cameron's Lucario with the mon looking back as Jake speaks.
"Ash's final Pokémon is a Lucario looks like we're going to have a battle between Lucario's everyone!" Jake says as Don George speaks.
"This should be an interesting battle." Don George says as back on the battlefield Cameron has a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"Wow so your Riolu evolved into a Lucario?" Cameron asks with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yep, and she's grown a lot stronger since you last saw her and is going to win this battle!" Ash states with his Lucario agreeing with him, which makes Cameron excited as he speaks.
"Sounds good Ash but if any Lucario's winning it's going to be mine!" Cameron says with his Lucario agreeing which makes Ash smile as he looks at his Lucario and speaks.
"Lucario get ready" Ash says with Lucario nodding as she along with Cameron's Lucario get into battle stances Larry then speaks.
"This is the final battle both trainers have one Pokémon left whoever knocks out their opponents Pokémon first will be declared the winner!" Larry says as he continues to speak.
"Now let the final battle begin!" Larry says as on the battlefield both trainer and Pokémon are staring at each other waiting to see who'll make the first move. They continue to stare at each other until a gentle wind breeze goes by as Ash and Cameron speak.
"Use Aura Sphere!" Both trainers call with their Lucario's nodding as they put their hands together and each fire out their own Aura Sphere which collide with each other creating an explosion. When the explosion clears both Lucario's look at each other having smiles on their faces as Cameron speaks.
"Let's go Lucario use Aura Sphere again and run forward!" Cameron calls with his Lucario nodding as it fires out another Aura Sphere and begins running forward. Ash's Lucario sees the Aura Sphere coming as Ash speaks.
"Lucario knock it away!" Ash calls. Lucario nods as she swings out her right arm and easily knocks the Aura Sphere away. When she does Cameron's Lucario appears in front of her as Ash speaks.
"Use Power-Up Punch!" "Lucario dodge then use Circle Throw!" Both trainers' call. Ash's Lucario covers her right fist in red fighting energy and goes to hit Cameron's Lucario. But Cameron's Lucario easily dodges the attack and is now on Ash's Lucario's right side. Cameron's Lucario grabs Ash's Lucario's right arm then begins to spin her around fast. Once Cameron's Lucario is done spinning it goes to slam Ash's Lucario on the battlefield Ash speaks.
"Lucario stop yourself!" Ash calls. His Lucario manages to readjust herself and lands on her feet surprising Cameron and his Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario use Force Palm!" "Lucario dodge!" Both trainers' call. Cameron's Lucario's right palm glows and goes to hit Ash's Lucario's face but she manages to dodge the attack as Cameron speaks.
"Trip it with Low Kick!" Cameron calls. His Lucario kicks Ash's Lucario's right leg causing her to trip and fall on her back. Ash's Lucario groans a little in pain then looks up and sees Cameron's Lucario readying its left fist as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario use Focus Punch!" "Lucario roll away!" Both trainers' call. Cameron's Lucario left fist glows and goes to punch Ash's Lucario. Ash's Lucario manages to safely roll away causing Cameron's Lucario to punch the battlefield while she gets behind Cameron's Lucario. Cameron's Lucario quickly turns around and looks at Ash's Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Use Focus Punch!" Cameron calls. His Lucario's right fist glows and goes to punch Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Lucario kick Cameron's with High Jump Kick then use Power-Up Punch!" Ash calls. Ash's Lucario nods as her left foot glows in red energy and kicks Cameron's Lucario's right leg hard causing the mon to lose focus and begin to fall forward. Ash's Lucario then covers her right fist in red fighting energy and upper cuts Cameron's Lucario causing super effective damage to the mon and getting an attack increase as Cameron speaks.
"Hit it back with Aura Sphere!" Cameron calls. His Lucario summons a blue sphere in its right hand and slams it hard into Ash's Lucario's chest creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Lucario!" Ash calls in worry as his Lucario is sent flying and lands on the battlefield a few feet away landing on her back. Ash's Lucario groans in pain but then stands back up and looks at Cameron's Lucario with the mon looking at her. Up in the stands Tracey speaks.
"They seem to be evenly matched so far." Tracey says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Cameron looks at Ash and speaks.
"Wow Ash your Lucario really has gotten stronger after evolving and seems to be equal to mine but we're not going to lose." Cameron says with his Lucario agreeing with him making Ash smirk as he then begins to think.
"Cameron's right about our Lucario's being equal but I need to be careful whenever I have my Lucario get close as Cameron's will try to grapple mine meaning that I need to have my Lucario attack from a distance. Seems like it's time to use that move." Ash says to himself as he looks over at Cameron and speaks.
"Yeah, seems like they are equal, but my Lucario still has some tricks up her sleeve" Ash says with his Lucario agreeing with him as Cameron speaks.
"Well in that case I should have mine defeat yours before you start bringing out your tricks. Lucario use Rock Smash!" Cameron calls. His Lucario covers both of its fists in red fighting energy and jumps forward going to hit Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Lucario block then use High Jump Kick!" Ash calls. His Lucario quickly brings up his arms and blocks Cameron's Lucario's right fist. Ash's Lucario covers her right foot in red energy and goes to kick Cameron's Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario dodge then use your High Jump Kick!" Cameron calls. His Lucario manages to back away in time dodging Ash's Lucario's attack. Cameron's Lucario lands on the ground a couple feet away as its right knee glows in red fighting energy and shoots forward going to hit Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Lucario dodge!" Ash calls. His Lucario quickly moves to the left and avoids Cameron's Lucario. Cameron's Lucario's about to crash its knee on the battlefield as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario stop yourself then use Focus Punch!" Cameron calls. His Lucario manages to readjust itself as it then jumps towards Ash's Lucario and begins concentrating energy into its left fist. Ash's Lucario sees Cameron's coming as Ash speaks.
"Lucario point your arms forward!" Ash calls with his Lucario doing that as she points both of her arms forward. Everyone's curious about what Ash's Lucario is doing as Cameron speaks.
"I'm not sure what you're planning Ash but whatever it is it won't work! Do it Lucario!" Camaeron calls with his Lucario nodding as its left fist is now glowing and is getting closer to Ash's Lucario. Ash's Lucario sees Cameron's Lucario getting closer to her as she's building up energy. Once Cameron's Lucario gets close enough it goes to punch Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Use Flash Cannon!" Ash calls. His Lucario lets out a roar as out of her palms appears a big steel beam that consumes Cameron's Lucario. Cameron's Lucario is sent flying and crashes on the battlefield a few feet away creating a dust cloud as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario!" Cameron calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see his Lucario lying on its back groaning in pain. Cameron's Lucario then stands back up and can feel that its special defense has decreased as Ash speaks.
"Nice it worked!" Ash says happily as Cameron speaks.
"What do you mean?" Cameron asks as Ash speaks.
"Well, I knew that your Lucario loves getting in close and use grapple moves so in order to counter that my Lucario felt as though learning Flash Cannon would help, as it would help keep your Lucario away and also possibly decrease its special defense." Ash responds with Cameron nodding as he speaks.
"I see seems like you had a good plan but that still isn't enough to take down my Lucario." Cameron says with his Lucario agreeing as Ash speaks.
"Yep, I know and from here on out it's an all-out battle." Ash says with his Lucario agreeing with him as both mons get into battle stances as their trainers get serious looks on their faces. Back in the stands Tracey speaks.
"Seems like they're finally getting serious." Tracey says with the group nodding as they along with the rest of the crowd continue to watch. Back on the battlefield the 2 mons along with their trainers continue to look at each other as both boys speak.
"Aura Sphere!" Both trainers call as the 2-mons fire their Aura Sphere's at each other which collide creating an explosion as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario use Rock Smash!" Cameron calls. His Lucario jumps forward with its left fist glowing red and goes to hit Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Flash Cannon!" Ash calls. His Lucario points her arms forward and fires out a steel beam that goes to collide with Cameron's as Cameron speaks.
"Dodge Lucario then use Copycat!" Cameron calls. His Lucario narrowly avoids the attack by moving to the right. Cameron's Lucario eyes glow as it then takes a deep breath and fires out a steel beam that heads for Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Lucario use Aura Sphere!" Ash calls. His Lucario puts her hands together and launches out a blue ball of fighting energy that easily cuts through the Flash Cannon and heads for Cameron's Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Punch it back with Rock Smash!" Cameron calls. His Lucario quickly covers its left fist in red energy and punches the Aura Sphere, sending it back at Ash's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Lucario dodge then use Bullet Punch!" Ash calls. His Lucario quickly moves to the left and dodges the blue ball. Both of Ash's Lucario's fists glow in steel energy as she shoots forward reaching Cameron's instantly. Before Cameron can call for a command Ash's Lucario punches Cameron's hard in the face 5 times. Cameron's Lucario groans a little in pain then looks at Ash's Lucario as Cameron speaks.
"Grab it then use Circle Throw!" "Lucario use Double Team to dodge!" Both trainers' call. When Cameron's Lucario goes to grab Ash's, Ash's Lucario summons multiple clones of herself and dodges the attack. Cameron's Lucario is now surrounded as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario blow them all away with Vacuum Wave!" Cameron calls. His Lucario crosses its arms, builds up power then swings out its arms sending out a wave of fighting energy everywhere. The attack easily gets rid of all of Ash's Lucario's clones and heads for the real one as Ash speaks.
"Lucario dodge then use Bone Rush!" Ash calls. His Lucario easily dodges the Vacuum Wave as she jumps over to Cameron's Lucario reaching the mon. Ash's Lucario summons two bones in each of her hands and hits Cameron's Lucario hard in the face with both of them. Cameron's Lucario groans in pain as Cameron speaks.
"Use Copycat!" Cameron calls. His Lucario's eyes glow as it summons two bones of its own and swings out its left-hand backhanding Ash's Lucario hard in the face. Cameron's Lucario then jabs Ash's Lucario hard in the stomach with the bone in its right hand making the mon cough in pain. Cameron's Lucario then raises its left hand and goes to slam the bone hard on Ash's Lucario's head as Ash speaks.
"Block it Lucario!" Ash calls. His Lucario quickly brings up the bone in her right hand and blocks the attack. Cameron's Lucario then goes to jab Ash's with the bone in its right hand, but Ash's manages to block that one with the bone in her left hand. The 2 mons are now trying to overpower the other with neither one giving in as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario headbutt Ash's then use Rock Smash!" Cameron calls. His Lucario nods as it headbutts Ash's Lucario making her lose concentration and allowing for Cameron's Lucario to punch Ash's Lucario hard in the face with its left fist. Ash's Lucario groans in pain then looks at Cameron's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Hit it back with Power-Up Punch!" Ash calls with his Lucario nodding as she covers her left fist in red fighting energy and upper cuts Cameron's Lucario causing super effective damage and increasing her attack power. Cameron's Lucario groans in pain and looks at Ash's as Cameron speaks.
"Rock Smash!" Cameron calls. His Lucario covers its right fist in red energy and punches Ash's Lucario hard in the face causing super effective damage as Ash speaks.
"Power-Up Punch!" Ash calls. His Lucario covers her right fist in red fighting energy and hits Cameron's Lucario hard in the face. Cameron's Lucario groans in pain then looks at Ash's with Ash's looking at it as both trainers speak.
"Use Close Combat!" "Keep using Power-Up Punch!" Both trainers call with both Lucario's roaring as they begin punching each other repeatedly Jake speaks.
"Wow both Lucario's are going at it!" Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Indeed, and as, you can see with each punch they land on each other the harder it hits." Don George says as the crowd continues to watch and cheer. Back on the battlefield we the two Lucario's continuing to punch each other with each punch they land hurting more than the last. Even though Ash's Lucario's punches are getting stronger with each punch she lands Cameron's Lucario still matches her strength. We see the two-mons continuing to punch each other with Ash's Lucario starting to overpower Cameron's as Ash speaks.
"Use Power-Up Punch one more time!" Ash calls. His Lucario roars as she punches Cameron's Lucario hard in the face which almost causes the mon to blackout, but it then recomposes itself and clenches its left fist as Cameron speaks.
"Use Focus Punch!" Cameron calls. His Lucario quickly builds up energy in its left fist, lets out a roar, and punches Ash's Lucario hard in the face causing super effective damage and almost causing her to black out as she's sent flying. As Ash's Lucario is flying in the air she looks at Cameron's Lucario as Ash speaks.
"Use Flash Cannon!" Ash calls his Lucario points both of her arms forward, roars and fires out a steel beam that hits Cameron's Lucario creating an explosion as Ash's Lucario falls on the ground creating a dust cloud both trainers speak.
"Lucario!" Both boys call in worry as when the smoke and dust clear we see both Lucario's lying on the ground groaning in pain but then manage to get back on their feet. The two mons look at each other and are panting heavily while their trainers let out a relief sigh Cameron looks at Ash and speaks.
"Man, Ash this battle's been a blast, but it seems like it's coming to an end." Cameron says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yep, and we know what move to end this battle with." Ash says with Cameron nodding as they both look at their Lucario's and speak.
"Use Aura Sphere!" Both boys call with the two-mons nodding as they put their hands together and begin to charge up the orb. As they're charging, they're emitting an intense aura from their bodies showcasing just how serious they are. They continue to charge more and more until they feel ready their trainers speak.
"FIRE!" The two boys call with the 2-mons nodding as they roar and fire their Aura Sphere's. The 2 balls travel down the battlefield fast until they collide with each other and create a big shockwave. The shockwave is so powerful that even the people in the crowd can feel it as the two spheres begin trying to overpower the other Jake speaks.
"You can just feel that power!" Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Yes, neither one wants to lose and are giving everything they got in this final attack." Don George says as back on the battlefield the two Aura Sphere's continue to go back and forth trying to overpower the other as Cameron speaks.
"Lucario, I know you have more power than Ash's so come on DON'T LOSE!" Cameron says with his Lucario nodding as it roars and begins pouring more power into its Aura Sphere pushing Ash's Lucario's back. Ash's Lucario begins to struggle as Ash speaks.
"Lucario you've been training hard for this rematch by battling many tough opponents so come on Lucario DIG DEEP AND PUSH BACK THAT AURA SPHERE!" "PIKA!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer with Ash's Lucario nodding as when she tries to add more power to hers Cameron's Lucario increases its power more. Ash's Lucario continues to struggle but then closes her eyes, now that her eyes are closed, she can feel more power within herself waiting to be unleashed. Ash's Lucario then opens her eyes and lets out a mighty roar as she begins putting more power into her Aura Sphere as it begins to slightly grow and become more powerful. Cameron along with his Lucario have surprised looks on their faces as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, that's it Lucario!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as Ash's Lucario roars increasing the power of her Aura Sphere as it begins to push back Cameron's Lucario's as Cameron speaks.
"LUCARIO DON'T GIVE UP MORE POWER!" Cameron yells with his Lucario roaring as it increases the power of its Aura Sphere more as it begins to slowly push back the other one Ash speaks.
"LUCARIO KEEP FIGHTING!" "PIKA!" Ash along with Pikachu yell with Ash's Lucario yelling too as she adds more power to her Aura Sphere as it pushes back the other one until they're both back in the middle. During this clash it's causing the battlefield to shake and the people in the crowd along with those watching on TV are silent as they're interested in seeing who's going to win. Back on the battlefield the two Aura Sphere's continue going back and forth as Cameron speaks.
"LUCARIO ONE MORE PUSH!" Cameron yells with his Lucario nodding as it roars and adding more power to its Aura Sphere and pushing back the other one. Ash's Lucario is starting to feel tired, she doesn't know if she can last much longer as Ash speaks.
"Lucario, I know you're tired but you along with everyone else have been working hard and we can't lose now. SO COME ON LUCARIO DON'T GIVE UPPPPPPPPPP!" "PIKAAAAA!" Ash along with Pikachu let out a cheer. Ash's Lucario can feel not just their cheers but also the cheers from her teammates in this battle and the ones at Oak's ranch. Lucario doesn't want to lose, she wants to keep fighting until she wins and that's exactly what she's going to do. Ash's Lucario gets a determined look on her face and roars pouring more and more power into her Aura Sphere as it begins to push back the other one. Cameron along with his Lucario are surprised to see that Ash's Lucario still has this much power as Cameron speaks.
"KEEP GOING LUCARIO!" Cameron calls with his Lucario roaring as it puts more power into its Aura Sphere too Ash speaks.
"LUCARIO YOU CAN DO IT!" Ash cheers with his Lucario roaring as she increases the power of her Aura Sphere too. The 2 moves continue going back and forth as both trainers speak.
"DO! IT! LUCARIOOOOOOO!" Ash along with Cameron yell with both Lucario's roaring as they continue to increase more and more power into their Aura Sphere's until Cameron's Lucario starts to pant a little bit. Ash notices this and speaks.
"LUCARIO NOW'S YOUR CHANCE!" Ash yells with his Lucario roaring as her Aura Sphere engulfs the other one and is now heading for Cameron's Lucario. Cameron's Lucario has a surprised look on its face as before Cameron can tell the mon to dodge the Aura Sphere consumes the mon. The Aura Sphere sends Cameron's Lucario flying until it crashes into the wall behind Cameron and creates a big explosion causing the entire battlefield to shake as Cameron speaks.
"LUCARIO!" Cameron yells out in worry as a couple seconds later the shaking stops, and everyone looks over at the big cloud of smoke waiting for it to clear. Over with Ash's Lucario she's still standing but is panting heavily as she looks forward waiting to see the results as well. A few seconds later the smoke clears and everyone can see Cameron's Lucario laying its back against the wall groaning in pain. The mon opens its eyes and begins trying to stand back up as Cameron speaks.
"Yeah, that's it Lucario I knew you weren't done yet!" Cameron says happily as Ash speaks.
"It can still battle?" Ash says while having a surprised look on his face as over with Cameron's Lucario it fully stands back up and looks at Ash's Lucario. The 2 mons look at each other and continue to do that until Cameron's Lucario smiles then falls on its stomach. Cameron has a surprised look on his face as he speaks.
"Lucario you're not done yet come on get up!" Cameron calls but Lucario isn't responding as it's completely knocked out. Cameron has a surprised look on his face as Larry speaks.
"Cameron's Lucario is unable to battle making Ash's Lucario the winner! Seeing as Cameron has no more Pokémon left Ash's the victor and will move onto the next round!" Larry says making Ash smile as he speaks.
"ALL! RIGHT!" "PIKA!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as Jake speaks.
"After a long and intense battle Ash Ketchum came out the victor and is now the first finalist for the tournament!" Jake says causing the crowd to cheer. Over at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Rose, Daisy, and Ash's Pokémon let out a cheer too with the fighting/steel types and Greninja cheering the loudest. Back at the stadium in the stands Misty, Leaf and Hau speak.
"They did it!" "Tic!" "Poli!" Misty along with Leaf, Hau, Togetic, and Poliwag let out a loud cheer as Barry speaks.
"I hate to admit it, but man was that battle good! I didn't know who was going to win." Barry says with Tracey agreeing with him. Meanwhile with Nemona and Rinto they both have smiles on their faces and are happy that Ash won. Back on the battlefield Ash along with Pikachu run over to Lucario and when they get close enough Ash speaks.
"You did it Lucario I knew you could do it!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as they give the mon a hug with Lucario hugging them back. A couple seconds later Blastoise, Krookodile, Darmanitan, Meowscarada, and Gengar come out of their Pokeball's as Ash looks at them and speaks.
"You guys did amazing too!" Ash says making the 5-mons smile as they also congratulate Lucario with the mon saying thank you. Meanwhile, over with Cameron he has a surprised look on his face and can't believe that he lost. Cameron then recomposes himself as he smiles and walks over to Lucario. When he gets close to the mon he helps him stand up this causes Lucario to open its eyes and look at Cameron telling him that it's sorry as Cameron speaks.
"Come on Lucario you don't need to be sorry you along with the others did amazing in this battle." Cameron says with Lucario nodding as they then see Ash along with his Pokémon running over to them. Once Ash and his Pokémon reach them Ash looks at Cameron and speaks.
"Hey Cameron, that was a great battle my Pokémon and I had a blast." Ash says with his Pokémon agreeing with him making Cameron along with his Lucario smile as Cameron speaks.
"We feel the same but next time we'll be the ones who win right Lucario?" Cameron says with his Lucario agreeing with him, making Ash along with his Pokémon smile as the two trainers shake hands. When they do that Don George speaks.
"Let's all give one big round of applause to Ash and Cameron for giving us an amazing battle!" Don George says as the crowd cheers/claps for the two boys causing them along with their Pokémon to wave. After that Ash and Cameron return their Pokémon (other than Pikachu) back to their Pokeball's and begin heading to the stands where their friends are. When they make to where everyone else is they tell them that their battle was amazing as Nemona looks at them and speaks.
"You guys had an amazing battle it almost made me want to join in." Nemona says with the two boys nodding as she then looks at Ash and speaks.
"And Ash make sure you watch my battle because once I win I'll be facing you in the finals." Nemona says with Ash nodding as Rinto speaks.
"You seem pretty confident that you're going to beat me." Rinto says as Nemona looks at him and speaks.
"Well yeah because if anyone's going to face Ash in the finals it's going to be me." Nemona says while having a confident look on her face and making Rinto smirk as he speaks.
"We'll see about that." Rinto says while having fire in his eyes with Nemona having the same fire as they then hear a voice.
"Now will contestants Nemona and Rinto please come to the battlefield!" The voice says as Nemona speaks.
"Well looks like it's our turn see you guys soon." Nemona says with the group nodding as they see Nemona and Rinto walk away. Ash along with Cameron then sit with the others as Cameron speaks.
"Man, I'm looking forward to this match" Cameron says with Hau agreeing with him as Barry speaks.
"I'm curious in seeing how strong Rinto is." Barry says as Ash speaks.
"I've battled Rinto before and he's strong but Nemona's strong too." Ash says as Misty speaks.
"Who do you think's going to win?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"Honestly I'm not sure but I'm excited to see." Ash responds with the group nodding as they then hear a voice.
"Now it's time for the final match for today here are our contestants!" Jake says as out of the hallway appear Nemona and Rinto. When they appear, the crowd begins to cheer for them causing the two trainers to wave at them until they make it to their sides of the battlefield. The two trainers are looking at each other, having smiles on their faces as Jake speaks.
"And now it's time to introduce the referee for this battle!" Jake says as Rika appears and is walking toward the referee spot Don George speaks.
"The referee for this battle is one of the Paldea Elite 4 Rika!" Don George says causing the crowd to let out a cheer as Rika smiles and waves at them. A couple seconds later Rika makes it to the referee spot and begins to speak.
"This is a 6v6 full single battle between trainers Nemona and Rinto. Both trainers are allowed to switch out their Pokémon at any time and whoever defeats all of their opponents Pokémon first will be declared the winner. Do both trainers understand?" Rika asks with Nemona and Rinto nodding as Rika speaks.
"Now then will both trainers please send out your first Pokémon!" Rika says as Nemona and Rinto pull out their Pokeballs and throw them forward. Nemona sends out her fighting breed Tauros while Rinto sends out his Manectric. The two mons look at each other having serious looks on their faces as up in the stands Tracey speaks.
"So, the first battle is going to be between Tauros and Manectric." Tracey says with the group nodding as back on the battlefield Rika speaks.
"Now that both trainers have sent out their first Pokémon let the battle begin!" Rika calls as Nemona speaks.
"Rinto let's have a Fruitful battle! Tauros use Raging Bull!" Nemona calls. Tauros lets out a mighty roar as its horns along with its body glow orange and begins running forward as Rinto speaks.
"Yes lets. Manectric use Thunder!" Rinto calls. Manectric sparks its body and lets out a roar as it fires a big electric bolt at the bull. Everyone watches on curiously to see who'll win this battle as the chapter comes to an end.
