Chapter 114: Hello Johto! A New Adventure!
Hello everyone, it's been a pretty long 2 weeks and I hope you're all doing well and had a good Thanksgiving (if you celebrate it). This chapter focuses on the gang beginning their travels in the Johto Region and I hope you all enjoy it!
The chapter begins 16 years ago in the past as we see a young Silver enjoying his 5th birthday party along with Red, Delia and their other friends and family. As they're all enjoying themselves suddenly, Sabrina appears, Silver looks at Sabrina while having a smile on his face and says hi to her. The moment Silver does that, suddenly Sabrina sends out a big psychic wave that destroys the house and blows away their friends/family. Silver groans in pain as he wakes up and looks around seeing his family/friends all on the ground.
Silver then sees Sabrina going to attack him but Red along with his Charizard appear and begin to battle Sabrina while Delia quickly takes Silver away. As Delia's running away with Silver suddenly Delia gets surrounded by Giovanni, Archer, Arianna, Proton, and Petrel. Silver somehow gets caught by Arianna who holds him in her arms. Silver tries to get away but Giovanni slaps Silver hard across the face telling him to behave. After that Silver watches Giovanni's shiny Rhyperior beating up Red's Charizard who has transformed into Red Charizard and whatever damage Charizard receives Red gets it too. Silver then watches Giovanni point a gun at Red's head and when the gun is about to fire, we come out of the dream. We're now back into reality and see a 21-year-old Silver in a motel somewhere in the Johto region panting heavily. Silver continues to pant for a little while as he then calms down and speaks.
"Another sleepless night." Silver says to himself as he then puts on his clothes and heads out of the motel. As Silver's walking he then hears a voice.
"Look out!" The voice says as Silver sees a red ball going to hit him in the face as he then catches it. Once he does, he looks at the ball then looks over at the kids who were playing with it as one of them speaks.
"That ball didn't hit you right mister?" One of the kids asks as Silver then throws the ball back at them allowing one of the kids to catch it as Silver speaks.
"You should be careful of where you play ball because not everyone is as generous as me." Silver says with the kids nodding as they tell him thank you then leave continuing to play with each other. Once the children are gone Silver continues to walk forward but then stops himself as he sees two Team Rocket grunts consisting of a man and a woman who go inside of a nearby cave. Silver has an angry look on his face as he walks forward making sure that he's not noticed. Over with the Team Rocket grunts they have satisfied looks on their faces as the male speaks.
"Let's see this place seems like a good spot for another secret base." The man says with the woman agreeing with him as they then hear a voice.
"A secret base huh?" The voice says causing the two grunts to turn around as they see Silver. Silver has an angry look on his face as the male rocket speaks.
"Who are you?!" The man asks as Silver pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"Like you need to know. Feraligatr come out" Silver says as he throws the ball forward and sends out his shiny Feraligatr. When the mon appears, it looks at the two grunts and has a serious look on his face. The two grunts get a little scared but then recompose themselves as the woman speaks.
"That Feraligatr looks strong we should steal it." The woman says with the man nodding as they throw their Pokeball's forward. The man sends out a Kantonian Muk while the woman sends out a Golbat. The mons look at Feraligatr as the male rocket speaks.
"Your Feraligatr is ours! Muk use Sludge Bomb!" The male grunt calls with the woman saying the same thing as their mons fire out multiple poison bombs from their mouths Silver speaks.
"Hydro Pump" Silver calls with the gator nodding as it fires out a big stream of water from its mouth that easily destroys the Sludge Bombs and consumes the two-mons making them crash into a nearby wall. The 2 mons are lying on the ground knocked out surprising the two grunts as suddenly Silver appears before them and punches them both hard in the stomach. The two grunts cough in pain as before they can attack Silver, he grabs both of their heads and slams them into each other causing both grunts to groan in pain and fall on the ground. The 2 grunts continue to groan in pain as they then see Feraligatr looking at them while having a serious look on its face as Silver speaks.
"Do it Feraligatr." Silver says with the mon nodding as it begins reaching for the two grunts making them scared as they think that Feraligatr's going to eat them but instead Feraligatr grabs their Pokeball's. Feraligatr then stomps on the balls with its left foot easily breaking them as Silver then looks over at Muk and Golbat and speaks.
"Now get out of here before I change my mind." Silver says with the two-mons nodding as they leave surprising the two grunts as the male speaks.
"Traitors!" The man says as Silver speaks.
"Traitors? Please they weren't traitors' you idiots probably didn't care for them so it makes sense as to why they would leave you behind." Silver says making the two grunts angry as the male speaks.
"Why should we care for them when they're only for us to use?" The male says with the woman agreeing with him making Silver angry as he speaks.
"Of course, all of you rockets are pieces of garbage." Silver says as he then pulls out a rope and ties the two of them up. The two of them begin trying to break out of the rope but are unable to as Silver speaks.
"It's no use you're not getting out of that rope. Now just stay put until the police come." Silver says and as he begins to walk away the man speaks.
"Wait why're you doing this when we haven't even done anything to you?!" The male asks making Silver stop as he looks back and speaks.
"It's because you're a part of Team Rocket and I'm not going to stop pursuing you until the entire organization falls apart. Oh, and if you do somehow manage to escape and meet other Team Rocket members. Tell them that the Red Avenger is coming an won't stop until you're all gone. " Silver responds as he then returns Feraligatr back to its Pokeball and begins walking forward leaving the cave. Then when he leaves a couple seconds later the police appear and arrest the two grunts. The cops wonder who was the one that captured the two grunts as the two of them say that it was a man who called himself the "Red Avenger". The policemen have confused looks on their faces as they then take the two grunts into custody. We now cut over to Silver who continues to walk ahead.
3 days later we now put our focus back on the group. During the past 3 days it's been pretty chill for them as nothing major has happened. Ash along with Misty are happy to be traveling with Brock again and are also happy to have his cooking with Misty helping out of course. Ash along with Brock also have training matches with each other where even though Ash wins it still isn't easy. They also learned that Tracey has been enjoying his time at Oak's lab as he's learning a lot from him and Daisy. Ash's Scyther has also been training with Tracey's Scyther as he feels as though training with him will help the mantis grow stronger. Ash's Primeape continues trying to master Rage Fist with Gengar's help and Charizard has been training a lot with Ash's fire types as he along with them got more motivation after seeing Red's Charizard in action.
With the update out of the way we zoom in on the group who're currently walking through Tojo Falls. They continue to walk forward until they see the exit up ahead and go through it. When they do Ash speaks.
"We finally made it out of Tojo Falls." Ash says as Brock speaks.
"Yep, and we're now in Johto territory." Brock says as Misty speaks.
"How long until we reach New Bark Town?" Misty asks as Brock pulls out his guide and speaks.
"According to my guide it says that as long as we keep walking down this road, we should reach New Bark Town in about 30 minutes" Brock answers with Misty nodding as Ash speaks.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Come on let's go so that I can register for the Johto league" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say as Ash begins to run forward leaving Misty, Togetic, and Brock behind as the two trainers speak.
"Ash wait!" The two trainers call as they begin running after Ash and when they do a light mist appears. 20 minutes later the group are still in the forest and are walking around. As they continue to walk Ash looks up at a tree branch and speaks.
"Hey, isn't that the same tree we saw before?" Ash asks making the others look at it as Misty speaks.
"Does this mean that we've been walking around in circles this whole time?!" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"Seems like it" Brock says as Misty looks at Ash and speaks.
"You just had to run ahead now didn't you Ash? Because if you didn't do that then we wouldn't be lost" Misty says making Ash look at her and speaks.
"Well, I'm sorry for being excited and maybe instead of blaming me you can try to find us a way out of here." Ash says as Misty speaks.
"I'll do just that." Misty responds as she begins to look around but doesn't see anywhere for them to go as Ash speaks.
"Well Misty we're waiting" Ash says Misty speaks.
"Will you be quiet I'm trying to think!" Misty responds as Ash speaks.
"Well, there's always the first time for everything" Ash says while having a smug look on his face and making Misty angry as she speaks.
"At least I'm not the one who got us lost in the first place!" Misty responds making Ash angry as Brock speaks.
"Okay that's enough! Yelling at each other isn't going to solve this so just calm down!" Brock says as he continues to speak.
"You guys need to be more mature like me." Brock says making the two kids look at him as they nod. Once they've calmed down Ash along with Misty apologize to each other as Ash speaks.
"But still how do we get out of here?" Ash asks but Brock doesn't know, causing the two of them to think. As they're doing that Misty's Togetic notices something and begins flying over to it as Misty speaks.
"Togetic wait!" Misty says as she along with the others run after the mon. A few seconds later they've caught up to Togetic as Misty looks at him and speaks.
"Togetic don't go flying off on your own like that" Misty says with the mon nodding as he then points forward making her along with the others look. Once they do, they see a lake and in the middle of the lake they see what looks to be a Pokémon standing on top of the water and glowing a shiny blue. The 3 kids along with Pikachu and Togetic look at the mon in awe as Ash speaks.
"Is that a Pokémon?" Ash asks as Brock speaks.
"I think so, but I've never seen anything like it" Brock responds as over with Misty she continues to look at the mon. As Misty continues to look at the mon she smiles and speaks.
"It's beautiful" Misty says as the mon looks over at her too Ash then speaks.
"Oh, right my Pokedex" Ash says as when he's about to bring out the device the glowing Pokémon quickly jumps away and disappears. Once it goes away the fog goes with it as Ash speaks.
"Wait!" Ash says as he runs forward but then begins to slide down a cliff. Misty along with Brock, and Pikachu run after him but begin sliding down too until they all reach the ground. When they land, they all groan in pain then stand back up. Once they do Togetic flies down asking the group if they're okay with the 3 trainers along with Pikachu saying that they are as Ash speaks.
"Man, I really wanted to know what that Pokémon was." Ash says as Misty speaks.
"Me Too" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"Well maybe we'll get the chance to see it again one day. Also, now that the fog has cleared up it should be easier for us to head to New Bark Town." Brock says with the two kids nodding as after that the group begin to walk forward. 10 minutes later the group reach another cliff and see a sign. Brock speaks.
"Look according to this sign we've finally reached New Bark Town." Brock says making the two kids happy as they look forward and see a big town below the cliff and speak.
"Yay!" "Pika!" "Tic!" Ash along with Misty, Pikachu and Togetic let out a cheer as Brock then takes a closer look at the sign and begins to read to it.
"Welcome to New Bark Town where the winds of new beginnings blow" Brock says as he then smiles and speaks.
"Yes! This is the start of our new adventure!" Brock says making the two kids along with the two-mons happy as Ash then looks forward and begins to think.
"Where the winds of new beginnings blow. I can almost hear the crowd at my first Johto league battle" Ash says to himself as he then takes a deep breath and speaks.
"YEEEEAAAAAHHHH! I'M READY!" Ash says while having a determined look on his face as Misty speaks.
"Looks like Ash's excited" Misty says with Brock nodding as Pikachu then jumps back on Ash's shoulder causing the boy to look at him and speak.
"Pikachu this is where our new journey starts! Johto League Here We Come!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as when Ash's about to run forward Brock speaks.
"Ash hold on you need to register first remember?" Brock says making Ash stop as he speaks.
"Oh yeah that's right" Ash says as after that the group begin heading for New Bark Town. Once they're gone a few minutes go by as we see Archer and behind him are a few rocket grunts. They look forward as Archer speaks.
"Come let's go steal the Pokémon from the lab." Archer says with the grunts nodding as they begin heading for New Bark Town too. We now come back to the group who've made it to the Pokémon Center, once they enter it, they see Nurse Joy as she speaks.
"Hello Welcome to the Pokémon Center" The woman says as Brock immediately goes to her, gently grabs her hand, and speaks.
"Nurse Joy it is I Bro-" Before Brock could finish Croagunk appears out of his Pokeball and jabs Brock stunning him as he falls on the ground Brock speaks.
"But I just started." Brock says as Croagunk doesn't care and begins to drag him away. Ash along with Pikachu, Misty and Togetic let out a chuckle as Nurse Joy speaks.
"Will your friend be all right?" Nurse Joy asks as Misty speaks.
"Oh yeah he's okay that happens to him all of the time" Misty responds with the woman nodding as she speaks.
"So, what can I do for you today?" Nurse Joy asks as Ash speaks.
"I'd like to register for the Johto league please." Ash says with Nurse Joy nodding as speaks.
"Please hand me your Pokedex and I'll register you." Nurse Joy says with Ash nodding as he hands her the device. A few seconds later Nurse Joy hands Ash his Pokedex back and speaks.
"There you're now registered for the Johto league" Nurse Joy says making Ash happy as Misty speaks.
"You're now able to take on the gyms" Misty says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yeah, and I wonder where the first one is?" Ash says as Nurse Joy speaks.
"Violet City is where most trainers go to get their first gym badges." Nurse Joy answers with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"In that case let's head to Violet City!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as Brock suddenly appears and speaks.
"Hold on Ash before we go to Violet City, we should also say hello to Prof. Elm" Brock says as Ash speaks.
"That's right Prof. Oak did want us to introduce ourselves to him" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"Do we know where his lab is?" Misty asks as when Brock's about to look through his guide Nurse Joy speaks.
"Oh, if you're heading to Prof. Elm's lab, I can take you as I was just about to head there myself to do a quick check up on the starter Pokémon." Nurse Joy says with the group saying thank you as after Joy tells Chansey to look after the Center she along with the group begin heading towards the lab. A few minutes later the group have made it to the lab as Joy speaks.
"We're here" Joy says with the group nodding as Joy then opens the door and speaks.
"Prof. Elm it's Nurse Joy I'm here to check up on the Pokémon!" Joy says but gets no response, making her call his name again but still doesn't get a response. This makes Joy along with the group worried as they then walk inside of the building. As they're walking, they then hear something and become even more on edge. Ash along with Misty, and Brock get their Pokeball's ready as once they turn the corner, they see a man wearing a lab coat and looking through a microscope. Nurse Joy then lets out a relief sigh and speaks.
"It's okay everyone that's Prof. Elm" Joy says with the group nodding as they put their Pokeball's away. When they do that Nurse Joy walks over to the man and speaks.
"Prof. Elm it's Nurse Joy" Joy says as Elm ignores her as he continues his mumbles. This makes Joy annoyed as she speaks.
"Prof. Elm It's Nurse Joy!" The woman exclaims surprising Elm as he looks at her and speaks.
"Oh, it's just you Nurse Joy" Elm says as Joy speaks.
"Don't say "It's just you" what if I was a Pokémon Hunter that came and took the Pokémon? Like that one time 11 years ago when someone stole the shiny Totodile that was for a new trainer." Joy says as Elm speaks.
"You're right I'll try to be more attentive, but I was looking at this slide and doing some cell division." Elm says with Joy nodding. Elm then looks over at the group and speaks.
"And who are they?" Elm asks as Ash speaks.
"Hi, my name's Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town and this is my partner Pikachu" Ash says as Misty along with Brock introduce themselves too. Elm then speaks.
"Pallet Town? Then that must mean that you know Prof. Oak." Elm says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Yep, we do he said that since we were coming through here, we should say hi to you." Ash says with Elm nodding as he speaks.
"That's good to hear and did you know that I was his top student?" Elm says as he then begins to ramble about a lot of things. Ash along with Misty, Pikachu and Togetic aren't interested while Brock is listening closely. Then once Elm is done talking Joy speaks.
"Now that you've had your fun can I take a look at the starter Pokémon?" Joy asks with Elm nodding as he walks over to a table and picks up 3 Pokeball's. Elm then looks forward and speaks.
"Here they are." Elm says as the 3 balls open and out of them appear 3 Pokémon. One of them is a Totodile, the one next to it is a four-legged Pokémon with a leaf coming out of its head and the last one is a mammalian Pokémon with bluish fur on the top of its body and cream color on its underside. The group look at the 3 mons and have smiles on their faces as Misty speaks.
"So, these are the 3 Pokémon a trainer can choose from when traveling the Johto region" Misty says as Ash speaks.
"I know Totodile but who are the other two?" Ash asks as Brock speaks.
"They're Cyndaquil and Chikorita" Brock answers with Ash nodding as he takes out his Pokedex to scan the 2 mons.
"Cyndaquil, the Fire Mouse Pokémon, a pure Fire Type and the pre evolved form of Typhlosion. Normally mild and even-tempered, Cyndaquil will shoot a scorching flame out of its back when upset." "Chikorita, the Leaf Pokémon a pure Grass Type and the pre evolved form of Meganium. Chikorita emit pleasant aromas from the leaves on their heads and they love to sunbathe." The Pokedex says. Pikachu along with Togetic say hello to the 3 mons with them doing the same as Nurse Joy speaks.
"Okay let's begin" Joy says as she begins her check up on the 3 mons Misty looks at Elm and speaks.
"So, is someone coming today to pick one of them?" Misty asks as Elm speaks.
"Yes, it's a young girl and she should be here any second now" Elm says as when he says that suddenly the doors to the lab open and everyone hears a voice.
"Prof. Elm?" The voice says as Elm speaks.
"Oh, that must be her right now" Elm says as suddenly a 10-year-old girl that has purple hair, is wearing a yellow hat/jacket and shorts walks inside the building. The girl looks at everyone then speaks.
"Wow I wasn't expecting to see so many people here" The girl says as Brock speaks.
"Is this the trainer?" Brock asks with Elm nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, this is Casey" Elm responds as Casey then looks at Elm and speaks.
"Hi Prof. Elm, I'm here to pick out my first starter Pokémon" Casey says with Elm nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, and I believe they're almost done with their checkup." Elm says with Casey nodding as she then looks over at the group and speaks.
"Are you guys here to pick your first Pokémon too?" Casey asks as Misty speaks.
"No, we're already Pokémon trainers" Misty responds with Casey nodding as she then looks at Pikachu, runs over to the yellow mouse and picks him up. Casey continues to look at Pikachu as she smiles and speaks.
"It really is a Pikachu! Oh, I just love the yellow fur and stripes." Casey says excitedly making the yellow mouse look at her as she then begins to hug him as Ash speaks.
"Hey, be careful because Pikachu might accidentally shock you if you hug him too tightly." Ash says as Casey speaks.
"You really think so! All right come on Pikachu shock me!" Casey says surprising everyone as Ash speaks.
"Wait hold on you don't know what you're asking" Ash says as Casey ignores him, looks at Pikachu and speaks.
"I don't care! Now come on you little rat do it!" Casey says making Pikachu angry as he begins to spark his cheeks Ash speaks.
"Pikachu NO!" Ash says as he puts his hands on Pikachu and is about to pull him away from Casey Pikachu fires out a Thunderbolt shocking both of them. Ash along with Casey let out a scream as a few seconds later the Thunderbolt disappears, and the two trainers have stunned looks on their faces as Casey speaks.
"You… Were…. Right" Casey says as Ash speaks.
"Told… You…" Ash says as the 2 trainers then fall on the ground, Misty and Brock shake their heads while Togetic chuckles. A few seconds later Ash along with Casey recover as Casey speaks.
"Wow, now that was a powerful Thunderbolt you must've trained your Pikachu a lot." Casey says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yep, Pikachu and I have done a lot of training and have been in a lot of battles, so it makes sense as to why his Thunderbolt is powerful." Ash says with Casey nodding as she speaks.
"Oh, sorry I didn't say this earlier, but my name is Casey and I'm a big Baseball fan." Casey says as Ash along with the others introduce themselves too with Casey greeting them. Casey then looks at Pikachu again and speaks.
"I still can't get over your Pikachu Ash I just love yellow and striped Pokémon but the one I want most of all is an Electivire. I also want a full team of yellow and striped Pokémon." Casey says while having stars in her eyes as Misty speaks.
"Why do you love yellow and striped Pokémon so much Casey?" Misty asks as Casey speaks.
"Oh, it's because my family has been rooting for the Electabuzz for 3 generations" Casey responds as Ash speaks.
"You mean the Baseball team?" Ash asks with Casey nodding as Brock speaks.
"Well, that explains why you have so much energy" Brock says as Casey speaks.
"Yeah, and we even have a song for them too." Casey says as she begins to sing. As she's singing over with Nurse Joy who's still doing her check up on the 3 starter Pokémon, they hear Casey singing too as the Chikorita begins to happily wave its Leaf around. Then once Casey's done singing the group clap for her as Misty speaks.
"Great song Casey" Misty says as Casey speaks.
"Thank you and I know that the Electabuzz are going to win the world series!" Casey says happily as Ash speaks.
"Wait but don't they always lose?" Ash asks as Casey speaks.
"This year's going to be different" Casey says as Ash speaks.
"I don't know with teams like the Magikarp and Starmie's the Electabuzz don't stand a chance." Ash says making Casey annoyed and speaks.
"Quit saying bad things about the Electabuzz they're going to beat all the teams!' Casey says as Ash speaks.
"The Electabuzz couldn't beat an egg" Ash responds as Casey speaks.
"But what about all of the great hitters on the Electabuzz?" Casey asks as Ash speaks.
"Those guys aren't hitters in fact I've seen better swings on a playground." Ash responds making Casey gasp as she looks at him and speaks.
"That's it once I get my first Pokémon, I'm challenging you to a battle and I'm going beat you!" Casey states while having a serious look on her face as Ash speaks.
"Um you don't need to do that Casey as you wouldn't stand a chance since I'm an experienced trainer." Ash responds as Casey speaks.
"I don't care how "experienced" you are nobody makes fun of my team an gets away with it! Don't tell me you're scared" Casey says as Ash speaks.
"Scared? Hah! Please I'm not scared, and I'll take you on!" Ash says while having a determined look on his face as Brock speaks.
"Ash don't do this" Brock says as Misty speaks.
"Brock's right Ash she doesn't know what she's saying" Misty says as Ash looks at them and speaks.
"I know and don't worry I'll go easy on her and besides sooner or later she's going to get humbled so I might as well be the one to do it" Ash says with the two trainers nodding as Ash then looks at Casey and speaks.
"Okay Casey once you pick your first Pokémon we can battle" Ash says with Casey nodding as she speaks.
"So, you do have some guts. Prof. Elm, are the Pokémon done with their check up? I need to teach Ash a lesson." Casey asks as Elm speaks.
"Nurse Joy is almost done" Elm responds and when Joy's about to speak there's then an explosion surprising everyone as they see that one of the walls were destroyed as Elm speaks.
"What's going on?!" Elm says as he along with everyone look and see a big cloud of smoke. A few seconds later Archer, along with 5 Team Rocket grunts appear. When they do Ash, Misty, and Brock speak.
"It's Team Rocket!" The 3 trainers say making Archer look at them as he smiles and speaks.
"Well, this is surprising I wasn't expecting to see you 3 here." Archer says as Casey speaks.
"Who're they?" Casey asks as Misty speaks.
"They're called Team Rocket" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"They're a group of criminals who go around stealing Pokémon from not only the wild but also from trainers too." Brock says with Casey nodding as she speaks.
"Now that I think about it, I think I have heard of these guys before on the news." Casey says as Ash looks at Archer and speaks.
"Let me guess you're here to steal the starter Pokémon, aren't you?!" Ash asks as Archer speaks.
"Well, you're right about that but we're also here to steal the Pokémon Eggs that reside here as well." Archer says as Elm looks at Joy and speaks.
"Quick return the Pokémon to their Pokeballs and get Officer Jenny!" Elm says with Joy nodding as she's about to do that Archer speaks.
"Flamethrower" Archer says as suddenly his Houndoom appears in front of Nurse Joy and has its mouth opened ready to fire the stream of fire as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu quick use Extreme Speed!" Ash calls. Pikachu quickly shoots forward at blinding speed and hits Houndoom hard in the face making it slide back a few feet away as Archer speaks.
"Your reaction time has certainly improved but that's not enough to stop Houndoom." Archer says as we see Houndoom still having fire in its mouth as Archer speaks.
"Fire Blast!" Archer calls as Houndoom fires out a large blast of fire from its mouth that heads for everyone as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!" Ash calls. Pikachu quickly fires out an electric bolt that collides with the Fire Blast, creating an explosion as Archer speaks.
"Now" Archer says with his grunts nodding as they throw 3 nets forward going to grab the starter Pokémon. Chikorita manages to dodge but Totodile and Cyndaquil get captured. When the smoke clears the group can see that Totodile and Cyndaquil are captured and have surprised looks on their faces as one of the grunts speaks.
"Looks like we missed one sir" The grunt says as Archer speaks.
"Then grab it already." Archer says with the grunt nodding as he's about to throw the net forward Ash along with Misty speak.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!" 'Togetic use Moonblast!" Both trainers call with the two-mons firing their attacks that head for Archer and the grunts Archer speaks.
"Flamethrower Houndoom" Archer says with the mon nodding as it fires out a big stream of fire that collides with the two attacks creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Archer looks at the gang and speaks.
"That's right if we don't get rid of you brats first, you'll get in our way." Archer says as Ash speaks.
"You're right because we're not going to let you steal any more Pokémon and we'll take Totodile and Cyndaquil back!" Ash says with Misty and Brock agreeing with him as Archer speaks.
"Get rid of them." Archer says with 4 of the grunts nodding as they throw their Pokeball's forward. They send out a Kantonian Muk, Electrode, Golbat, and a Granbull. The mons look at the group along with their Pokémon as Brock looks at Ash and speaks.
"Ash, you go save Totodile and Cyndaquil we'll deal with the grunts." Brock says with Misty agreeing with him. Ash looks at the two of them, nods and speaks.
"Right, let's go Pikachu" Ash says with the yellow mouse nodding as they begin running towards the two captured mons one of the grunts speaks.
"You're not going anywhere! Muk use Sludge Bomb!" The grunt calls with the sludge monster nodding as it fires out multiple bombs of sludge Misty speaks.
"Togetic use Air Slash!" Misty calls with Togetic nodding as he fires multiple slashes of wind that connect with the sludge bombs creating an explosion. The 4 grunts then look over at Brock and Misty as Misty speaks.
"You're battling us!" Misty says as she throws 3 Pokeball's forward while Brock throws out 4. Misty sends out Golisopod, Inteleon and Quaquaval while Brock sends out Alolan Golem, Croagunk, Bastiodon and Arctozolt. The 7 mons along with Togetic look at the grunts Pokémon as one of the grunts speak.
"Attack!" The grunt calls as the other 3 grunts along with Misty and Brock's Pokémon charge forward and begin their battle. While they're battling, we see Ash getting closer to the grunt that's holding the captured Totodile and Cyndaquil as Archer speaks.
"Flamethrower!" Archer calls as Houndoom fires out the stream of fire causing Ash along with Pikachu to dodge. When they do, they look over at Archer and his Houndoom as Archer speaks.
"You're not taking another step forward." Archer says as he throws 2 Pokeball's forward sending out his Hypno and sends out a large spherical piscine Pokémon that has a serious look on its face as Ash speaks.
"What's that?" Ash says as he pulls out his Pokedex to scan the mon.
"Overqwil the Pin Cluster Pokémon and a Dark/Poison Type. Its lancelike spikes and savage temperament have earned it the nickname "sea fiend." It slurps up poison to nourish itself." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"So, that's what it is" Ash says to himself as he pulls out 7 Pokeball's and speaks.
"Everyone come out!" Ash says as he throws the balls high into the air and sends out the 7-mons. Who appear are Venusaur, Blastoise, Charizard, Lucario, Greninja, Heracross, and Noctowl. Pikachu stands next to them and look at Archer's Pokémon as Archer speaks.
"Looks like you've captured some new Pokémon" Archer says as Ash speaks.
"Yep, and we're going to take you down!" Ash says with his Pokémon, agreeing with him as Archer smiles and speaks.
"Oh, really now? I wonder if you can" Archer says as he pulls out a Keystone surprising Ash as he speaks.
"Is that a Keystone?!" Ash asks with Archer nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, it is. Now! Houndoom Mega Evolve!" Archer says as a Mega Stone appears from the mons back and shines bright as Houndoom roars and begins to glow. While Houndoom's glowing, it grows 2 feet taller and begins to change. A couple seconds later what was once a regular Houndoom is now a Mega Houndoom, the mon lets out a mighty roar creating a shockwave that almost blows Ash along with his Pokémon back, but they stand their ground. Once Houndoom stops roaring it glares at Ash and his Pokémon who have surprised looks on their faces as Archer speaks.
"You're not the only one who's grown stronger" Archer says as Ash speaks.
"That's true but we're not backing down!" Ash states with his Pokémon nodding as his Pokémon get into battle stances Archer speaks.
"As expected and foolish of you" Archer says as his Pokémon get into battle stances too. They all stare at each other as Archer speaks.
"Flamethrower Houndoom!" Archer calls. Houndoom lets out a roar, covers its mouth in fire and fires out a big stream of fire that heads for Ash's Pokémon as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise, Greninja use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls with the two-mons nodding as they fire out two big streams of water that that combine and collide with the Flamethrower creating an explosion as Archer speaks.
"Overqwil use Barb Barrage and Hypno use Psychic to speed them up!" Archer calls with the two-mons nodding as Overqwil fires out multiple poison barbs that head for Ash's Pokémon. Hypno fires out waves of psychic energy that connect with the barbs and speed them up as Ash speaks.
"Lucario use Flash Cannon, Venusaur Sludge Bomb, Charizard Flamethrower and Pikachu Thunderbolt!" Ash calls with the 4-mons nodding as they fire out their attacks that connect with the barbs creating multiple explosions as Ash speaks.
"Heracross use Megahorn and Greninja use Night Slash on Hypno!" Ash calls with the two-mons nodding as they shoot forward heading for Hypno Archer speaks.
"Hypno use Protect and Houndoom use Fire Blast!" Archer calls when Heracross and Greninja are about to hit the mon Hypno summons a protective barrier blocking the two attacks. Houndoom then fires out a big blast of fire that heads for the two mons as Ash speaks.
"Heracross, Greninja dodge and Noctowl use Moonblast!" Ash calls. Heracross, along with Greninja quickly back away easily avoiding the blast of fire, Noctowl then summons a pink orb of fairy energy and sends it at Houndoom as Archer speaks.
"Houndoom use Fire Fang then Flamethrower!" Archer calls. Houndoom covers its teeth in fire and bites down on the Moonblast easily destroying it. Houndoom then fires out a big stream of fire that heads for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise intercept it with Hydro Pump!" Ash calls with Blastoise nodding as he shoots out a big stream of water that collides with the Flamethrower creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Ash along with Archer's Pokémon are looking at each other as Ash begins to think.
"His Houndoom is strong now that it's mega evolved, but that Overqwil and Hypno are tricky to deal with too." Ash says to himself as his along with Archer's Pokémon shoot forward and continue their battle. Over with Elm, Joy and Casey they're watching the group battle Team Rocket as Casey speaks.
"They're really going at it" Casey says as Elm looks at Joy and speaks.
"Nurse Joy quick contact Officer Jenny" Elm says with Joy nodding as she quickly runs to go contact the police. Casey then looks over at the grunt who has the captured Totodile and Cyndaquil gets a determined look on her face and begins running towards him. Elm sees her running and speaks.
"Casey wait what're you doing?!" Elm says as Casey speaks.
"I'm going to go save Totodile and Cyndaquil!" Casey responds as she continues running Elm speaks.
"But you don't have a Pokémon!" Elm says and the moment he says that Chikorita runs forward to go help Casey. Meanwhile, over with the grunt he sees Totodile along with Cyndaquil struggling to get out of the net then speaks.
"Hey stop moving!" The grunt says as he pulls out a stick and hits the two mons with it making them cry out in pain. Casey sees this as she picks up a rock, gets into a pitcher stance and speaks.
"Leave them alone!" Casey says as she throws the rock forward and hits the grunt hard in the head. The grunt groans in pain then looks over at Casey and speaks.
"Hey, did you throw that rock at me?!" The grunt asks as Casey speaks.
"I did and there's more where that came from!" Casey says as she picks up another rock and throws it at the grunt. The grunt manages to dodge the rock then looks at Casey and speaks.
"You little brat! Sneasel use Ice Beam!" The grunt says as he throws the ball forward and sends out a Sneasel. The mon looks at Casey and fires out an icy beam. When Casey's about to dodge the beam connects with her legs freezing them in place. Casey has a surprised look on her face and begins trying to break free as the grunt smiles and speaks.
"I got you now." The grunt says as we come over to Misty and Brock who're battling the other 4 grunts, they see that Casey's in trouble and speak.
"Casey hang on!" The two trainers say as when they are about to go and help the grunts speak.
"Sludge Bomb!" The grunts say as Muk along with Golbat fire out multiple bombs of sludge that head for them Misty and Brock speak.
"Golisopod Liquidation!" "Bastiodon use Flash Cannon!" Misty along with Brock call as Golisopod cuts the bombs while Bastiodon blows them away with Flash Cannon. Once they do that the grunts look at Misty and Brock as Brock speaks.
"Looks like they're not going to let us leave." Brock says with Misty nodding as she then looks over at Ash and speaks.
"Ash! Casey's in trouble!" Misty says catching Ash's attention as he sees Casey who has her legs frozen. Ash then speaks.
"Noctowl use Psychic to free Casey!" Ash says with Noctowl nodding as he fires the waves of psychic energy to go help the girl Archer speaks.
"Crunch Houndoom then Flamethrower!" Archer calls as his Houndoom appears in front of the attack and bites down on it easily destroying it. Houndoom then fires out a big stream of fire that heads for Ash's Pokémon as Ash speaks.
"Blastoise, Greninja use Hydro Pump and Pikachu use Extreme Speed!" Ash calls. Blastoise along with Greninja fire out a combined Hydro Pump that collides with the Flamethrower creating an explosion. Pikachu then shoots forward at blinding speed going to help Casey as Archer speaks.
"Psychic Hypno" Archer says as Hypno fires the waves of psychic energy that manage to grab Pikachu stopping him completely. Pikachu's stuck in place as he then sees Overqwil as Archer speaks.
"Use Poison Jab!" Archer calls. Overqwil covers its spikes in poison and goes to hit Pikachu as Ash speaks.
"Lucario use Aura Sphere and Venusaur use Leaf Storm on Overqwil! Heracross use Megahorn on Hypno!" Ash calls with the 3-mons nodding as Lucario along with Venusaur fire their attacks that combine and hit Overqwil pushing the mon back a few feet away. Heracross flies forward and hits Hypno hard in the face with his horn and sends the mon sliding back a few feet away and freeing Pikachu. When that happens Houndoom jumps towards Pikachu and has its teeth ready as Archer speaks.
"Use Fire Fang!" "Pikachu back away and Charizard use Brick Break!" Both trainers' call. Houndoom covers its teeth in fire and goes to bite down on Pikachu, but the yellow mouse quickly backs away dodging the attack. Charizard then appears in front of Houndoom and goes to chop its head with his right hand as Archer speaks.
"Dodge Houndoom then use Dark Pulse!" "Charizard dodge with Dig!" Both trainers' call. Just when Charizard's hand is about to hit Houndoom the dog quickly jumps back causing Charizard to miss. Houndoom then fires out a stream of dark energy that heads for Charizard, but the fire lizard quickly digs underground avoiding the attack. Charizard doesn't stay underground for long as a couple seconds later he appears from underneath Houndoom and uppercuts it with his left fist. Houndoom groans in pain but then looks at Charizard with Charizard looking it as their trainers speak.
"Houndoom Fire Blast!" "Charizard use Overheat!" Both trainers' call. Houndoom along with Charizard roar as they fire their attacks at each other which collide creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears the two mons who are sent sliding away from each other and are back with their teams. The mons look at each other as Archer looks at Ash and speaks.
"If you want to save that girl, you'll have to get through me and so far, you're doing a poor job at that." Archer says while having a smile on his face making Ash annoyed as he speaks.
"We're just getting started!" Ash states with his Pokémon agreeing with him as Archer smirks as he along with Ash call for their next commands continuing their battle. Meanwhile over with Casey and the grunt the man speaks.
"Seems like your friends are preoccupied so that means that no one's going to get in my way when I get rid of you. Do it Sneasel!" The grunt says with Sneasel nodding as it jumps towards Casey going to hit her. Ash along with Misty, and Brock have worried looks on their faces while Archer along with the other grunts smile. Just when Sneasel's about to hit Casey everyone hears a voice.
"CHIKA!" The voice says as suddenly Chikorita appears and tackles Sneasel hard in the stomach with its head. Sneasel coughs in pain and is sent flying back a few feet away. The grunt along with everyone else have surprised looks on their faces as Chikorita stands protectively over Casey. Casey looks at Chikorita and speaks.
"Are you here to help me out Chikorita?" Casey asks with the mon nodding making Casey smile as she speaks.
"Okay let's do it!" Casey says with Chikorita nodding as the TR grunt speaks.
"If you think that weak Chikorita's going to stop my Sneasel then you're wrong! Sneasel use Ice Beam!" The grunt calls as Casey speaks.
"Chikorita dodge!" Casey calls with the plant nodding as it moves to the right avoiding the attack. When it does Sneasel suddenly appears in front of the mon as the rocket grunt speaks.
"Use Night Slash!" "Chikorita try to counter!" Both trainers' call. Sneasel covers its claws in dark energy and goes to hit Chikorita with its right claw. Chikorita looks at Sneasel and spits some mud out of its mouth that hits Sneasel in the eyes causing it to stop. Sneasel then begins trying to wipe the mud from its eyes as the grunt speaks.
"Sneasel what're you doing use Ice Beam!" The grunt calls and when the mon is about to do that Elm speaks.
"Casey have Chikorita use Sweet Scent then Razor Leaf!" Elm says with Casey nodding as she looks at Chikorita and speaks.
"Chikorita use Sweet Scent!" Casey calls with the mon nodding as it points the leaf on its head forward sending out a pleasant aroma that makes Sneasel stop doing its attack as it smells the move and has a smile on its face as Casey speaks.
"Now Chikorita use Razor Leaf!" Casey calls with the mon nodding as it swings the leaf on its head forward sending out multiple razor-sharp leaves that make contact with Sneasel doing damage to the mon. The Razor Leaf's also manage to free Cyndaquil and Totodile surprising the grunt as Elm speaks.
"Casey have Chikorita use Tackle!" Elm says with Casey nodding as she looks at Chikorita and speaks.
"Chikorita it's time to bring it home use Tackle!" Casey calls with Chikorita nodding as it jumps forward the grunt speaks.
"Sneasel dodge!" The grunt calls but was too late as Chikorita hits Sneasel hard in the stomach making the mon cough in pain as it's sent flying and lands next to the grunt. The man then looks at Sneasel seeing that it's knocked out as Casey smiles and speaks.
"We Won! Now that's what I call a home run!" Casey cheers with Chikorita cheering too. Archer, along with the others, look and see that Casey has taken down the grunt and has Chikorita wrap him with Vine Whip. Misty then speaks.
"Looks like Casey managed to win her battle and save the starter Pokémon" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"Then let's do the same" Brock says with Misty nodding as they look forward Brock speaks.
"Croagunk use Sludge Bomb and Bastiodon use Flash Cannon!" Brock calls with the 2-mons nodding as they fire their attacks the grunts speak.
"Muk use Sludge Bomb!" "Golbat dodge and use Supersonic!" The two grunts call as Muk fires out multiple bombs of sludge that collide with Croagunk's creating an explosion. Golbat flies in the air avoiding the Flash Cannon and is about to use Supersonic as Misty speaks.
"Ice Beam!" Misty calls as Inteleon along with Golisopod fire out an icy beam that make contact with Golbat, knocking it out of the air as it's knocked out. Another grunt then speaks.
"Electrode use Thunder!" The grunt calls as Electrode fires out a large electric bolt that heads for Golisopod and Inteleon as Brock speaks.
"Arctozolt counter with your Thunder and Golem use Heavy Slam!" Brock calls. Arctozolt fires out its own Thunder that collides with Electrode's creating an explosion. Golem then jumps forward, covers his body in steel energy and hits Electrode creating an explosion. When the explosion clears it shows that Electrode is knocked out as the last two grunts speak.
"Muk use Sludge Bomb!" "Granbull use Moonblast!" When the two mons are about to fire their attacks, Misty speaks.
"Togetic use Air Slash!" Misty calls. Togetic nods and fires out multiple slashes of wind that land around the two-mons creating a cloud of smoke as one of the grunts speaks.
"Hah! You missed!" The grunt says as Misty speaks.
"Actually, I didn't" Misty responds as suddenly Quaquaval along with Croagunk appear in front of Muk and Granbull as Misty and Brock speaks.
"Quaquaval use Aqua Step on Muk!" "And Croagunk use Poison Jab on Granbull!" Both trainers call with the two-mons nodding as Quaquaval kicks Muk while Croagunk jabs Granbull. The two mons are then sent out of the cloud of smoke and fall on the ground as they're knocked out. The 4 grunts all have surprised looks on their faces as Misty and Brock speak.
"We Did It!" The two kids cheer along with their Pokémon. Over with Archer he sees that the 5 grunts have lost as Ash speaks.
"Looks like you're the only one left!" Ash says as Archer looks at Ash and speaks.
"True but I don't need them to defeat you" Archer says as his Pokémon along with Ash's get into battle stances and just when they're about to continue their battle everyone hears police sirens. Everyone looks and see Officer Jenny along with a few other police cars with her as Misty speaks.
"It's Officer Jenny!" Misty says making the group smile as Archer then grits his teeth Ash speaks.
"It's over for you Archer give up!" Ash says making the man look at him as he smiles and speaks.
"No, I don't think so, but I'll let you have this victory for today. Houndoom use Inferno!" Archer calls with the hell hound nodding as it heats up its body and sends out a large vortex of fire as Ash speaks.
"Pikachu, Blastoise use Surf!" Ash calls with the two-mons nodding as they summon a large wave of water that collides with the Inferno creating an explosion. When the explosion clears everyone can see that Archer, along with the 4 grunts that Misty and Brock defeated, are gone. They all have surprised looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"They ran away!" Misty says as Ash speaks.
"They couldn't have gotten far let's go after them!" Ash says as Brock speaks.
"Hold on Ash if you go after them, they might lead you into a trap" Brock says with Ash nodding as he stops. After that Officer Jenny along with the other police men arrive. When they do Elm gives Jenny a full report on what happened, Nurse Joy makes sure the starter along with the groups Pokémon are okay and the policemen also take the grunt that Casey captured into custody. A few minutes later Officer Jenny along with the other policemen leave and begin their search for Archer along with the other grunts. Once they're gone Elm looks at the 4 kids and speaks.
"Thank you all for protecting the lab and saving the starter Pokémon if you hadn't been here, I don't know what I would've done" Elm says with the 4 kids saying welcome as Joy then walks over to Elm and speaks.
"The 3 starter Pokémon are all healed" Joy says with Elm nodding as he then looks over at Casey and speaks.
"Now then Casey I believe it's time for you to pick your first starter Pokémon" Elm says with Casey nodding as she looks at the 3 mons Elm speaks.
"Now then allow me to properly introduce them. First off, we have the fire type Cyndaquil, next is the water type Totodile, and the final one is the grass type Chikorita. You can take as much time as you need." Elm says as Casey speaks.
"Thank you, Prof. Elm, but I already know which Pokémon I'm picking" Casey responds as she looks at Chikorita and speaks.
"Chikorita, do you want to come with me?" Casey asks with the mon nodding as it smiles making Casey smile too as Elm speaks.
"Wonderful choice Casey now here's Chikorita's Pokeball along with 5 Pokeball's and a Pokedex." Elm says with Casey nodding as she puts the 5 Pokeball's along with the Pokedex away then looks at Chikorita. Casey bends down and speaks.
"Hmm I think you need something" Casey says as she pulls out a yellow band, places it on Chikorita's head and speaks.
"There now that looks better" Casey says with Chikorita nodding as Casey speaks.
"Chikorita let's work hard together" Casey says with Chikorita smiling as Casey returns the mon back to its Pokeball once Casey does that, she gets a big smile on her face and speaks.
"I got my first Pokémon!" Casey says happily as Misty speaks.
"Congratulations Casey" Misty says as she along with the others clap for her making Casey smile as she speaks.
"Thank you everyone now that I have Chikorita with me we're going to win a ton of battles and win the Johto league!" Casey says happily as Ash speaks.
"Hey Casey, now that you have your first Pokémon do you want to battle me now?" Ash asks as Casey looks at the boy along with his Pokémon who are ready to battle. Casey gets a nervous look on her face and speaks.
"Um…. I'll pass for now" Casey says making Ash smirk as he speaks.
"What are you scared?" Ash asks making Casey nervously sweat and causing everyone to chuckle. Once that's done Brock speaks.
"You know I wonder why Team Rocket attacked Prof. Elm's lab?" Brock says as Misty speaks.
"They said that they wanted not only the starter Pokémon but also the Pokémon Eggs too." Misty says as Ash looks at Elm and speaks.
"Do you research Pokémon Eggs?" Ash asks as Elm speaks.
"Why yes I do in fact that was the main reason I became a professor" Elm responds with the group nodding as Elm then thinks for a bit as he looks at Ash and speaks.
"Speaking of Pokémon eggs Ash would you like one?" Elm asks surprising Ash as he speaks.
"You want to give me a Pokémon egg?" Ash asks with Elm nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, as a thank you for helping protect the lab and seeing you deal with Archer's Mega Houndoom I feel as though you'd be the right trainer for the Pokémon egg I'm thinking about." Elm says as Ash nods and speaks.
"I see. Okay I'll take it is it here with you?" Ash asks as Elm speaks.
"Unfortunately, it's not as it's going to be delivered to my lab in a few days if you're willing to wait." Elm says as Ash speaks.
"Unfortunately, I can't wait as I want to get to Violet City for my first Johto gym battle" Ash responds with Elm nodding as he speaks.
"In that case I'll have one of my assistants bring the egg over to you in Violet City that shouldn't be too much of a problem, right?" Elm asks as Ash speaks.
"Nope not at all" Ash responds making Elm happy as Brock then looks at the time and speaks.
"Hey Ash, we should get going now before it gets dark." Brock says with Ash nodding as he looks at Elm, Joy and Casey then speaks.
"Well, it's time for us to go" Ash says with Elm and Joy nodding as Casey speaks.
"You're going already?" Casey asks with the 3 kids nodding as Casey speaks.
"In that case can I come with you guys?" Casey asks as Misty speaks.
"You want to travel with us?" Misty asks with Casey nodding as she speaks.
"Yes, I do as right now I get the feeling that traveling by myself wouldn't be a good idea with Team Rocket running around. I was only able to beat one of them today because I got lucky, so I want to travel with you guys as I feel as though I'll get stronger. Also, I won't travel with you guys the whole time it'll only be once we reach Violet City then we can go our separate ways." Casey says with the group nodding as Misty speaks.
"Well, I don't mind" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"Me neither" Brock says as Ash speaks.
"I feel the same welcome to the group Casey" Ash says making Casey smile as she speaks.
"Thank you for having me!" Casey says with the group nodding as after that Ash, Misty, and Brock return their Pokémon (other than Pikachu and Togetic) back to their Pokeball's. Once they do that, they leave Prof. Elm's lab saying goodbye to him along with Joy as the 4 trainers head out of New Bark Town. As they're walking Misty looks at Brock and speaks.
"So, Brock how long will it take us to reach Violet City?" Misty asks as Brock pulls out his guide and speaks.
"According to the guide it should take us about 7 days." Brock responds with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Well in that case I say we run!" Ash says with Pikachu along with Casey agreeing with him as the two kids along with Pikachu run forward leaving Misty, Togetic and Brock behind as the two kids speak.
"Wait for us!" The two kids say as they along with Togetic begin running after them as the sun begins to set. We now cut away from the group and come over to where Archer along with the other 4 rocket grunts are as they're inside one of Team Rocket's hidden bases. They walk forward and head into a room and see Arianna along with Matori as Arianna speaks.
"Let me guess you were unable to capture the starter Pokémon and steal the Pokémon eggs, right?" Arianna asks as Archer speaks.
"Yes, you're right" Archer responds with Arianna nodding as she speaks.
"So, what happened Archer? As you're usually successful in your missions" Arianna asks as Archer speaks.
"It was Ash Ketchum and his friends" Archer responds with Arianna nodding as she speaks.
"So, that brat is now traveling the Johto region." Arianna says as Archer speaks.
"Yes, and it seems like he's gotten stronger" Archer says with Arianna nodding as she speaks.
"Well, him traveling the Johto region doesn't really affect our plans much so Archer you along with your grunts are free to go." Arianna says with Archer nodding as just when they're about to leave Arianna speaks.
"Oh, and Archer one more thing if you do run into Ash Ketchum again use any means necessary to kill him along with his friends." Arianna says making Archer smile as he speaks.
"Understood" Archer says as he along with his grunts leave the room. Once they're gone Arianna speaks.
"Matori how go the other missions?" Arianna asks as Matori speaks.
"I've received reports from Petrel, Proton and some of our other members saying that their missions have been successful" Matori responds with Arianna nodding as Matori continues to speak.
"Also Ms. Arianna I've received a report that 2 more of our grunts have been captured 3 days ago" Matori says as Arianna speaks.
"Was it the G-Men?" Arianna asks as Matori speaks.
"No, it wasn't the G-Men but regular police officers that captured them" Matori responds as Arianna speaks.
"Okay so what of it?" Arianna asks as Matori speaks.
"Well, you see when they were taken into custody, they mentioned that someone called the "Red Avenger" Was the one who defeated them and left them tied up for the police to catch them" Matori says with Arianna nodding as Matori speaks.
"Also, it seems like this "Red Avenger" wants to go around and get rid of our entire organization in the Johto region." Matori says with Arianna nodding as she speaks.
"Put Domino on it have her track down this Red Avenger and tell her get rid of him/her permanently." Arianna says with Matori nodding as she then leaves the room to go contact Domino. When that happens, we now cut over to Silver who's walking down a path that goes one way while on another path we see the group going the other way (the middle of the path is blocked by trees so they can't see each other). They all continue to walk heading for their respective destinations as the chapter comes to an end.
Thank you for reading if you've made it this far. The Johto Arc now begins tell me how did you like this chapter. We saw Silver who calls himself the Red Avenger and will take down any team rocket members that he sees. The group made it to New Bark Town where Ash registered for the Johto League, he along with the others battled Team Rocket and the group have a new member in Casey. Casey isn't going to be a permanent traveling companion as she'll only be with the group until they reach Violet City. Also were you guys surprised that Archer Mega Evolved his Houndoom? I decided to do that to showcase how much stronger he's gotten too.
Next chapter will come out next week where it'll have the gang reach Cherrygrove City where they deal with a gang of Pinser and Heracross who're causing trouble. I hope you all look forward to it.
