[Violet City/Night: Gold, Silver and Amanda]
As Silver and Gold were busy looking for things to do until the Violet City Gym opens, they find Amanda, who appeared to check the door as she talked to a young man who looked nothing like Gym Leader Falkner.
Silver and Gold appeared near Amanda and the young man.
"Excuse me? Do you know where the Gym Leader is?" Asked Amanda, with her voice being so pure.
"It appears he's as busy as it is, being a Police Officer and all. The same thing is happening to some of the Gym Leaders… They're still being paid, but now they have understudies to aid them. You can wait for them, or you can battle their understudies. Either way they give you a badge." Said the Young Man.
Silver and Gold walked up to them, and then they found each other, making them about to start a battle. "YOU!!"
"My, what an interesting Trio!" The man smiled with jolliness, making Silver and Gold withdraw their Pokéballs. "I am HUNGRY for a Big Battle! I'll tell you what! You three Versus ME in a Triple Gym Challenge!"
Silver and Gold looked at each other, putting their differences aside as they stepped up, with Amanda being in between.
"Alright, the jig is up! What do you really want?" Asked Silver.
"Yeah, why battle all three of us when you barely have any Pokemon?" Asked Gold.
"Either way, I'm just hungry for a thrilling battle! While my badge may be temporary, it'll still work for the Pokemon League! My name is Jack! I'm from the Unova Region! A Descendant of one of the Famous Champions of 87'! And I supply the Wind Badge! Now, I won't ask for much… But I want an All-Out Battle with all three of you! Me and my ONE Pokemon! Can you handle it? Because you smell like newbie trainers?" Asked Jack.
(Gym Leader Jack Name And Gym Origin. Jack is a descendant of a Champion who won in 87, you can tell because of his Olive Sweater and Blue Jeans, as well as his Red Baseball Hat. His Gym Element has to do with his Horoscope. He's a Libra born in October; an element of Wind, or Air. His Signature Pokemon is Gligar. BUT! He's using his Legendary Signature Pokemon… Who could it be?)
Amanda, Silver, Gold each drew a Pokeball as Jack summoned his Legendary Pokemon; Iron Jugulis, which didn't take much but made the battle last with the trip for 5 minutes, impressed with their strength, he marveled at their training efforts.
Gold, Silver and Amanda were shocked by the Brute Strength of Iron Jugulis.
"What the heck?!" Gold was gobsmacked.
"Not only was that Pokemon Super Strong… But no matter what happened, neither of us could hurt it…" Silver gritted his teeth.
"A Pokemon from the Far Future… I never thought it was possible…" Amanda was worried.
"Where did he get that kind of Pokemon?" Silver questioned as Jack fed Iron Jugulis a Snack.
"Now, no need to be alarmed. You have ALL become marvelous trainers! Each and every one of you have proven worthy of a Pokemon Trainer!" Jack smiled. Gold and Silver looked at each other confused. "Now be advised, while you are still lost, I offer this badge for free! Now be careful, I want you to train more! Chances are that each understudy comes with their own unique strength, possibly like mine and won't compensate like I do. You won't be able to collect badges this way, instead, I want you to train harder, work better, think faster, get stronger! You'll find Falkner at 3AM in Violet City's Donut Shop (Not to be confused with Onigiri. They're serving piping hot Mooncakes, Tonight). Tell him hello! As for the Gym, I'll put in some regular service, while Wanda takes a nap. In the meantime, I recommend YOU, boy with the Mustard and Black Cap, and girl with Ragged Clothing; go train in the Ruins of Alph! And YOU, Boy with Spy Clothes; go train in the Sprout Tower! You can test your strength with Falkner, this morning, and trade your Wind Badges for Zephyr Badges. Only then your training will be measured!"
Jack unlocked the door to the Violet City Gym as Silver faced Gold and Amanda.
"Brute Strength isn't what defines a Pokemon. In case you didn't know, he literally took us all out like nothing. This makes no difference, and I'll teach Falkner a lesson, and wonder why did the League employ an idiot who thinks he can tell me what to do!" Silver frowned.
"Hm. beats me, Silver." Gold replied as Silver deepened his frown at the sound of his name from Gold's mouth. "I believe that Thunder Punch wasn't indeed the Finishing Touch to that Pokemon, no matter what we did. And imagine Falkner's Strength if you just started fresh with a Stolen Cyndaquil."
Amanda gasped at Silver's revelation.
"I don't need advice from idiots who don't deserve a good Pokemon! Perhaps you need to open your eyes and see how a REAL Trainer becomes strong! Someday I'll find where he got that Pokemon, and if so, I'll catch one, myself!" Silver walks away.
"WAIT!" Gold stopped Silver in his tracks, but rather than trying to finish him, he spoke this. "My name is Klaus Gold Belinski… Nice to meet you, Silver Giovanni Scungilli… or should I say Silver Giordano Da Luca…?"
Silver and Gold stared at each other as Amanda watched. Silver nods as he walks away and heads to Sprout Tower.
(In Silver's Mind: "What a Dummy… Though that's a nice Nickname… Or is that something I can use…?)
"The bond uniting you and him… Could it be that you don't hate him…?" Amanda asked Gold.
"Don't get me wrong; He's still a piece of trash for stealing a Starter Pokemon. (Even though nobody was claiming that Cyndaquil, for some odd reason. He could've at least asked the Professor or pay a small fee of 50 Pokedollars, that's the price of a Small Cup of Soda…) But something tells me that Cyndaquil's happy where he is… And besides, it's not my job to challenge Silver all day." Gold smiled.
"Why?" Asked Amanda.
"Because we have Lincoln Loud! He'll knock some sense into him for me!" Gold began to walk to the Ruins of Alph.
"Lincoln Loud?!" Amanda's eyes glittered with hope.
"Hey, you coming with me to the ruins or not?" Asked Gold, as Amanda ran to him, heading to the shortcut at the top.
Silver then ordered a New Trainer ID as Jack had kindly healed their Pokemon, directly after battle, leaving the trio to train at his commanding location. Just as Silver found some Technical Machines in the Trash. Looking at himself and his Pokemon, he can now add them to his Pokemon!
…
[Cherrygrove City/Night: Lincoln, Crystal, Clyde, Ronnie-Anne, Stella]
Upon arriving at Cherrygrove City after saying their goodbyes to Professor Elm, Samuel and Officer Jenny, the group advanced into Cherrygrove City where Lincoln felt tired as did all of them.
Lincoln yawned. "I dunno about you, but I feel super tired…"
"Really, has it been that long?" Asked Stella. "I always thought we'd been here for at least three hours…"
"Yeah, times get easily mixed over here…" Crystal yawned as she explained. "My guess it was daytime for you guys over there…?"
"Yeah…" Ronnie Anne yawned.
"You yawned!" Stella gasped as she yawned as well. "I… yawned, too…"
"Funny, I don't feel tired at all." Clyde simply spoke flat.
"Lucky you…" Crystal stretched.
"Where can we even go to rest…?" Ronnie-Anne asked Lincoln and Crystal.
"Each Pokemon Center has a place in the Basement Floor so that you can sleep, that's only available to trainers…" Lincoln stretched as he led the way to the Pokemon Center, checking into the rooms.
"Your rooms shall be B1 through B5 on the second door from the Basement!" Nurse Joy smiled.
"Thank you…" Lincoln replied as they each took a bedroom, with neither Ronnie-Anne nor Stella and Crystal, sharing one with Lincoln.
"What can I do to stay up?" Asked Clyde.
"You can possibly train at Route 29 if you'd like." A Housekeeper offered.
"Huh?" Clyde looked at the housekeeper and smiled. "Oh yeah! I can train Ramona over there!"
"Try not to get too strong… or…" Ronnie Anne went into her room as she fell asleep.
"I hope you don't get lost…" Stella replied to Clyde as Clyde gave a thumbs up, letting her and Crystal head into their rooms.
"Yeah…" Clyde sighed as he replied, sadly. As Clyde heads upstairs he summons Ramona, his Sprigatito. She looked up at him and tilted her head. "I know we've been here and we've barely gotten to know each other, I'd like to get to know you more."
Ramona looked away out of interest and saw the outside world by the sea, looking at the Krabby skedaddle by the sand, wishing she could eat one of them.
Nurse Joy was picking up an order when suddenly, a Pokéball was in the Basket, nobody picked it up. There was a note with it.
It said, "This Tyrogue has the wrong stats. I won't give up until I have a Hitmontop. Sincerely, Blackbelt Steven."
Nurse Joy groaned as this idiot doesn't realize Steven can train his Pokemon and balance his abandoned Tyrogue Stats, but the lazy clown he is, it just proves the more reason why Gold works at a Pokemon Sanctuary. To her location, it's unknown… And then she looked at Clyde.
"Um, excuse me, please." Nurse Joy walked over to Clyde.
"Huh?" Asked Clyde.
"Would you like a Pokemon to keep?" Nurse Joy asked.
"A Pokemon to Keep?" Asked Clyde, again. Nurse joy revealed a young humanoid Pokemon with a resemblance to a kid with Olympic Wrestling Gear as he was fit, but weak. "Ooh! Neat Pokemon! Why do you want me to have it?"
"Unfortunately, people aren't doing enough work to raise their Pokemon so they leave it at the Pokemon Center for someone to adopt… But instead, I want you to have this Pokemon." Nurse Joy smiled as he handed her the Pokéball for Tyrogue.
"What do you call it?" Asked Clyde.
"It's the Pokemon named Tyrogue, a Fighting Pokemon." Nurse Joy replied.
Ramona and Tyrogue looked at each other as they stared into each other. They stared into each other as Tyrogue was blank, Ramona was unimpressed by his stature, but Tyrogue was intrigued by her nature.
"Oh okay!" Clyde smiled.
"You can also give this Tyrogue a Nickname!" Nurse Joy smiled.
"Okay! So, Tyrogue. How about your name? Would you like to be named Scott?" Asked Clyde. Scott, Clyde's Tyrogue nodded as Clyde smiled. "Scott it is!"
Ramona looked away, staring off at the Krabby.
"Look at those Crabs!" Clyde went to the window with Ramona and Scott.
Nurse Joy looked through the other window.
"Yeah, those Krabby love to walk and find Pokemon and People they can prank." Nurse Joy replied.
"They prank?" asked Clyde.
"If you can call them pinching others, especially with their pincers, then yes…" Nurse Joy rolled her eyes.
"Well that's not very nice!" Clyde frowned.
"I know… I just wish they were taught a lesson…" Nurse Joy sighed. "One can dream…"
Suddenly, an old man was walking down the road, marching with Pokemon March, earning the Krabby's a sinister look!
"OH NO! THEY'RE GONNA ATTACK THAT OLD MAN!" Clyde ran out the door and tried to shoo them away as Ramona and Scott followed him, only earning a frontline of three Krabby squaring off against Clyde!
Clyde halted himself as the Krabby raised their pincers at him, as the Old Man ran past him, leaving for Ramona and Scott to defend Clyde.
"Uh-oh… I don't think I'm supposed to get in this predicament…" Clyde looked worried…
"(Hey, you!)" Scott yelled at the three Krabby. "(Lay your pincers off my owner!)"
"(Yeah, what he said!)" Ramona added.
Clyde looked at Ramona and Scott as he posed for battle.
"(You think we're fazed by a Kitty Cat and her Bodyguard?!)" Asked the First Krabby.
"(You both look like you're new!)" the second Krabby Added.
"(Let us welcome you to OUR CHERRYGROVE CITY!!)" The Third Krabby spoke.
…
[WARNING: MID-BOSS BATTLE!]
[New Mechanic]
[Swarm Wild Battle! - Clyde Vs 3 Krabby]
A 3v2 Swarm Battle from Clyde Vs 3 Krabby?! This is new!
To encounter swarm battles, one must run onto a swarm of two, three, four or five Pokemon, no matter what it is. You can only use up to 2-3 Pokemon on your side and can work with others, up to trio play.
In this battle, will Clyde make Krabby Cakes, or will he get pinch-pranked?
Ready?
!!!BATTLE BEGINS, NOW!!!
…
"(We'll start it!)" The three Krabby smirked as they all inhaled air, as they exhaled Bubbles at Ramona and Scott as they were pelted with a bunch of damage! "(TRIPLE BUBBLE COMBO SERVED!)"
"(Ugh! That was a lot…)" Ramona was hurt but was angered.
"(So this is the power of the Cherrygrove Krabby…)" Scott added.
"Oh no! Those Krabby hurt my Pokemon, really bad…!" Clyde winced at the pain of his Pokemon. "Well… Scott use… Mach Punch…? ... On the Krabby to the left!"
Before anything happened, Scott leaped onto the Left Krabby as he attacked the Krabby with one quickdraw punch as he leaped back to Clyde's side.
"(OW! HEY!)" The Krabby felt hurt by a chunk.
"Now, Ramona, use Leafage on the same one!" Clyde ordered as he noticed that Ramona surged with green energy, meaning her Overgrow took effect.
"(RAAAAAHHH!)" Ramona growled as she let loose a green flush of leaves onto the Left Krabby who got taken down!
"(HUH?!)" The Middle Krabby and the Right Krabby were shocked as they're too paralyzed with fear.
"Alright! Scott, Helping Hand on Ramona! Ramona! Attack on the Krabby to the right!" Clyde ordered.
Scott clasped his hands together as his energy surged into Ramona. Ramona was stunned by her power!
"(HUH?! I'M… STRONGER?! OH YEAH!! NOW TAKE THIS!)" Ramona unleashed a powerful flush of leaves onto the Right Krabby as that Krabby went down, too!
"(GRRR! LOOKS LIKE IT'S UP TO ME!)" The Middle Krabby charged at Ramona with her pinchers.
"Quick! Scott! Attack with Mach Punch!" Clyde ordered as Scott charged in with a Flying Punch onto the last Krabby, who then tried to pinch Scott with Vicegrip!
Scott bobbed and weaved every Vicegrip incoming! From moving his torso, his head, his arms, and legs! Ramona was seeing Scott in Combat Action in front of her eyes, she should've at least expected this from a Fighting Type; Close Proximity Combat is ingrained in their souls.
"(ARGH! CURSE YOU! HOLD STILL SO I CAN PINCH YA!)" The Krabby charged with a Swinging Vice Grip Hook, but Scott leaped behind Krabby, surprising Ramona!
And then… the unthinkable happened!
…
[Cinematic Scene!]
Clyde's Tyrogue grabbed Krabby from behind and around him, and started lifting him up! Clyde and Ramona were stunned as Scott lifted up the Last Krabby using his spine and legs!
"(HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! PUT ME DOWN!)" The Last Krabby ordered until he started beginning as he was now over Scott's head! "(HEY! HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! Wait…. NOOOO!!!)"
!!!SPLAT!!!
Scott SUPPLEX DROPPED the Krabby over his head onto the ground, smashing Krabby by the head as the other Krabby watched in horror!
"(NO WAY!)" "(PIPSQUEAK DID THAT TO HIM!?!)" "(UNBELIEVABLE!!)"
Clyde was stunned! Without a doubt, that was a wrestling move! And he gets to witness a Pokemon doing that!
Scott cracked his back as he posed with his wrestling stance. "(You're a crab cake… I call that the 'Krabby Pancake Flipper'!)"
"(What a showoff!)" Ramona looked away as she was still impressed.
[The Winner is… Clyde McBride!]
…
Clyde cheered for Scott and Ramona.
"YEAH! WE DID IT!" Clyde walked up to the Krabby, but right behind his Pokemon. "No more Pranking people with pinching them! I hope you learned your lesson!"
"(WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!)" A voice similar to a Krabby but more older grew as out came a much bigger Krabby, but he had an overbite, a giant left pincer, and he was overall a stronger one! This one specifically had a build of a big King Crab, with the spikes and long legs, as well as a beard made of foam bubbles! But what Clyde didn't get was the amount of Purple Radiating from him! "(YOU DARE MESS WITH MY SCHOOL! YOU MUST PAY!!)"
Scott was shocked but got back into his fighting position.
"(Any plans on lifting that thing?)" Ramona asked Scott.
"(Nothing yet… I'll have to give it my all… and more…!)' Scott prepared to face off against the Energetic, Large Pokemon!
"NOW THAT'S ENOUGH!" An old voice came back as it was the old man who was running by the Krabby. "NOW, YOU DO KNOW AS WELL AS I, KINGLER, THAT YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOUR SCHOOL! I GET IT! YOU WANT YOUR COCONUTS! WELL, HERE!"
The Old Man took out a Plastic Bag, and rolled the Brown, Hairy Coconuts across the sand.
"(I see…)" The Large Kingler grabbed the coconut with his giant pincer and cracked it with a light press, scaring Clyde. One by one, the Kingler opens each Coconut so that the Krabby can eat, as well as three other Kingler who look like almost nothing compared to the main one who's cracking the coconuts.
Each one of the Krabby Line began eating the coconuts.
"Well, now, what do we have here?" The Old Man looked at Clyde and his damaged Sprigatito and Tyrogue. "Someone trying to teach the Krabby and Kinglers a humble lesson? All I saw was a shoe beating, and it'll matter to nothing in a couple of days!"
"I was just defending you, sir…" Clyde looked defeated. "I thought you were in danger from these Krabby…"
The Old Man laughed heartily. "Oh, young one! These Krabby I've known for DECADES and watched them grow into Kingler! That one with the beard foam, he's mine, only he's Mega-Max Evolved!"
"Mega-Max?" Asked Clyde.
"You see, long ago, I made soup from a mushroom and fed it to Kingler. When somebody bought a Mega Stone for Kingler, a fisherman, most likely… He dumped his Kinglerite in the water, because his bond with his own Kingler never worked, either that, or he thought that Mega Kingler was too good to be true… Until my Kingler found it for me. And I played with it, imagining a Mega Kingler, which never worked, so I used it as a running gag between me and this ole chum!"
"(Still funny 'till this day!)" The Mega-Max Kingler chuckled as he dug again into his Half-Coconut Bowl.
"So when I made Mushroom Stew and fed it to some of the Krabby here… I did the gag again… and then… Kingler had begun changing his form, which gives him that radiant glow and that form that is like that to Mega Evolution! Magnificent! According to Professor Elm, Sycamore and Magnolia, across the seas in an event, it's a phenomenon of Gigantamax Forms and Mega Evolution that can unite Bonds with Mega-Max Mushrooms and a Mega Stone, with no need for a Keystone! And best of all, they still have room for items! This phenomenon is known as Johto's Mega-Max Evolution!"
"Woah…" Clyde was stunned.
"(And it grants me A LOT of power, and a hidden technique that replaces my Water Moves! Every Mega-Max Pokemon has their own!)" Mega-Max Kingler smiled as he burped.
Scott and Ramona nodded at Mega-Max Kingler.
"Well, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding…" Clyde sighed.
"Nonsense, young one! You just gave these Krabby an excellent weight training that withstood their Triple Bubble Combo!" The Old Man grinned. "If anything, each one of you became stronger in this battle! And I can tell because of your Tyrogue, and that New Pokemon may have learned something new, too!"
"Yeah, I guess you're right…" Clyde smiled.
"Say, what are you doing this time of night?" Asked the Old Man.
"Well, I can't sleep, and I was just about to train on Route 29." Clyde replied.
"Well, then, good thing I came back from Thanksgiving Dinner at Mr Pokemon's House." The Old Man chuckled. "Kingler! Fetch me some Coffee Mushrooms, will ya?!"
The Mega-Max Kingler nodded as he swam across the sea to a small island with Mushrooms, he plucked a handful of brown ones, swam back with his pincer above the seawater, and gave them to the old man.
"Come now! Time to make 'Spore Cocoa'!" The Old Man smiled.
After 20 minutes, Clyde had finished his Drink and felt sleepy as he thanked the old man for the drink as the old man gave Clyde a sample of Kinglerite and a Max Mushroom Bud.
But on wise words that the Old Man gave Clyde…
"Mega Evolution and Mega-Max Evolution are sort of identical! Only one of each may come out on the field. Say, if you ever have a Caterpie or a Weedle, choose wisely about who gets to transform when they're Butterfree and Beedrill!"
And so, Clyde was also offered leftover Pumpkin Pie as he ate some for Thanksgiving. And so, he healed his Pokemon, went to his room, and slept peacefully.

(A/N): And so, concludes Clyde's Solo Chapter with a Thanksgiving Twist! How'd you like Mega-Max Kingler? Did you like him or not? Leave a review!
To explain Mega-Max, your Megastone is your Keystone and you give your Pokemon Max Mushrooms, no matter who it is, in the form of Mega-Max Stew. You can trigger Mega-Max like Mega-Evolution, almost like Mega Rayquaza. But like the old man said, you can trigger only one of either Mega Evolution or Mega-Max Evolution.
If you need me to buff up Mega Evolution, or have something to say on Mega-Max Evo, let me know in a Review. I don't like wasting Mega and G-Max Forms. So I plan to use them all… Still working on how to implement them on Charizard…
Until next time, Loud Fans and Edventurers! And Happy Thanksgiving!
